Kentucky Fried Chicken in Pforzheim

Is a visit to this KFC branch here in Pforzheim recommended? Honestly, I don't even know how to answer! Yes or no? You will understand and answer yourself after reading my opinion. 😁 Very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. And this despite the fact that their salaries are not very high. I know from a friend who worked there.☝️ The decor and atmosphere are not bad, it corresponds to the concept of fast food. But in reality everything doesn't happen so quickly... I had to wait for some time, I didn't really notice the time because I wasn't in a hurry. 😁😎 Delicious burger, although the size seemed a little smaller to me than the similar ones at Burger King. The prices are of course very good, especially compared to similar boxes or the menu at McDonald's. I also liked the hot wings, but somehow there wasn't enough of it for me! The drinks are standard like everywhere else in similar places, I ordered Pepsi! ✌ Convenient location, especially if you have just left the motorway in Pforzheim, but parking was not that easy. I don't know when I'll next visit KFC, but I hope I'll notice some changes. Which? I'll write next time! So that this happens or doesn't happen without my involvement... 😁🤔

The best thing about this KFC is the employees! They are always friendly and accommodating. No matter which employee I meet on my different visits, it is always a great experience. Ordering is quick and the food is always nice and warm.

Furnishings used to be nicer. A sad result in terms of design. Staff contact through ordering terminals was minimal, but friendly. Food, as always, legendary, incomparable. Definitely worth a little detour. And far in front of the branches in Karlsruhe!

Wow! The branch has done very well over the last few years. A few years ago the meat was undercooked in places, the fries were cold, etc. There's almost nothing to complain about now. Orders are placed via the drive-in counter or the terminals. The food comes quickly and the chicken parts are really well done! It was clean on site. Only the entrance door is very difficult to open.

Were there at lunchtime on January 13th...the shop was empty...the tables were dirty...the food was cold and not edible....never again...better drive a few meters further....

Even one star review is too much. We waited around 40minutes for our order just to get it wrong. We've ordered 2 x buckets which means 24 pieces and left with only 12. We got back in there 2 times to say that that's not our order, the first time the worker said "no no, that's the right order, it's just all packed together". We had to recount the pieces and go back in there and after another 15minutes of waiting we got our second bucket. I won't be going back anytime soon, maybe never. Also the chicken was over fried.

I was just at the drive on Sunday, December 15, 2024 and wanted to place an order. The unfriendly guy didn't understand any German. We then drove up to the counter and the employee said hey, why didn't I speak properly, he's insulting us. Then he had a nice woman take our order. Really the worst KFC ever. Came here with the family (wife + 2 kids). Order took about ten minutes. Fries were cold, but we were hungry, so we didn’t complain immediately. Only after the crispy burger menu came it turned out that there was no cheese on the burgers. After complaining the supervisor told us it was our fault, because we waited too long to complain. It took a lot of discussion to only get a new burger. Worst service ever!!

Nice, clean KFC branch, either new or just renovated. Ordering at kiosks is possible and encouraged. Staff is friendly and the food is typical KFC 🍗🍟😋

The food was quite ok. The burger and chicken pieces were very good. The fries were cold and soggy. The toilet was so disgusting, the station toilet is more pleasant and cleaner.

Today the BBQ and curry sauces and one more were sold out and that was in the fast food shop on Sunday lunchtime at 1 p.m. Then the toilets would be contaminated with urine again and you would almost vomit. Update: work on the interior improved the atmosphere for the better, however it removed the part where children could play, so I don't recommend this to parents with young children...

The worst KFV branch I've ever been to. What happened: I ordered and paid for a bucket and a box of Hotwings. Then we had to wait. Since I was busy changing a bulb in the headlight of my car while I was waiting, my wife went to pick up the order... And instead of the bucket, they gave her a second box because apparently there were no more buckets available... Counted the chicken pieces and discovered that almost 50% of the order had not been packed!!! Then they wanted the pickup stub that they had kept as "proof" of the order when we complained. Luckily I had the receipt from the payment in the phone and after some back and forth the correct order was in the bucket (HUNDREDS of which were there). Conclusion: I will never stop at this branch again.

Unfortunately, I was in my pajamas and didn't want to get out of the car, so I tried to explain this to the employee and the answer was "Sorry, nothing else."
