Unfortunately, even one star is too much. I ordered for delivery. It took two hours! After an hour, the driver was sent to the other side of town. The food was no longer edible. This was the last time I ordered anything from here.

I can't recommend this place. 1. My mother was laughed at. 2. When she wanted an apology, she brazenly spat on our food. 3. I just wanted a drink of water, but that wasn't possible because you have to refill your own cup. The employees told me to go to the restroom and refill my cup there. 4. The only good thing about this place is the fries. The rest is garbage.

What we were given to eat was absolutely disgusting. The hot wings were soft, not hot. The Zinger burger was a pile of gristle. I'm literally about to vomit. We could barely eat the bread. And we used our own sauce, thanks for nothing.

I can't even recommend it, not even chairs for small children. The food was very dry around the edges. If you need help, either no one is there or you're relegated to the order boxes, and you end up having to ask other customers for help. In short: a terrible place! If I could, I'd give it 0 stars.

A very unkempt restaurant, with a far too long wait after ordering (sometimes up to 45 minutes). The staff is far too overwhelmed and can't get anything done. As if it wasn't enough, but no, it gets even worse: with at least every second order, either the drink, cutlery, or even the burger are missing. But the great thing is, if the burger is included, you have to make sure it's not the wrong one. This place is simply a huge disappointment, I'm lost for words...

So the service is an XXXXXXXXXL tablet. All without contact with employees. Yes, if you like modern impersonality, then the ambience is 5 stars. I'm old school and I miss that at the counter and then being advised. The quality of the meat is surprisingly good. The breading is also very good. Not too much and not too little seasoning. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Fries are good too. Finally a shop that sells Pepsi. It's somehow better than Coca-Cola. Service, well, the toilet is clean, the shop is clean too. So full marks then. If there was table service, that would be better, but otherwise, everything is good and you feel comfortable.

Korean chicken was so delicious, although it left me a bit dry afterward and I always wanted something to drink. But I'm ready for that before I order 🤣

Very disappointing and unhygienic – not for the first time! I have rarely experienced a restaurant as dirty and unhygienic as this KFC. The restrooms were in a terrible state: urine on the floor, no soap in the dispenser, and the door handles extremely dirty – truly disgusting. Unfortunately, the dining area wasn't any better. Even though there were hardly any customers, almost all the tables were dirty, making it difficult to even find a clean place to eat. What particularly annoys me is that this isn't the first time I've experienced this condition here. I seriously wonder where management is looking. Hygiene should be the top priority in a restaurant – here, it seems to be completely neglected.

Delicious food and fast service! Despite a full house on a Sunday, everything went super quickly. The chicken was crispy and delicious as always, and the side dishes were fresh and well-seasoned. What was particularly nice was that the staff was very friendly and well-organized. You feel completely at home – I'll be back!

They send customers out half an hour before closing time. They don't want to work. They're unfriendly. They claim everything is sold out. Tables are sticky and dirty.

I like it better after the renovation. Finally there are ordering terminals there but only half of the terminals worked. Unfortunately, the floor was very sticky and there was still a lot of leftover food under the tables.

Daughter (12 years old) wanted to go. It was, let me put it mildly, not my taste.

We wanted to eat something different, but had some bad luck the last two times, so we thought we'd give it another try! Placed an order! We went to the restroom, which was pretty disgusting (the men's restroom was the same unfortunately), and there was a toilet paper roll in the restroom. We pointed this out to a member of staff, who took care of it straight away, but there was no thank you. No big deal. We were initially seated at a table where the floor and the table were sticky, then we moved. The neighboring tables weren't particularly clean either. (It wasn't busy, but apparently no one was responsible for that?) The food came relatively quickly, but there was also nothing going on. The fries were hot and delicious, only the wrap and the burger were unfortunately cold. The staff ate in front of the customers, and the others chatted or chatted on their cell phones. The atmosphere was rather harsh; it's unacceptable that employees are being belittled in front of the entire team and customers; that's an absolute no-go! The price-performance ratio is completely unacceptable. It wasn't cheap in the past either, but you got full. Yesterday I had a children's plate in front of me, and it wasn't worth the money! Our conclusion: We don't recommend it, and we won't be visiting this location again! (It was the branch in Pforzheim)

Hello. I'm a big KFC fan, but yesterday at 12:00 PM I went to eat in Pforzheim and was not satisfied at all. I had to wait a long time after placing my order. And when I asked how long it would take, I was met with great arrogance and insults from a short, blonde lady. I asked an employee who the lady was who answered me so arrogantly. And I found out it was actually Menegrea KFC. I didn't expect Menegrea to treat customers so rudely. After taking my order, I sat down at the table and watched as she insulted an employee. I don't think that's right. I want to notify the authorities.

Simply a disaster. You wait forever for your food, even though it's barely busy. And the worst part: KFC often doesn't even have burgers left! How can a fast food chain not offer burgers? Completely disorganized and disappointing. This was definitely my last visit. Not recommended.

I'm really disappointed with this KFC location. They constantly run out of burgers – and this is at a place that specializes in exactly these products! The staff often seem annoyed, unfriendly, and overwhelmed. Friendliness and customer service are nowhere to be found here. As a guest, you feel completely unwelcome. Additionally, everything takes far too long – even when there are hardly any customers, you wait forever for your order. When you finally get your food, it's often lukewarm or simply looks carelessly prepared. For a company like KFC, this is simply disappointing. I will definitely avoid this location and can't recommend it to anyone. Even one star is too many!!!

I was at KFC today with my son. There were three errors: the paper in the automatic machine was missing, the second hamburger field, the third ketchup field, and the water service was zero.

