I've never seen anything so bad in my life. You order one, you get another. They will not accept any objections. They are terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prices are of course more expensive than at other branches but the food still tastes good

Very small Burger King, does not participate in promotions. Overall rather unwelcoming, toilet secured with code. Still 3 stars because it's the only way to get cheap fast food in the city center. The nearest Mac is outside.

The location is perfect, right next to the main train station. However, the quality is really not good. Unfortunately, I am disappointed that the tastes change between different Burger Kings despite the same products. Unfortunately, the service was unable to take my order due to the lack of German. Whatever the reason, someone without any knowledge of German goes to the checkout. Apart from the bad location and the miserable quality, I would be in favor of the cleanliness being improved. Not great going in there.

Little BK. Being close to the train station spoils the ambience. But the food and service are great.

It really doesn't make sense that a Burger King at the main train and bus station closes at 10 p.m. They should work night shifts and always stay open.

I would give zero stars. On the tablet there is a price of 11.64 for a coupon menu and when I wanted to pay, it was silently almost €2 more expensive. I didn't order anything extra. When I asked customer service about it, he was well aware of it based on his reaction. He put me off. This shop is falling into disrepair just as quickly as Pforzheim.

Totally normal BK, fries were freshly made, as were the plant-based nuggets. So both fresh and hot. The employee was quick and friendly. It's all ok.

The burgerking is really not bad for a train station burgerking but unfortunately they don't have the offers and coupons like many others, apart from that it's still a good burgerking.

Yes, it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it's the best stop for the traveler in a hurry. They have often saved me from sitting hungry on the train at the last minute. FAST food

If I could I wouldn't give it any stars, the staff is unfriendly and can't communicate properly with the customers. I got the same thing I always get when I'm at Burgerking and the day after I had stomach problems like I've rarely had. Running to the nearest McDonald's would be better that way

The machine solution when ordering is quite logical, as the staff unfortunately doesn't seem well trained enough to respond to the customers!! However, the implementation is poor and opaque and in some cases you don't get what was ordered because the machine is anything but intuitive!!!

My visit to Burger King was an absolute disaster! The burgers were soaked in grease and I even ended up getting food poisoning. Not only did the food taste terrible, but it didn't even reach the status of a halfway acceptable emergency solution. Burger King has clearly failed here. I am seriously considering contacting the health department to report this unacceptable situation and discuss possible consequences. No one should have to endure such a disastrous fast food experience!

I don't understand the bad reviews here. 1. The food here tastes like any other Burger King 2. Service, the MA are nice and friendly - we are in a fast food chain and not in a car dealership. 3. Ambience can of course be better - but what can you do PF Hbf

Wrong order, start shouting at the door to use self service machine ,very rude service

After the reopening, everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. But now old fries are being thrown back into the deep fryer and sold. I had just paid €5.80 for a children's menu when I pointed out that he had accidentally selected the vegan mayo. He just said no, it doesn't cost anything extra. Prices are increased. Instead of simply changing it, I paid 50ct more and then only received animal mayo. There would have been enough time and the shop was empty. It wasn't the first time that the food was bad and cold.

So various burgers with extra bacon and fries with dips were ordered. Half of the extras weren't there and something brown in the bacon king was probably lint or something. So when I saw it I threw the rest away and was really upset. Something like that doesn't work, especially when it's already expensive! The advertising speaks a clear language. King Smart Menu always works. But unfortunately not HERE. I really don't understand why because cheeseburgers, fries and drinks are also on the menu. Just not for €5.99. A baguette from the bakery or a kebab are better. Absolutely not recommended.

Laden hat glow up bekommen nach Umbau. Terminals ✅. Neue Mitarbeiter ✅. Immer Mal wieder wird Mal durchgefegt ✅. Kuss 😘. Aber zu teuer . Warum normale Burger 2€ ?

Das Essen schmeckt irgendwie nicht mehr so gut wie früher, ist dafür aber wesentlich teurer geworden. Viele Reklamationen weiter Bestellung. Ich gehe zukünftig lieber richtige Burger essen

Kleiner Burger King direkt beim Hauptbahnhof Pforzheim. Eingang stufenlos möglich. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Es gibt nicht alle Aktionsangebote (z.B. King Deal). Essen entsprac dem gewohnten Burger King Standard.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Essen schnell zubereitet. Immer wieder gerne hier!

