Uns hat es sehr gut im Casa Nonnina gefallen👍 vom Ambiente über dem freundlichem Personal bis hin zum leckerem Essen☝️

Ich war gestern mit meinem Freund bei Casa Nonina essen und es hat sich ein bisschen wie Urlaub in Portugal angefühlt – trotz der tropischen Temperaturen in Bochum. Das Essen war prima, sehr authentisch und richtig lecker. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf portugiesische Küche, gute Zutaten und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Der Service war freundlich, die Atmosphäre angenehm und der ganze Abend einfach gelungen. 5 Sterne – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben sehr lecker gegessen. Die Vorspeisenplatte ist sehr zu empfehlen. Und auch die Franzesinha spezial war top. Zum Abschluss natürlich ein Pastel de Nata, das musste sein ☺️ wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen tollen Tisch zu zweit und wurden den ganzen Abend über von super netten und aufmerksamen Bedienungen begleitet. Unser Essen war durchweg klasse: Die Vorspeisenplatte für zwei war der perfekte Start, und die Hauptgänge – einmal die Cataplana und einmal der gegrillte Lachs – waren geschmacklich top. Klasse fanden wir auch, dass die Nutzung des Schlemmerblocks völlig reibungslos und absolut freundlich ablief. Ein rundum gelungener Abend mit gutem Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit überaus freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen und leckeren Gerichten, die sowohl im Innen- wie auch im Außenbereich serviert werden können.

Wir waren mit dem Gutscheinbuch dort. Das hatte keine Auswirkung auf den super freundlichen Service noch auf das mega leckere Essen!!!! Meine Frau hatte die Fischplatte und ich den Cataplana. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall nochmal hin gehen. Ein Tisch sollte man besser vorbestellen.

Es gab vor dem essen eine leckeren Likör, Oliven und noch was leckers. Ich hatte mich für den Spieß entschieden: Was soll ich sagen🤤🤤🤤 Weltklasse 👍👍👍 Dazu ein kleiner Salat. Sehr schöner laden mit tollen Speisen

Wir sind auf dieses portugiesische Restaurant über den Schlemmerpass aufmerksam geworden. Es verfügt über einen Außenbereich, der aber aufgrund des Wetters bei unserem Besuch nicht genutzt werden konnte. Innen ist es sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und die Mitarbeiter waren vom ersten Moment an bis zur letzten Sekunde sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Gerichte waren sehr ansprechend angerichtet und wirklich verdammt lecker. Insgesamt hat sich der Besuch voll und ganz gelohnt und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen, auch ohne Schlemmerpass!

Das Essen ist hier einfach ein "Rundumwohlfühlpaket". Herzlicher Empfang, sehr aufmerksamer Service und das Essen von den Vorspeisen über die Hauptgerichte bis zum Nachtisch sehr,sehr lecker.

Gutes Essen, genau wie in Portugal, zum Beispiel Francesinha, ein gutes portugiesisches Bier, und natürlich ein typisch portugiesischer Digestif, Licor Beirao und CRF.

Wenn es möglich wäre, würden wir jeden Tag hier Essen gehen. Leider wohnen wir 4h entfernt. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zudem hatten wir mit Jimmy auch sehr viel zu lachen ;) Das Essen war hervorragend. Wir habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen! Sehr empfehlenswert. Wird unser Stammrestaurant, sofern wir wieder in Bochum sind!

Wir haben heute einen schönen Abend mit leckerem Essen dort verbracht. Unser Kellner Jimmy empfing uns sehr freundlich und der ganze Abend über war mit guter Laune und netten Gesprächen geprägt. Schade, dass wir aus dem Saarland angereist sind, dieses gemütliche Restaurant, das leckere Essen sowie das tolle Personal kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne dafür, leider kann man keine 10 vergeben.

