McDonald's in Pforzheim

Pretty easy to get to, always well attended. Entrance with a large vehicle could be better. The order was ready quickly.

Miserable management, I went there for the third time after work after twelve midnight, wanted to take a burger and fries with me, that wouldn't have been a problem, but I also like a milkshake, and now the same method as the previous owner has crept in that the answer came, "The machine is being cleaned", no matter what day this device is always cleaned. I was so annoyed that I then told the cashier that I didn't want to order anything more and that I wouldn't come again.

It's actually full, but some employees lose track of things. Went to various places twice and got the wrong things twice.

It's getting more and more expensive and the burgers are getting smaller. Only in an emergency

The blonde employee with light eyes is a very rude person! They made mistakes when ordering and because I mentioned it I got a stroppy answer! I was a regular customer and with 6 people a lot of money was left lying around every day! If the lady cannot work with people, she has missed her job! With such employees, you shouldn't be surprised if there are fewer customers. I will never enter the store again. Good luck with this lady!

The meal was not complete. After a complaint it was submitted later. The wrap is a bit greasy, otherwise edible. The rest was at the correct temperature. While we were there the tables and ashtrays were carefully cleaned.

Bought 2 milkshakes here while passing through. Service was friendly, milkshakes were good

It's an expensive McDonald's like everyone else. There's not much to say

It's been a long time since I've been to McDonald's. And as in 90 percent of all cases, something was missing. Of course, you don't always check it straight away, you assume that you can read the order from the screen and put it in a bag. Leaning at the counter with 3 people and chatting is fine, but when you order 4 things, forgetting one thing is underground...

The McRib remains addictively delicious.

Everything is fine except the toilet. It's a bit dirty. Unfortunately :(. Several months later toilet still dirty and smells... 12.2023 Finally the toilet area is clean. Staff ok. Food ok too. 05.2024 I have the feeling that something is forgotten every second order... Sometimes the Caesars dressing, sometimes cutlery, sometimes a ketchup... Straw for milkshake... 8.2024 Toilets are clean and don't smell like urine. Incredible. It works. You just have to clean it properly.... 👍

Not good at all, it was disgusting, the sauce had expired and I wouldn't go there again, it's best not to go there anymore

Unfortunately, sitting outside isn't great. The McDonalds is on a main street and it is very noisy. Ate the M there. It was delicious, unfortunately the employee who made the burger didn't seem to enjoy his job. The restaurant wasn't full, but the burger still completely fell apart in the box. And not just mine, my husband's looked exactly the same. We had to prepare the Birger first so we could eat it.

You can do it, service is very nice :) The vegan nuggets are very tasty and authentic 🌱✨

Toilet stinks of urine. Small coffee was a cup of coffee for 14 days. 25% drunk. What a waste.

So far the food has always been warm, no long waiting times. Friendly staff. It's clear that you can't eat indoors at the moment, every restaurant requires an additional test. McDonald's doesn't want to annoy us, they just want to follow the rules.

Extremely slow and disorganized. 13 minutes for a cappuccino is just too long in transit. You can take your time at the Mc Cafe Bar.

I usually drink a cappuccino, which tastes very creamy and delicious. But not exactly cheap. Otherwise recommended!

Ordered MC Nuggets again after years. That was a big mistake, the things were cold and far dry. Never again The burger from my companion was good.

A coffee in a cup was ordered. We received a disposable cup that said the dishwasher had been broken for 3 months. Sorry, but if McDonald's as a large corporation doesn't create one within 3 months Dishwasher repair then...

Have you ever seen cleaner, both the table and the toilets. My Big Mac looked like a moderately successful throw into the box.

Clean McD branch with McCafè. Staff friendly. Toilets clean. Orders at McDrive are issued quickly. 09/2018: Interior remodeled and modernly furnished. For ordering there is now also a column with a touchscreen on which the orders can be entered. Table service!! (At least that was the case during breakfast). The previous counter was completely changed (see photo). 12/2021: Still a good McD branch; We pay very close attention to compliance with the Corona regulations. The tables used will then be disinfected promptly.

Were there with the grandchildren. Thank God there wasn't much going on. Could enjoy the meal in peace. As always, the little ones really enjoyed it and enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and always tried hard to keep everything clean. Which isn't always easy for them. Respect what they often achieve.

