Burger King Pforzheim - Wilferdinger Höhe in Pforzheim

The food was, as always, normally good. The drinks machine was a disaster! Apparently the carbonation was empty sofas which Cole tasted disgusting. Before I could complain, a customer in front of me had already done so. The statement was that there is currently no ice cream. Even though the customer said twice that the cola tasted disgusting, the employee laughed it off and brushed it off. We decided to go. Before that I wanted to go to the toilet for a moment... it smelled like urine like a train station mission. The toilet seat was dirty and had dried urine on it. The lock was broken and could not be locked. If it looked the same in the kitchen, I wouldn't go there again.

Drinks were warm, then wanted to get ice, unfortunately it was defective (employee's statement: Unfortunately it doesn't work). When I pointed out that the drinks were inedibly warm, the employee only shrugged his shoulders. Why is the ice dispenser broken? Why was there no mention of the defective ice cream dispenser (then I wouldn't have taken the menu!) Maybe train employees on what to do in such situations other than shrugging your shoulders

Tonight ordered a Double Whopper King meal and Wings Bucket. Fries and Whopper menu was ready quickly, I had to wait 35 minutes for Wings Bucket, during which time the fries and Whoppers stayed cold because the things were packed immediately without taking into account the waiting time for Wings Bucket. I paid €13.29 for the Double Whopper King menu. Unfortunately it wasn't a Double Whopper but a simple Whopper. I noticed it when I was at home. Even though the store wasn't full, 6-7 employees weren't able to plan and prepare the food properly. It wasn't the first time it had happened and it was my last visit there.

Burger King just 🤷‍♂️😅 But the staff is very nice and the food is fresh, tasty and served very quickly.

Unfortunately I was disappointed today. My milkshake wasn't stirred, the pickles I ordered were still put on my burger, the tortillas were labeled incorrectly and my "melted cheese burger" didn't have any melted cheese on it. Too bad.

I know people don't necessarily earn much there but.....you can make a little effort...if you lose your appetite when you unpack the burgers because they look like they were thrown together... Then you ask for curly fries...the answer is yes, we have them...and then you get a mix of rippled potatoes and fries where the fries look like they have been there for a few hours.. Absolutely outrageous and for €15 the menu you should at least expect something decent! It's really sad...Burgerking was always my favorite but this one in particular is just disappointing

Although the order was placed via the terminal to eat on site. We were told extremely rudely that it would be closing soon and that we should leave. We still finished eating. Especially since more customers came in during this time and also placed orders. The highlight of our stay was that a female voice came over the intercom and pointed out that we were not welcome here. All in all a very strange experience.

The Whopper with Cheese reminds me of my childhood and that's good👍 I would especially like to mention the nice gentleman at the counter who was very nice and attentive. And with the exception of a few guests who didn't tidy up their trays, every effort was made to ensure cleanliness.

The food was cold and the employee said he would pass it on was the answer. I personally don't go there anymore. Absolutely cruel.

This is honestly the best BK I've ever been to. Food is always prepared super quickly and tastes really good, and the fact that you can refill drinks is also very nice, unfortunately you don't see that often these days.

If you want to get ripped off, go to the drive in there. Simple as that. Snack bucket ordered medium, no fries, no nachos, three chili cheese nuggets, three onion rings and four hot wings. Running. The last order also left out the fries, but I assumed it was a mistake. Now I believe in pure intention, or zero interest attitude. Of course you could say: check your order in the car, but hey...everyone wants their food to be somewhat lukewarm at home or in the parking lot and not unpack and pack everything in the car. So...if you want to have your money deducted...go to the drive in there. The staff is happy.

Reviews from 2022 Drinks didn't have as much carbonation and the chilli cheese nuggets had the cheese no longer liquid but already solid. The parking situation is not good. Drive queue occupies the parking space and you can neither get in nor out of the parking space

Half of the order was missing. Unfortunately it wasn't until I got home that I noticed it was there to take with me.

During a visit to the toilet our entire table was cleared away! The little one's toys, the burgers, the fries, and full drinks. When we came back from the toilet we said we could buy everything again! Should you take the burgers and fries with you to the toilet next time???? Really sad! Reply to your answer: No, we definitely won't be coming back anytime soon! The behavior of the employees when they were asked about it was miserable. The money it all cost, the little one crying because he didn't have his toys anymore and his fries were gone, it was all just too much!

Waited 11 minutes and some of those who had ordered much later had already left for a long time. The temperature of the first burgers was only lukewarm. A Big King XXL no longer tastes so good. Also pretty expensive now.

The worst Burger King ever, never seen a place like the one on Wilferdinger Höhe. Fresh order? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that! Ordered, paid and then waited 10 minutes because the burgers were “freshly” made. Biting into an ass-cold burger at home is really a shame! Ordered chilli cheese nuggets, didn't even receive them Cola Zero? You get brown water Why does every BurgerKing get 100% of an order and at this Burger King the employees are overwhelmed! Why can't I, as a customer, rely on the work in the kitchen and counters being carried out 100% correctly. Customer is king? Rather the opposite here Taste is king? Maybe in another BurgerKing but definitely not this one! With so many scandals and allegations, you might think that the staff is trained in this, but for them these are all just part-time jobs!

Bottomless impudence. Basically I love Burgerking, I'm particularly interested in the one on Wilferdinger Höhe. No joke, that's where the last idiots work. The job really isn't demanding, but even that doesn't bother any of them. Every time, without exception, something is wrong with the order. Teriyaki burgers? I get teriyaki sauce instead. Paid extra for the big menu? Still get the little one. Cola? Tastes like water even though it's brown. Plus chilli cheese nuggets? Pff you get nothing, paid for free. How rude the staff is, especially when THEY have done something wrong for which you are paying. Conclusion: They really don't get shit done. Then prefer Mcess, KFC or Subway which is in the immediate vicinity.

