A bit unassuming from the outside, but the ambiance inside is fantastic! It's truly a place to feel at home! The food is surprisingly different than expected. The menu reads like a standard fare, but the dishes themselves have been completely rethought and reinvented. I mean that in a very positive way! Congratulations to the Immersatt kitchen!

We've been to the restaurant several times and are always thrilled with the food and service. This was our first time ordering catering for a birthday, and we weren't disappointed. Great communication from the very beginning, on-time delivery, beautifully presented with everything you need. Many thanks to the fantastic team and for their support at our celebration. A great, modernly decorated place. Not too big, but not too small either. It's best to reserve a table here, though. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was good, but the value for money is a bit questionable. Paying €8.90 for four onion rings with sour cream is borderline. €19.90 for a currywurst isn't even worth that on Sylt at the Sansibar, and no burger costs less than €20.00, that's certainly debatable. Everything tastes good, but the prices are quite high.

A very nice, well-maintained restaurant, which we wouldn't have expected in this location. Perfect service from a very attentive employee. I had the best spare ribs I've ever eaten. In summary: "A solid A+."

I pre-ordered the Immersatt Burger to go three times. The staff is really friendly, and pickup was also problem-free at the agreed time. The burgers and fries were freshly prepared and tasted good. What really got me thinking is the price... I paid just under €64 for three burgers and three fries. The photo shows the portion size. This is my personal opinion; everyone has a different opinion. Tastes really good 👍 So, unfortunately, I'm only giving it 3 stars.

We went there today for dinner (we worked across the street) and had a potato and minced meat casserole with feta 🤤🤤🤤 I would have loved to bathe in it, simply delicious, keep up the good work, I'll be back. Unfortunately, it's only now that it's been reworked.

After visiting the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg, we wanted to end the evening in a "typical American" way. After a quick internet search, we came across "Immersatt," which was on our way home. The name and the rather unassuming exterior of the shop might not suggest it at first glance, but behind it lies a magnificent restaurant "for those with a healthy diet" (as they themselves state on their website... quite rightly so!). The interior is ultra-modern and stylishly decorated. They use only high-quality meat and regional produce. You can even buy homemade liqueur. We ordered a small appetizer and two burgers with a side dish. Everything tasted truly delicious and was brought to our table quickly. Our waitress was gracious and friendly. Always making sure we didn't lack for anything. We had a really pleasant conversation with her and even received a digestif on the house at the end.

We visited Immersatt for the first time yesterday and celebrated my sister's wedding anniversary and birthday there. With 15 people, we were assigned a large table in the back of the restaurant. The ambiance was very stylish and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful, harmonious color scheme. The restaurant concept, which focuses on regional produce and products from the family farm and surrounding suppliers, was clearly reflected in the outstanding quality of the food. It was a true delight to eat there. The prices are high, but justified given the overall concept and the quality. We would especially like to mention Emely, who served us throughout the evening. She was outstanding. We have rarely experienced such friendly, attentive, and professional service. She answered all our questions confidently and with great skill. She is a blessing to any establishment. We were very happy that evening and went home completely satisfied.

I find Immersatt difficult to rate. The food was delicious and perfectly fine. The ambiance isn't outstanding, but it's okay. Sitting outside is on the busy street, and the inside is perfectly fine, but the atmosphere isn't exactly cozy. A big plus is the service. Always friendly, funny, polite, and attentive. That's a major reason to go back. The price is rather high, but still reasonable.

I think the store concept is a good fit. Fresh meat from our own production, always a variety of daily specials. So far, the quality has always been good. The service is very attentive, and friendly. However, the prices are at a level you'd expect on the Binnenalster in Hamburg. Hence, one star deducted. Actually, two.

Up until now, we've always picked up our food. But even when we call to pick up our order, we're treated kindly and courteously. We've always had schnitzel so far. And it was amazing! You can taste the quality. Everything is really seasoned so well, and the fried potatoes are to die for. I hope we can enjoy the in-person service sometime soon. Immersatt is definitely a great addition to Ahrensbök.

From the first contact we felt we were in good hands, and the entire team was not only highly professional, but also extremely friendly. We would particularly like to highlight the tender roast beef - so incredibly good that even the bride's grandma is still racking her brains about how to get it so perfect! A very simple appearance at the outside but you will feel the warm atmosphere once you stepped inside. It is a small restaurant but they have a creative way in combining their dish and presentation. Food looked simple but I was surprised of the taste as it was really delicious. My husband got something they have offered off the menu, the lamb tasted heavenly and so soft. Only I find the two pieces of lamb a little expensive for the price. But flavor wise the food was great!

Discovered it spontaneously last year and reserved it for three evenings this week. The restaurant is excellent. The staff is super professional, always friendly and accommodating, something I have never experienced in any restaurant before. The food and especially the concept behind it is sensational. The atmosphere is great and just as convincing as last year. In terms of price, I think it's absolutely okay, especially since you have to consider the love and work behind it. If you can leave 20-30 € with the big M, you definitely shouldn't complain about the prices for high-quality food. We will definitely come back again and again and can only recommend it to anyone who values ​​really good food. P.S. The lemon basil sorbet is a hit 😉

Calling this place a "snack bar" doesn't do the location justice. Here you will meet a very friendly and courteous team. Our family had to swallow that we wanted to go to a snack bar after the civil wedding. Everyone found the location very good afterwards. The food is also very tasty and you can taste the good quality of the products. The preparation gets to the point. A tip for all "newbies": don't go there expecting the price of a snack bar. We were there for the first time yesterday (Monday December 30th). We got a table for 3 people at short notice. When we arrived the restaurant was fully booked. So we were lucky. We received a warm welcome. The service staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food (2x starter and 3 burgers) was fresh and really tasty. Everything nicely arranged. The team in the kitchen really tries to be different from others. Conclusion: we would love to come back. Great staff and good food. What more could you want?! And finally: We own a restaurant ourselves and came here through a recommendation from regular guests. We were particularly pleased that the restaurant was fully booked on Mondays.

Wasn't here for the last time. The waitress had forgotten our starter, so we chose dessert, and it was incredibly good, as was the main course... In the end they didn't even want to charge us for dessert because of the oversight. We insisted on paying for this delicious dessert too. After paying, the boss mischievously said that she had taken a Hefeweizen off the bill. I was a bit angry about that at first, but how can I be angry with someone who isn't above polishing the cutlery on their own. Great, just like the boss, who knows his craft excellently. First of all: The food is really tasty and the service staff are very polite and live their job. But now the big BUT, which clouded everything in the end. The prices are calculated really high and yes, I know the current situation and also the calculation of a restaurant. The burger with fries costs 19.90 euros. Great taste. Then you are asked whether you want fries or sweet potato fries. Since there was no indication that sweet potato fries came with an additional charge, we chose them. Then on the bill 3.90 euros for the sweet potato fries on top. However, the difference between fries and sweet potato fries is only 2 euros. Why is there so much emphasis here? And unfortunately without any indication. That's a shame and has a bitter aftertaste. This should really be reconsidered. We would still come back but we wouldn't let anything be "sold" to us 😉

The food is really highly recommended. We used to order here more often. Unfortunately, we can no longer afford this to this extent. I understand that staff need to be paid reasonably. But a children's plate of pasta with butter and ketchup for just under 10 euros hurts (and yes, we know the prices, children don't care).
