Burger King Pforzheim - Hauptbahnhof in Pforzheim

Am BK am BHF ist es immer das Gleiche. Den Gutschein / Coupon den man will gibt es nicht, preislich wird man immer auf den Arm genommen und eigentlich kann der Laden echt nicht viel. Aller Art Durchreisende, teilweise auch richtig erbärmlich, die sich kurz was zu essen holen. Potenzial einer Goldgrube aber durch die bescheidene Arbeitsmoral und die Art und Weise wie man abgefertigt, ausgetrickst und falsch abkassiert wird ist einfach nicht zielführend. Vllt. nimmt sich der Betreiber sein Konzept nochmal vor und überarbeitet es. Empfehlenswert wäre es, weil sonst über kurz oder lang die Schließung droht ;-).

Mal wieder Pure Enttäuschung… um Churros ES IST DAS DRITTE MAL!!! Ich muss ehrlicherweise sagen dass gerade der Burgerking am Bahnhof in Pforzheim was Service angeht nicht der beste und organisierteste Laden ist .. aber heute war ich mehr als positiv überrascht. Ich hatte einen Mitarbeiter der sehr sauber und ordentlich Bestellung nach Bestellung bearbeitet und verpackt hat und nicht in slowmotion gearbeitet hat das dass Essen bei einem kalt ankam. Zudem wurden jede kleine einzelheiten der Bestellung nicht übersehen und dadurch ein vollkommenes Geschmackserlebnis ohne die Nerven zu verlieren. Vielen dank an Herrn Bhuller.

Nur das Eis ist zu empfehlen. Vom Essen habe ich Bauchschmerzen bekommen, sollte man lieber lassen 🫤

Man kann sich hier nicht mit seinem Burger King Konto anmelden und Bonuspunkte sammeln, ganz schlechter Service, da würde mich mal die Begründung interessieren.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und ein sehr gepflegtes Restaurant. Das Essen ist lecker und man muss nicht lange auf die Zubereitung warten.

Man keine BK App verwenden weil sie zu geizig sind die Angebote davon anzubieten, nur die eigenen überteuerten Preise. Erbärmlich

Wir essen regelmäßig in unseren Pausen dort. Das ganze Personal ist super liebenswert und zuvorkommend! Als ich meinen Milchshake vergessen habe, wurde mir dieser sogar beim nächsten mal nachgegeben. Ich selbst hatte das schon gar nicht mehr auf dem Schirm. Kann ich nur von Herzen weiter empfehlen! ❤️

Ich mag den Laden ehrlich. Früher war es bisschen ungemütlich und der Hbf Pforzheim ist ja generell jetzt nicht so der Burner aber im BK fühl ich mich (vor allem dank des super lieben teams, das sind solche mäuse!) echt wohl mittlerweile. Weiter so!!

Habe das erste Mal den veganen Burger probiert und schmeckte deutlich besser als angenommen. Wurde frisch zubereitet und kann ich nur empfehlen

Jedes Mal, wenn ich den Burger King am Bahnhof besucht habe, war der Service schrecklich und inkompetent; ich wurde stets schlecht bedient und unhöflich behandelt. Auch die Hygiene lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Ich wollte mir gerade einpar börger zum Abendessen kaufen aber das man bei ihnen nur noch über das Display bestellen kann und nur mit Karte zahlen kann ist doch vollkommen idiotisch da verhungere ich eher als mir das anzutun. also bin ohne börger gegangen und werde wohl nie wieder diesen schrott laden betreten!

I wouldn't recommend Burger King. My burger didn't taste good, both burgers were cold, and the fries were cold too. You could tell it was done without any care, and the fact that the coupons from the Burger King app don't work is just ridiculous. That was the last time I'll eat there, since the food just doesn't taste good anymore.

I bought two Christmas meals to go today. I was in a hurry and unfortunately didn't check my order. The toys weren't included, even though I had selected them when ordering. The ketchup, which I paid extra for, was also missing. The café wasn't full, and they were only preparing one other order besides mine. So I can't say that the staff simply forgot to include the toys and ketchup in their haste. I only noticed this when I got home and am now very disappointed. Update: The next day, I went back. I explained the situation, and of course, I didn't get my money back for the ketchup, nor did I get the ketchup itself, but at least I received two Christmas ornaments.

I got two burgers to go from this branch today. I can't understand why so many people are saying the place is bad or dirty. Everything was clean and tidy; I've seen much worse. I got my food after 1-2 minutes, and it was completely normal, just like in any other burger joint. The employee was also very friendly. I did NOT receive a voucher or anything like that for this review!

It's happened to me quite often that something was forgotten. Usually fries, especially when ordering for several people.

I chose a Naruto toy and received what's in the picture. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and received something I don't understand.

If you need a quick bite to eat before your train ride, this place is a good option. Unfortunately, I've heard too often from friends how their food was. The wait time is also longer than usual.

