I would like to give fewer stars. But unfortunately it doesn't work. Everything is dirty inside and out. The food is touched without gloves. No beard net is worn and you feel disgusted if you are supposed to eat something there. We got out again and drove on. You should send the health department there. Just embarrassing for McDonald's

Salt predominates in the fries, the burgers are swimming in sauce as you can see in the attached photo. I do not recommend it!!

We pinched ourselves food. Climate from everything dirty there is garbage everywhere. Seats outside totally dirty with the tables. Who knows what it will look like in the kitchen? Save yourself the hassle of stopping here.

Ordering through the machines is a disaster. Most visitors stand in front of it for a long time. Totally annoying. Combine that with coupons and things get even worse at these slow machines. But it may be because I'm not a McDonald's power user that I don't understand it intuitively.

That wasn't much. The employees were completely overwhelmed. As an outsider you immediately recognized the chaos. The processes were not consistent, things were forgotten or prepared twice. Despite being consumed in the restaurant, the coffee was prepared in a mug and not in a cup. Luckily the nice employee in the McCafe area was able to save a lot. The toilet area was very unsightly, but this is clearly due to poor use by the guests.

Unfortunately very full, machines work very, very slowly. Service is almost non-existent, tablets are not emptied, tables are dirty, toilet is disgusting.

Unfortunately, it's no longer the same as it used to be, so you usually get a stomach ache. Me and my girlfriend anyway. As many times as you drove to where you got your ticket. It's over quickly and eating isn't so great anymore.

Don't stop at this McDonalds! Toilets are out of lubrication, toilet paper and hand soap have run out and the light is broken. Many things on the menu have run out and the chicken nuggets are soggy. The hygiene here is also nothing to write home about. The restaurant looks like they are very busy and don't have time to clean, but they are just hanging around in the kitchen. All in all not a good thing.

The temperature was 30 degrees outside, the air conditioning was turned off inside, it was terribly hot, there were bees flying around the place, the smell was dirty and poor. Everything was served sloppily, dirty with sauce and grease. This McDonald's is definitely not a showcase of Germany :)

Long slogs through poorly functioning or non-functioning terminals, unfriendly employees and our donut was so hard that it had definitely been there for 3-4 days. Absolutely not recommended.

As far away from this place as possible

I visited McDonald's yesterday and tried the Big Chicken Caesar Salad with extra chicken, bacon, and jalapeños. As someone on a keto diet, this was a solid choice. The extra chicken and bacon made it hearty and satisfying, while the jalapeños added a nice kick. It's great to have a low-carb option like this at a fast-food place, and I’ll definitely order it again. Perfect for anyone looking to stay on track with keto while on the go!

Not a particularly fancy or neat McDonald's. Toilets are upstairs, most people wander around downstairs and search. A better sign should be put up. Food was ok - McDonald's.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Actually one of the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. The self-service terminals were very slow and barely responsive, barcode scanners for the app didn't work and the paper for the order receipt was empty. Despite the "normal" number of visitors, the preparation took just under 15 minutes (20 nuggets, burger, ice cream, fries and a drink). The serice stations for napkins and straws were empty everywhere. Toilets were very dirty and smeared with feces. The faucet in the men's toilet was just dangling from its supply line.

We tried to order double cheese, but the operator (a girl) didn’t understand. But I understood the Big Mac)))) it was a peroxided cucumber. And instead of Sprite, the drink is 7Up (this is not the same thing). The bun was terrible - it was the first time I ate one like this. In Germany, the desire to go to MCDonald’s has disappeared (thanks for the savings). The tap in the toilet is broken (men's section). Thank you very much to the male operator, he is the one who gets 5 stars for his service.

It's a McDonald's 🤷🏻‍♀️ The tables are clean and the clearance carts are emptied regularly. The children's playground outside is clean and open for use.

As already described in the last reviews: terminals work poorly, long waiting times for the food (over 30 minutes for 3 burgers and 6 chicken Mc nuggets), in general the entire restaurant was not well maintained/sometimes dirty! The staff is OVERWHATED in all areas and there is a very unfriendly tone among the employees - they tried to be friendly to the guests. Here you don't feel "welcome" while waiting. The food was cold/lukewarm - value for money is not right here at all! There was no time/nerve for questions/complaints/feedback about the chaos. Unfortunately, this break was anything but relaxing.

Tables, chairs and floor dirty. There's not much going on and yet no one has time to pick up a rag? It's just a matter of getting as much coal as possible... Sad...

