Disaster, long waiting times, dirty toilets, machines don't work, cappuccino was cold. 5 employees were overwhelmed. We won't be coming back.

Hardly anyone speaks German, English only moderately. Dirty toilets shortly after opening.

The staff wouldn't be bothered if they were a little friendlier... grumpy employees should perhaps look for another job!? The burgers were good by default.

Was a lesser experience. Many people wanted to eat at this McDonald's after the traffic jam. It was a bit too much for the employees [1 employee was coughing, which was not very tasty]. People have had to wait 45 minutes and more for their food. No orders taken for a while.

Machine to order was broken, screens were broken. Everything took super long. Constant beeping. Lots of workers didnt look like they know what they were doing.

Can't even make coffee with sugar

I actually just wanted to buy a cappuccino. The counter in the store was unmanned and you were supposed to report to the checkout, but no one was there to take you. Next attempt: drove through McDrive. After I was asked to wait at the column, I backed out again after 2 minutes. ...actually I just wanted a cappuccino.

Very dirty and not hygienic. It took a very long time, even though there wasn't much activity

We visited this McDonald's while passing through and were very disappointed in terms of cleanliness! All (not one) of the garbage containers were overflowing, toilets were dirty and the appearance was rather unhygienic! Screens were switched off or broken!? Something has to happen here!!! The employees were rather listless and annoyed! There were no more straws either… even when asked! There's not much to say about the food... Just McDonald's! It just has to be quick!

Catastrophic system performance of the tableau ordering system (ALL 4 OF THEM...), and idiotic detours in the order process --- should be: order from a clear listing or graphics, then confirm, then credit card payment, then receive receipt, and order number, then receive the ordered food in LESS THAN 15 MINUTES

Since we travel a lot, we have seen a wide variety of fast food restaurants around the world. But that wasn't good at all. The order at the Easy Order Terminal kept getting stuck, so the waiting time became longer and longer. Friendliness and cleanliness seem to be foreign words here. The cherry on top was the half McFlurry we got. No thanks, never here again 👎

Very Low quality food, even for MC donalds, dirty evereywhere and you really dont want to be here. I ll never come back.

For me it was the worst McDonald's I've ever had. Waited forever for the food. The coffee was only lukewarm. The employees were poorly trained. Or didn't feel like it. And you don't even want to talk about the toilet. I've never had a toilet this dirty in a McDonald's.

No. I just wanted a McFlurry. The 4 order machines were overcrowded with what felt like 20 people so I went to the counter and wanted to order there. At first they don't pay any attention to you at all, then someone came and told me to go to the terminal. All right then. While I'm waiting for my ice cream, 15 minutes pass!!! No trace of speed. There are 4 waiters standing there chatting away while one of them is bagging something! And then I also see that someone else can order at the counter. Never again! And no THANKS either

The fries were soft and flabby, the burger buns were cold and dry. And on top of that, they didn't give me 2 burgers to order and they got one wrong.

By far the worst McDonald ever. The tartar sauce was missing on the first part of the fish, the replacement was cold and only minimal cheese. What a shame, my money wasn't fully compensated.

I can only agree with the many negative words here. By far the worst and uncleanest McDonald's ("restaurant") I have ever been to. The question arises as to why McDonald's itself doesn't intervene here.

One star is still too many – never again! I've been to many McDonald's locations, but this was the absolute nadir of human civilization. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a smell that was somewhere between wet carpet, old frying oil and pure resignation. The floor was so sticky that I thought I would become a permanent part of the decor. The order took over 10 minutes with exactly two other guests in the store. There are no stands for table service and the ordering terminals were broken! When I finally got my food, the burger was cold, the fries burnt and dry. My redeemed coupon for a free Coke was not taken and I paid €1.99 for a Coke in the coupon! The staff looked like they were having an internal competition to see who could look the most bored. My polite “Excuse me?” was met with a “What?!” acknowledged as if I had just interrupted her lunch break (spoiler: the break was permanent). The highlight? There was no soap in the laundry room, the water only ran hot or hotter, and the dryer insulted my hands instead of drying them. Conclusion: If you want to feel really bad again - treat yourself to this place. But otherwise? It's better to drive 10 km further or eat a stone - it's more nutritious and probably more hygienic.

Disaster! Dirty, ants and garbage everywhere. MC Café refrigerated counters either broken or switched off. Very unhygienic! The order machines are ALL broken. One completely destroys the other 3 so slowly that I know why 1 is destroyed. Cookies bone dry and therefore old and the coffee so sweet that it was inedible. It's best to keep driving! 1 star is still too much.

