McDonald's in Pforzheim

5 Sterne für die Tür. Sie war sauber und funktionierte. Zum Rest... ich kann es nicht ändern, sonst drängt mich Google dazu.

Es war ein schönes Erlebnis. Gute Kommunikation mit den Gästen und leckeres Essen. 10/10

Schon das zweite Mal n folge, dass ich online Bestellungen aufgebe und diese nicht im Programm aufzufinden waren, trotz Nachweis und ohne Erklärung weggeschickt wurde obwohl schon bezahlt wurde online! Katastrophaler Service und schlechter Umgang. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen

Das Essen war gut, der Service schnell und die Angestellten freundlich. Das Lokal war sauber und hatte eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Ein Top-Restaurant auf dem Weg von den Dolomiten in die Ardennen.

Es kam nun schon mehrfach vor dass das Restaurant zu Öffnungszeiten den Mcdrive einfach nicht bedient hat, oder komplett abgeschlossen war

Über 30 Minuten auf meine Bestellung gewartet – für ein Fast-Food-Restaurant einfach viel zu lange. Leider gab es auch keine Information oder Entschuldigung wegen der langen Wartezeit. Sehr enttäuschend.

Um 2:00 Uhr nachts haben die Codes nicht funktioniert, nur die Codes für Frühstück haben funktioniert, sehr schade bin extra noch mal zu McDonald’s gefahren

Zum wiederholten Male was vergessen wofür ich aber bezahlt habe. Habe bisher nie Theater deswegen gemacht, man kann mal Fehler machen aber mittlerweile glaube ich das hat System! Zwei 20er Nuggets bestellt, dazu zwei Menüs und wieder die Nuggets nicht bekommen. Und ja, ich hätte vor Ort schauen sollen ob alles da ist aber wieso muss ich das überhaupt wenn ich für etwas bezahle dann kann ich ja erwarten, dass Mitarbeiter dort die bestellte Menge vom Display ablesen können.

Sehr enttäuschend. Ich war mehrere Jahre nicht mehr bei McDonald's. Die crispy Chicken waren soweit in Ordnung. Der big Mac eine Katastrophe. Das Fleisch-Pad nur ca. 3mm dick, der Salat trocken der Burger total "verrutscht" (der Brötchendeckel unter dem Brötchenboden).

Ganz schlimm! Halbe Bestellung hat gefehlt (Lieferando) als ich angerufen habe , wurde mir gesagt ich soll das Getränk morgen ab 19 Uhr abholen.

Die Terrasse ist zum kotzen die Stühle kleben in der Hand von Dreck, die Tische sind seher schmutzig jemand must doch die saber machen oder? Sonst die Atmosphäre ist gut essen kommt schnell

Die Bestellung wurde schnell vom Personal an den Tisch gebracht. Der junge Mann war auch sehr freundlich. Lediglich der lieblos zusammengebaut Burger war ein nogo, zumal die Preise auch nicht mehr als Schnäppchen abgetan werden können.

Personal, Service und der Laden waren top. Gut organisiert, sehr schnell und Laden war sauber und gepflegt. Zumindest als wir dort waren, nix zu meckern

Tolles Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Empfehlenswert

Wir mussten leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen machen. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel für den Laden

Der Manager zeigt ein inakzeptables Verhalten gegenüber Kunden. Er kommuniziert häufig unfreundlich, respektlos und teilweise herablassend. Kundenfragen werden nicht professionell beantwortet, sondern oft mit einer unangemessenen Haltung aufgenommen. Ein derartiger Umgang mit Besuchern entspricht keineswegs den Standards eines professionellen Kundenservices.

Drecksladen. Man kommt um 1:30 und wird weg geschickt. Lächerlich. Hoffentlich musstet ihr bis 3 Uhr deshalb arbeiten. Schämt euch

Anscheinend ist Mc Donalds zu unfähig, Veganes Essen von Fleisch zu unterscheiden. Haben Planted Nuggets bestellt und Chicken Nuggets bekommen.

Mein Stamm MC Donalds. Personal ist sehr nett und essen kommt zügig und sieht/Schmeckt gut. Egal ob Drive in oder normal immer top!

