Dirty and smelly toilets, dirty restaurant, long queues, display failure and therefore complete chaos. You order from McCafe and get coffee from the fully automatic machine at the burgers, there is no staff at McCafe and no one can be found. This is misleading the customer.

Absolutely overwhelmed staff. If you don't get anything, if you've ordered and pressed cash pay, you first have to stand in line for cash payment, where you then wait at least 5 minutes for each order until the cash is collected. So we stood for 20 minutes to pay, when there were still 2 orders in front of us, which was too stupid for my husband and we then left. We then got our food somewhere else. We'll never stop there again.

It doesn't work at all! After waiting for minutes at a checkout, you were informed that orders were only possible via the terminals. However, the cash register was unmanned, so we only received this information when we asked. Unstructured, unfriendly and sad describes it perfectly. The employees seemed very overwhelmed and everyone was running wild. In the end, this visit to McDonald's was the worst experience I've had in terms of food in recent years. Simply underground!!!!!!

Waited 32 minutes for the food after ordering. Haphazard employees who, instead of processing orders, only move receipts. The trash can behind the café counter was completely overflowing without the counter being occupied. It's questionable how old the garbage was there.

Saturday evening, 20 guests in the building. The order was ready quickly, the fries were tepid, the hamburger was cold and had been stored for a long time. The upper floor of the building was freezing cold and dirty. Tables not wiped down, trays piled up everywhere, toilet dirty and no one in sight who wanted to change it. Never again

There are always technical problems that make orders and payment processing endless. Waiting time for the food was at least 30 minutes, for the second time in a row. Never again.

Today we were there and ate there. It was very, very dirty today. The tablet containers were overflowing, so some customers placed the tablets on the tables. It was clear that the employees were overwhelmed today. The toilets were also not 100% clean and there was no soap.

Worst Mcdonalds BY FAR. An abomination for the brand and all of fast food. We waited 45 minutes for an incomplete order of cold burgers and sloppy fries. The staff was lazy. unorganized and worst of all, rude. Never going back again, NEVER.

Forgetting our order first then it takes an hour to make it and even then we don't even give it our all. Gang of good-for-nothings behind the counter!

Disorganised, unsanitary and unfriendly. I would have preferred to give 0 stars, but unfortunately that option is not available. Never experienced anything like this before. Don't stop here. When we arrived at 1 p.m. there were already a lot of people there, but we were there and were hungry, so we started queuing. Then we ordered our food at the outdated ordering kiosks that actually didn't work at all, paid and started waiting. The wait lasted and continued, giving us a lot of time to look at the staff. Never before have I seen such an inept and disorganized gang. They all shuffled around lazily, waiting two at a time at one machine, the manager strolling as if in a daze among his staff and in fact everyone pretended to be busy, but no one actually worked. No drive, no motivation, no organization. Inefficient. In addition, no one was wearing a hairnet or gloves and it looked like some employees had just rolled out of their beds. Finally we got close to our number. At this point it was 1:30 PM and all the numbers around ours had already been played, but suddenly ours disappeared from the screen. After asking, the lady behind the counter looked at our receipt for an exaggerated amount of time, and then bluntly said that she was going to start working on it. Mistake can happen. Then you hope that they will just start processing your order straight away, but fifteen minutes later our burgers and fries were just getting cold and she was scrambling around looking for the rest. After asking if we could take one platter with us, she became angry and said that otherwise she could no longer check it. Then leave it alone. When we complained that we had been waiting for more than 45 minutes and that everything was getting cold, she said we should have eaten somewhere else. Eventually the lady was ready and we could take our order with us. Incomplete, cold and an hour after arrival. There was no longer any question of 'fast' food. I didn't know there was such a difference at McDonalds branches, but this one should be closed permanently as far as I'm concerned. So sorry we stopped here.

Incredibly dirty. There is no soap in the toilets, the hygiene bucket right next to the toilet is brown stained with leftovers from previous guests. It's just disgusting. The staff is normally friendly and moderately motivated.

Toilets very dirty, generally not very clean, I expect more, especially when it's only 8.30am.

