Das Essen war frisch, warm und die Burger hatten den typisch guten Grillgeschmack. Auch die Hygiene hat absolut gestimmt, denn die Tische und der Restaurantbereich waren sauber und ordentlich. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es nur, weil wir am Drive-In etwas länger warten mussten.

Die veganen Sachen sind einfach das allerbeste am Burgerking. Da kommt kein anderes Fastfoodrestaurant dran an die Größe und den Geschmack. Was auch toll ist, dass es einen offenen Getränkeautomaten gibt. Sehr großzügig! Danke!

War gestern Abend dort. Essen war vom Geschmack wie immer, jedoch habe ich die ganze Nacht vor der Kloschüssel verbracht und habe mich die ganze Zeit übergeben. Mir geht es noch immer nicht gut. Werde nie wieder zu diesem Burger King gehen und es dem Gesundheitsamt melden

Das Essen ist gut die Mitarbeiter in dieser Filiale super nett und es wird von dem einen Mitarbeiter immer alles sauber gehalten großes Lob an ihn ! Aber eines enttäuscht uns dennoch das bei den aktuellen Temperaturen nicht klimatisiert wird da habt ihr klimaanlage und die sind aus geht gar nicht !!!

Waren heute im Burger King zum Essen. Es ist uns Aufgefallen, dass einige Mitarbeiter keine Gummihandschuhe getragen haben. So hat dieser eine Mitarbeiter geholfen das Essen zuzubereiten, kurze Zeit später hat der Mitarbeiter dann Verpackungen einsortiert, danach hat er mit Putzwasser gearbeitet und am Mülleimer den Deckel berührt ohne Händewaschen. Kurz darauf hat er wieder Essen zubereitet. Aus hygienischen Aspekt würde ich die Mitarbeiter besser Belehren.

Ist halt ein Burger King. Kennst du einen kennst du alle. Essen war ordentlich. Veg. Burger frisch und Pommes knusprig. Getränke zum selbst füllen. Draußen sitzen geht so, da er an einer großen Straße liegt. Das wiederum ist praktisch, da in Autobahn Nähe. Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt und das bei Außentemperatur von ca. 38°C.

Joa, war im Drive Inn. Essen schmeckt wie man es von BK an sich kennt, man kann nicht meckern. Service war super freundlich und motiviert, entweder ein echter Serviceprofi oder am Anfang ihrer Karriere und noch nicht gebrochen. Evindar war ihr Name. Woher ich das weiss? Sie hat mir ne Karte in die Hand gedrückt, mit QR Code zu den Google Rezensionen... öhm... hätte da nicht auch ein Verweiss auf Google gereicht? Jedenfalls war sie so lieb das ich ihr den Wunsch nicht abschlagen wollte, als ich merkte das ich auf Google verleitet werde habe ich ein paar mal zur Sicherheit gefragt ob es wirklich cool für sie ist in Google mit Klarnamen benannt zu werden. Sie sagte es sei kein Problem. Sie wusste nicht wohin der QR Code leitet und meinte das ihr Chef das ganz gerne so hätte, ich hab sie gefragt was sie dafür bekommt, sie meinte Vielleicht nen Gutschein oder so... Also Evindar, Top Service, mega Freundlich, 5 Sterne für Evindar, ich hoffe sie bekommt den Gutschein. Auch wenn ich das für meinen Chef nicht tun würde 😅

Top Burger King Filiale. Die Ausstattung ist neu und nah zur A8.

Essen wie überall bei BK - aber sehr schnell frisch zubereitet und von einem sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter (Atakan) direkt an den Platz gebracht bekommen. Auch für das Getränk fragte er mich nach meinen Wünschen und brachte es extra an den Tisch. Super Service!!!

Zuerst mal alles via Terminal bestellt. Freien Platz ausgesucht und kaum habe ich gesessen brachte mir schon ein Mitarbeiter (ich glaube er heißt Atakan) das bestellte, frisch zubereitete Essen an den Tisch, erkundigte sich noch nach meinem Wunschgetränk und brachte es ebenso. SUPER ZUVORKOMMEND DIESER SERVICE! Alles war absolut sauber - auch die Toiletten. Auf der Herrentoilette sollte nur mal der Wasserhahn am Waschtisch neu befestigt werden (war aber ansonsten voll funktional).

Essen war wie immer gut. Der Mitarbeiter Atakan wat sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Zwischenstopp war es wert.