Super. Man bekommt sein Essen schnell und unkompliziert, während das Auto lädt. Saubere Toiletten.

Mc Donalds ist schlecht, schlechtes Essen, schlechte Qualität und mit den Self Service Kassen nun auch im Service,Abwicklung schlecht!! Fast Food hat somit nichts mit "Fast" zutun!! Katastrophe!!

Unfreundliches und genervtes Personal,welches man auch fast gar nicht zu sehen bekommt. Bestellung am Automaten,Theke leer und ab und an wird dann unfreundlich eine Bestellung vor gebracht und die Nummer aufgerufen.Ohne Begrüßung,danke oder bitte,kein Lächeln und auch kein Blickkontakt. Tische werden scheinbar nicht gewischt,man sitzt in den Krümeln der Anderen. Der Besuch erinnert irgendwie an einen schlechten Rastplatz.

Über 60 Minuten auf Kaffee, Orangensaft und Croissant gewartet und dann Betrieb hungrig und durstig verlassen! 2x bei der Kaffeeausgabe gemeldet, ohne Erfolg. Geld nicht zurück erhalten. Mitarbeiterin beim Cafébereich unfreundlich, langsam und demotiviert. Nur sechs Bestellungen auf dem Display sehbar. Zuwenig Croissant um ca. 9.00 Uhr! Bei der Bestellung keine Mitarbeitende beim Automaten, welche Kunden über die lange Wartezeiten orientiert. Dies sind nicht die Werte von Mc Donalds Deutschland.

Ein hervorragender Zwischenstopp für Reisende zwischen Deutschland und Italien.

Wir mussten weiter weg parken, weil wir mit Auto und Wohnwagen unterwegs waren. Natürlich hätte ich die Bestellung gleich vor Ort überprüfen sollen, denn das ist ja ein bekanntes Problem bei McDonald's. Oh ja, es fehlte alles! -:((( Ist es denn wirklich so schwer, eine vollständige Bestellung auszuliefern?

Besuch am Freitagmittag. Saubere Toiletten, ruhige Atmosphäre mit der Möglichkeit, draußen in der Sonne zu sitzen (leider direkt an der Straße). Die Grimace-Produkte sind furchtbar. Aber die Pommes waren gut.

Products do not match the images. Inadequate packaging. Staff are extremely inflexible and irritated when dealing with complaints.

Unfortunately, the product doesn't live up to the advertising at all. Whoever came up with the packaging design needs to revise it. If the burger doesn't come off the paper, something's wrong. And the flippant explanation, "that's how it's supposed to be," isn't helpful to paying customers. Not recommended.

Worst service ever. We specifically called to ask if we could still order, and the employee said they'd be open for another 10 minutes. A few minutes later, we were told at the counter that the kitchen had already cleared everything away. They could have told us that directly on the phone…

Why do I have to get up every time I need table service, leave my warm burger and fries there, and go to the cashier to complain if something is missing...?

The staff at Riesen Saft store are rude and unhelpful when problems arise, and simply hang up on the phone.

McDonald's usual quality. Parking is always available and you can always find a seat. What you don't always get is the right or complete meal.

The food arrived quickly, was delicious, and the staff was very friendly.

Friendly service, quick service, and the food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the staff seemed cheerful and helpful. I'd gladly come back; I also find the location very convenient and practical, as you can get directly onto the motorway and quickly drive into the city of Pforzheim.

It was a very nice and clean place when we went, the staff were very attentive, it wasn't too expensive, we had fun and it was great.

As always, the price, quality, and taste are excellent, and the service is fast. The quality is top-notch.

The dining area was very clean, however, I was sadly surprised to find out today that McDonald's made me and my friend wait for 40 minutes, only to then discover they had forgotten our entire order. The food was worse than usual. The fries were cold and tough. The nuggets were lukewarm and limp. The M Burger was good, as it used to be.

The food hadn't arrived after half an hour. Some people waited longer than 45 minutes for their food. They got their money back and left. That's completely unacceptable! And there weren't even that many people there.

Wait up to 20 minutes for the food, and then staff in civilian clothes run around behind the counter and in the kitchen.

