We went to the drive-thru twice and, after waiting almost 10 minutes without even being able to order, left. Both times there was only one car ahead of us at the payment/collection window. The restaurant was completely chaotic, with ordering machines that didn't really work and seemingly overwhelmed staff.

Damn it. Everything! The food. Disinterested staff. No hygiene. It feels like walking into an Arabic coffee shop. Clearly no staff behind the counter. This is truly the worst Burger King I've ever been to.

Teenagers were blasting music could not eat in peace and they were throwing stuff at us and the people making the food had no gloves and did not wash their hands but the food was pretty mid.

Several lights are broken, and about a quarter of the lights in the restaurant are flashing like crazy. Drinks from the soda machine are warm. The floor is dirty everywhere in the restaurant. The burger was okay, but the unchilled drinks don't inspire confidence.

The food was okay, nothing special, but it didn't bother me either. The place was rather dirty overall. The paper towel dispenser, in particular, desperately needs replacing or at least a wipe-down. The faucet in the men's restroom is broken and wobbles. It was empty, but the staff could have done a bit of cleaning instead of chatting. I would come again, but with a rather uneasy feeling.

Worst Burger King ever. Such disgusting, disgusting food. None of the kitchen staff were wearing gloves, but prepared food with their bare hands. Not hygienic. The food was beyond words. Awful, disgusting food. Dirty, tough, dry buns and burgers. Brown, hard fries. They tasted like chewing gum. Too disgusting to eat. Not a good advertisement for the Burger King formula!

A great Burger King, the way it should be. Clean and fast. Not like in Venlo where your shoes stick to the floor.

Party lights – because two bulbs were broken and flashing. No soap in the restroom – toilets were filthy. The seating areas were completely dirty, and it wasn't even full – nothing was being cleaned. My meal arrived on a completely sticky and damp tray. After asking, I got a new one and had to put my food on it myself. We ordered again afterward, and we got the exact same tray when the employee saw us. Outrageous!! I absolutely cannot recommend Burger King.

In the five years this branch has been open, things have only gone downhill. The staff is often unmotivated, the lights flicker, the soda machine has been dispensing unchilled soda for years, the ice machine doesn't work, the staff doesn't know what dressings are, the restrooms are filthy, etc., etc. Something really needs to change here.

Ordering takeout and then receiving a hot, fresh burger and a cold, fake one in a bag five minutes later is incredibly cheeky! The taste is so much better than what you'd expect from Burger King! First and last time! No wonder the reviews are so bad, I wouldn't recommend it!

Ordered. Waited a bit. Then the fries were missing twice. Back with the receipt. Deep sigh, then received new cold/lukewarm fries. Just a bit too soft. You can get the cola yourself. It wasn't fizzy. Neither were the other brands. Hamburger out of the package. Then the wrong burger. Then within 30 seconds, the same bun again, but slightly modified. We'll skip this one next time.

The order on the receipt and in the app is actually correct... 2 chili burgers instead of a tortilla, a Whopper that we didn't order and a few other mistakes

I'm always missing part of my order, or they can't deliver something. Staff who often can't understand me don't make things any more pleasant. The "Fast Food" label unfortunately overlooks this. Once you've ordered after waiting for minutes, it takes just as long again to receive your order, which is often partially cold. I went again out of necessity, but there was no noticeable improvement; they just don't get it.

Please just drive to the next store.

We ordered two children's offers and they didn't put toys in them! When I asked what toys were available to choose from, I was told that there were none! The child was very upset. Problems with planning the delivery of ingredients in the menu! They also didn't put cucumbers in my salad, which was also in the children's offer. Milkshakes have also been out of stock for a long time. The drinks counter ran out of straws and napkins. There are 4 ordering terminals in the cafe, only 2 are working. They also gave the wrong juice to the child, since the one we ordered was out of stock, and they simply didn't give the boxes for the children's offer.

Not recommended. Sandwiches were dry, soda wasn't chilled, no ice cubes, and fries were too salty. I'm done with Burger King.

Aside from the fact that no one there speaks German, European hygiene standards are apparently not really well known either. The health department should urgently take a look here. :D

The intercom system has been broken for weeks, and hygiene is terrible. They never participate in new burger promotions, and some of the food is inedible because it's too greasy. The worst Burger King I've ever been to.

