Super tasty food, very good quality, super nice service

First of all: The food is really tasty and the service staff are very polite and live their job. But now the big BUT, which clouded everything in the end. The prices are calculated really high and yes, I know the current situation and also the calculation of a restaurant. The burger with fries costs 19.90 euros. Great taste. Then you are asked whether you want fries or sweet potato fries. Since there was no indication that sweet potato fries came with an additional charge, we chose them. Then on the bill 3.90 euros for the sweet potato fries on top. However, the difference between fries and sweet potato fries is only 2 euros. Why is there so much emphasis here? And unfortunately without any indication. That's a shame and has a bitter aftertaste. This should really be reconsidered. We would still come back but we wouldn't let anything be "sold" to us 😉

We were at Immersatt for the first time today and we will definitely come back. The ambience is great. The staff was very nice and extremely attentive. The greetings from the kitchen, the starters and the main course were absolutely delicious. Conclusion: 5 out of 5 stars. And to those who complain about the price, I can only say: quality has its price. I don't think the prices are excessive

The food is really highly recommended. We used to order here more often. Unfortunately, we can no longer afford this to this extent. I understand that staff need to be paid reasonably. But a children's plate of pasta with butter and ketchup for just under 10 euros hurts (and yes, we know the prices, children don't care).

Yesterday we finally made it and visited your great restaurant. A year ago you were a caterer at our water skiing party in Süsel. Our guests still talk about the great food today. We called spontaneously and were able to get a table for 7 people. Thank you for your great flexibility. From the first moment we felt very comfortable with you. Such a warm and welcoming welcome. The service and food were excellent and we all loved it. Great food, great quality, incredibly seasoned and deliciously prepared with an eye for detail. The service was so attentive and friendly. A treat for the guest and you can tell that a lot of attention is paid here. We knew there would be a great meal. But that was much, much more... All expectations were exceeded. Thank you very much for the lovely evening with you. You're a great team. We'll be happy to come back, even though we have to drive a few kilometers. This restaurant actually deserves more stars and we heartily recommend it. If you want to experience a lovely evening full of enjoyment and well-being, you should reserve a table at Immersatt and let yourself be pampered. As every year, the food was very, very good.

5 out of 5 stars, well deserved. The welcome was so warm that we immediately felt comfortable and valued. The ambience of the facility appears fresh, bright, modern and at the same time cozy thanks to regional accents. The girls from the service were attentive, friendly and in a good mood across the board. We started with a starter that whet the appetite for the main course and it was really amazing. If a restaurant advertises regional products and then implements them so well, chapeau! At the end we were given the house-made apple whiskey liqueur. It's so delicious that we took a bottle to take home with us. We noticed the icing on the cake at the end. The tables were freshly set and glasses and cutlery were only handled with white gloves. It was a meal with friends that will stay with us for a long time. The upscale cuisine in the world's metropolises can learn a lesson here. Thank you.

Very tasty food, quick and kind service. Vegetables and salad are fresh. Prices are a bit above average in this region, but it's definitely worth it. We also bought a bottle of the apple liquor, which is produced locally. Greetings from The Netherlands.

An excellent restaurant with outstanding service.

For years, it has always been particularly tasty, down-to-earth, regional and, on top of that, sustainable. The service doesn't let up even after the main course, but continues to impress at a high level throughout. Just really good!