The salesperson is slow on the uptake. He can't figure out how to use the cash register. He's overwhelmed by everything.

I go there often and it's always good. The seasoning seems to have gotten a bit spicier, but with a dip, it's no problem.

I wanted to give KFC another chance. I was last there a year ago at a diverse location. I had to throw away the 7up because it tasted like dish soap. I walked in, the store was empty, I waited 10 minutes for my order, and the employees were completely indifferent to everything. The 7up was plain water, and the chicken pieces had no seasoning. Only the fries were okay. I really won't be back.

I got this deal Burger. It was a disgrace. The chili cheese sauce was just dripping on the Burger and it was cold, like refrigerator cold. There was only a bit of chicken on the Burger, which made up barely 1/4 of the bun. In other words, a completely soggy burger with a tiny piece of meat. On top of that, the fries were cold, or rather lukewarm. I've experienced such faux pas there more than once. And apart from that one time, it was never busy. In Pforzheim, no attention is paid to quality whatsoever. It's much better in other branches. A supervisor really needs to go there.

Clean, incredibly delicious, never get anything half-raw. Friendly staff. Best fast food place in PF. The veggie chicken is incredibly good.

Was very impressed much better than in Coffs Harbour NSW Australia. Only downer was my daughter's chips were cold. My cheese and bacon burger was delicious. Cob of corn was tasty and curly fries crunchy. Potato and gravy tasted like real potatoes

The food is really something different than in comparable burger shops. Service is terrible - fast food takes less than 20 minutes for me, if there's nothing going on it really has to be quicker. Then I got a small fries instead of a big one. It can happen sometimes, but it won't happen to me any time soon.

Uncomfortable, unfriendly, incomplete. So normally I was used to better things here. But now it was nothing. A background sound the whole time, and the radio was way too loud with interruptions. Then the food is just thrown on the tray and the staff is obviously listless.

I went to KFC again yesterday and unfortunately I have to say that I was very disappointed. The staff was sufficient, but the service left a lot to be desired. I had hoped that this time I wouldn't have to wait another 30 minutes for my order - but unfortunately that was the case again. Nobody knew who made the call. Only when the manager raised her voice did it become apparent that an employee had made the emergency call without her permission. I couldn't understand what exactly happened, but it looked like the employee also had linguistic difficulties explaining himself. Something like this shouldn't happen in front of customers. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold. Unfortunately I didn't feel like waiting another 30 minutes to get a replacement. Wait time always over 30 minutes

We were actually regular customers at KFC, but we were there for the very last time. The food today was terribly bad. The fries were disastrous, lukewarm and soggy, even though we got there at 11 a.m. The staff told us to wait 10 minutes because there would be problems with a deep fryer. That was nothing new there either. We were able to observe closely that first the oil was poured into the deep fryer and everything was still finished. It can't be acceptable that our food is only lukewarm.

Pforzheim is worth a visit. The staff, even though mostly from immigrant backgrounds, should improve their demeanor. Unfriendly is putting it mildly. The food, specifically fried chicken pieces with KFC breading, doesn't in any way resemble the KFC taste I'm used to. The ambiance, what is that? Not in the "restaurant." It's a shame, it used to be something special.

Unfortunately, there's no 0. A 1 is even too much... A complete disaster: ice-cold fries, and then they insult you. Half of the order was missing.

On May 26th, 2024 at 7:21 p.m. I was there with family. Was very restructured. Drinks area very unhygienic and dirty. Food took a very long time to get.

Considering it's a fast food chain, it's pretty neat and clean. The food is really good too. Once I discovered it, I went to the store 6 times in 2 weeks.

This was our first and last time getting something from there. Drive-thru, not a single car in front of or behind us, and two tables were occupied. Nevertheless, we had to wait 17 minutes for our order, only to immediately realize that only one of the six items was fresh. The fries were terrible and barely edible; they had been sitting in a warming container for at least one or two hours. The chicken was much smaller than at other KFCs, and it was partially and stale. The chicken burger was also completely cold!!!! Absolutely disgusting! And the best part is, we submitted feedback online with our receipt, and they told us we'd receive a response within 48 hours at the latest (see photo). After six days, still no response. Never again!!!!

The best thing about this KFC is the employees! They are always friendly and accommodating. No matter which employee I meet on my different visits, it is always a great experience. Ordering is quick and the food is always nice and warm.

Furnishings used to be nicer. A sad result in terms of design. Staff contact through ordering terminals was minimal, but friendly. Food, as always, legendary, incomparable. Definitely worth a little detour. And far in front of the branches in Karlsruhe!

Wow! The branch has done very well over the last few years. A few years ago the meat was undercooked in places, the fries were cold, etc. There's almost nothing to complain about now. Orders are placed via the drive-in counter or the terminals. The food comes quickly and the chicken parts are really well done! It was clean on site. Only the entrance door is very difficult to open.

Were there at lunchtime on January 13th...the shop was empty...the tables were dirty...the food was cold and not edible....never again...better drive a few meters further....

Even one star review is too much. We waited around 40minutes for our order just to get it wrong. We've ordered 2 x buckets which means 24 pieces and left with only 12. We got back in there 2 times to say that that's not our order, the first time the worker said "no no, that's the right order, it's just all packed together". We had to recount the pieces and go back in there and after another 15minutes of waiting we got our second bucket. I won't be going back anytime soon, maybe never. Also the chicken was over fried.

Totally overwhelmed and unable to get anything done. Restaurant + drive + delivery just too much. Let's rethink the concept. No more ! And now I got diarrhea 👍🏻