Male staff very unfriendly and looked like they were annoyed by the guests

There was relatively little going on and the staff was overwhelmed. I only bought chicken burgers and hamburgers, all burgers were absolutely poorly assembled, completely smeared and the bun was soggy. I've rarely had something this bad at McDonalds.

Sorry, waiting 15 minutes on Mc Drive with 2 cars in front of us is out of the question. The food was also soggy and cold. Never again.

Unfortunately, I live near McDonald's, which means that in the evenings on the way home after a long trip, when you're feeling a little peckish, it's often the only alternative to a piece of brown bread. I've been disappointed many times. Store policy: "less is more," meaning fries are always only half-filled, always cold, and the burgers are the same. They also look like someone sat on them after playing a game of cheese-throwing, hoping to hit the burger. I call this consumer deception, and it should perhaps be forwarded to the consumer protection agency. McDonald's classics are interpreted very loosely here and only vaguely resemble the images in the app in a very abstract way (only noticeable to trained eyes). The restroom accessories apparently no longer include paper towels; I've never seen them here before. After another incorrect order, we unfortunately had to interrupt the eight silly employees, without any other customers, to point out the mistake of ordering the wrong burger and half-baked fries. They seemed to already know the complaint and corrected it without further comment. Unfortunately, I was already home, so I was happy to drive the extra 5 km. Double the stale, cold fries as compensation doesn't help either, as the taste remains a disgrace. I think I'll prefer the brown bread in the future.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There isn't a single order where something is forgotten. Today they've gone above and beyond again. Two Happy Meals were ordered, along with four cheeseburgers. Since experience has shown that you have to ask if the toy is included (which is forgotten in 90% of cases), I was told, "Yes, it's in the package." You can guess three times what wasn't in the package. Also missing were ketchup and sweet and sour sauce. And the four cheeseburgers were also forgotten. Sorry, that's not possible, and it happens with absolutely every order.

The worst McDonald's restaurant I know. Never again, dirty, sticky, incompetent and listless to lazy staff. Apparently the employees' family clan meets there to hang out, Polish is the national language there

Nice from the outside, but nothing more. Staff overwhelmed, maybe there were too few. Disabled toilet very dark, only one light works. The ordering machine kept getting stuck and then wouldn't print a note. I noticed that right away and so we remembered the number. Very long waiting time, so that my husband continued to wait inside for the food and I then went back out into the car with both children (one disabled). Next disillusionment, ordered 3 donuts, all three were dry, hard and therefore probably old! Muffins were also borderline! A burger cold! And with the Mini Pancake 6 Pack, there were only 5 in it! Absolutely underground.

The current tenant is a total failure.

The staff at the checkout loudly sing religious songs and suddenly stop their work without comment. Inappropriate and unprofessional towards guests (who may have different religious affiliations). Religion belongs in the private sphere. Food mashed together. I've never seen burnt cheese at MD before either. There is an urgent need to think about priorities.

Despite table service, the number was called into the restaurant. They didn't feel like bringing the menu. The cheese on the burger wasn't melted.

Wait 30 minutes? Are you serious? First drinks then wait another 20 minutes. Staff is slow and doesn't really understand anything. All toilets open and the shop dirty.

Queues (yes, there are queues at a fast food restaurant), wait for an order for 15 minutes+ The queue monitor does not work! The waiter shouts out the order number (for those who don’t understand German, what should you do?)

Unfortunately, the ordering machines in the McDonald's did not work as expected and had very long waiting times. The food was also ready quicker in other McDonald's; There was also no table service.

So it's always the same thing, it's so bad to order food here. The toilets are incredibly dirty, no soap, no toilet paper. There is no trace of the friendliness of the staff. Complaints are not responded to at all

Maybe it's the time?! 🤔 - we were there shortly after 11 p.m. and were happy with the nightly snack for the journey back to NRW. Staff was friendly, as staff at McD are 🤷‍♂️ Ambiance, like in every McD. We can't confirm the bad reviews - it's just a McD and not a four star restaurant ☝️😉

The burger is broken, the meat is not salted, there is not enough sauce, the fries are soaked in oil, the cake is practically cold.

Order acceptance takes time (eSystem very slow), from order completion moderately fast.