Also halt BirgerKing, also Fastfood das leider nicht so fast war. Die Bestellautomaten ließen keine App-Gutscheine zu, an der Kasse war nur Bar Zahlung möglich. Und richtig schnell ging es leider auch nicht. Ich habe irgendwie das Gefühl das alles kleiner wird. Und leider nicht im gleichen Rahmen billiger. Von Seiten der Qualität ist das Essen top gewesen. Und auch der umgebaute recht neue Innenraum ist schöner.

Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend Rollstuhl gerecht

Burger King Filiale mit guter Lage am Hauptbahnhof. Nach dem Umbau ist es dort viel angenehmer. Bei meinen Besuchen war es dort immer sauber und das Personal freundlich. Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Der Geschmack ist überall gleich.

Seit der neuen Renovierung ist der Burgerking viel einladender als davor.

Renoviert und sauber. Ist ansprechend und gemütlicher geworden. Klar, es ist am Bahnhof und das Klientel ist dementsprechend bunt...aber um auf Bus oder Bahn beim Pommes zu warten - empfehlenswert.

Also bin echt etwas enttäuscht die Pommes waren fast kalt und auch dementsprechend hart der Service hört nicht so gut weil ich eigentlich Hot blondie wollte aber sie dann mit nem Hot brownie ankam aber bin ja einnetter mensch habe sie drauf hingewiesen weiß aber nicht ob sie mich verstanden hat so wie sie mich angeschaut hat wohl eher nix verstanden ... naja hab halt dann den Hot brownie gegessen war aber nicht meins . Und die Stühle sind wirklich richtig unbequem und dazu noch am Boden fest geschraubt also wenn man ein kleines Bäuchlein hat muss man schauen . Hatte mir nach dem 'Umbau' was anderes vorgestellt . Sehr teuer geworden ...

Всегда было отлично! Но в последний раз бургер сложили так что его не возможно было взять в руки он распадался.

Leider muss ich nehme Reszension massiv ins negative ändern. Wenn es heißt "Öffnet um 10:00", dann erwarte ich auch genau das. Das ich um Punkt zehn da rein marschieren und mein Essen bestellen kann und nicht, das irgendwann 10:05 oder so die Türen geöffnet und die Kassen eingezählt werden, im ernst, Bahnhof, ZOB, Abfahrtszeiten und so? Da hat man nicht die Zeit, zu warten, bis es den Herrschaften genehm ist, dem liderlichen Fußvolk Einlass zu gestatten. Die Mitarbeiter hinterm Tresen schauten kurz auf aber es gab keinerlei Reaktion auf unseren Versuch, um kurz nach zehn den Laden zu betreten, vielleicht lag es auch an dem Herrn im Hausmeisteroutfit, der schon im inneren rumwuselte, auf jeden Fall waren zahlende Kunden heute morgen definitiv unerwünscht. Dann lieber n belegtes Brötchen beim Yormas direkt im Bahnhof.

Bin mit Freunden hin weil wir entspannt was essen wollten. Beim Reinlaufen hat uns schon eine Betrunkene Dame belästigt. Die Reaktion der Kassiererin war daraufhin nur ein Lachen, welches gegen die Frau gerichtet war. Hier hätten schon Maßnahmen vollzogen werden sollen. Nach einiger Zeit griff sie mich an und bedrohte mich woraufhin der Mitarbeiter, der mich locker verteidigen könnte da die Frau sehr klein und zierlich erschien, nichts anstellte (auch nach Anforderung meiner Freundin)

Der Burger King am Bahnhof Pforzheim ist eine kleine Filiale, bei der man das Essen vor allem auf die Hand bekommt - was aber in Corona-Zeiten eher ein Vorteil ist. Service war sehr freundlich.

We selected burgers without all that garbage , just pure burgers . But all burgers had all options . Also strange that fries are totally different then fries in Burger King Netherlands , one expect everywhere the same taste and experience from such big chains.

Der Burger King am Hauptbahnhof ist eine kleine Filiale, ich glaube, dass es sogar als Express Filiale bezeichnet wird. Sitzen ist nicht, Es gibt aber moderne Stehtische. Die Dame am Tresen war total freundlich und dir Abwicklung der Bestellungen - der Laden war ganz gut frequentiert - war freundlich, schnell und professionell. Das Essen ist das übliche Systemfutter, Aber der Besuch war positiv!

Was will man zu einer Burgerkette großartiges schreiben. Der Service ändert sich je nach Besucheraufkommen. Aktuell vermisse ich die bereits beworbenen Hotdogs, was vermutlich an der Filialgrösse liegt.
