McDonald's in Pforzheim

Products do not match the images. Inadequate packaging. Staff are extremely inflexible and irritated when dealing with complaints.

Unfortunately, the product doesn't live up to the advertising at all. Whoever came up with the packaging design needs to revise it. If the burger doesn't come off the paper, something's wrong. And the flippant explanation, "that's how it's supposed to be," isn't helpful to paying customers. Not recommended.

Worst service ever. We specifically called to ask if we could still order, and the employee said they'd be open for another 10 minutes. A few minutes later, we were told at the counter that the kitchen had already cleared everything away. They could have told us that directly on the phone…

Why do I have to get up every time I need table service, leave my warm burger and fries there, and go to the cashier to complain if something is missing...?

The staff at Riesen Saft store are rude and unhelpful when problems arise, and simply hang up on the phone.

McDonald's usual quality. Parking is always available and you can always find a seat. What you don't always get is the right or complete meal.

Supper mcdonalds service great food great

Friendly service, quick service, and the food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the staff seemed cheerful and helpful. I'd gladly come back; I also find the location very convenient and practical, as you can get directly onto the motorway and quickly drive into the city of Pforzheim.

It was a very nice and clean place when we went, the staff were very attentive, it wasn't too expensive, we had fun and it was great.

The dining area was very clean, however, I was sadly surprised to find out today that McDonald's made me and my friend wait for 40 minutes, only to then discover they had forgotten our entire order. The food was worse than usual. The fries were cold and tough. The nuggets were lukewarm and limp. The M Burger was good, as it used to be.

The food hadn't arrived after half an hour. Some people waited longer than 45 minutes for their food. They got their money back and left. That's completely unacceptable! And there weren't even that many people there.

Wait up to 20 minutes for the food, and then staff in civilian clothes run around behind the counter and in the kitchen.

I've been here a few times, once they didn't put salad in my burger, another time they didn't give me napkins, and when I asked the waitress for napkins, she didn't give them to me. The food is delicious, but please be more careful. (All bugs have been fixed)

Well, it's just a McDonald's, with the usual "cheap" burgers, food served on plastic trays and in cardboard boxes without cutlery. I only ever eat at McDonald's when I absolutely have to. But for a McDonald's, this one was nicely decorated.

Very dirty, low quality service, everywhere is garbage

There's not much to say about the food; you get what you'd expect from McDonald's. Employees do what they want here; sometimes there's table service, sometimes not, even when it's completely quiet. The app offers it all the time, but when you use it, you're rudely informed that it's prohibited. The store is dirty, and employees stand behind the counter doing nothing or are outside smoking right outside the door.

Clean and well-maintained, best location

Why have two terminals in the drive-thru if only one person takes the order? You wait at the terminal, have no information about whether you can order or have to wait, and stand there as if you've ordered and not picked up.

I'm fan of McDonald's and I recommend this one. Nice and good service. Stuff was really nice and kind. Restaurant and toilet was also clean.

At any other branch, you can order a coffee from the staff. Not here. Then just not. There are plenty of other options.

It's been newly remodeled and looks great. Unfortunately, you can no longer see the numbers on the screen when it's your turn. Otherwise, it's easy to reach. It was quite busy on a Friday evening, but we still got food quickly. The ice cream was good. The burger fell apart carelessly. 🙆🏼‍♂️

A bunch of disorganized idiots! Order 2 hours late When I called, they didn't know anything about the order. The second time I tried, there was an order. The guy on the phone was totally rude and disgusting! They should reconsider hiring this bunch of staff!!!

The cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited!

Well, I went to McDonald's again after years and felt like having a Fish Mac. I had vouchers, 2 for 6 euros, and ordered takeout. Unfortunately, I didn't look in the bag until I got home, and there was only one Fish Mac packed for 6 euros. So, an expensive treat for 6 euros. Well, tough luck, mistakes can happen, as long as they don't happen too often. So always double-check your order when you get there!

Leftovers in various places in the dining room at half past nine in the morning

A large meal was ordered at the drive-thru without asking. The burger was carelessly folded. The cheese was left next to the burger. The fries were only lukewarm. Unfortunately, the quality at this McDonald's has been declining for years.