Stopped here by chance due to the great recessions on the way through - you can only say one thing: awesome Both the food, the ambience and excellent friendly service. It's a shame that we from Bavaria can't come here more often... We would be regular guests here 😍

I wouldn't describe this location as a snack bar. Great atmosphere, warm welcome. AWESOME service. And the food was awesome. We had schnitzel with fried potatoes. My son ordered the catering for his graduation ball, which took place in Sierhagen, through Immersatt. All agreements were kept, the staff was super friendly and imaginative with the food suggestions! The food tasted great (a one star!) and there was more than enough for everyone to have two or even three helpings. It was also delivered on time and all the food was presented very attractively. It was also a very successful graduation party because of Immersatt! Thank you very much for that! We would organize it again through you immediately. I can only recommend it!👌🙏😊❣

The caterer is a complete disaster. There was far too little food, so some people didn't get their main course, even though the tables were called and no one had yet taken them. One employee was responsible for refills for around 500 guests. It was at least 100m from the company car to the back buffet, which he then had to walk with a large, heavy baking dish. It was finished and completely overloaded. The food was ok. More boring than special. In any case, everyone was still hungry at the end. There are also little things. The lids were not removed. No signs or information about what's in the bowls. No recommendation for large events (more than 50 people). Service providers with the appropriate capacity and experience should take care of this. 1 star for the service because the company only assigned one employee to the rear area where at least 4 were needed. The employee himself worked hard and remained totally friendly, even though many guests didn't get anything to eat. It deserves 10 stars.

Graduation party catering was impossible! Hot dishes and dessert were indefinable in terms of appearance and taste (except for the potato gratin), you had to look for cutlery at 4 buffet points, and food was rarely refilled. So recommended is different!

By far the best restaurant far and wide. Location is cozy and yet chic and classy. The service is quick and helpful, as well as providing extensive information about their dishes. Special requests are no problem. All dishes are perfectly prepared, the chefs prepare the dishes with passion and attention to detail. Always my pleasure!

Nice, small and delicious restaurant. The service and cleanliness are just as great as the food. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the prices. For 4 people with a main course and a drink 120€ is significantly more expensive than elsewhere. Still very tasty and therefore 5 stars.

We ate in the restaurant twice. Not only was the food excellent, but also the service! On the last weekend in June we used Immersatt's catering. For a family celebration, Immersatt's very friendly employees delivered breakfast, lunch and dinner on three days. Everything worked here too. On time, fresh, best quality highly praised by all guests. Thank you!

We always enjoy coming here. Mega friendly reception as soon as you walk in. From the start you feel very welcome. Nice, very cozy atmosphere. The food is local and great. So far everything has always been very tasty, whether schnitzel, steak, burger, vegetarian or seasonal.

Inconspicuous from the outside, great inside. Went there for the first time for our wedding anniversary, it was nicely decorated and set. Service, ambience great. Starter this and that, a perfect mix of many delicious little things, then burgers and meatloaf with a mega onion sauce, the roast not only tasted great, it also smelled great. Everything fresh and beautifully prepared. For dessert, homemade ice cream, also a little experiment. We also think it's very good that everything comes from the region. Correct from a to z. The food was super tasty, with noticeably fresh ingredients, lovingly prepared. The service was very friendly and pleasant of course. Unfortunately we are not from the region but only guests for a short time. But one thing is already certain: next time we are in the area, we will definitely visit the restaurant again.

It was absolutely excellent 😃👍The potatoes were beautifully yellow and tasty, the cabbage sausage was of great quality and the sauerkraut and the sauce... Hmmmm, I have to pull myself together so that I don't lick the plate 🤭. Big compliments to the kitchen!!! The service was again very nice 👍I can only recommend it. We've eaten different things there a few times (e.g. burgers, fish and salads) and have always been very, very satisfied. We were invited to “Immersatt” by friends today and we were really impressed. You can't give anything other than 5 stars for the friendly service, the delicious food and the beautiful ambience. Just the nice presentation of the food (after all, the eyes eat too) was a feast for the eyes in itself. We will definitely come back and recommend it to others!

The food, service, feel-good factor and location are simply unsurpassed and can only be recommended! The ingredients are regional and of the highest quality, which you can also taste. It is always a highlight to eat here. It's a complete break and I don't know of any comparable restaurant that offers all of this. I ate the best salad, my husband had the Holsteiner Schnitzel and, for dessert, the delicious farm ice cream, what a treat. We'd love to come back. I was there with a friend and we had 2 x lasagne from the daily menu. Delicious! All fresh ingredients and the atmosphere is very inviting and cozy. We were served very courteously and nicely! Can only be recommended!

