McDonald's in Pforzheim

Meine Bestellung ist verschwunden. Ich habe mein Geld erst nach einer Woche zurückbekommen. Der Kundendienst wollte das nicht anerkennen und behauptete, die Bestellung sei zugestellt worden. Erst nachdem ich auf Instagram eine Nachricht an den offiziellen Account des Lieferdienstes geschrieben hatte, haben sie mir das Geld zurückerstattet. Heute, am 14.07.2026, habe ich erneut eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Alle Fristen sind abgelaufen, der Bestellstatus lautet „wird zugestellt“, und es ist bereits eine Stunde vergangen. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass sich die Situation wiederholt.

Über 1st Wartezeit. Ich habe online bestellt. 8min Fahrweg. Essen war kalt.

Viel zu lange Wartezeiten. Wird gefühlt immer länger. Schade. War schon anders. Und dann waren noch Cola Zero, Sprite und Fanta aus... Mittags um 14 Uhr. Wurden dann gefragt, ob wir Cola oder Eistee möchte. Haben uns für Cola entschieden und Eistee bekommen...

Sehr schönes Restaurant und man gemütlich essen gehen dort

Ein moderner McDrive mit McCafé und gepflegtem Außenbereich, sehr nah an der Autobahn. Auch in Spitzenzeiten nicht überlaufen, Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Haus und vor der Zufahrt am Straßenrand.

Toiletten nicht sauber, Essen ok, lange Wartezeit

Ich muss sagen, das Essen ist echt lecker und ich liebe es dort auch zu sein. Aber die Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.. da bestellt man schon ein Menü von 14€ und wählt das neue Lilane glas und dann wird einem unterstellt, man hätte es nicht ausgewählt obwohl es auf dem beleg Stande und bekam einfach ein anderes, nach dem ich mich beschwert habe, bekam ich eins. Aber personal sehr sehr unfreundlich!!! Man wird dumm angemacht obwohl man dafür bezahlt.

Während Geburtstags Mittag, King Tür kaputt. Und trotzt Rush hours, wurde es ganz schnell repariert. Top!

Ein Desaster wie alle McDonald's-Filialen.

Service ist gut und sind höflich, es ist jetzt leider sehr oft vorgekommen das sie etwas von der Bestellung vergessen und das ist sehr schade.

Mit drei Freunden jeder für sich bestellt, 3 Bestellungen, 3 mal fehlten Dinge wie Burger oder ein wrap...bei einer 3-Ding-Bestellung...mir nicht nachvollziehbar. Service unterirdisch. Auf Nachfrage wurde das abgetan und erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage war man aktiv geworden, das zu liefern, was bezahlt wurde.

In der Küche herrscht gähnende Leere, und man muss zwanzig Minuten warten. Es ist eine Katastrophe.

Gute Erfahrung im Drive-in. Reibungslos.

Der schlimmste Mc Donald's bei dem ich je war. Bestellungen werden falsch aufgenommen und es wird sich geweigert etwas daran zu ändern. Am Ende musste ich für die Fehler sogar bezahlen! Der Service ist wirklich sehr schlecht.

Ich kanns kaum* kurz fassen, hier wird für mich immer was vergessen. Dieses immer bezieht sich auf meine letzen 3x Bestellungen mir fehlten Dinge wie Zusätze für mehr Geld sonst eher Sachen wie Strohhalme. Wenn möglich meide ich diese Filiale im Gegensatz zu dieser in der WiHöhe. Die Mitarbeiter reagieren meist auch genervt auf das Verlangen seiner Zusätze 1x hube schokosose, extras bei Bürgern alles schon vergessen, sei es abends bei ruhe oder im Stress. Echt keine lust darüber zu diskutieren ob ich die Schokosose chirurgisch ohne Rückstände entfernt haben könnte. Ich kann es einfach nicht mehr nachvollziehen, in der wihö ist das Management super.

Mc wie die meisten War im McDrive

Ich wünschte, ich könnte die Vergangenheit ändern und nie wieder zu McDonald's gehen. Die Chicken Wings waren so klein und schlecht, dass selbst ein Vierjähriger damit nicht zufrieden gewesen wäre. Dabei wären zwei Portionen mit fünf Wings für einen normalen Erwachsenen völlig ausreichend gewesen (und das für 10 Euro!!!). Sie waren klein, verkocht und überteuert. Ich werde dort nie wieder hingehen.