I think ordering from the vending machine is totally stupid. It takes half an hour to get everything together. Then you pay at the cash register, which I think is good. But if I don't get everything I ordered and paid for, I don't think that's okay. I noticed it and complained straight away. I then got the missing paid meal without any problems. But they definitely wouldn't have done it on their own. The exact same thing happened at the next table. This simply cannot happen.

What to expect from B.K. expected. Personally, I like it better there.

Despite being very busy, everything was clean and the staff cleaned the tables very quickly to keep the shop nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Food was good. Went quickly. There are reusable cups, which I think is good. The Burger King is near the highway exit. You should be careful not to drive too fast in Pforzheim. The service was ok. The ambience works. The staff should make sure to keep the places clean.

If you want to go to BK and know what you can get, this is one of the best in the region

The burgers are simply better than those from... But Price performance is now out of the question compared to normal restaurants with fresh, traditionally prepared dishes and service

Located directly at the Pforzheim West motorway exit of the A8. It's a good idea to briefly leave the A8 to refuel, rest and eat.

Surprisingly good Burger King branch! Modern interior, everything worked and my food was served within 1-2 minutes. get and that 12h! Otherwise, of course, loud like any other BK, but still surprisingly clean! Gladly again!

I've had better Citizen King experiences, unfortunately when I visited the burger was only lukewarm and the fries were also better. Most of the salad was next to the burger instead of on top of it.

Another reason to avoid BurgerKing. New stitch? It's "only" 50 cents. But for what reason? Extrapolate that to 100 people.

If there's a lot going on in the drive-in and you're parked behind the building, you can't get out if they don't think about where they want to go to the drive-in. Otherwise a nice BK. It's a shame that this restaurant doesn't deliver :D As a little tip: try the plant based nuggets. As a non-vegetarian, I find them better than the normal ones :D

Burger King Filliale was clean and equipped to the latest standards, unfortunately we had to wait over 15 minutes for our order and watch as dozens of orders that were placed after us were handed out earlier. Then my friend's order had a burger declared as plant based even though she clearly clicked on not plant based on the order screen. When we complained about this, they didn't want to exchange the burger for us, so we were asked to clarify this with the management. She then swapped us the burger straight away, so why the detour. The service in this restaurant really leaves a lot to be desired, otherwise it's okay, you just don't expect too much from Burger King

Best Burger King I know. Burgers are put together with motivation and, above all, a service person ensures that everything stays clean.

Unfriendly staff, burger was dirty with something indefinable. Thrown away...12 for nothing. If I had thrown the money out the window I would have seen it flying. At the drive-in counter you are sent away and told to drive up a short distance and they bring out the food. There was no car behind me. I have no idea why, what can you expect from very cognitively weak employees... nothing! I took a break from BK for a year and now forever.

You can do it sometimes. Nice atmosphere 😉

Chilli cheese Fries mit einem Tropfen Sauce bekommen. Wie kann man wenn man selbst Mindestlohn verdient ne Portion Pommes mit einem Klecks Sauce für 5€ raus geben und das korrekt finden? Außerdem waren die Mitarbeiter sehr unprofessionell und haben über private Dinge gesprochen während das Headset an war. Die Pommes waren zu dem versalzen und haben ekelhaft geschmeckt. Musste es weg schmeißen. Schade um die 5€. Einer der schlechtesten BK‘s in denen ich jemals war.

Waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort, Essen war lecker und frisch zubereitet. Personal war sehr freundlich. Und das wichtigste: Es war sauber und es wurde während unserer Anwesenheit mehrmals geputzt. Gerne wieder.

Neue Burger King Filiale. Bei meinen Besuchen sauber. Das Essen wie überall mit der gleichen bekannten "Qualität".

Man merkt, daß hier alles noch recht neu ist, sehr hell und sauber! Komme höchstens 1 oder 2mal im Jahr her, inzwischen gibt's woanders erheblich bessere Burger 😉

Ich habe für Sonntag einen selbstgemachten Burger Abend für meine Geste geplant aber habe vergessen Scheiben Käse zu kaufen. Habe alles was offen hatte gesucht und nichts gefunden. Bin danach McDonald's gegangen und habe gefragt ob die mir 20 Scheiben Käse extra zu meiner normalen Bestellung auf die Seite packen können, natürlich alles bezahlt, Manager dort war sehr unfreundlich und hat nein gesagt. Bin hier angekommen und habe denen meine Situation erklärt und es war gar kein Problem das zu bekommen was ich gebraucht habe, 20 extra Scheiben Käse 😂, die Ehrenmänner haben mein Burger Abend gerettet und haben diese komische Bestellung mit Humor genommen und mir viel Spass gewünscht. 10/10 werde nie wieder megges kaufen nur BK ab jetzt, schmeckt sowieso tausend Mal besser! Danke!

Eigentloch wars immer okay aber einmal richtig fett meinen Magen weggefezt von so nem BASF veggy Burger. Nur mit 2 Schnaps hab ich's nach Hause geschafft.

Ein richtig guter Burger King. Getränke zum nachfüllen und die Tische werden regelmäßig gereinigt.

Eigentlich gehe ich eher zur Konkurrenz, aber auf den Crispy Chicken kann ich nicht verzichten :) Ambiente ist toll.

Es ist immer sauber in dieser Filiale.

Also, die von uns verzehrten Speisen waren lecker und heiß und der Grillgeschmack hat hervor gestochen, ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Parkplätze sind meinem empfinden irgendwie komisch angelegt, ich kann es leider nicht richtig erklären. Alles in allem : Wir waren zufrieden !!! 👍🏻👍🏻