Everything was ok except for the toilets, they weren't that big, otherwise everything was ok. There was no sign indicating that you can also use the cash register at the counter to place your order, so people are queuing up in front of the 2 ordering machines that can be used from both sides... .

You can stop briefly for a break and the typical McDonald’s meal on site. There was definitely no tidying up, tables being cleaned or toilets being cleaned.

The store has never been as dirty as it is today. Everything is full of rubbish inside and out. Upstairs, everything is full of toilet paper. Apparently the boss knows. Disaster!!

Food as usual (apart from a hair in the burger), but the cleanliness is subpar! Toilets uncleaned and disgusting, outside area really dirty, children's playground so run down and dirty that even my children, who are really insensitive, didn't want to play there. If I had read the reviews in advance, I would have been warned. Ordering at the terminal is also underground, I have never experienced a terminal that reacts so slowly. Does anyone in charge actually read the reviews and respond? I'm obviously not the first to find the conditions bad.

The shop is extremely dirty. Here I got the worst McDonald's fries ever. Better drive a little further to another McDonald's.

It just took 2 working days until I finally had my cheeseburgers. Guy in front of me came in shaved and came out with a full beard. Burgers were made with a lot of hate. The only motivated employee was the man at the french fries counter.

I have traveled the world and visited hundreds, if not thousands, of McDonald's locations, and this one is by far the worst I have ever been to. It was dirty, cold, and the food was far below McDonald's usual standards. A very disappointing experience. It seems like the management deliberately creates an uncomfortable environment to make people leave quickly.

One of the worst McDonald's visits in years This visit was a complete disappointment. I had to wait at the drive-thru counter for over 6 minutes before I could even place my order and was repeatedly told it would take “just a moment”. When I finally got my food, both burgers were cold, the bun was completely dry and the cheese was stuck to the packaging - the waiting time was clearly far too long. The fries were also cold and almost unsalted. It was so bad that I dumped the food in the nearest highway parking lot because I just didn't want to eat it. Truly one of the worst visits to McDonald’s I have ever experienced.

We were there on October 15, 2026, around 11:30 a.m. We wanted to use the toilet and have a coffee. At the entrance door, a guest who was just leaving the restaurant warned us not to touch much. The path from the entrance to the toilet facility on the first floor was so dirty that the soles of our shoes stuck to the floor. Every step made this typical sound. After using the toilet we wanted to order a coffee to go. The “friendly” employee directed us to the digital order stealers in the sales room. Even though there were no other customers at the counter and there were three cash registers, he found himself unable to sell a coffee at the cash register. We then left the McDonalds without coffee! I have rarely seen such poor service and especially such a dirty McDonald's. Never again!

Lousy coffee McCafe after 8pm. We bought cappuccinos at 8:15pm which were as bad as I've ever had. The McCafe closes after 8 p.m., the coffee from the restaurant is catastrophic but still costs €4...

I ate here with my mother and it wasn't particularly crowded. Nevertheless, there were no table number displays. We suspect the staff probably just didn't want to do table service. The young lady at the counter was very nice though. In addition, there were no veggie burgers and milkshakes available, which we thought was a shame. When we asked, we were only told that the machine was broken, but of course we wondered how long it had been like that. It wasn't really clean either, sticky floor, chairs and tables, but that's what you find in most branches. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, but otherwise the food was very tasty. We didn't have to wait long, but those are the only positive points.

Really bad, we were there with our team to take a break and half of us just didn't get any food even though they paid. Some people even couldn't pay at all and when someone got something, the food was cold.

Unfortunately our order had many errors. My burger was wrong, the sauces we ordered were missing and despite the fact that extra books were selected for the HappyMeal, we got the toys. An exchange didn't seem possible... It's a shame.

Worst McDonald's ever. Been there twice, cold fries both times (partially frozen the second time) and the wrong drink. We waited forever for everything both times, it had nothing to do with “fast food”. Then you end up standing on each other's feet because of poorly placed self-service terminals in the entrance area. We will not be visiting this store again in the future.