Essen dort schmeckt immer köstlich nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter immer eine gute schnelle Lösung

Hab dort die Tage mal was gegessen. Liegt leicht abseits an der Autobahn A8, einen Parkplatz habe ich sofort gefunden. Essen am Terminal gebucht, die Zustellung erfolgte schnell. Es wurde alles was bestellt wurde auch geliefert und es hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Burger war klasse und die Pommes schön heiß und knusprig. Alles so wie es sein soll.

Schneller Service, freundliches Personal und das Essen war frisch und lecker. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schade..., der Gastraum hat keine 10 Gäste. Teilweise stehen vier Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke und unterhalten sich, dabei laufen die Tabletts an den Stationen über, Tische sind schmutzig. Service geht leider anders 😕🤔

Teils waren die Apfeltaschen schon alt und kalt und heute wurde die Bestellung einfach weggeklickt so dass es auch mal 15 Minuten dauert

Wenn ich Zucker zu meinem Kaffee bestelle wird es immer vergessen und ich muss es immer extra holen (4x schon vorgekommen). Heute habe ich auf einen Kaffee zum Mitnehmen bestellt, dieser wurde zubereitet, hinter die Theke gestellt und meine Bestellnummer wurde NICHT aufgerufen. Auf dem Display für Zubereitung/Abholbereit wurde es abgehakt, meine Bestellung stand weiterhin hinter der Theke. Erst als ich die Mitarbeiterin angesprochen habe (die den Kaffee auch zubereitet hat), bekam ich Ihn ausgehändigt Ab sofort werde ich doch andere Filialen aufsuchen.

Ist okay gibt halt bessere MCs aber kann man machen

Ein sauberer und empfehlenswerter Ort

Ich habe heute online bei McDonald’s für den Geburtstag unseres Sohnes bestellt. Da wir eine kleine Feier organisiert haben, war die Bestellung entsprechend umfangreich – mehrere Happy Meals, eine größere Menge Nuggets sowie Menüs für Erwachsene. Wir haben die Bestellung am Drive abgeholt und sie im Auto nur kurz überprüft. Zu Hause stellten wir leider fest, dass die Saucen für die Nuggets vollständig fehlten – obwohl eine große Menge Nuggets bestellt wurde. Es ist inakzeptabel, Nuggets ohne Saucen zu erhalten, insbesondere bei einer größeren Bestellung für Kinder. Darüber hinaus wirkten einige Burger nachlässig zubereitet, mit zu wenig oder ungleichmäßig verteilten Saucen. Das ist frustrierend und enttäuschend, vor allem an einem besonderen Tag für unser Kind. Leider ist es auch nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in dieser Filiale eine negative Erfahrung gemacht haben. Bei größeren Bestellungen sollte deutlich sorgfältiger kontrolliert werden. So eine Erfahrung erwartet man von einer Marke dieses Niveaus eigentlich nicht.

Bestellt nie angekommen. Ruft man an wird einfach aufgelegt. Echt super personal drecksladen!!!!!

Jo Lingams: der Laden läuft echt super. Da oben oben merkste nicht, dass du in dem Loch Pforzheim bist. Immer schnell und frisch.

Kaugummi im Burger- ekelhaft. Ich glaube das sagt alles! Habe zwar mein Geld zurück bekommen aber das ändert nichts an den Zuständen die in der Küche wohl toben. Auch wenn der Manager sagt Kaugummis seien verboten. Dann hat er seinen Laden wohl nicht im Griff.

Keine veganen burger mehr… das ist so rückschrittlich

Bestellt um am counter abzuholen, nummer wurde angezeigt aber es stand da ein leeres tablett. auf nachfrage wo meine bestellung bliebe, kam unfreundlich, der cappuccino müsse noch gemacht werden. minuten später wanderte der dann aufs tablett. und da stand er da halt. mein wrapp wanderte dann in irgendne tüte und irgendwann ists dann aufgefallen, dass mein cappuccino immer noch einsam da steht. wrapp im schnellverfahren gemacht, hinzu kamen lieblos die pommes. wartezeit ca. 20 minuten. wrapp, pommes und cappu waren kalt, sauce beim wrapp fast nicht vorhanden. personal wurde von mir angesprochen aber ich wurde ignoriert. dieser laden sieht mich nicht wieder!!!!!