I've been here a few times, once they didn't put salad in my burger, another time they didn't give me napkins, and when I asked the waitress for napkins, she didn't give them to me. The food is delicious, but please be more careful. (All bugs have been fixed)

Well, it's just a McDonald's, with the usual "cheap" burgers, food served on plastic trays and in cardboard boxes without cutlery. I only ever eat at McDonald's when I absolutely have to. But for a McDonald's, this one was nicely decorated.

There's not much to say about the food; you get what you'd expect from McDonald's. Employees do what they want here; sometimes there's table service, sometimes not, even when it's completely quiet. The app offers it all the time, but when you use it, you're rudely informed that it's prohibited. The store is dirty, and employees stand behind the counter doing nothing or are outside smoking right outside the door.

Why have two terminals in the drive-thru if only one person takes the order? You wait at the terminal, have no information about whether you can order or have to wait, and stand there as if you've ordered and not picked up.

It's been newly remodeled and looks great. Unfortunately, you can no longer see the numbers on the screen when it's your turn. Otherwise, it's easy to reach. It was quite busy on a Friday evening, but we still got food quickly. The ice cream was good. The burger fell apart carelessly. 🙆🏼‍♂️

A bunch of disorganized idiots! Order 2 hours late When I called, they didn't know anything about the order. The second time I tried, there was an order. The guy on the phone was totally rude and disgusting! They should reconsider hiring this bunch of staff!!!

The cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited!

Well, I went to McDonald's again after years and felt like having a Fish Mac. I had vouchers, 2 for 6 euros, and ordered takeout. Unfortunately, I didn't look in the bag until I got home, and there was only one Fish Mac packed for 6 euros. So, an expensive treat for 6 euros. Well, tough luck, mistakes can happen, as long as they don't happen too often. So always double-check your order when you get there!

A large meal was ordered at the drive-thru without asking. The burger was carelessly folded. The cheese was left next to the burger. The fries were only lukewarm. Unfortunately, the quality at this McDonald's has been declining for years.

This McDonald's in Pforzheim was the best McDonald's I've ever visited. Very clean, with real flowers on the tables. The food came quickly and was very hot. Reordering via the app was also seamless. Finally, they even got a milkshake; at other locations, the machine is almost always "broken" 😉. The restrooms were very clean and were also cleaned in between meals. The employee made sure no one was in the restroom before cleaning. 10 out of 10!

We were passing through and ordered takeout via the app. It was quite busy, 11 p.m. on a Sunday. We waited less than 5 minutes, our order was complete and correct, the food was delicious, and the onions and lettuce on the burgers were extremely fresh and crispy. We used the restrooms, which were clean. We'd definitely go back! Everything was great!

Even at lunchtime (Saturday in August) it was possible to order without waiting.

The lattice potatoes and fries were inedible, like cardboard. The Big Tasty bacon was tasteless. Unfortunately, at these prices, it's completely pointless to eat there.

Today, the entire system gave up the ghost and crashed. All orders were in error. No card or other payment was possible. After 30 minutes, the staff changed their minds without working. Hats off. Cold Food and Unfriendly Customer Service We ordered two McSmart meals, among other things. One of the fries was only half-filled, which I politely complained about. The employee in the dark blue uniform reacted very rudely, claiming this was normal for a medium fries. When I asked if he was serious, he confirmed it. Only when I persisted did he take the package from me without comment and throw it in the trash. I received a new, correctly filled fries from another person. Although it wasn't busy at 2:50 p.m. on Thursday, the burgers were only lukewarm and the fries were lukewarm. Later, we ordered a latte macchiato and an iced coffee, both of which were served in paper cups. I was disappointed, as I had been looking forward to a drink in a glass, because, after all, what you see is what you get.

Everything is superbly organized, the food arrives quickly, and always tastes fresh. You can tell that the work here is done with passion. The staff are friendly, helpful, and even when it's busy, everything remains calm and well-organized. It's not a given that everything runs so smoothly—so a huge thank you to you! I always enjoy coming back here.

You can't expect much from MC. But here, they serve fries that aren't even cooked properly and still taste like they came from the freezer. Another order was completely forgotten, and when I asked about it, only half of it arrived. Not recommended ;)