I haven't seen such a dirty and ugly Burger King in decades. In the restroom, you can do your surfing license on the seat; it slides back and forth. I had to ask the staff for no toilet paper. Two restrooms, but one was only stocked. You can get paper from the other restroom. Everything is dirty, yuck, yuck, yuck.... I'll never go there again. The furnishings are dirty; no one even wipes the tables. The trays where you put the tablets are completely messed up. I took a look and they just empty them and then put them back in the restaurant, sticky and dirty.

We were there today and found the door locked at 1 p.m.!!!!!!!

Maja was out of food, no replacement, food was very greasy, drinks hardly carbonated, conclusion: for 21 euros you can expect more.

Unfortunately, many items were sold out and some were broken: the faucet in the men's restroom, the hand dryer only worked so-so, and the NFC scanner was broken. Food and service as always at BK.

The food is dripping with grease. Not the first time. And not uncommon. Constantly! Maybe they should replace the entire staff instead of just replacing a few with people who speak EVEN less German and can make EVEN less food. Burger King isn't doing itself any favors with the amount of food in the branch.

Everything's fine, but there are two big drawbacks: the person serving the food also prepares it without gloves... that shouldn't be the case. Very often, there are few people there, and there's plenty of time to come and wipe the tables or take out the trash. Instead, there are a lot of flies flying around... and all you need to do is move a little; after all, it's food work... there have to be certain rules

This is the worst Burger King; more than half of them weren't there. There was no communication about it, and I just got something else, the food was as cold as a rock. And it's filthy too.

Were we tired from a day of traffic jams after 8 hours of driving? Yes . So it will also be partly down to myself. The burgers WERE good. Drinks okay. But the fries were really dramatic. I know the quality of fries. (Work at a supplier) but these fries were cold (longer than the holding time) limp, and lengths were all short. But the worst you have an order and then it is ready but turned out not prepared. Yes if it was super busy ok but there were 4 orders. This could have been better. The burger made up for a lot

I'm only giving it one star because sauces, dips, and other items were missing from the order (mind you, I ordered it in a "restaurant" for takeout). The staff doesn't speak German or English, so colleagues who work there have to translate into the local language. And NO, I don't have a problem with people of other nationalities! Sorry, but all in all, this is completely unacceptable!

We ate there in the evening and unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. The burgers were cold as were the fries. They have never heard of cleanliness. The tables were dirty even though the place was almost empty. It was the last time we were there.

Completely useless... Visit on the evening of August 3rd, but it looks nice. But I'd be better off working in that store without any training.

I'm a regular customer and feel very comfortable here. The food is always freshly prepared, and I enjoy waiting for it, and the service is very friendly. Unfortunately, I don't understand the negative comments because if you have a problem, you should communicate openly with the employees, and a solution will 100% be found here. Shitty store. Everything delivered wrong. Fries cold. Wrong sauces, extra ingredients paid for but not delivered. When you call, no one answers the phone.

If I could give negative points, I would. The food was bad and cold. The salad dressing I wanted wasn't available. There were no napkins, so they just took tissues from the cardboard box. It's simply unacceptable.

You wait 30 minutes for an order, and the people are just disgusting. If you order for delivery, I wouldn't recommend it at all because something's always missing after a 2-hour wait, and then no one answers. The employees simply work in slow motion.

Well, what can I say? It's never been good here. Now they've completely taken the cake. I picked out the food, waited forever as usual even though there was nothing going on. Then the food... bad as always. The fries were disgusting and cold. After I repacked the empty packet with my bare hands to exchange the fries, they simply emptied them back into the warming container with the other fries and simply put new ones on top. This bakery is so extremely disgusting. If you're like this in front of the customers, what's it like behind closed doors? Better drive a little further into town. There are delicious alternatives for less money.