This McDonald's in Pforzheim was the best McDonald's I've ever visited. Very clean, with real flowers on the tables. The food came quickly and was very hot. Reordering via the app was also seamless. Finally, they even got a milkshake; at other locations, the machine is almost always "broken" 😉. The restrooms were very clean and were also cleaned in between meals. The employee made sure no one was in the restroom before cleaning. 10 out of 10!

We were passing through and ordered takeout via the app. It was quite busy, 11 p.m. on a Sunday. We waited less than 5 minutes, our order was complete and correct, the food was delicious, and the onions and lettuce on the burgers were extremely fresh and crispy. We used the restrooms, which were clean. We'd definitely go back! Everything was great!

The lattice potatoes and fries were inedible, like cardboard. The Big Tasty bacon was tasteless. Unfortunately, at these prices, it's completely pointless to eat there.

Even at lunchtime (Saturday in August) it was possible to order without waiting.

Today, the entire system gave up the ghost and crashed. All orders were in error. No card or other payment was possible. After 30 minutes, the staff changed their minds without working. Hats off. Kudos to the manager and staff. Very professional, even though I was very confused by everything. ❤️ Update 8/2025 Everything was great. Fast and fresh. 👍

Cold Food and Unfriendly Customer Service We ordered two McSmart meals, among other things. One of the fries was only half-filled, which I politely complained about. The employee in the dark blue uniform reacted very rudely, claiming this was normal for a medium fries. When I asked if he was serious, he confirmed it. Only when I persisted did he take the package from me without comment and throw it in the trash. I received a new, correctly filled fries from another person. Although it wasn't busy at 2:50 p.m. on Thursday, the burgers were only lukewarm and the fries were lukewarm. Later, we ordered a latte macchiato and an iced coffee, both of which were served in paper cups. I was disappointed, as I had been looking forward to a drink in a glass, because, after all, what you see is what you get.

You can't expect much from MC. But here, they serve fries that aren't even cooked properly and still taste like they came from the freezer. Another order was completely forgotten, and when I asked about it, only half of it arrived. Not recommended ;)

July 2025: Modernly furnished McD branch, friendly and helpful employees. It appears very clean; there's an employee almost constantly busy keeping the floor and tables clean.

The food is McDonald's, but waiting 15 minutes for 12 nuggets only for them to forget the sauce is abysmal. The monitor that's supposed to display the order number doesn't work. The staff is completely overwhelmed.

Even though reviews are always very personal, from an objective perspective, I find what the managers of this store are responsible for borderline unacceptable. The renovation was completed quite quickly compared to some state-subsidized projects. You're wondering what prompted me to vent my outrage via a review? Quite simply, the borderline idiotic opinion that even with the frequent malfunction of the ice cream machine, they could afford to remove the chocolate milkshake from the menu. I demand the immediate public "execution" of the person(s) responsible. You really need to know! *Satire post

On May 30th at 1:35 p.m. we got food from you, everything was an outrage. I ordered a 6-nugget meal, my companion ordered 3 double cheeseburgers without gherkins. The cheeseburgers came with gherkins, the ketchup that was supposed to go on the burger was all in a paper bag, looked like it had already been eaten or altered. My nuggets and fries were dripping with grease, everything was only lukewarm. 2 hours after eating I felt sick, vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, and poor circulation. A major case of salmonella poisoning. I'm still feeling bad today. I'm considering contacting the food inspectorate because salmonella infections are dangerous. I still have a nugget with me. McDonald's can't be reached by phone, hence the reason. Be careful with nuggets.

I've always been of the opinion that the food at McDonald's always tastes the same. But today I was taught otherwise. When it came to Mc Chicken, I thought it tasted bland. But the fries were hot but not salted and the chicken nuggets didn't taste like anything. By the way, my husband felt the same way. It's a shame, but that was really disgusting.

Just stay away from the juice shop

Unfortunately, my visit to McDonald’s was disappointing. I had asked for a Coke without ice, but instead of giving me a new Coke, the Coke was fished out of the glass with a fork to remove the ice cubes. I found that very unhygienic and unprofessional. It's just disgraceful to treat a customer like that. When I left the cola because I just couldn't drink it, the staff didn't even care. A better service would have been to simply give me a Coke without ice.
