Die Bratkartoffeln waren total papig und das Schnitzel mit Käsefüllung kalt und trocken. Nicht empfehlenswerte. War heute leider eine absolute Enttäuschung.

Was für ein Glüxgriff! Wir haben spontan für abends reserviert. Von außen eher unscheinbar, aber innen sehr hübsch hergerichtet. Dazu ein sehr guter, aufmerksamer, charmanter Service mir richtigen Prise Humor. Das habe ich in gehobeneren Laden schon deutlich schlechter erlebt. Ich war schon positiv überrascht, als bei der Reservierung nach bekannten Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten gefragt wurde. Dazu total leckere, frische Burger, die sich von der Masse abheben. Bitte unbedingt weiter so!

Ich fand es super toll und komme gern wieder. Würde auch mehr Sterne vergeben 😊 sehr aufmerksames Personen, freundlich, nicht drängeln oder aufdringlich. Tolle Küche. So lecker und toll zubereitet. Das Schokoküchlein 🤩 mit Extrawunsch ohne Kirschen, fantastisch!!! Hatte ich in einem Ort wie Ahrensbök nicht erwartet. Wie man sich täuschen kann. Macht weiter so. Bis zum nächsten Mal.🤗

Die Service Dame ist echt klasse. Allein wegen ihr und ihrer Art gibt es schon 5 Sterne. Das Essen, mal was anderes. Kreativ durchdacht und angerichtet. Zudem schmeckt es echt gut. Die Preise sind allerdings auch gut, dem aufwand nach aber gerechtfertigt.

Unglaublich leckeres Essen, aufmerksamer und sehr freundlicher Service. Der gemischte Vorspeisenteller für zwei ist so gut, dass ich glatt noch einen weiteren statt eines Hauptgerichtes bestellen könnte. Reservierung am Wochenende ratsam. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Eine sehr besondere und sehr interessante Speisekarte deutlich ab vom typischen Einerlei. Das Essen war nicht nur außergewöhnlich, sondern auch außergewöhnlich gut. Die Karte hat auch was für Vegetarier, vegan ist wohl auch möglich, denn die Küche ist sehr flexibel. Aber nicht nur das Essen ist besonders (und natürlich auch besonders lecker), auch der Service fällt sehr positiv auf. Freundlich, zuvorkommend und flexibel auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingehend, die ihren Job mit Herzblut machen, wirklich weit über dem normalen! Fazit: ein gastronomisches Juwel mit fairen Preisen, aus meiner Sicht eine unbedingte Empfehlung! Weiter so 👍

Wunderbares Essen, für alle etwas dabei egal ob mit Fleisch oder auf Wunsch auch vegan. Das Fleisch ist regional und von eigenen Tieren laut der Inhaber. Egal wie oft man dort isst, das Essen ist wirklich immer eine 12 von 10.

Wir waren an ihrem Stand auf dem Hurricane Festival und sie bieten Pita ein. Leider kommt die Pita nicht im typischen Pita Brot sondern im kleinen Dönerbrot und ist mit 13 € sehr teuer. Die Guacamole ist super lecker und die Chillischoten schön scharf!

Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne dorthin. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Ich mag die wechselnde Karte und die Tagesangebote auch sehr - es verführt einen dazu, immer wieder mal Neues auszuprobieren. Bisher war immer alles sehr lecker, manchmal verschwindet ein geliebtes Gericht von der Karte - aber es gibt guten Ersatz. Der Service ist immer ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch Fr. Fischer, die einen stets wieder erkennt und freudig empfängt, auch wenn der letzte Besuch leider länger her ist, als einem selbst lieb ist. Absolut empfehlenswert für Besseresser. Glüx Food Truck liefert genau das, was man sich von richtig gutem Street Food erhofft – und meistens sogar mehr. Die Qualität der Zutaten ist spürbar hoch, alles frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich auf einem Niveau, das man bei einem Food Truck nicht unbedingt erwartet. Die Gerichte sind kreativ, aber nicht unnötig kompliziert. Statt Spielerei bekommt man ehrliches, durchdachtes Essen, das einfach funktioniert. Portionen sind fair, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Kurz gesagt: einer der stärksten Food Trucks, die aktuell unterwegs sind. Klare Empfehlung.