Were here in transit. Unfortunately there was only breakfast - we were 20 minutes early. But it doesn't help. We were hungry and everyone ordered something. Three adults plus three kids. Conclusion: nobody liked it. Either it was far too greasy or the taste was simply unpleasant. Before we left I asked for cookies. The employee looked at me in surprise and didn't understand a word. I promise cute it again with cookies. He told me he only had strawberry cheesecake. I thanked him, turned around and saw the McCafe corner as I walked out. And other baskets full of cookies......... When I pointed this out to him, he was totally annoyed, changed the counter, got us two cookies........

I agree with the other reviewers. Personally, I have already driven many large M's and this Mecces at the Königslutter exit is the worst in a 100km radius so far and I drive it every few months and my assessment is always confirmed. Nothing is being done to improve this. It's a shame, the building is OK so far. The rest, especially in today's technical times when ordering at the terminals, should work better. That the technology can go on strike, okay. But continuously over months and years... What a shame. I then feel a bit sorry for the employees, who are usually dragged into the overall negative.

I have never seen such a poorly cleaned McDonalds. The trash cans were overflowing and no tables were cleaned. No stands for table seating for those ordering. Then ordered to be taken over at the counter and received everything in a bag to take away. I actually enjoy the McCafe and drink my cappuccino from porcelain but no chance here.

We had to wait a relatively long time for our food because, like everywhere else, only half of the ordering terminals worked. It was very dirty outside. The trash cans and tray carts were overflowing. There were wilted, some already brown lettuce leaves on the burgers. A short time after eating the food, everyone involved experienced indigestion.

Very bad service!!!! Terminals don't work. Coupons will not be redeemed. Supposedly it can't be done manually, everyone who knows McDonald's knows that there is a solution if you want. Waiting in line at the terminal for 20 minutes...two didn't work! Two just bad! Then waited a whopping 27 minutes for a burger! Which was also cold! Although supposedly freshly prepared!!

Bad worse worst! We have already been to the “yellow seagull” across Europe and Asia. So far, there have certainly been one or two objections from time to time, but with this “McNegativ” everything is worth discussing, and nothing can be saved by a complete change of staff or closure of the facility! Shut down the shop before it clears out an office! How can you exist like that? All employees are truly overwhelmed. No structure. Ordering was very strange, the first impulse would have saved us €28 in endless hassle! Escape. The terminal (original sound: “It only works there, that’s the way it is now!”) had to be operated with a lot of power. Then at some point our number “in progress” actually appeared on the display. It was easy to observe that the employees were running all over the place, everyone was overwhelmed with their task. The drinks were provided, followed by the ice cream. In principle it's ok, but the products offered chilled should have to wait another 10 minutes until they can be used again without any enjoyment. Just like the MA around it, the order lists were constantly looked at without anything decisive happening. Customers left the waiting area angry, the work behavior behind the counter did not create anticipation for culinary experiences. French fries were served that had already been vegetating in the warming zone for over 10 minutes. Carelessly thrown together burgers finished us off as we unpacked. Nice big Meki! There is no gluten-free hambi, they don't even know the term!😂 There were few people, the toilet was run down, there was no garbage disposal..Albania..but it's quiet, even though there's no music..😇

I do not recommend. Dirty. No air conditioning. Toilet without toilet paper and smelly. Food sold. Just to be sure, they had locators tucked away so they didn't have to carry them to the table. And there were only two occupied tables. The founder would not like that.

McDonald's with enough parking spaces..Mc Café. Orders only via machines. Waiting time pre-programmed. Payment possible at the counter but no ordering 🤔🤔. WHEN FINALLY the order could be placed, it went relatively quickly. Seating spread over 2 levels. Was relatively clean. OK

When we entered, we immediately noticed that the return stations for trays and garbage were completely overcrowded and it was generally not very clean. Three employees were busy maintaining the green areas outside and removing weeds... ordering was only possible via the machine and there was no table service. Ice cream could be ordered, but strangely enough, milkshake could not be ordered. While waiting for the food, which had already taken a long time, I noticed that the staff behind the counter preferred to chat rather than take care of the restaurant. Food was so mediocre and not hot either. In any case, action is necessary here so that something changes. Next time we'll go again...

Don't deserve a star. Staff unfriendly. Stood at Mc Drive for 20 minutes and when I asked, I was mobbed.

The service was incredibly bad, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and also so slow they had to shut down the order screens because they couldn’t cope with the customers’ orders. And they gave no explanations for why they were overwhelmed and just blankly refused to help customers. I understand that they might be understaffed (and that’s McDonald’s fault), but there’s a line between being disappointed and angry at your job and taking it out on customers who have been waiting for over half an hour with no support.