Besonders gut hat mir der Moselwein des Hauses gefallen – eine tolle Empfehlung! Jimmy hat uns den Abend wirklich super betreut. So stellt man sich Service vor. Angenehme Atmosphäre, gutes Essen und ein rundum gelungener Abend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir sind zu zweit mit dem Gutscheinbuch hier gewesen. Als Vorspeise haben wir uns den Vorspeisenteller geteilt, eine Person wäre davon wahrscheinlich schon satt gewesen. Als Hauptgericht haben wir von der Wildkarte gewählt. Uns hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt und wir waren seeeehr satt. Günstig fand ich es nicht, aber der Preis war für die Qualität und die Menge gerechtfertigt.

Wir hatten zu Fünft einen schönen Abend in der Casa Nonina. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, vor allem in der Küche sind Profis am Werk. Die Vorspeisenplatte hat uns ebenso gefallen wie die Caldo Verde, danach schlemmten wir uns durch Bacalhau und Francesinha, aber auch ein Wildgericht wusste zu gefallen, wenngleich sich die Frage stellt, warum es beim Portugiesen eine ellenlange Wildkarte gibt. Vielleicht weil es ganz gut in die Geschmackswelt der wohlbetuchten Anwohnerschaft passt. Getränke immerhin ein portugiesisches Bier, ansonsten die ortsübliche Fiege-Plörre, das muss eigentlich nicht sein. Leider waren viele Gerichte auch nicht verfügbar. Desserts unspektakulär, hier könnte etwas mehr der eigenständige Charakter betont werden. Ambiente: viele Tische auf engem Raum, zu viel meint man, denn der Service wirkte komplett überfordert: keine Präsenz an den Tischen, keine Nachfragen, lange Wartezeiten, für die Küche noch verzeihbar. Besonders schwach: die Begrüßung und der Abschluss- fünf Oliven als "Gruß der Küche" und kein Absacker, für mehr als 250 EUR Umsatz ein Armutszeugnis.

Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Musik: Die Sängerin war fantastisch und hat mit ihrer Stimme für eine fantastische Atmosphäre gesorgt. Wir möchten uns herzlich für diesen tollen Abend bedanken. Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Casa Nonina und sind total begeistert . Sehr hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung die auch sehr gemütlich ist. Das Essen war auch mega lecker und es waren mehr als großzügige Portionen. Die Bedienung war mehr als nett und freundlich . Topp Adresse ! Wir kommen wieder 🫶🏼

The food was very good. Unfortunately, it was very cold. The reason for this wasn't explained. In my opinion, the service was understaffed, and everything took quite a while. With more warmth and staff, it would have been a 5-star experience 😀

It was another lovely evening with delicious food. This time I chose risotto. Very tasty 😋.

The main course was delicious and plentiful, except for the €3.50 for four slices of bread. There were two of us, and we ordered two dips and bread as a starter. The four slices of bread were quickly eaten, so we ordered more. We ended up paying €7 for bread, which is simply outrageous. Bread and water should always be included free of charge. Of course, then you can discuss the prices, but €7.50 for a glass of wine is steep. So, in the future, I won't order a starter, and I'll only order one glass of wine at most.

Everything was perfect: very attentive and friendly service. This started days in advance with the phone call when we made the table reservation. What should really be a given was a real highlight here and shows that, unfortunately, many other restaurants have fallen short when it comes to service. Here at Casa Nonina, you feel welcome and well taken care of. The food was delicious, and the value for money was excellent. We will definitely be back. It's a shame we didn't discover this restaurant sooner.

One point deducted for the relatively limited vegetarian selection. Delicious food, great service, and a visually appealing location.

We went out for dinner again today, and it was delicious once more. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience last time. I ordered lamb chops, but there were only two on my plate. The third piece was just some bit of lamb, not a chop at all. It was a shame, and everything was lukewarm, especially considering the price. What a disappointment!

Such a lovely restaurant. We went there for the first time today with a group of 10 people, and everyone really enjoyed it. The food was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The young man who served us was extremely attentive, friendly, and competent. He handled the entire service in the dining room, including drinks, and we never had to wait! Huge compliments for that! And a big compliment to the kitchen too! The prices are justified by the quality. We look forward to coming back soon!

