A big letdown... 2.5 hours of waiting for two sandwiches... a mockery. The staff's explanation? We don't have enough people....shut off the deliveries and stop pissing people off and making them hope they'll eat. Is it that hard?!

Absolutely underground. Wrong and cold food. After a call you only hear the answer and the immediate hang up. Go somewhere else!

My wife and I arrived at 9:55am (they were supposed to open at 10am) but even after 10am it didn't open and it was dark with no one inside

I quite liked it here. I ordered a bit too much but still ate it all. The food was nice and warm, and very filling. Also didn't knew they sold Monster Energy, so that's good. The service wasn't super. The man behind the counter got a bit annoyed when i didn't understand he was calling out my number in German. He did however still tell me to enjoy the food, so that's that. There was one rather bright lamp that was constantly flickering quite fast which was a bit annoying, but nothing too horrible. The toilets however were less nice. It was very small and packed. The sink was fine but they had this old design of the hands dryer with the soap dispenser next to it, creating a puddle of soap and water right under it. But overall it was a good experience, would come here agin.

I always miss part of my order or they cannot deliver something. Staff who you often cannot understand does not make it any more fun. The title Fastfood unfortunately ignores this, once you have ordered after waiting for minutes, it takes that long again before you receive the order, which is invariably often partly cold.

Everything was great and the service was helpful

We arrived at this location and immediately noticed a slightly unpleasant smell. We entered and then waited 25 minutes just to be allowed to place our order at the cash register. Because of “Fast Foot”… When we finally received our order after 45 minutes, we noticed that the unpleasant smell from before was also coming from the food. I forced myself to take a bite of the slightly smelly burger and felt a strong sour taste. After I complained on site, I was sent off and then insulted. After this experience, I probably won't go to one of these fancy burger shops again.

Lame, stupid staff. Completely overwhelmed even though there wasn't much activity. Food was ordered for 40 euros and simply forgotten. When we asked, the food came pretty quickly. After we were finished, we left our table clean as we should, but were asked by a member of staff why we were leaving our rubbish, which was left on the table 3 tables away, unnoticed, for the whole of our stay (approx. 45 minutes). Generally a dingy, dirty atmosphere, the windows alone must not have been cleaned in ages, I don't even want to see the kitchen and my stomach is already rumbling, I would once again be convinced that it would be better not to go to Burger King.

Dirtiest burger king in all of Germany. Food is not warm and doesn't taste like anything. The cooler of the drinks machine has been broken for more than half a year. Tables are not cleaned. We came here often but now it is really the last time.

My burger was still lukewarm, Fanta was lukewarm and tasteless. Ice cream was fine

Two out of three things were issued incorrectly. Churros without cinnamon and sugar - I cannot recommend them at all. And also a vanilla milkshake instead of a strawberry milkshake. When asked, there was a much smaller shake as a replacement. Never again, who knows what else to expect...

The conclusion of this review is that I was disappointed and my breakfast was not tasty and I received a lot of STRESS from this establishment and their chain of establishments!

We didn't have to wait long, but none of the four long chickens were right. The burgers were on Whopper buns, salad was a huge lump, fries were cold and drinks (cola) were not carbonated.

Disappointing experience I'm really disappointed with my last order from Burger King. The food was originally supposed to be delivered within an hour but only arrived after 2 hours and 20 minutes. The drinks were delivered incorrectly and some of them were completely missing. We were also missing two squeeze bags for the children that we had ordered. A portion of mayonnaise and a portion of ketchup that we ordered were also simply forgotten. As compensation, the supplier only offered us a discount of 3 euros - an absolute disgrace considering the many errors! I definitely expected more, both in terms of service and customer friendliness. Ordering food is no fun. Very disappointing!

Terrible service, I ordered food at specific hour, one time the order came 2 hours too late, for the second time I have never received the food. Just a confirmation it was delivered... will never order again, absolutely no recommended.

The waiting times are a disaster here. Waited 7 minutes at the Drive Inn. With me there were only 2 cars. Unfortunately, that's always the case when I'm there. Now it was 13 minutes again from arrival to departure.

I read the reviews from earlier. I don't think these are real anymore (but it depends on us as people what kind of culture we have), I'm not lazy to take the tray back after a meal. We were there in the evening and the restaurant was almost full. It was fast service and clean.

I've never experienced anything like this. Unfortunately, I didn't look for the sanitary facilities until after I had eaten. I have never found such a dirty toilet in a restaurant. Everything was empty, the dirt on the floor was months old. When we came in there was no one in the restaurant. Nevertheless all the tables were dirty. The young lady only started doing this when a gentleman behind the counter asked her to do it. She took 1 sheet of Zewa, crumpled it into a ball and tried to dry clean at least 20 tables with a Zewa ball. We ordered a Big King XXL. Wrong roll, wrong toppings and visibly old dried ingredients used. I'll leave out the unfriendly behavior of the employees. Given the small number of customers, the store should shine. This will not be without consequences... such a shop must be inspected by the health department.