Normal McDonalds but the coffee is always good.

It is open 23 hours a day, attached to the highly efficient German motorway network. It's also worth doing 25km of free highway after work even in the middle of the night and knowing you'll find something open with on-site parking. A clear example of motorway management and traders working together to keep jobs alive and keep money flowing. A big credit to the management of this McDonald's and its staff on duty even at night

The ice cream is delicious - for everything else I prefer to go to special local restaurants

Things always move quickly in MC-Drive. There are always friendly employees at the checkout and distribution.

I wanted to order a Big MC, cheeseburger and fries in a burger restaurant at around 9 a.m., I didn't get it, it wasn't until 10.30 a.m.! It didn't say anywhere. Open from 7 a.m. Is McDonald's a burger restaurant or not!!!

It's just a McDonald's. Unfortunately, I've already seen clean ones. There is an urgent need to catch up when it comes to cleaning

I've given up now, it's just too hard a job for the staff to give out all the food in Mc Drive. Another 6 Mc Nuggets was missing. Actually, I've always taken a detour to Mc Donnalds Nord because I've missed something here several times. Once again after years I bought something here and something was missing again. You did a great job with the burger, but you still paid money for nothing. Enjoy your meal with my nuggets, I hope that was intentional and you were hungry, then heartfelt on my neck.

They don't have a microwave here to heat up baby food.

We picked up the food, no greeting, just the number called and then discovered at home that a burger was missing. The fries were limp.

I applied here several years ago, the boss here is really nice and even offered flexible working hours and training. If you want to start in system catering, here is one of the few good examples. Unfortunately, I switched to a different industry, but best wishes to the nice HR manager.

I ordered a MC Flurry and the stars weren't added when asked. Why do you pay so much money if you only get half a cup

Disgraceful employees and absolutely child-unfriendly! Today we (regulars) politely asked for a drinking straw at the drive in, as our daughter can only drink Vio water out of a straw (1 year old). We were given a blunt answer that this wasn't possible and I quote "We're unlucky (cashier) but we could try our luck with the ticket (smiling maliciously)". At the front of the counter the cashier also gave us a stupid comment and said that a straw only belongs to the milkshake (but in the end she gave a straw). Is this called a child-friendly concept? The McDonalds isn't what it used to be either. We're talking about a straw here and the food was only lukewarm!!! Our conclusion has been drawn: We will never go to a McDonalds again and we would rather go to a child-friendly restaurant.

Las hamburguesas de siempre pero en un local muy lindo, con atención cordial, wifi sin cargo, amplio estacionamiento y buenas ofertas. Paramos a cenar camino a otra parte de Alemania, y pedimos el menú de 2 hamburguesas con queso o de pollo, con papas y gaseosas por € 5.99 Siempre Mc es una buena opción para comer barato y rápido.

Sehr schlecht ! Nach einem McFlurry Besuch befand sich mein Mann den halben Abend auf dem Klo und hat sich übergeben! Als Antwort meines Anrufes kam , dass kann nicht sein das Gerät wird alle 2!!! Wochen gereinigt, Vorgabe zentrale … bei einer Softeis Maschine frage ich mich wirklich ob das ausreichend ist normal gehört da täglich spätestens alle 2 Tage eine Reinigung her … wir werden kein McFlurry mehr essen !

Just a McDonald’s. Nothing more. However employees were helpful.

Unfassbar unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter am Drive- In Schalter. Aussage Mitarbeiter" ich sollte ihn doch nicht ankacken" aufgrund dessen das ich gefragt habe ob es nun Vanille oder Schokoladen Eis wäre.... Auf Kunden darf man diesen Mitarbeiter nicht los lassen.

Ein sehr sauberes Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und hat das Essen schnell zum Sitzplatz gebracht. Extrawünsche beim Menü wurden beachtet. Komme gerne wieder.

Ehrlich big Rösti bestellt nicht dabei. Big Rösti im Laden geholt trocken ohne sosse.boden vom Brötchen labrig ehrlich das war nichts. Trocken war er auch noch. Lieblos

Essen für ein McDonalds ganz gut. Saubere Tische, gute Ausstattung, kompetente Mitarbeiter. Für Fastfood also Gut.

