It was my first time there and I can highly recommend it. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was absolutely delicious. A huge compliment to the service staff, you guys are fantastic! You explained everything so kindly when I had questions, and my orders were served very quickly. I'll definitely be back!

If I could, I'd give it more than 5 stars. We often go there for breakfast. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is very cozy, and the service is incredibly friendly and attentive. You don't feel like you're in a café, but more like you're at home. Even with a child, you can have a relaxed breakfast there because you simply feel that children are very welcome. There's a changing table, and diapers and wipes are readily available, as well as plenty of high chairs. When I'm meeting someone for breakfast, "Ellibesch" is definitely always my first choice.

Addendum March 26: Beware of the voucher trap! Based on our previous positive experiences, we recently dined at Ellibesch again and redeemed a voucher we had purchased for €115. Our bill came to approximately €80. We were informed on-site that the remaining balance on the voucher would be forfeited, as it "can only be redeemed in full." However, my research indicates that a purchased voucher is a gift certificate. In such cases, a clause stipulating that a remaining balance is forfeited is generally legally invalid (§ 307 BGB), since a monetary value has already been paid. The remaining €35 should therefore not have been forfeited. Although we transferred the remaining balance to another table on-site, we would still like to point out that this practice is legally problematic. For us, this is unfortunately a reason not to return to Ellibesch. We were at Ellibesch today with a larger group and were not disappointed. The food is delicious and varied. The service is incredibly friendly, and you can have a great time there. In every corner of Ellibesch (even the bathroom), you can see that someone has put a lot of love and attention into the details. We'll definitely be back. There's plenty of parking nearby. In the summer, you can also sit outside. You should probably make a reservation on weekends, as it was very busy.

I visited this deservedly hyped café for the first time this morning and I'm still absolutely thrilled! The food was fantastic and the presentation was stunning 😍 The interior design shows so much attention to detail, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. I'll definitely be back – where else can I enjoy a cappuccino with blue-tinted milk foam?? 🥰

We visited ellibesch in Aachen, and I can't stop raving about it. When the waitresses brought the enormous platter to our table, I thought I was dreaming. The Mama ellibesch platter was so colorful, so fresh, and so inviting that I wanted to try everything at once. There were also countless little bowls of food on the table. The peanut butter and sesame sauce were unbelievably good. Those two alone would be reason enough to come back. What really surprised me was the taste. Everything seemed so authentic, so warm, and so full of flavor that it felt like a breakfast straight from Turkey, even though I've never actually experienced such a breakfast there. It was simply that feeling of home cooking that you usually only get when someone cooks for you who truly cares. The bread was fresh, the fruit sweet, the vegetables crisp, and the hot dishes could have easily come from a family kitchen. The whole experience felt perfect. Warm, welcoming, and absolutely delicious. Ellibesch is one of those restaurants that you visit once and then recommend to everyone. We will definitely be back.

Without one, you might easily have to wait until 1 p.m. for a table. While the morning rush eases off a bit around lunchtime, it's better to be safe than sorry.