I'd love to give negative stars... I've never experienced anything so bad! Simply a fever dream... We ordered two burgers at the drive-thru, both were wrong. We then went into the store and informed the employees, and both burgers were remade. One was correct - the other was unfortunately still the wrong one (they asked three times which one we wanted again), and it was the same wrong one as before. When we tried to order the correct burger a third time, one of the employees said they were out of bread and one or two ingredients - WHY ARE THEY ONLY SAYING THIS NOW? Then, apparently, a new burger was invented with a bit of freestyle... No sorry, nothing, just a shrug - and the employee handed us back the burger we'd already tried to complain about twice. Do everyone a favor and close the store - please, owner!

Burgers are always cold, always. Fries are always cold too.

No gift boxes for children, broken and filthy toilets, cold fries and uninspired burgers, warm soft drinks, and a broken ice cube function in the post-mix. A generally filthy impression with broken tables and chairs. Staff who don't seem to understand simple German questions and vape near the entrance to the patio. Burger King, shame on you and close this place ASAP. I wonder if this location would pass an unannounced inspection.

There's always a shortage of staff to serve customers. And they're obviously always very busy, which means they don't have enough time to clean. Customer service is excellent, but I think they need more staff help.

Poor hygiene, a wait time in the restaurant of over 25 minutes, which is faster in normal restaurants (the place was not even 1/5 full), poor organization, and unfriendly and inattentive staff. A clear case for an internal audit without notice... So, unfortunately, you go from the King back to the golden arches...

Worst Burger King ever. All the tables were absolutely dirty. There's a large puddle of water on the floor right in front of the cash registers. When you order, you're immediately told that most items are sold out. No ice, no still water, etc. There's only one of the toys left. The worst part, though, was simply standing in the waiting area and watching the employee eating in the background WHILE he was preparing the food. The man was just snacking everywhere... Unfortunately, our food was only lukewarm. It had either been sitting for a while or wasn't really heated. By far my worst experience at Burger King.

Yeah, the staff was friendly, but it seems like they're under a bit of pressure due to being understaffed. Edit: They're still bad and always forget something. Apart from one very handsome delivery boy with depression, it's actually a tragedy and an example of failed integration. But no hate. Edit 2025: The delivery service is terrible. Ordered at 11:00 PM, and at 1:30 AM the app suddenly says it's delivered, but there's no food. Really not recommended.

You go to Burger King and you're stuck to the floor. Okay, maybe the staff haven't been informed yet. We ordered. I went to the restroom – the restroom trash can is super dirty (on the outside), the restrooms are dirty, the toilet paper holder must not have been cleaned in ages; I've never seen such layers of dust on them. The door handle and the partitions have stains. The sink hasn't been cleaned in ages – there's a ring of dirt about 1 cm wide on the drain and the faucet, which only happens when no one has cleaned there in ages. Not by a customer, but by time. I told the employee. And if I had gone to the restroom first, we wouldn't have ordered there. Since I had exactly the same experience there a few months ago, I'm writing this here. I usually like Burger King. The vegan selection is great. However, I had to return my burger because it was so full of sauce that it fell apart when I picked it up – it was totally embarrassing to eat it while everything was falling apart. They showed them to two people - one of them smiled: "Oh, so much sauce." and then immediately brought me a new one - this one didn't have any sauce at all. Good thing we still had some sauce from the veggie nuggets. People in front of me also had problems with their orders. (But that can happen anywhere.) Sometimes there are only two people in the store working, and the rest disappear for several minutes. (I hope they're taking breaks, I need them too, but somehow too many people are on break at the same time, or maybe they're in the warehouse, I don't know. - I've noticed that a lot there.) I think it's a tough job to work there because it seems like there are too few people working there, who had to take over 50 orders during the time we were there. But if you compare the number of employees there with other restaurants, like McDonald's, there are significantly fewer employees here. (Clean, from what we see.) When we were there, no table was really clean; someone would come and spray (what) You're not allowed to—only wipe—because otherwise you'll inhale the spray or it'll get on your burger.) Only one table where someone complained. The trays weren't clean either; they just put a new paper on them because ours had crumbs on them, even though our products were still untouched. This Burger King desperately needs more staff. In any case, they don't seem to have any cleaning staff for the restrooms. You just don't like the food either. If you're already treating the restrooms like that, then you're worried about the ice cream machine: Is it clean? Is it chilled well enough? And with every bite, because you're afraid you'll get food poisoning a few hours later. Really tough. I haven't seen restrooms like that in ages. We left €36 there. Annoying. We're not going there anymore. (It was an expensive and annoying hasty decision.) And we'd rather have a nice evening at a pizzeria. I'll spare you the photos of the restrooms. I've been disappointed by this place's service many times, but haven't commented on it yet. The food is almost always cold, and you wait AT LEAST 90 minutes for it to arrive (if you're lucky). Unfortunately, it's the only "restaurant" (if you can call it that) that stays open past 10:00, so there's no way around it. Despite all that, I've never been able to bring myself to write a review. But after ordering there last night and struggling with food poisoning today, I have to say, FUCK YOU! You can offer bad service if the food is edible and inexpensive. OK, I can understand that, BUT if you offer both bad food and bad service at exorbitant prices, that's crazy. In my opinion, this place should be closed. I don't even want to get started on what the place looks like. The last time I was there, the drinks you could refill there were pulling threads. Well, if that isn't disgusting, I don't know what is. In summary: If you want to spend a day on the toilet with a bucket in your hand, I'm not recommending it.