We were here and tried the Carne Alentejana – simply fantastic! The meat was super tender, the mussels fresh, and the potatoes wonderfully crispy. Everything was perfectly seasoned and truly authentic. The restaurant itself completely won us over: cozy atmosphere, very friendly service, and truly excellent cuisine. I highly recommend it.

We visited here for the first time yesterday thanks to a voucher book/snack list. The ambiance inside is very cozy, and there's appropriate background music. The service is excellent; you're greeted as soon as you enter the restaurant and served quickly and attentively. The food is a delight and beautifully presented. We were delighted and would gladly return.

It was our first time there—and certainly not our last. Great food, at times a pure "experience." Flambéing at the table, authentic Portuguese dishes. We'd happily return. The prices aren't cheap, but it's definitely worth every cent!

I visited Casa Nonina in Bochum and was completely thrilled! The Bacalhau à Braga was served in a special way – not as a whole piece, but as a delicate, delicious variation, almost like a savory tart. The preparation was perfect: an authentic, traditional dish full of flavor. The shrimp salad, fresh, aromatic, and wonderfully balanced, was a real highlight. The service was attentive and warm, and the atmosphere was pleasantly cozy and authentic. A piece of Portugal in the heart of Bochum – highly recommended and definitely worth a visit!

The food was okay. They asked for the doneness of the meat. If you order medium and get well done, you don't need to ask. The service was friendly and the decor attractive. The prices are appropriate for the area.

Very friendly service. The terrace was right on the street, but it wasn't a problem at all. The ticking pedestrian crossing was a bit annoying. We both had sea bream, absolutely excellent. Highly recommended.

One summer evening, we went to the restaurant for dinner. The ambiance is quite pleasant, with solid wood tables and decorations, although the painted walls don't always match the decor, and a miniature guillotine on the urinal in the men's restroom borders on bad taste. The group ordered appetizers, both fish and meat dishes, and dessert. Some dishes were very good, others mediocre. The service was friendly, if a bit slow, despite the lack of activity that evening. One unpleasant detail arose when paying: We were presented with a somewhat high total bill (30% more than expected) without any itemization of the individual items. Only at my insistence was the list presented, and before I could check it, the waiter went back to correct it and returned with the correct bill.

The restaurant scores points with its pleasant ambiance, beautiful cutlery and tableware, and the service is friendly. An amuse-bouche and limoncello greet the guests from the kitchen. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, starting with the aioli, which was sweet, lemony, and far too thick. The salad itself was delicious, but poorly cleaned; I kept biting into sand and dirt. The grilled potatoes, which according to the menu were supposed to be mashed and covered in garlic oil, were simply three potatoes swimming in oil without any garlic. The grilled peppers a la ratatouille were grilled vegetables that were also drenched in oil, and the juice from the passion fruit spritzer was also far from being overpowering. All of this is no big deal, but there's still room for improvement, especially considering the prices. I paid over €30 for a side salad, aioli, and two vegetarian tapas, so I expected more.

What an incredible dining experience! I ordered a reap-eye steak with potato chips, and it was simply divine. The steak had a perfect texture and a wonderful flavor. The potato chips were crispy and delicious, and the salad was fresh and tasty. Congratulations to the restaurant for such authentic and delicious food! I can't wait to return and try more Portuguese dishes. I recommend it to anyone who loves good food and a welcoming atmosphere!

A great place. Delicious food, very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with a slight hint of spice. The appetizers were also unusual and delicious. The adjacent ice cream parlor (owned by the same business) also offers good seating, and the ice cream is also highly recommended. It's a great value for money! Definitely recommended!!!

We found the restaurant through the Kulinaris Card and were very impressed. The restaurant has a few tables inside, but the same number on the terrace. The decor is wonderfully coordinated, and the staff knows their job. We're sure to spend many more pleasant evenings in this atmosphere. Thanks to the team.