MC Donalds, you really need to do something!!! I've never seen such a dirty, littered McDonald's. And the toilets... Completely littered and dirty, no toilet paper and no drying towels at the sink. Absolutely disgusting... Then the ordering machines didn't work properly, the order number. could not be printed out, food for consumption in the restaurant was packed in bags “because there were no more trays”. I've never experienced anything like that in the service sector in Germany. If you can save yourself the visit, you shouldn't. Nobody needs an “experience” like this, especially for the relatively expensive prices.

Creepy ! Completely unhygienic staff. Burgers were cold - complaint was not understood - unfortunately there was a language barrier. Toilets like in emerging countries.

Right on the highway. Quick, nice staff. 2 levels for different seating options. 4 terminals to order yourself. Unfortunately we had missing or incorrect items in our order at the drive in 1'2' times. Therefore not full marks

Nice shop from the outside. Food was sloshed and not really attractive. The store was so clean except the toilets. They were a disaster.

There was no mood behind the counter and the food was simply cold. How can you have cold nuggets with this waiting time? Cheeseburger bun was fridge cold and the meat wasn't even loudly warm. The worst golden gull we've ever had.

Unfortunately very unclean (floors sticky across the board) and defective (ordering) technology; no table service. Staff friendly, but unfortunately completely overwhelmed. Hygiene between working at the counter and tidying up/cleaning is not understandable.

Cold chai latte in a paper cup for €4.39. The cup was only half full and it just tasted disgustingly sweet. The entire order was ordered for indoor consumption. I expect to have my donut on a plate and the drinks served in porcelain. When complaining, it was said that you were not understood.

Put up a sign that says on December 26th. The opening times have changed (open from 7 a.m.) and just before 8 a.m. they still aren't open... Well Aral took care of us.

32 minutes on the drive for 4 cars is way too long. The employees seemed very bored (stood around a lot), but there wasn't enough to say hello or have a good trip. Forgotten a junior bag, a wrong burger, not enough napkins and no straws - all of this in a single order, you have to manage it first. At least the junior bag was brought to the car after being tipped off. We weren't convinced by this franchise store, it could be better.

I waited half an hour for my McSmart menu while other customers who ordered after me had already received their items long ago

The rancidest McDonald's I've seen in recent memory. The staff was hopelessly overwhelmed, the lettuce was in the paper and not in the burger, the employee looked helplessly at the mountains of rubbish at the garbage station and just kept going. All service stations were empty and not refilled, but there were 10 napkins with the meal. Absolutely below the quality of other franchisees.

Ich war mit 3 Kindern am 16.11.2024 um ca 18:30 Uhr in Ihrem Restaurant in Königslutter – Ochsendorf zum Essen. Leider waren wir mehr als enttäuscht. Nicht nur ich als Erwachsenerer, sondern auch meine Kinder im Alter von 10-13 Jahren. Ihre Mitarbeiter machen einen genervten und überarbeiteten Eindruck. Zu meinen Auffälligkeiten: • Ihr Restaurant war mäßig voll, wurde immer voller da keine Waren wirklich raus gingen • In der Wärmezone stapelten sich die Speisen, es wurden immer mehr. • Die Wärmezone war unaufgeräumt, die Verpackungen gingen auf, es sah auf wie auf einem Abfallplatz • Ein Mitarbeiter beauftragte einen anderen Mitarbeiter einen großen Müllbeutel zu holen. Viele der Speisen aus der Warmhaltezone wurden entsorgt. Ihre Nachhaltigkeit gleich null. • Ein Mitarbeiter fragte einen anderen Mitarbeiter nach seinem Namen -> von Team / Teamgeist nichts zu spüren. • Wir hatten Bestellt: 2x 20 Chicken; 1x McRib; 1x Mc Chicken; 2x Hamburger Royal Menue’s; 1x Hamburger • Pommes und McRib waren warm, der Rest kalt • Den McRib haben wir an Ort und Stelle bei der Übernahem der Speisen zurück gegeben, der wurde uns frisch an den Platz geliefert Wir haben für uns beschlossen, Mc Donalds nicht mehr zu besuchen. Wir haben ca 50€ bezahlt und bekamen kalte waren nach eine Wartezeit von ca. 35 min. Für uns nicht akzeptabel. Leider wurde das gewünschte Erlebnis der Kinder enttäuscht.