Delicious food, fast service and very friendly staff! The tall employee in particular was extremely helpful and courteous. The burgers were freshly prepared and tasted great – I’d love to come back!

There are definitely better Burger Kings

As of 13.04.2025, We are coming from the Netherlands to eat something usually 2-3 times a month. This place looks very clean and when they don’t have much order, the staff cleans up the floor, tables, etc.. I recommend it. Most of the negative reviews are from the delivery. Just go and eat a good one.

The place is very, very dirty.. Everything is sticky and your shoes stick to the floor in the bathroom.. All the handles are dirty and sticky. The toilet and the chair are filthy. If you have to go in, be prepared to clean a lot and it's best to avoid the bathroom, one of which was full to the brim and it doesn't seem like it was from today or that anyone cares because they didn't even put a warning, it's just there! The employees are not nice

Unfortunately there was a very long wait even though the store was empty. It's a shame when you have to wait so long and the staff seem overwhelmed even when there's nothing going on.

The restaurant is dirty inside. The food looks like it was prepared a month ago and tastes old, like it's been there for a century. If I'd never been to Burger King, I'd think this was Burger King's standard.

The food looks like it came straight out of the microwave, and the long chicken is like a sponge. The fries stick together in a bid to find comfort, but in reality, they've been sitting on the hot plate for an hour. Too bad, Burger King Germany.

The food was absolute garbage. Couldn’t even finish the burger. It tasted like something burned, the cheese was not like cheese at all. The cola was very watery. The only nice item were the fries. This Burger King is a mess. Every single order made through Lieferando came at least 30 minutes late, also every single order was somehow wrong, sometimes there was a missing position, sometimes a wrong type of fries. This time my order came in an hour late, delivery driver went away so fast that I didn't even had a chance to check my order and make a complaint so I drove to the place myself. A Man inside the restaurant told me that they don't offer tortillas here so instead of canceling the order full of tortillas they decided to change those positions to Cheeseburgers which are like 20% of The price of the tortilla. Fortunately Lieferando gave me the refund after explaining the situation to customer support. Avoid ordering from this place at all costs. I didn't have any issues when I bought something inside the restaurant but deliveries from them are completely awful. 1/10 would not recommend

On January 27th I placed an order at your branch in Nettetal. This consisted of two burgers and 9 chicken nuggets. To my surprise, I discovered that both the burger and the chicken nuggets were undercooked. The interior of the nuggets was completely white and had a smooth, raw consistency, indicating undercooking. After just a few bites, I already had a stomach ache, which is why I couldn't continue eating the order. This is a serious problem because undercooked meat poses a high health risk and can lead to food poisoning. I ask you to review this incident as soon as possible and await your feedback. I was at the Drive Inn on Friday around 1 p.m. I must have waited over 5 minutes to order something. Nobody was there, no reaction. Then just drove through Mc Drive and continued to Mc D.. if they don't want to make money you will never see me here again. I can still understand what the man at the counter said. Sorry, it'll take a while or I'll be with you straight away... nothing happened and I've heard that several times from colleagues.