We visited Casa Nonina for the first time today; we heard about it through the Schlemmerblock (a German magazine). It was fantastic! Very friendly staff, we felt very comfortable. The quality of the food was very good, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. They even served a nice limoncello to start with, which was perfect all around :)

I visited the restaurant on the recommendation of friends and I was absolutely thrilled! The place is decorated with attention to detail and the service is very attentive and takes the time to chat and make you feel at home. But you don't just come for a nice looking restaurant and friendly staff, but for the food and there was no room for complaint there either. I ordered the Posta Mirandesa and the meat was grilled to perfection as I had requested and was also very well seasoned. I also thought it was great that there was a selection of sauces so that you could enjoy the meat in a variety of ways. Big praise for the kitchen. But to get to the point: the recommendation was definitely worth paying the restaurant a visit and it was definitely not the last time I was there.

Good afternoon, I came to praise the Casa Nonina restaurant. Yesterday we went there for the first time to have dinner, and we were very well received by the waiters. And not to mention the incredible menu! Among so many options, I chose the famous “grilled lamb ribs”, which were delicious! Each succulent piece is breathtaking! I recommend Casa Nonina to all my friends, and I will definitely go back again, 10 out of 10!

Spontaneous visit to this wonderful restaurant! We had great starters like the squid salad. Then the great seafood stew for two. We were thrilled and will definitely come back! Many thanks to the warm hosts!

Tried it out with the Kulinariscard. The meat skewer was very good and so was the game ragout. You don't expect it from the Portuguese, but when the owners have their own hunt... Excellent service and a rustic atmosphere made for a successful evening! We'd love to come back!

Great location, delicious food. Game meat, beef skewer, hamburgers and vegetable noodles are recommended. The fries weren't perfect, but they were homemade. Large drinks should be available. We'll be back!

The restaurant has been very stylishly renovated and furnished; it's truly something special. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and everything is quick and efficient, even on a Saturday night. The menu has also expanded; there's now a good selection for vegetarians and delicious tapas. The food is presented in a very appealing way and tastes good, and the prices are reasonable. We'd love to come back 😊

The atmosphere and staff were absolutely recommendable. Very smartly furnished; friendly service staff who specifically asked what exactly was included in the dish. The food wasn't bad, but there was a little too much fat for my taste (which is probably typical of Portuguese cuisine)

Chic Portuguese restaurant, a lot of attention was paid to decoration. You sit at heavy, rustic wooden tables, which are unfortunately a bit crooked. You always have to be careful that the glasses don't slip down. Atmospheric murals and lots of decorative elements on the tables and around them. Every guest immediately receives a lime liqueur and a bowl of olives for free. At the end there was a homemade liqueur for all guests to try. The staff very friendly and helpful. But none of that can hide the fact that the portions are a bit too small. There's not enough on offer here for the price. I had 3 small lamb chops, a bit of decorative spinach and 4 small potatoes. A full-grown person won't get enough of it. Why not add a little more of the cheap ingredients here? This way the guests get full and come back. Luckily we saved the price of a dish with the voucher book, otherwise we would have been very annoyed that evening.

Gladly again, very good tapas at very fair prices! Nice detail: changing self-made nightcaps.

This visit, last year in October, was something completely different. Having become attentive and curious thanks to the Kulinaris Card, we reserved a table. The staff was attentive and courteous at all times. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was also great. We decided we wanted to come back.

We ate here for the first time on Sunday, it really tasted very good, the atmosphere is really nice and the service was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

We can't entirely share the glowing reviews here. Super nice restaurant/ambience. When I ate it, my venison bratwurst seemed like it had been warmed up a second time and looked like a Frikandel. At least it wasn't freshly fried. Unfortunately, my comment on this was simply ignored. Overall, given the prices, we don't recommend it. And we had to look into the scullery the whole time, which didn't whet our appetite.