It was clean and quick to prepare

There last night around 10 p.m. Order took 45 minutes to be ready. Food cold, wrong sauce on it Drinks warm, non-carbonated and totally watered down. Garbage was piled up everywhere. The shabbiest store of all. As a confirmed Burger King eater, seriously disappointed.

Staff should pay more attention to hygiene. You can't scratch your nose and prepare burgers at the same time.

Was there today. Lots of dirty napkins on the floor behind the counter. Mayonnaise was apparently all. With Diet Coke, only clear water came. Apparently everyone does too. And last but not least, instead of 6 king wings, I got 9 pieces of chicken nuggets. There was no question about side dishes at all. NEVER AGAIN

I was at your place today, the first burger was cold, the second one too, and there was no more carbon dioxide in the cola. My companion had the same thing... Very disappointed, no immediate reaction either, because you noticed that the second burger was cold when you handed it over.. We were here for the last time.

Bad Burger King. The hamburger was lukewarm and the bun very dry, not grilled as it should be, so not tasty. The soda dispenser no longer came out with ice cubes. We drove 15 minutes to the counter in the drive-in without any response and were simply insulted and told off by a bad-tempered employee that we had other things to do and then we should wait. A classic cafe located on the border of Germany and the Netherlands, the prices are reasonable, as in all of Germany, the toilet is clean and does not stink, the service is fast and efficient, the staff is friendly, the self-service machine has a wide selection of languages, and it is possible to order from a machine and pay in cash. The only request/recommendation is to make the entrance for pedestrians perpendicular to the street faster, you have to trample on the lawn so as not to walk along the path🤗

Unfreundlich Essen war sehr schlecht

Today I ate at a German burger king, and ate one of their specials. Advertised with real German beef burger. And there was a thick slice of some special smelly swiss cheese on top. But damn, this was a tasty burger. Also the properly salty french fries tasted better, the mayonaise was waaayyy better than that Heinz handcreme, and they had a refill station. I never expected such a huge quality difference between the dutch BK and the German .

Der Fahrer war unfreundlich, die Bestellung war unvollständig (Getränk fehlte/sollte beim Menü dabei sein) und die Burger sowie die Pommes und Nuggets waren eiskalt, die Burger schmeckten als wären sie schon 3 Tage alt. Zudem fuhr der Fahrer einfach weg und klaute uns 10 Euro Wechselgeld. Ich empfehle diese Filiale keinem.

Gerade waren wir dort und es war eine Katastrophe! Nach 50 Minuten mcdrive haben wir unser Essen immer noch nicht bekommen, da die Mitarbeiter unsere Bestellung nicht im System finden konnten. Schließlich sind wir reingegangen und wollten unser Geld zurück, jedoch wollte der „Chef“ uns das Geld nicht zurückgeben und war total respektlos und verwirrt. Nie wieder !!

Alles sauber, Essen war lecker Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt.

Das Beste war die Bestellung am Terminal und die Wartezeit war ok. ABER: zwei Burger waren kalt, wurden dann neu zubereitet und waren wieder kalt. Die Zwiebelringe waren auch kalt. Die Sirups waren leer und wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt. Dafür wurden die Nuggets doppelt herausgegeben und waren lecker.

SERVICE wie bei den meisten Fast Foot Restaurants, wo es halt mit der Sprache hapert, aber das Essen war ok.

Eten was zoals het is, service was slecht. Vroegen om extra servetten naar toen kregen we de staat des doods.

Das essen war sehr sehr gut, die pommes waren dicker als der durchschnitt von den meisten deutschen BKs und hatten darbei einen noch besseren geschmack. Die chicken nuggets hatten eine gewöhnungsbedürftige Farbe aber waren nichts desto trotz lecker. ich hatte n sparmenü + einen whopper junior mein freund hatte 2 long chilly chess + chicken nuggets und pommes. die pommes wurden Frisch gemacht. Diese wurden dann zum tisch gebracht. das beste war der Getränkeautomat wo man sich so oft man wollte nach nehemen konnte. Dee laden war sehr sauber und das Personal war nett. Beim nächsten mal gerne wieder

Typisches Schnellrestaurant halt.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Spreekt uitstekend Engels. Met het bestellen was het rustig dus ik heb nog een klein praatje kunnen maken terwijl ik aan het wachten was op het eten. Vervolgens was ik aan het wachten op iemand die aan het inparkeren wad en degene van het loket liep naar buiten om te vragen of alles oké was, wat uiteraard het geval was.

Alles in allem ein gut funktionierender BK! 🫶🏼

Normal fastfood place, but it's alvays with quality service.

Super sauber und gepflegt. Der Außenbereich inkl. Klettergerüst für die "Kleinen" ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Parkplätze gibt es genug.

Ein nettes in die Jahre gekommendes Hotel direkt am Meer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Service ansonsten sehr gut. Schade das es im Oktober seine Pforten schließt.