I ordered from the machine like everyone else at 10:15 and wanted to pay with cash. I was then left standing at the till for over 10 minutes. I then paid, only to be told at the end that there was no more breakfast as it was after 10:30, but it was still 10:25 and it's not my fault if the staff leave me standing there looking stupid for over 10 minutes. At least I got my money back. The staff said there was no more breakfast even though a friend of mine ordered food after me and also got breakfast. That's not okay!?!?!?!?

Just went to McDonald's Pforzheim. The worst service ever. Didn't get a drink, but I paid. No gifts with the Happy Meal. Had to wait another 10 minutes even though it said "ready for pickup." Then I wanted my money back, but that didn't work. Great service. From now on, only Burger King!!!!!

As with all McDonald's, everything is fine

After ordering and a certain amount of time waiting, my pickup number appeared. The order got lost, it happens sometimes. When I asked, it was ready. I don't ask for much, but when I got home, I got another surprise. Considering the price for something like this, it's a bit surprising.

Unfortunately, our experience here wasn't good. There was trash everywhere. The tablet tray was overflowing, which apparently didn't bother any of the staff, so customers just left their tablets and trash somewhere. Some of the self-service kiosks were broken. The food sometimes took a long time to arrive, and when it did arrive, it was rather disappointing: The nuggets and the burger patty were cold and tasted like they'd been sitting around for too long.

Too long a wait for small coffee

As you would expect from McDonald's. Everything is clean, including the restrooms. The staff are always friendly, and the way they interact with each other is relaxed, even in stressful situations. It's a good working atmosphere, which speaks volumes about the management and benefits the customers.

When you go to the MC you know that it is not a restaurant.

I've repeatedly noticed that people at the McDrive often forget to put things in the bag. The Happy Meal gift hasn't been included twice already, and I think it's understandable that children are particularly disappointed in such cases. I'll complain about this at the branch next time I visit, and we'll see what happens!

Finally, a McDonald's. A bit of a hustle and bustle here, but otherwise a nice spot to grab a snack and charge your phone. Be careful, the castles taste different; the kids didn't like the burgers.

My first and last visit to this branch! I don't know exactly what it was, but the McRibs tasted different! The fries were soggy, partly raw, and only lukewarm!

Typical McDonald's. However, the fish mac is quite small. And €28 is pretty steep for two people. If you add €10, you can eat at a decent restaurant....

We were at the drive in. Unfortunately the toy was missing from the Happy Meal and the glass was missing from the normal menu - it was on the receipt. Some of the chicken nuggets were cold.

For the flupduation clean, ordering sometimes faster, sometimes longer, depending on what we and who is going on. Service Entertaining and accommodating if you have any questions or other topics.

Today I was briefly at Megges with my girlfriend. She is a vegetarian and ordered 9 plant based nuggets. one nugget was with meat. that doesn't work at all!

Went there today around 6.30 p.m. and ordered 2 menus with glasses. When they arrived half an hour later, they were cold, so the glasses and drinks were left at the table and complained about. When we came back, everything was cleared away by the unfriendly lady who claimed they were gone and there was no question of a replacement, an absolute disgrace

There was an insect in my bag. Looked a bit fried too. Maybe I should report this to the health department...

Just a normal McDonald's, nothing special, but it's fine to stop by for a quick stop after a long car ride

Waited half an hour for food, then it came and half was missing. The McDonald's was packed on a Sunday evening and the staff couldn't keep up with the orders. There were angry customers everywhere who didn't receive their food too late or incomplete. The food was not fresh and cold. The store itself was reasonably clean but that was the only positive thing. Better go to Burger King on Wilferdinger Höhe, it's worlds better.

All in all, a clear, yes, it can be better. Parking lot too small. Food quality is ok, but I expect tomatoes on the burger and not next to it. Same with bacon and cheese.

