The food is definitely not good anymore

Milkshake tastes like mountain goat but ambience is good.

Food as expected... just KFC. Everything was freshly prepared so you had to wait a few minutes, but the food was fresh, crispy and hot. Unfortunately my fries were forgotten!

There are better choices in Pforzheim. Regarding KFC, there are better ones in other cities, not only in terms of service but also the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. The food is not a specialty when it comes to quality...I prefer to order to take away as there is no welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant and it doesn't invite people to come back, like competing brands. Update: work on the interior improved the atmosphere for the better, however it removed the part where children could play, so I don't recommend this to parents with young children...

The worst KFV branch I've ever been to. What happened: I ordered and paid for a bucket and a box of Hotwings. Then we had to wait. Since I was busy changing a bulb in the headlight of my car while I was waiting, my wife went to pick up the order... And instead of the bucket, they gave her a second box because apparently there were no more buckets available... Counted the chicken pieces and discovered that almost 50% of the order had not been packed!!! Then they wanted the pickup stub that they had kept as "proof" of the order when we complained. Luckily I had the receipt from the payment in the phone and after some back and forth the correct order was in the bucket (HUNDREDS of which were there). Conclusion: I will never stop at this branch again.

Staff is slower than my grandma

To be honest, I love kfc and the food is great as always, as you know it from kfc. The ambience is of course not the best because we are in Pforzheim, the service is super nice, always in a good mood and just cool people

Far too expensive, the food does not correspond in any way to the menu photos at the ordering terminal. Chicken parts carelessly placed in the cheapest packaging and drinks only available as a ZERO version are deeply disappointing.

Was in the drive Friday evening around 11:50 p.m. As a greeting I was told if I wanted to order I had to come in. Unfortunately, I was in my pajamas and didn't want to get out of the car, so I tried to explain this to the employee and the answer was "Sorry, nothing else." As we drove past, four employees were standing in the corner laughing. Unfortunately I just drove away, which I thought was a shame.

I like it better after the renovation. Finally there are ordering terminals there but only half of the terminals worked. Unfortunately, the floor was very sticky and there was still a lot of leftover food under the tables.

The toilets smell strongly of urine, at least for the men. There is no list of when the last time was cleaned. I'm used to this being done every hour in other shops. This spoils the impression of the store. The food was hot and apparently good.

The toilets smell so bad that it makes you gag. The soap container was torn from the wall and empty. The toilet door was totally dirty and sticky on the inside. Was spoken to and people just shrugged their shoulders. Almost no one can speak German and the food was 80% breadcrumbs and leftover chicken. And to top it all off, there was diarrhea for the whole family 👍

I often go to KFC, but this time I was very disappointed.😞 We ordered from a pretty empty restaurant and wanted to pay in cash. We go to the checkout with the Bonn and despite asking several times and waiting for 40 minutes, the woman simply ignored us, she asked us things about other orders and when we asked if we could pay she looked me in the eyes and ran away. It was a new employee (male) who served us and apologized. The food came very quickly and was ok, I missed the crunchy bit. Overall the visit left a negative impression but I'm willing to try it again

Personally, I don't like it, it's too much breadcrumbs and it's not cheap either. But try it yourself! The potato porridge with sauce is delicious. Parking is very good!

Extremely slow service - out of peak service time so no reason for any delays. Order finally arrived and was incorrect incurring a further delay. Staff were incompetent. Poor management is clearly the issue at this location.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the entire order (salads and chicken) and I ordered the burger without chili, but I received it with . The gentleman at the service ate fries from the order he was preparing, so he ate with the customer's money. I do not recommend

Really difficult! I like going to KFC. Waited extremely long today even though the store wasn't full. Then I got the wrong one. The door has been very difficult to open for at least six months. I have no idea whether that is intentional. You could eat but it was pretty bad compared to other KFC shops

Waited 20 minutes at the drive inn, Friday evening. A traffic jam of vehicles has already formed, which were also waiting for their fast food. But the food was warm and tasty, as an apology we had both large soft drinks and fries instead of small ones. Organization is rather poor, I don't have to have it again.

