Dont go here. Burger tasted off, sprite had no taste. Place was disgusting. Some others were waiting 40 minutes. Wanted their money back but the manager told them this was not true and said they don’t do refunds because the place is full. This place is a joke.

After waiting 45 minutes, they turned out to have forgotten our order. The manager said no. I wanted my money back but that wasn't allowed. The men who worked there said they had forgotten our receipt. Ultimately, after a lot of chatting, I had a choice: still eat, or get my money back. We opted for a refund and moved on to the next Mac. Is this a knapsack. Rotten, filthy, God's third set haphazardly behind the counter. Waited 20 minutes for 1 hamburger, 1 cheeseburger and 1 filet-o-fish. That makes you think...ok...at least fresh. And then you realize that everything is just above room temperature. The cheeseburger was probably 2 hours old. And this has happened to me more or less three times in a row in Kaldenkirchen. The shift manager needs to be fired and food control should take a closer look at this store. I hope this store will soon be history. I drive specially from Viersen to Kaldenkirchen because things rarely go well with an order in Viersen and I get the same snot here. Waiting 30 minutes, ok it was busy, but just like in Viersen, things are forgotten when ordering just because I'm too gullible and after 32 minutes I finally had a bag in my hand and just wanted to go.

The food was delicious 😋 and definitely served hot. The service was very friendly despite the hustle and bustle. The ambience gets one star less because the restaurant and parking spaces are very narrow and limited. All in all, I can recommend the restaurant 👍🏻

At other branches, such as in Mönchengladbach, this is still possible up to an hour before closing time, even in winter. The food is always freshly prepared and brought to your table within a short time via table service. Orders are almost always correct.

Really awesome; I sent my father to get 1x Smart Menu with cheeseburger and 1x Smart Menu with chicken burger there. Instead, he wasn't understood, he was supposed to say it again at the front and he got a Smartmenu Cheeseburger and a Small McMenu McChicken Classic... that even without drinks - a real juice shop - if you don't speak German you should go work in your home country.
