Immersatt in Ahrensbök

Up until now, we've always picked up our food. But even when we call to pick up our order, we're treated kindly and courteously. We've always had schnitzel so far. And it was amazing! You can taste the quality. Everything is really seasoned so well, and the fried potatoes are to die for. I hope we can enjoy the in-person service sometime soon. Immersatt is definitely a great addition to Ahrensbök.

Very good food and a very nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. There were three of us with a small child. The prices are on the higher end because everything is freshly prepared and of very high quality.

The Immersatt team took care of the catering for our wedding – and what can we say? It was easily a 12 out of 10! From the first contact we felt we were in good hands, and the entire team was not only highly professional, but also extremely friendly. The food was an absolute highlight of the day and made our wedding perfect. We would particularly like to highlight the tender roast beef - so incredibly good that even the bride's grandma is still racking her brains about how to get it so perfect! A very simple appearance at the outside but you will feel the warm atmosphere once you stepped inside. It is a small restaurant but they have a creative way in combining their dish and presentation. Food looked simple but I was surprised of the taste as it was really delicious. My husband got something they have offered off the menu, the lamb tasted heavenly and so soft. Only I find the two pieces of lamb a little expensive for the price. But flavor wise the food was great!

Discovered it spontaneously last year and reserved it for three evenings this week. The restaurant is excellent. The staff is super professional, always friendly and accommodating, something I have never experienced in any restaurant before. The food and especially the concept behind it is sensational. The atmosphere is great and just as convincing as last year. In terms of price, I think it's absolutely okay, especially since you have to consider the love and work behind it. If you can leave 20-30 € with the big M, you definitely shouldn't complain about the prices for high-quality food. We will definitely come back again and again and can only recommend it to anyone who values ​​really good food. P.S. The lemon basil sorbet is a hit 😉

Nice atmosphere; very, very friendly service. The food was damn good! I tried the rump steak and the other dishes at my table neighbors. When I enjoyed the first bite of the rump steak, I thought, "Wow, that's amazing!" Soft as butter! The other dishes and the side dishes were also really delicious! Chapeau! Hats off.

Went to dinner with several people and everyone was very satisfied. Staff very accommodating and friendly. As always, there was apple whiskey at the end. A small disappointment: I asked for some mustard and it was charged at €1.20.

Everything just fits here: We have been here several times, sometimes with friends, sometimes as a couple. We haven't given a review every time, but now a summary is due: Starting with the top service, super friendly and attentive without being intrusive, yesterday we had the vegan burger with broccoli and the daily recommendation: burger with sour-vide duck breast. Full marks for both! Then the crème brulé, guys, that was perfect. Then there’s the lovely ambience, what more could you want? I'm afraid we'll be back...

Calling this place a "snack bar" doesn't do the location justice. Here you will meet a very friendly and courteous team. Our family had to swallow that we wanted to go to a snack bar after the civil wedding. Everyone found the location very good afterwards. The food is also very tasty and you can taste the good quality of the products. The preparation gets to the point. A tip for all "newbies": don't go there expecting the price of a snack bar. We were there for the first time yesterday (Monday December 30th). We got a table for 3 people at short notice. When we arrived the restaurant was fully booked. So we were lucky. We received a warm welcome. The service staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food (2x starter and 3 burgers) was fresh and really tasty. Everything nicely arranged. The team in the kitchen really tries to be different from others. Conclusion: we would love to come back. Great staff and good food. What more could you want?! And finally: We own a restaurant ourselves and came here through a recommendation from regular guests. We were particularly pleased that the restaurant was fully booked on Mondays.

The 'Immersatt' has a cozy atmosphere, attentive staff and the food was really delicious... great. Actually OK, but the price is orbital even if it is ingredients and meat from our own farm. The cows, etc. You have to have a noble life with a butler to justify this price. But what should you do in Ahrensbök? There is no other German restaurant.

Wasn't here for the last time. The waitress had forgotten our starter, so we chose dessert, and it was incredibly good, as was the main course... In the end they didn't even want to charge us for dessert because of the oversight. We insisted on paying for this delicious dessert too. After paying, the boss mischievously said that she had taken a Hefeweizen off the bill. I was a bit angry about that at first, but how can I be angry with someone who isn't above polishing the cutlery on their own. Great, just like the boss, who knows his craft excellently. Keep it up, you're great.