You should always start with something positive: nothing was forgotten when we ordered. The food was McDonald's standard and there was enough parking space. There was defective equipment, it took a long time to prepare, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The staff was completely overwhelmed.

Only 1 star thanks to the bad service no on-site service ordering machine broken or barely usable dirty sanitary rooms also very dirty ordering only at the counter no longer possible at the counter many old ones have problems. Zero stars from us!!! Hamburger and cheeseburger, 1 small. Fries, 1 medium. The hamburger looked like it had been warmed up, the sauce had dried up and there was 1 small shriveled slice of cucumber on it. Meat lukewarm and far dry. Fries were identical in quantity, just larger packaging. Stern TV tested this last year and it is pure customer fraud. Unfortunately we were so shocked at first and ate it anyway and then later I went to the counter and got a little louder. Overall, the overall freshness quality has deteriorated so much. I always thought the fries were the best, but now they were flabby and had a bland taste. I told the UK to please pass this on to management. The last time we were here was in Helmstedt!👎😡 Milestones away from the pictures on the menu. I hope others heard it. Conclusion later...stomach pressure and severe discomfort...Great afternoon...Thank you. Prices for this...food...are outrageous and not appropriate. I can therefore absolutely not recommend it. It used to be better here! Work on it and you can do it soon...

Never again! The worst McDonald's branch I have ever visited. After 25 minutes of waiting, I was told that technology had “forgotten” my order. My hint that I have follow-up appointments did not significantly increase the resting heart rate of the overwhelmed and at the same time deeply relaxed staff. In short: never again!!!! Unfortunately I can't give zero stars.

Forgot to take my bag with me and I had already driven 400 km away. I called a very friendly lady. The bag will be sent to my address in Holland. I think it's great and very hospitable.

Ordered on the app. We had to wait 60 minutes. Our number on the screen disappeared, we received no confirmation email, the app had no sign of the order and the restaurant had no record of anything. They then had to ask us what we had ordered and the manager was very rude and accused customers of lying. Horrendously unhygienic toilets and absolutely overflowing bins. We will avoid in future.

Worst McDonald's ever. Toilets are on the 1st floor, but there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor. The women's restroom had no soap and one stall had no toilet paper. The tables are all dirty and you can hardly sit down anywhere. One of the four order terminals was broken. The line went all the way outside. A screen with the menu on it above the employees is broken and flickering. It's a shame for everyone who maybe just wants to drink a coffee. An older couple left again, which I was really sorry to see.

57 minutes for nuggets, ice cream and drinks… Stable overall performance

Order columns initially react very slowly. The staff is completely overwhelmed and booking at the checkout is not possible. Fries are ready and burgers are piling up but not being given out. Now all order columns have been switched off. 65 minutes until the food arrived.

There were only 2 vehicles in front of me in the drive-in... Waiting time for the order was 30 minutes, and the cheeseburger was still cold. The staff probably "didn't feel like" working, which at least explains the bored faces and slow movements. I don't have an excuse for the waiting time either. I will definitely never stop here again.

At the time of my visit it was very busy and there were long waiting times to order. Then I decided on the drive-in. At least it felt like it was actually faster.

McFlurry smells like rancid sperm and there are no straws for cola??? We're standing at the "Order" sign and Beate tells me that we should order where it says "Order"? This must be one of the worst Mcdonalds I have ever visited. The service was poor, the fries were cold and stodgy, the outside area was untidy and dirty (some of the tables were simply unusable because they were covered in pigeon droppings, the bin was over full with waste packaging and food left overs and covered in wasps seeking an easy meal. ) No hand soap in the toilets. Simply the worst mcdonalds experience I have ever made. As a big fan of mcdonalds this was extremely disappointing. 2 weeks earlier I visited a Mcdonalds just outside of Ingolstadt. That was the best one I have ever visited. This in comparison was an absolute disaster.