Sauber, aber habe schon aufgeräumtere Läden gesehen. Essen war leider kalt

Eis war lecker pommes waren kalt und schmeckten bisschen nach Spargel BigMac einfach nur drauf geklatscht und sehr unordentlich mehr Salat als alles andere ( ich bin kein Hase)

Ein verkehrsgünstiges Restaurant mit einem sehr perfide Parkplatz-Uberwachungssystem. Hier sollte man nicht zu lange parken, sonst wird es teuer!

Meine Rettung als ich mitten in der Nach Heimfahren mußte und es sonst nirgends mehr was zu essen gab. War auch in 3 Minuten fertig.

Ich war gestern dort ich habe wirklich noch nie so ein sauberes Mc Donalds gesehen, die Mitarbeiter sind supee freundlich da kann sich Karlsruhe eine Scheibe davon abschneiden.Habe dort gegessen einfach sehr sehr sauber und freundlich.

Am Drive in Senfsauce anstatt Süßsaure Sauce eingepackt, reklamiert und 2 süßsauer bekommen 😁

Das Fleischpaddy hat komisch geschmeckt.

Schnell und effizient ist das Team gezwungenermaßen schon. Die optimale Kommunikation ist, wenn keine erforderlich wird. Hat man dann doch mal eine Frage, muss man sich mit Händen und Füßen zum Filialleiter durchkämpfen oder Glück haben, jemanden mit Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnissen zu finden. Hin, Bestellen, Essen, Weg. Mehr darf und sollte man nicht erwarten. Die vielen Terminals zur "kontaktlosen" Bestellung helfen da ungemein. Sonderwünsche wie "bitte ohne Gurken" gehen auch übers Terminal. Das Essen entspricht dem gewohnten McDonald's Standard. Im McCafe geht es da weitaus kommunikativer zu. Das Stresslevel unter den Mitarbeitern ist verständlicherweise höher als noch vor dem "Umbau". In gut besuchten Filialen sind die um 2-3 Minuten kürzeren Wartezeiten dank der Terminals angenehm. Warten muss man trotzdem. Aufs essen. Unter Umständen 5-10 Minuten.

Also Service ist klar. Selbst bestellen dann wird das gebracht. Schmeckt ganz in Ordnung dem entsprechend. Ambiete eben ein mcs.

Wir kommen immer mit Kindern👍🙂, das Rabattsystem gefällt mir sehr gut👍. Toller Cappuccino, Hauptsache, man kann ihn nicht in Gläsern, sondern in einer Tasse bestellen.☕️ Gefällt mir sehr! Und natürlich sind Netzkartoffeln eine tolle Alternative zu Pommes frites.❤️

Ich habe schon viele Mc Donalds gesehen. Dieser sticht positiv heraus! -Kaffee in Porzellan, ohne zu fragen zu müssen -schnell -Fleißiges Personal, gerade beim Abräumen -sauber Scheint gut geführt zu sein.

Essen wie immer bei MCD. :) Cappuccino und Latte M. sehr milchig geschmeckt(wenig Kaffeepulver) Die Toiletten sind unterirdisch. Da wird man vom Gestank erschlagen bei den Herren!! Daher für Service nur ein Stern und zieht das Ambiente mit. Sonst Kinderrutsche top.

Kurzer Kaffee Stop gg 0800 Wenig los, alle noch gechillt und sehr freundlich..

Ich war zum Essen im McDonalds mit Freunden exakt 2 Stunden und 21 Minuten. Wochen später kam ein „Strafzettel“ über 20 € wegen Überschreitung der Parkzeit von 2 Stunden . Anscheinend wird der Parkplatz von einer privaten Überwaschungsfirma kontrolliert und treibt das Geld ein. Frechheit! Das letzte mal dort gewesen!!!

Total Katastrofa.I find a bug in my salat(cesar salat) and servirs is awful.They give me 5 times wrong order on mc drive.I don’t recommended to eat at this place.

Wij hebben hier alleen een ijsje genomen , vriendelijke bediening , vrij druk restaurant, gewoon goed zoals je van McDonalds gewend bent. Kortom gewoon doen als je er zin in hebt.

We go to this branch almost twice a week as the kids love Happy Meals. 95% of the time it's clean and the staff are more friendly than in the other branch in pforzheim. Recently renovated to the new McDo look making it easy to order without having to que...and get your meal directly at your table.