Mein Sohn und ich waren spontan Freitag Abend vor Ort, das warten auf einen freien Tisch hat sich sehr gelohnt. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, das Personal absolut beispielhaft freundlich, professionell und um unser Wohlergehen sehr bemüht. Der Subtext „Imbiss für Besseresser“ ist mehr als zutreffend, denn die Speisen sind raffiniert, aber bodenständig. Zeitgemäß, aber traditionell. Die Karte übersichtlich, aber jeder findet was er mag. Begrüßt wird man mit einem kleinen, feinen Gruß aus der Küche. Mein Holsteiner Schnitzel war perfekt zubereitet, und die Bratkartoffeln haben den Namen wirklich verdient. Der Burger meines Sohnes war sehr lecker, und das Fleisch von regionaler Quelle. Alles strahlt einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und Frische aus. Die Preise sind dafür sehr angemessen. Wir waren sehr begeistert und positiv überrascht. Das nächste Mal müssen wir unbedingt den Rest der Familie mitbringen. Wahrscheinlich macht eine Reservierung mehr Sinn als ein spontaner Besuch.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Restaurant! Wir haben sowohl eine Vorspeise als auch verschiedene Hauptgerichte und einen Nachtisch genossen und haben festgestellt: so gut haben wir (nahezu) noch nie gegessen. Klasse Gerichte, liebevoll hergerichtete Teller, Ambiente super, Mitarbeiterinnen freundlich, höflich und lustig. Es hat nur noch gefehlt, dass wir den Koch / die Köchin (?!) sehen und auch dort danke sagen. Eine klasse Abend und wir kommen sicher wieder!

But I'm giving my extra star for the flexible dessert solution. I don't eat sugar and have often wished for a healthy alternative in the form of fruit. Here at Immersatt, my wish was immediately granted, and the chef conjured up such a wonderful dessert from delicious fruit. Simply amazing. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

I was a guest at a birthday party with about 40 people. Immersatt catered the event – ​​a buffet. The portions of salads, side dishes, and main courses were perfectly calculated; there was very little left over. We hardly need to mention the delicious taste of each item: The salads were incredibly fresh and aromatic. The sauces were fruity, flavorful, and perfectly complemented the meat. The meats were also fantastically seasoned and expertly grilled! The highlight of the evening was the flank steak: fresh off the grill and so tender it practically melted in your mouth. A great, modernly decorated place. Not too big, but not too small either. It's best to reserve a table here, though. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was good, but the value for money is a bit questionable. Paying €8.90 for four onion rings with sour cream is borderline. €19.90 for a currywurst isn't even worth that on Sylt at the Sansibar, and no burger costs less than €20.00, that's certainly debatable. Everything tastes good, but the prices are quite high.

I pre-ordered the Immersatt Burger to go three times. The staff is really friendly, and pickup was also problem-free at the agreed time. The burgers and fries were freshly prepared and tasted good. What really got me thinking is the price... I paid just under €64 for three burgers and three fries. The photo shows the portion size. This is my personal opinion; everyone has a different opinion. Tastes really good 👍 So, unfortunately, I'm only giving it 3 stars.

After visiting the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg, we wanted to end the evening in a "typical American" way. After a quick internet search, we came across "Immersatt," which was on our way home. The name and the rather unassuming exterior of the shop might not suggest it at first glance, but behind it lies a magnificent restaurant "for those with a healthy diet" (as they themselves state on their website... quite rightly so!). The interior is ultra-modern and stylishly decorated. They use only high-quality meat and regional produce. You can even buy homemade liqueur. We ordered a small appetizer and two burgers with a side dish. Everything tasted truly delicious and was brought to our table quickly. Our waitress was gracious and friendly. Always making sure we didn't lack for anything. We had a really pleasant conversation with her and even received a digestif on the house at the end.

We visited Immersatt for the first time yesterday and celebrated my sister's wedding anniversary and birthday there. With 15 people, we were assigned a large table in the back of the restaurant. The ambiance was very stylish and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful, harmonious color scheme. The restaurant concept, which focuses on regional produce and products from the family farm and surrounding suppliers, was clearly reflected in the outstanding quality of the food. It was a true delight to eat there. The prices are high, but justified given the overall concept and the quality. We would especially like to mention Emely, who served us throughout the evening. She was outstanding. We have rarely experienced such friendly, attentive, and professional service. She answered all our questions confidently and with great skill. She is a blessing to any establishment. We were very happy that evening and went home completely satisfied.

That's a major reason to go back. The price is rather high, but still reasonable.

However, the prices are at a level you'd expect on the Binnenalster in Hamburg. Hence, one star deducted. Actually, two.

Up until now, we've always picked up our food. But even when we call to pick up our order, we're treated kindly and courteously. We've always had schnitzel so far. And it was amazing! You can taste the quality. Everything is really seasoned so well, and the fried potatoes are to die for. I hope we can enjoy the in-person service sometime soon. Immersatt is definitely a great addition to Ahrensbök.

A very simple appearance at the outside but you will feel the warm atmosphere once you stepped inside. It is a small restaurant but they have a creative way in combining their dish and presentation. Food looked simple but I was surprised of the taste as it was really delicious. My husband got something they have offered off the menu, the lamb tasted heavenly and so soft. Only I find the two pieces of lamb a little expensive for the price. But flavor wise the food was great!

Discovered it spontaneously last year and reserved it for three evenings this week. The restaurant is excellent. The staff is super professional, always friendly and accommodating, something I have never experienced in any restaurant before. The food and especially the concept behind it is sensational. The atmosphere is great and just as convincing as last year. In terms of price, I think it's absolutely okay, especially since you have to consider the love and work behind it. If you can leave 20-30 € with the big M, you definitely shouldn't complain about the prices for high-quality food.