I had dinner with 3 children in your restaurant in Königslutter - Ochsendorf on November 16th, 2024 at around 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately we were more than disappointed. Not just me as an adult, but also my children aged 10-13. Your employees seem annoyed and overworked. About my abnormalities: • Your restaurant was moderately full, getting more and more crowded as no goods were actually going out • The food was piling up in the warming zone and there were more and more of it. • The warming zone was untidy, the packaging opened, it looked like a garbage dump • An employee asked another employee to get a large trash bag. Much of the food from the warming zone was thrown away. Their sustainability is zero. • An employee asked another employee his name -> there was no sign of team/team spirit. • We ordered: 2x 20 chicken; 1x McRib; 1x Mc Chicken; 2x Hamburger Royal Menue’s; 1x hamburger • Fries and McRib were warm, the rest were cold • We returned the McRib on the spot when we picked up the food; it was delivered fresh to us We have decided not to visit McDonald's anymore. We paid around €50 and got cold goods after a wait of around 35 minutes. Not acceptable for us. Unfortunately, the children's desired experience was disappointed.

Wow, that was absolutely nothing... I usually avoid fast food chains of any kind, but there are times when it's hard to find alternatives. After a long journey (moving) we stopped at the McDonalds Am Mühlenhop for a quick refreshment. The digital ordering terminals were so slow that even redeeming vouchers/coupons via the app was almost impossible. At some point we gave up and sent our order. The order status monitors weren't working and after a longer than average wait we received our forced small order. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, unmotivated and in a bad mood. Of course the McCafe was not occupied, so we got our coffee (1x small crema, 1x large cappucino) from the machine... unfortunately the cappucino turned into another crema, but we only noticed this in the car on the way. The castles were cold, as was the “chocolate bag”. All in all, an absolute failure and not recommended. Service 6, food 6 - if there was a chance of getting the money back we would have considered it immediately.

It is one of worst, awaiting time plus quality is far from good. Fries raw, burger cold, manager dont know at all what is happening, raising voice on members, kitchen with a lot of waisted food on floor , maybe I wouldn't notice that, if ordered food will come in normal awaiting time. Been twice do to job near by, but im not sure I would come again. Sorry but its been poor for me

Waited 30 minutes for cold fries. Almost all of them have no idea how it works or motivates them. Some guests were very annoyed because of the long waiting times.

We now know a few branches, this one is by far one of the worst. Overwhelmed staff, dirty restaurant and bad food. We will never eat here again! This branch should be checked urgently.

The floor is sticky, the toilets are dirty, the fries were dripping with oil, the burger was sparsely topped and only lukewarm (the fries were hot), the staff seemed completely overwhelmed (but were friendly). Once again a prime example of why you just shouldn't go to McDonald's.🤢

At McCafé, coffee is only available in paper or plastic reusable cups. Every gas station is better.

Very long waiting time at the drive in

Heating off in November. Cold as hell. Self service counter extremely slow. Broken screen. Not really clean. The headquarters would be happy to check that.

Unfortunately the restaurant was very cold so it wasn't a pleasure to eat there.

Stranded here due to a business trip. The floor is sticky, there is only order and pickup at the counter and it was freezing cold. You don't like to talk about the toilets... but the food was okay!

We've never had worse coffee. It doesn’t look like coffee at all - the water is like rinsed glasses after coffee. When ordering coffee with caramel, there is not even a hint of caramel.

Not only was the food cold, but so was the entire restaurant. Even with a jacket, it was so cold that you just didn't feel comfortable. Food was typical McDonald’s. I found the toilets to be dirty and could definitely use some freshening up.

After waiting 15 minutes in front of the ordering point, we left the queue again without being able to place an order. It was probably too crowded there.

Not the best restaurant... the food wasn't really warm... like the restaurant itself... with 5 degrees outside it wasn't particularly warm and uncomfortable inside. The store itself clean and tidy. An employee was annoyed because a group ordered a coffee at their table via the app and made this openly known... you shouldn't actually do that... I've had better restaurants...

Saturday evening, 20 guests in the building. The order was ready quickly, the fries were lukewarm, the hamburger was cold and had been stored for a long time. The upper floor of the building was freezing cold and dirty. Tables not wiped down, trays piled up everywhere, toilet dirty and no one in sight who wanted to change it. Never again

Absolutely overwhelmed staff. If you don't get anything, if you've ordered and pressed cash pay, you first have to stand in line for cash payment, where you then wait at least 5 minutes for each order until the cash is collected. So we stood for 20 minutes to pay, when there were still 2 orders in front of us, which was too stupid for my husband and we then left. We then got our food somewhere else. We'll never stop there again.

Dirty and smelly toilets, dirty restaurant, long queues, display failure and therefore complete chaos. You order from McCafe and get coffee from the fully automatic machine at the burgers, there is no staff at McCafe and no one can be found. This is misleading the customer.