We were so happy back then that KFC came to Pforzheim and at first the visit there was really great. Unfortunately, KFC has now developed into a complete disaster, which is a shame. During our visit today it was noticeable that buckets are rarely offered as a menu anymore. Surcharges for fries and a drink are EUR 3.30 each. A bad joke. So ordered a menu at Burger. Classic with Pepsi and fries. There were no drinks with sugar at the vending machine, only the light versions. KFC has changed that. But not a word about it when ordering. I hate these Zero versions with artificial sweeteners. Then the fries: raw on the inside, pale on the outside. Without salt. In contrast to the drinks, the burger had enough sugar. Sweet roll, the sauce is a mixture of sprayed cheese and mayo, naturally sweetened. The food was downright disgusting. Whatever happened to KFC? We're definitely not going back there any time soon!

Made the mistake today and visited the KFC on Wielferdinger Höhe. After we still hadn't received anything to eat 30 minutes after our order, we complained and after another 20 minutes we finally received the food. It was just the usual fast food or rather slow food, not crispy and not too warm. The long waiting time allowed us to observe the disorganized and listless staff who do not adhere to hygiene standards such as hand washing. Conclusion: Never again KFC!

Simply horrible! Waited 20 minutes for food even though there was nothing going on! Toilets terrible too! We don't need to talk about the prices! I'm really not surprised that there's hardly anything going on there! Never again!

Fries were too cross for my taste, instead of the chicken legs I originally ordered, there were various parts and, among other things, something like a back or breast piece with an unbelievable amount of breading that was extremely dry and tasteless. Unfortunately I was a drive-in customer in Pforzheim and couldn't turn back. The good coleslaw saved the situation minimally. Overall too expensive and too bland. Conclusion: Never again KFC😑

Classic product range of a KFC, pleasant atmosphere, modern ordering terminals and you can refill drinks yourself. The wraps taste a bit sticky, but the chicken is just great

Was there for the first and last time on June 2nd, 2024. After ordering at 4:32 p.m. we asked at 5:10 p.m. where our order number 271 remained because 285 had already been issued. I was assured that my order was being processed. At 5:20 p.m. the order was received incomplete. Everything was cold and the fries were only left to thaw in the fryer. What was missing was handed to me cold. Staff was unwilling to take the order back or exchange it. I'll probably ask the WKD what rights you have in such a case. What can I lie, the ambience has nothing to do with the staff and food, which is why it's 4 stars

It went very quickly and on a Saturday evening, so it was great. Enough parking spaces. They also offer delivery service, great. And food like you know it from KFC.

Unfortunately I have to correct myself, I'm currently standing in the KFC, but due to poor planning there are no chicken pieces at the moment and I have to wait for the food in the fast food restaurant. I've also left because I waited 10 minutes without being served. Absolutely no recommendation anymore. Service is something else.

I've been craving a chicken burger for ages. My second visit to KFC after tens of years was pure disappointment. Ordering can only be done at the machine, well, the digital future. The lady at the counter couldn't speak a word of German and didn't understand me when I said I'd sit down. Drinks issue very dirty. Table sticky even though the restaurant was pretty empty. But now: the burger completely fell apart when I took a bite, was only lukewarm and the fries were cold. I had to pick up the unappetizing burger pieces with my fingers. Is everything supposed to be fresh, as described on the homepage? The highlight was when I went to the toilet to wash my sticky hands. It smelled so bad of urine, so disgusting, that I backed out. They won't see me here again, sorry.