McDonald is just what it is. A heavily overpriced fast food outlet. Nevertheless, you always feel like doing the stuff every now and then. I think if someone wants and can afford it then they should do it, just not too often...... the quantity decides.

I just had to wait exactly 20 minutes for my order. Whether at the counter or DriveIn... other orders were quicker. When asked about this, the lady at the counter was tight-lipped except for one reel: I'm sorry. After all, no one can NEVER take responsibility for ANYTHING. No discount, no bonus... super disappointing, even though it's been open for hours and breakfast at breakfast time really shouldn't be a challenge for a fast food chain. Some products were cold, others warm. Thank you! Shame on you!

A modern McDonald's branch in Pforzheim, not far from the highway. The food was freshly prepared and overall good, and ordering coupons was also flawless. Unfortunately, they forgot the straw for the milkshake and were rather unfriendly when asked. It could be better. The branch is easily accessible, but we were coming from Pforzheim South. The intersection directly in front of the branch has strange traffic light timings, and when driving on or off the highway from here, the entire area is under construction. (March 2025)

Nice and well-kept restaurant with food of the usual good quality. As with many branches of this chain or the competition, I wonder why the routes are so narrow. The U-turn at the bottom of the parking lot is also narrowed with a guardrail. She is a silent witness to everyone who has failed here because of the tight curve.

Fits for a McDonald’s restaurant

I ordered a McFlurry, despite the fact that the cups are smaller. The cup was only 1/4 full with ice cream, the rest was topping, and that was only half full.

As always, you can do it, but you don't have to. There are no negatives apart from the now disproportionate prices.

Went to McDonald's again today and I have to say I was very, very satisfied. MY order was prepared quickly and was delicious. The staff was very, very nice and accommodating. I will definitely come back.

The staff's attitude was very, very bad. All three people at the receiving desk were terrible! ! It said it was ready for takeout, so when I went to pick it up, it was different! I got angry. When they displayed the wrong numbers, they got angry and acted very mean to me. After that, all the displays disappeared. After waiting for a while, our numbers came out again, so when we went to get them, we were treated with a very cold attitude. Both the kids and I left the store in a very bad mood. Does McDonald's not train its customer service employees?

Don't understand how bad some employees are and work. I was at the drive in at 10 p.m. First car and no visitors at the checkout ordering anything. There were at least 3-4 people. The person at the counter can barely speak German, you have to say everything wrong several times and then you get everything wrong and cold. A freedom. Ordered there last time!

We stopped there on a Saturday morning around 10:45 a.m. to grab something to eat. There were hardly any people there, about 3 tables were occupied and 6 people (including the 2 of us) stood at the front waiting for their orders. Waited almost half an hour for 2 HappyMeals, cheeseburgers were less than lukewarm. A bit disappointing even for McDonald's.

Food is cold and unfortunately too expensive for the money you get more and better

Actually a good McDonalds, but you should never linger there. Otherwise you'll get a ticket two weeks later because you stood in the parking lot for more than 3 hours. Have fun explaining to the service provider for these fines that you were a guest and that you ordered continuously, who keeps receipts from McDonalds...

Nice, large Kaufland with free parking spaces. There is currently a construction site in front of the house, so the detour is a bit annoying, but it will probably be taken care of in a timely manner. Otherwise great well-kept house

Terrible unfriendly manager. Took 1 bite of my Big Mac that was cold. Told him and he says i already ate half of it. Just 1!!! bite. Was on a Friday night.

Perfect place to work as a DigitalNomad for 2 hours in Pforzheim. Free WiFi, food served quickly and toilets clean.

Unfortunately that was nothing... 30 minutes wait even though there was no rush. In the morning there was no soap and no toilet paper. Then an eggshell in the burger. Never again.

Today we waited 35 minutes for a small breakfast and everything got cold. So, we couldn't understand why it took so long. There were only four tables occupied and two cars at the drive in. Service is extremely unfriendly..

After I had a bad experience at this branch, the branch manager apologized to me for the incorrect order and compensated me. This would once again completely convince me that this branch is well managed and that it was just a small error in production. I'd love to come by again whenever I feel like a delicious burger with salad 😊.
