For me personally, this is unfortunately not a kebab at all. The taste isn't inedible, but the ingredients and the meat didn't harmonize well with each other. The meat was cut too thickly for a "yaprak" kebab, which made it very tough inside. It was also much too cold. The ajvar couldn't save it either. I would recommend a vegetarian sandwich because the vegetables/salad were super crunchy and quite good with the sauce. But overall, with cold, overly thickly cut meat, ajvar, and other sauces and ingredients, it wasn't very good. The preparation also took a really long time. We waited in line for about 20-25 minutes, even though we ate there. No service at the tables outside or inside. Unfortunately, there was no "self-service" sign either, which would have been perfectly fine. But if you don't know, you just wait a little longer. At least that's how it was for us. My companion liked the "kebab" a bit better than I did, and he liked the mix of Balkan and kebab. The place was clean and tidy. It seemed hygienic.

A great enrichment for Dieburg! Very friendly and courteous service. Excellent food with always fresh ingredients. You can follow the drink recommendations with your meal without hesitation. A great family business. Keep it up! Addendum July 2024: It was with great regret that we learned that the restaurant had to close! 😢

Price-performance ? Top. Each has a giant currywurst + fries + drink of choice for under €8 Definitely worth a quick stop if you're feeling a bit hungry every now and then. Very nice and friendly service :)

Very tasty and freshly prepared dishes in a personal atmosphere. My first choice for lunch break.

We ordered the large sushi platter for 4 people as well as the seaweed salad. Ordering by phone went smoothly and the sushi was ready for pickup on time. The operators are incredibly friendly and strive to provide good service. Now about the sushi itself: The plate was beautifully prepared and a real eye-catcher! The taste was also more than convincing and at a very good price. A sushi variation to enjoy! We can therefore only warmly recommend Grandma Van! The only small drawback would be that it is a bit difficult to see the menu and we could only find it in the pictures in the reviews. However, this does not detract from our rating.

It just tastes great. The price-performance ratio is just right.

Since the shop opened, I've been getting a burger here every now and then. Of course you can say that over €10 is too much when I only pay €1 at the golden seagull restaurant, but the quality is great. The bread is fresh and homemade, the patties are formed by yourself and the sauces are mixed by yourself. And you can taste it too! I'll be back!

Yes, it was a very nice service. The food was really good. At the end we had a very nice conversation at the bar and had a nightcap. For me a very clear recommendation.

I had a good experience at MaPizza Pizza & Manakish. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the visit very pleasant. The pizza was good – the dough was nicely baked and the ingredients were fresh. A little bit more seasoning could have perfected it, but overall it was a delicious meal. I'd love to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great restaurant with unusual, delicious dishes. I had the crispy feta with tomato chutney, lime leek risotto and roasted carrots and corn vegetables. That was an absolute blast! I'd be happy to come back when I'm in the area again.