I have never experienced anything so disorganized and chaotic in a KFC. After 23 minutes we asked when we would receive our food. It had simply been forgotten in the haphazard chaos. Every food that went out came back immediately because something was wrong or missing. And the highlight was a serious violation of all hygiene regulations: a woman brought back a chicken box because it was wrong, took out a piece of chicken with her hand to show it, the employee took it and put the piece of chicken that the guest had touched with her hand back in the heating oven to give it back to another guest. Disgusting! Only water came out of the drinks dispenser and with this chaos it is unnecessary to mention that the cleanliness of the entire restaurant left more than to be desired. There was probably no manager, team leader or anything similar and none of the employees gave the impression that they had been trained in any way. The guests sometimes had to tell the employees what was in which boxes. For the chili cheese fries, I was given the sauce in a separate plastic cup and then had to pour it over the fries onto the tablet! Because the employee didn't even know that there was a box specifically for this.

We waited over 30 minutes for our order. The staff is completely haphazard and uncoordinated. The food was ok.

The first thing to consider is the independent selection of drinks and food. But everything is described very clearly. We'll probably have to get used to it due to a lack of staff. The waiting time is manageable. Food was delicious.

Expensive junk made from breading, an ordering machine that not even the staff can use right away. For 2 euros more you can get good food in a real restaurant with service. We ordered a bucket that costed 20 euros, we got the delivery and it was a tiny box with 10 chicken wings, but we ordered 18 piece hot chicken bucket, a d the delivery man didnt want to take it back

Ordered 5 burgers at the drive in, after 20 minutes. I went in to cancel the purchase. Luckily, by the time I was in the store, I didn't want to eat there anymore. Floor dirty and littered with food. The floor in the kitchen was completely wet and the tables hadn't been wiped. Service employees do not have a regulated process. Money back and off to a clean store. Never again.

We were there on Sunday around 12:20 p.m. Everything was fine. Food was ready quickly and everything was clean.

I ordered before the end of the day and was so disappointed, I'm now sitting at home with a stomach ache because the Hunger Burger was cold, the Twister wrap and the hotwings tasted really disgusting and old, I paid a total of €30 and was really looking forward to my dinner... when I did The last time I ordered during the day it was tasty, a real shame.. for the fact that you wait an hour for your food and it doesn't even arrive fresh... thanks for nothing, everyone wants to call it a day! Absolutely unhygienic and the food was unfortunately inedible. After 40 minutes of waiting, my order was ready, no one apologized for it. It was only an order for 28 euros, an employee in front of my eyes prepared fries with her bare hands for Delivery without a fries scoop. Big disappointment!

At Drive there was too long of a wait when we asked how long it would take. Employees made a fool of us, which is our problem. We should just wait until it's our turn.

Despite only one table being occupied, four people in service, not one table was clean! When I asked that the tables be cleaned, I was met with an incomprehensible statement. Were there on Wednesday afternoon. There wasn't actually much going on in the restaurant. Ordering is done via the touch screens. The whole thing is somehow not self-explanatory for everyone, so instead of taking the orders in person, the employee ran the whole time between the delivery and these screens to explain to people how it works. We ordered 3 burgers and unfortunately had to wait around 20 minutes for our relatively small order. The employees seem to have just come of age and are working without supervision. The work processes are not coordinated, everyone does what they want, no one knows what anyone else has done. A customer left the receipt behind after picking up his order. The customer was almost out of the store when the employee shouted across the entire store, "Hey, take your paper!!!" instead of throwing the receipt away. Ultimately, a burger was missing from our order. When asked about this, the employee looked at the receipt, where three burgers were listed, and said, "You only ordered two." Only after repeatedly pointing out that there were three items on the bill did the employee give in and find the burger somewhere. Two out of three burgers were way too salty! Everything could go better if there was more structure and appreciation. For the prices, I don't know why I would bother with it again.

So Restaurant was pretty dirty. Pretty much all the tables were full of leftover food as well as the floor. Had to wait over half an hour for the food. The fries had been in storage for a while. And the burgers I still had weren't the freshest either.

I ordered 18 pieces of hot vings and 10 pieces of crispy. It was terribly lukewarm, inedible... And the girl at the cash register was as unprofessional and unfriendly as can be... Never had such a terrible KFC...