As a Düsseldorfer, I'm used to crappy McDonald's, but that beats everything else. The toilets are painted with brown pens and the squat toilets are overflowing with urine. The ordering machines are slower than standard PCs. After a long wait, the food is sometimes ready, but it's cold, and the workers forgetting to eat is nothing new. While eating, you notice that there are already lots of flies at the breakfast counter. If you want to eat here, you better not do it

I've been a very enjoyable McDonald's eater on many routes, but this McDonald's ruined everything. In addition to bad service, a non-existent ambience and cold food, after a long wait the machines only worked slowly. After I visited the toilet I noticed that someone had smeared shit around there. Overall, I can't recommend this McDonald's and would rather stay on the highway and drive to the charity Burger King

Shop is very dirty and so is the toilet. Staff overwhelmed. Terminals work. Waited a long time for the food and it was still cold. Food was forgotten. Outside area was very dirty and run down. I come around a lot but I still remember such a dirty shop didn't come down and get so much money for cold food.

Very varied quality and service. Sometimes A1 and sometimes very bad. It works best with the Mcdrive. The terminals inside are often broken and there is often a lot of waiting time overall.

Instead of putting a sign on the ordering machines that the card payment function doesn't work (nationwide), they let you knock your knuckles sore at the terminals. The terminals only react to very strong “stimuli”. These are not touch screens, these are "shock screens"

Due to the defective machine system, we wanted to order at the checkout, whereupon we were told in a very rude manner that only an order at the machine was possible. Unprofessional service. I've seen a lot, but this McDonald's right on the highway is one of the nastiest ones I've ever seen. First of all, the toilets were broken and I had to use the disabled toilet, which was completely full of shit - the floor of the whole store was sticky, everything smelled rotten, there were leftover food everywhere on the floor and on the tables, based on the metal feet under the tables You could see that it hadn't really been cleaned in a while. The food was cold, the service was unfriendly and I couldn't understand a word of German - and you got the wrong order. All in all a wonderful experience that I could have done without, have a nice day, I'm going home now

Actually, it's hard for me to comment because I don't eat at Mac - and this was an exceptional situation... I can say that no one felt bad after eating, so I guess it's ok :)

Poor and very slow service, it takes me over 12 minutes to get 2 coffees where facility were almost empty. Only 1 person was able to take an order because of language barrier.

For years we were guests every few weeks on long journeys. It was always friendly, clean and tidy. The food as usual. Then the service continued to decline until it is now dirty. Ordering in person is no longer possible these days, so you can't quickly grab a coffee to go. The order machine is extremely slow and there is no reception for the app. We won't go there anymore. Too bad.

One of the dirtiest McDonald's I've seen in a long time. Chairs and tables stick together... railings stick with sauce and the outdoor playground doesn't invite you to let your children play there either.

I would like to give fewer stars. But unfortunately it doesn't work. Everything is dirty inside and out. The food is touched without gloves. No beard net is worn and you feel disgusted if you are supposed to eat something there. We got out again and drove on. You should send the health department there. Just embarrassing for McDonald's

Salt predominates in the fries, the burgers are swimming in sauce as you can see in the attached photo. I do not recommend it!!

We pinched ourselves food. Climate from everything dirty there is garbage everywhere. Seats outside totally dirty with the tables. Who knows what it will look like in the kitchen? Save yourself the hassle of stopping here.

Very dirty McDonalds, unfriendly staff and the food wasn't really cooked either. Actually doesn't deserve a star.

Ordering through the machines is a disaster. Most visitors stand in front of it for a long time. Totally annoying. Combine that with coupons and things get even worse at these slow machines. But it may be because I'm not a McDonald's power user that I don't understand it intuitively.

That wasn't much. The employees were completely overwhelmed. As an outsider you immediately recognized the chaos. The processes were not consistent, things were forgotten or prepared twice. Despite being consumed in the restaurant, the coffee was prepared in a mug and not in a cup. Luckily the nice employee in the McCafe area was able to save a lot. The toilet area was very unsightly, but this is clearly due to poor use by the guests.

Unfortunately very full, machines work very, very slowly. Service is almost non-existent, tablets are not emptied, tables are dirty, toilet is disgusting.

A little more attention could be paid to cleanliness in the toilets