We ordered two burgers, which weren't ready within 10 minutes, even though the place was quiet. I asked the clerk to speed things up, as we were in a hurry to catch the bus. In the end, we didn't get the burgers or our money back. Thank you.

I'm very disappointed with my visit to the branch at Pforzheim train station. Firstly, I couldn't redeem the coupons from my phone – completely incomprehensible these days. Secondly, the burgers were extremely dry, as if you were just eating meat and bread with no juiciness at all. I've truly never experienced anything like it. Overall, a very disappointing experience – I certainly won't eat there again.

Bad Burger King in Germany. They didn't even pay my wife's last paycheck, even though she didn't call in sick. She didn't even receive notice. Outrageous... Where are the department managers... What are they monitoring? Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to deal with it. I could have complained...

I went to Burger King on June 11, 2025, and ordered a takeout meal. When I got home, I discovered that my crispy chicken was missing. That was quite frustrating. But today I had the opportunity to return to Burger King and discuss my issue. The cashier was super friendly and knowledgeable. He recognized me immediately and knew why I was there. He told me he even tried to run after me to deliver my missing crispy chicken, but I had already left. He immediately had a fresh crispy chicken prepared for me and asked if I wanted some ice cream. His professionalism and friendliness were impressive. He handled my "complaint" perfectly and left me satisfied as a customer. I am very satisfied with the service and would visit Burger King again anytime. The employee showed that he cares about his customers' satisfaction and is willing to correct mistakes.

The Big King burger is really outrageously expensive at €7.39. This store is just ridiculous. Never again!!!

Eben mit meinem Sohn nach dem Kino kurz was gegessen. Boden versorgt, Tische versaut. Toilette auf Anfrage benutzbar ( Zustand ohne Worte). Erst nen Burger gegessen (nix zu beanstanden). Danach Pommes probiert. Eine gegessen, Urin geschmeckt, weggeworfen... Nie wieder...

Die Türe steht selbst bei Minusgraden offen, der Boden ist extrem schmutzig, ständig piept irgendwas sehr laut und die meisten Kassierer können nicht mal deutsch und anstatt die fertige Nummer aufzurufen starren sie einen nur an. Essen war top

Absolutely terrible! I've been to numerous Burger Kings all over the world with my service dog, and today was the very first time I've had problems. I was thrown out! I had ordered takeout. I even explained to the lady that my dog is allowed to go ANYWHERE because she's a service dog, which I need. Nothing! I then had to stand outside in the cold and wait for my food. I've never experienced such unfriendly treatment! The owners should train their employees! In every other Burger King, even "normal" dogs are allowed in...

You can't redeem a coupon here at all, they always say that this problem only exists on this day but you haven't been able to redeem a coupon for a year now, the worst Burger King I've ever seen, I'd rather eat somewhere else next time.

So, my last visit to Burger King was... let's say... an adventure. The food obviously had a mind of its own and my stomach was on a real protest march. Something must have gone wrong because I expected something different from 'fast food'. The cherry on top was the cheeseburger, which felt like it had seen better days. I really hope that this burger was just a Monday product and that Burger King gets its act together soon.

Very small Burger King, does not participate in promotions. Overall rather unwelcoming, toilet secured with code. Still 3 stars because it's the only way to get cheap fast food in the city center. The nearest Mac is outside.

The location is perfect, right next to the main train station. However, the quality is really not good. Unfortunately, I am disappointed that the tastes change between different Burger Kings despite the same products. Unfortunately, the service was unable to take my order due to the lack of German. I would give zero stars. On the tablet there is a price of 11.64 for a coupon menu and when I wanted to pay, it was silently almost €2 more expensive. I didn't order anything extra. When I asked customer service about it, he was well aware of it based on his reaction. He put me off. This shop is falling into disrepair just as quickly as Pforzheim.

Totally normal BK, fries were freshly made, as were the plant-based nuggets. So both fresh and hot. The employee was quick and friendly. It's all ok.

The machine solution when ordering is quite logical, as the staff unfortunately doesn't seem well trained enough to respond to the customers!! However, the implementation is poor and opaque and in some cases you don't get what was ordered because the machine is anything but intuitive!!!

My visit to Burger King was an absolute disaster! The burgers were soaked in grease and I even ended up getting food poisoning. Not only did the food taste terrible, but it didn't even reach the status of a halfway acceptable emergency solution. Burger King has clearly failed here. I am seriously considering contacting the health department to report this unacceptable situation and discuss possible consequences. No one should have to endure such a disastrous fast food experience!

After the reopening, everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. But now old fries are being thrown back into the deep fryer and sold. I had just paid €5.80 for a children's menu when I pointed out that he had accidentally selected the vegan mayo. He just said no, it doesn't cost anything extra. Prices are increased. Das Essen schmeckt irgendwie nicht mehr so gut wie früher, ist dafür aber wesentlich teurer geworden. Viele Reklamationen weiter Bestellung. Ich gehe zukünftig lieber richtige Burger essen