Just order yourself at the kiosk, i.e. on the screen and pay. Pickup is shouted loudly and also displayed on a large screen, although you can't see it from everywhere. The floor wasn't clean. There were crumbs and pieces of meat everywhere. The fried chicken was okay. The drink was watery...

We received expired mayo, expired 6 months! We had to wait over 15 minutes for our food, even though there were only 7 other customers there with us, 5 of whom had already had their food... Employees would rather chat than pack the orders properly. A chip was missing, the apple spritzer was simply replaced with water without asking first. At such prices, an absolute disgrace. Don't come back again.

It's an ordinary KFC. I had a Zinger Burger, it didn't taste very good. But the service is fast and the tables are clean.

Received my food at the drive thru. Fries had a bad aftertaste, the fillet bites tasted rather greasy. This restaurant is not recommended.

The food is relatively good, I say this because although I like the food here, I had the displeasure of finding the chicken wings with feathers on them because they were not cleaned well enough, otherwise I recommend them🥈

Staff was nice and the food was prepared quickly. The chicken burger isn't such a hit because you have to eat half of the burger without meat because there just isn't enough on it. Next time there will be a classic menu as usual

Das Restaurant hinterließ einen äußerst negativen Eindruck. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere die Toiletten waren in einem unakzeptablen Zustand. Die Tische waren ausnahmslos ölig und fettig, und der gesamte Laden schien vernachlässigt zu sein. Die Hygiene ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig, was den Gesamteindruck erheblich beeinträchtigte. Solltet ihr wirklich vorhaben dort mal zu essen müsst ihr euch beeilen, ich denke beim nächsten Besuch des Gesundheitsamtes wird der Laden geschlossen!

Nachtrag die zweite: Haben über Lieferando bestellt und es ist kalt. Nicht 'lauwarm' sondern kalt. Ein Teil der Bestellung wurde vergessen aber immerhin nach geliefert - 2:30h nach der Bestellungsaufgabe. Der Herr am Telefon hat er abgesrittet dass die Burger Teil der Bestellung waren, nachdem er nochmal nachgeschaut hatte meinte er es könne nicht sein dass etwas fehlt. Nach einem langen Telefonat wurde endlich eingelenkt dass das bestellte nachgeliefert wird, wofür immerhin bereits bezahlt wurde! Schlimm. Nachtrag: Es wurde reagiert und entsprechend überarbeite ich meine zwei Jahre alte Bewertung. Es wurde vor Ort etwas umgebaut und man hat nun Bestellterminals statt eine Bestelltheke, wobei hier Tatkräftig von der Mitarbeiterin unterstützt wurde wenn jemand nicht weiter wusste. Qualitativ ist es tatsächlich besser geworden und entspricht jetzt auch anderen KFCs die ich kenne - Keine Ahnung was die da vorher gemacht haben, wenn doch alles standardisiert ist. Zügig wars auf jeden Fall und auch nicht "abgestanden". Der Umbau vor Ort hat den Laden offener und übersichtlicher werden lassen, aber nicht dass es jetzt übertrieben gut aussehen würde - Einfach ordentlich und offener. Glückwunsch an KFC dass die das in den Griff bekommen haben, werde gerne wieder kommen und kann den Standort mittlerweile weiterempfehlen. _____________ Ursprüngliche Bewertung: Seit Monaten geht angeblich die Drive-In Kasse nicht - Witziger Weise geht sie wenn weniger los ist. Hier wird definitiv am Personal gespart und man wartet mindestens 30 Minuten - Wer die Zeit hat soll hin gehen. Qualität ist in Ordnung, aber für KFC ist der Laden echt Grütze. Schlechter Franchisenehmer vermutlich.

An sich ziemlich zufrieden. Etwas teure und einmal, trotz Vorbestellung ca. 20min auf das Essen warten müssen.