First of all: The food is really tasty and the service staff are very polite and live their job. But now the big BUT, which clouded everything in the end. The prices are calculated really high and yes, I know the current situation and also the calculation of a restaurant. The burger with fries costs 19.90 euros. Great taste. Then you are asked whether you want fries or sweet potato fries. Since there was no indication that sweet potato fries came with an additional charge, we chose them. Then on the bill 3.90 euros for the sweet potato fries on top. However, the difference between fries and sweet potato fries is only 2 euros. Why is there so much emphasis here? And unfortunately without any indication. That's a shame and has a bitter aftertaste. This should really be reconsidered. We would still come back but we wouldn't let anything be "sold" to us 😉

The food is really highly recommended. We used to order here more often. Unfortunately, we can no longer afford this to this extent. I understand that staff need to be paid reasonably. But a children's plate of pasta with butter and ketchup for just under 10 euros hurts (and yes, we know the prices, children don't care).

Yesterday we finally made it and visited your great restaurant. A year ago you were a caterer at our water skiing party in Süsel. Our guests still talk about the great food today. We called spontaneously and were able to get a table for 7 people. Thank you for your great flexibility. From the first moment we felt very comfortable with you. Such a warm and welcoming welcome. The service and food were excellent and we all loved it. Great food, great quality, incredibly seasoned and deliciously prepared with an eye for detail. The service was so attentive and friendly. A treat for the guest and you can tell that a lot of attention is paid here. We knew there would be a great meal. But that was much, much more... All expectations were exceeded. Thank you very much for the lovely evening with you. You're a great team. We'll be happy to come back, even though we have to drive a few kilometers. This restaurant actually deserves more stars and we heartily recommend it. If you want to experience a lovely evening full of enjoyment and well-being, you should reserve a table at Immersatt and let yourself be pampered. 5 out of 5 stars, well deserved. The welcome was so warm that we immediately felt comfortable and valued. The ambience of the facility appears fresh, bright, modern and at the same time cozy thanks to regional accents. The girls from the service were attentive, friendly and in a good mood across the board. We started with a starter that whet the appetite for the main course and it was really amazing. If a restaurant advertises regional products and then implements them so well, chapeau! At the end we were given the house-made apple whiskey liqueur. It's so delicious that we took a bottle to take home with us. We noticed the icing on the cake at the end. The tables were freshly set and glasses and cutlery were only handled with white gloves. It was a meal with friends that will stay with us for a long time. The upscale cuisine in the world's metropolises can learn a lesson here. Thank you.

For years, it has always been particularly tasty, down-to-earth, regional and, on top of that, sustainable. The service doesn't let up even after the main course, but continues to impress at a high level throughout. Just really good!

My son ordered the catering for his graduation ball, which took place in Sierhagen, through Immersatt. All agreements were kept, the staff was super friendly and imaginative with the food suggestions! The food tasted great (a one star!) and there was more than enough for everyone to have two or even three helpings. It was also delivered on time and all the food was presented very attractively. Graduation party catering was impossible! Hot dishes and dessert were indefinable in terms of appearance and taste (except for the potato gratin), you had to look for cutlery at 4 buffet points, and food was rarely refilled. So recommended is different!

The caterer is a complete disaster. There was far too little food, so some people didn't get their main course, even though the tables were called and no one had yet taken them. One employee was responsible for refills for around 500 guests. It was at least 100m from the company car to the back buffet, which he then had to walk with a large, heavy baking dish. It was finished and completely overloaded. The food was ok. More boring than special. In any case, everyone was still hungry at the end. There are also little things. The lids were not removed. No signs or information about what's in the bowls. No recommendation for large events (more than 50 people). Service providers with the appropriate capacity and experience should take care of this. 1 star for the service because the company only assigned one employee to the rear area where at least 4 were needed. The employee himself worked hard and remained totally friendly, even though many guests didn't get anything to eat. It deserves 10 stars.

By far the best restaurant far and wide. Location is cozy and yet chic and classy. The service is quick and helpful, as well as providing extensive information about their dishes. Special requests are no problem. All dishes are perfectly prepared, the chefs prepare the dishes with passion and attention to detail. Always my pleasure!

Nice, small and delicious restaurant. The service and cleanliness are just as great as the food. The only drawback, in my opinion, is the prices. For 4 people with a main course and a drink 120€ is significantly more expensive than elsewhere. Still very tasty and therefore 5 stars.