The two of us were there on Valentine's Day. When we walked in we were warmly greeted. A table was reserved for us in the back. Very lovingly prepared with a heart napkin and because it was Valentine's Day, there was a little chocolate girl on our plates. We felt completely comfortable right from the start. The furnishings are very lovingly designed and the chairs are super comfortable. When the starter (bruschetta) came, we were very excited. Very nicely presented and sooo fresh. Rarely have I had such a delicious bruschetta. For main courses we had the Pulles Rip Burger and the sour meat. We were so impressed by the quality and freshness of the dishes. Really lovingly made. Huge praise for the very, very, very, very, very friendly and nice service staff. We will be back definitely. If we could give 6 stars we would :-)

Even small changes to the ordered dish are no problem and will be implemented at no extra charge. I think that's really worth mentioning these days, because in many restaurants every change costs money (even if it's just swapping peppers for tomatoes on a pizza). Were there once for a smaller wedding and on Christmas Day in the evening. The staff is so friendly and accommodating that you feel like you're in an upscale restaurant even when the word Imbiss is on the sign at Immersatt. The quality of the food is incredibly good. The meat is always on point and the combinations are awesome. I would love to eat here again. We are also considering whether we should use catering for celebrations. Great praise. Keep it up.

Ambiente ist gut, Service top, Essen ebenfalls... kleiner Wermutstropfen: die Preise sind echt happig! Es wäre schön wenn ein paar mehr Gerichte "bezahlbar" wären. Und noch ein Stern Abzug: Man reserviert einen Tisch für x Personen und einem wird mitgeteilt, dass man unbedingt Bescheid sagen soll, falls es weniger Personen werden sollten... ansonsten würden 20€ für die fehlende Person berechnet werden. Ich lasse das mal unkommentiert so stehen.

Hier haben wir zu viert außergewöhnlich gut gegessen, sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bedient worden und das Ambiente ist auch gut.

Wir konnten gestern um die Mittagszeit spontan einen Tisch ergattern und waren äußerst angetan. Ohne vorherige Recherche kamen uns die Preise zunächst recht hoch vor. Da hier alle Produkte regional und in scheinbar äußerst hoher Qualität bezogen werden, hat sich das schnell relativiert. Spätestens nach dem ersten Bissen war der Gedanke komplett verflogen. Ich habe unterwegs und spontan schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen wie hier. Die Speisen waren liebevoll angerichtet und selbst die einfachen Beilagen waren etwas Besonderes. Ein Kommentar zu den frechen Ein-Sterne-Bewertungen: Qualität und Regionalität haben ihren Preis und der ist hier - vermutlich aufgrund der Lage - sehr vertretbar. Auch die Menge der Portionen und der Service haben uns sehr überzeugt. Meine Empfehlung an die Autoren wäre der einfache Imbiss an der nächsten Ecke, um den eigenen Ansprüchen gerecht zu werden. Ein großes Kompliment an die Betreiber und viel Erfolg für die Zukunft. In meinen Augen sieht so die erfolgreiche Gastronomie der Zukunft aus. Das wird nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein.

Ein Ort an dem man sich gerne aufhält. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen. Essen auch Außerhaus möglich. Kann man sich sehr gut verpackt abholen. Lieber esse ich aber vor Ort und genieße die Gastfreundschaft. Produkte sind Regional und von sehr guter Qualität.

Vorbestellung wurde von sehr freundlicher Bedienung aufgenommen, Abholung mit minimaler Wartezeit hat toll geklappt und die Burger waren sehr lecker und gut belegt. Wir hatten jetzt Hähnchen und Immersattburger. Kommen gerne wieder. Heute mal wieder Mittagstisch - Backfisch - einfach der Hammer !