Chaos and mismanagement. In the 25 minutes that we are waiting, only five orders were given out. The numbers are said only in german, sometimes they show the numbers on the screen, but not always. One angry customer from drive-in went inside to demand his order right away. He got his money back in the end. There's over 20 orders showing waiting on the screen and after this, the manager shut off the ordering kiosks. The burgers are piling up at the finalizing kiosk, but nobody is taking care and the employees are frantically walking back and forth. In the end i got my order after 25 minutes, fries and burger are cold and i have no ice in my drink

We really wanted to eat; there was nothing on the road other than this McDonalds. We ordered at the terminal, the payment went through, the receipt did not come out. And the order number appeared for a second and disappeared. We waited a long time for the order. The tables are dirty and there are napkin crumbs on the floor. We ordered ice latte, made hot coffee, ice cream with caramel, and made it with peach jam. The rolls were falling apart in my hands. I don't recommend it)))

Worst McDonald's ever. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, I received a moldy mccrispy. In my opinion it would have been a service to refund the burger or the entire order, instead I only got the money for the burger back after another 10 minutes of waiting.

I do not know where to start… The food was horrible and like it was snotty, so no lie, it tasted like old rags and mold. Anyone who doesn't get diarrhea is probably lucky. Food poisoning wouldn't be surprising either. Service…. Which ? It was dirty and sticky everywhere, you couldn't click on table service at the counters because, strangely enough, there were no license plates... not even one. I wouldn't even eat there again for money... just bad! Better drive to the nearest McDonald's and do something good for your stomach.

Traveler stay away from this place. We were not served at the counter. We were told to place an order on the panel. I am visually impaired and asked for my order to be taken at the counter. When we ordered we discovered that there was no table service, why? The toilets are clean but are on the first floor without an elevator, what do wheelchair users do here? There are a lot of small tables downstairs that are covered with advertising; only 2 people can sit here (without advertising, otherwise only 1). The staff were friendly.

The worst service I have to deal with. I've orderd 2 coffes for two diffrent people, kindly requested a straw - got ignored. I asked one more time a young boy who actually gave me one straw, however I need to have a two. Once more kindly I ask for one more straw. A person who called the numbers said that I will not get a second one and 1 straw is enought for me! When I explained is for two people He get mad and said that he will no longer speak in English with me cus we are in Deutchland and with the waving of the hand telling me to get lost. How disrespecfull it is!

We felt like grabbing a little something to eat on the way home. I almost thought it was full. The owner of the shop must have been extremely unfriendly. I had a mc cripi. But I've never had anything like that. In all other restaurants the cheese is warm and melts. Not carelessly slapped on it here at all. That really wasn't holy and wasn't worth recommending.

In Sweden we didn't understand a word of it and left again :-( back in Germany we stood in line for ages because an older couple was standing at the front of the monitor, seemingly clueless and didn't know their way around. The stars are of course for McDonald's and cannot be compared with a restaurant. But it's always clean and it's right on the motorway exit next to the gas station. Parking lot is big enough. We always stop there when we pass by.

We waited 25 minutes for our food. Instead of the staff being friendly to us, they were very unfriendly. When asked why it took so long, the only answer was that it wasn't 25 minutes and there were only 3 people - and the window was closed. Of course the food was cold and inedible.

We visited in the evening with children, it was quite spacious, there were plenty of places both outside and inside. There is a children's playground outside. Everything is delicious, fast. The children are happy and the parents too. Very friendly and polite staff! I recommend! Wir be suchten es abends mit Kindern, es war recht geräumig, es gab viele Plätze sowohl draußen als auch drinnen. Draußen gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz. Alles ist lecker, schnell. Die Kinder sind glücklich und die Eltern auch. Sehr freundliches und höfliches Personal! Ich empfehle!

In my opinion the staff is just unfriendly. The food was okay, just McDonald's, but you shouldn't expect more. We didn't get a glow in the dark glass either, even though we ordered some and just got others and the same thing 3 times.

The burger patties fell to the floor and were packed back without a word and still used. The burgers had lots of salad on them and the fries were very soggy. In order to get the glowing glasses there had to be a discussion even though some were still available. Overall, bored staff and not recommended!

If the opening hours are from 7 a.m., then it should be open from 7 p.m

Food was terrible...French fries were soggy, mc rib...was somehow not done...The cola had almost no carbonation on it. I was in Wroclaw yesterday and at McDonald's. There's a world of difference between them. In terms of price as well as the quality of preparation... Although it is supposed to be a standardized one.

Not recommendable! Ordered through the machines and didn't get a receipt from the machine. I spoke to two employees, but neither of them could help me because no one there spoke German or English. And then there was the long waiting time even though the store was empty.

Top service - very friendly team

Very long waiting time until you have your food. The food is not fresh; it has been sitting there in the oven for over an hour and is drying out there. It's definitely not working according to the rules