Sehr nette Erfahrung mit Atakan. Obwohl bei meiner Bestellung etwas gefehlt hat, hat er direkt geholfen und alles super geregelt. Mega freundlich und entspannt geblieben. Vielen Dank nochmal

Gefühlt der schlechteste Burger King der Welt. Essen war super schlecht (Pommes niemals kaufen!). Denn wahrscheinlich war der Pommes nicht frisch und als ob vor 2 Tagen gekauft. Für diesen Preis sogar doppelt so schlecht. Also die Preise sind für ein Fastfood Restaurant sehr hoch. Meine Empfehlung esst niemals dort.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal dort. Nach dem Essen noch kurz Hände waschen... Der Uringestank hat es aus dem Stand auf Platz 1 geschafft! Kein Bahnhofsklo und keine Autobahntoilette kommt dagegen an.

Pommes waren fast roh, kalt und nicht gesalzen. Die Burger waren kalt und wenig Soße, die Nuggets waren ok. Die Getränke haben nach Wasser geschmeckt, es hat überhaupt nicht nach Fanta und Icetea geschmeckt.

Ambiente recht cool, Leute hinterm Tresen völlig ok. Abwertung für die Verarsche: Große Pommes genauso klein wie kleine Pommes, Plant-Based-Produkte werden mit Scheiblettenkäse aus Milch serviert, das ist nicht nur dämlich, das ist Kundentäuschung.

Wir haben einen Test durchgeführt: bei 3 bestellten Plant Based Baby Burger Menüs wurde in 2 Fällen echter Bacon verwendet. Somit liegt die Erfolgsquote für richtig zubereitete Bestellungen bei ganzen 33%. Das muss man erst mal schaffen. Großes Dankeschön an den Mitarbeiter, der das ganze mit "Kein Problem" kommentiert hat. Ich hatte nämlich für einen Moment den Eindruck, dass doch ein Problem vorliegen könnte, gerade für Personen, die aus gesundheitlichen Gründen oder Überzeugungen kein Bacon essen.

Die Speisekarten sind gut, das Hasab Buri war etwas zu klein, aber alles andere ist ausgezeichnet.

Wiederholt haben wir heute im Drive inn nicht die bestellten Produkte bekommen, wie auch die letzten 3 Mal hat noch zusätzlich etwas gefehlt. Da dies die letzten 3 mal schon so war haben wir daraus gelernt und gleich vor Ort kontrolliert. Mussten auf den Hinweis dass wir einen falschen Burger hätten dann aber noch diskutieren um den richtigen zu bekommen. Mittlerweile waren dann auch die andern Dinge komplett kalt.

Parken ist in Ordnung. Gut, aber immer noch ungesundes Essen.

Das Essen war lecker jedoch waren die Toiletten leider echt sehr eklig.

Die Sprachkenntnisse waren mangelhaft, aber die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und der Geschmack war wie erwartet gut. Es gab keine Parkmöglichkeit, um nach Erhalt des Essens im Auto zu essen.

Ein durchschnittlicher Burger King mit aber hervorragendem Service!

Was ist passiert? Hab diese Filiale vor einiger Zeit noch sehr gut bewertet. Die Burger (Whopper und Big King) waren höchstens lauwarm und extrem lieblos zusammengelegt. Die Toilette stank bestialisch und war schlicht dreckig. In der Kloschüssel waren Überbleibsel vom Vorgänger. Und ich war 5 Minuten nach Ladenöffnung dort... Krasser Abstieg alles so... Schade.

Besserer Burger King als in Frankreich

Nettes Personal, aber die Burger waren total kalt. Außerdem werden sie immer teurer und dafür kleiner. Muss ich so schnell nicht mehr hin.

Wer klassisch amerikanische Fast Fod mag ist hier gut aufgehoben. Guter Service! Im Gegensatz zu anderen Lokalen dieser Kette ist die Hygiene und Organisation vorbildlich.

Mein Besuch bei Burger King war leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Personal verhielt sich insgesamt sehr unfreundlich und respektlos gegenüber den Kundinnen und Kunden. Besonders negativ fiel mir am 04.02.2026 am Abend eine Person auf, die offenbar eine leitende Funktion hatte (vermutlich Schichtführung oder Filialleitung). Der Umgangston dieser Person gegenüber Kundinnen und Kunden war furchtbar respektlos und unangemessen. Ein solches Verhalten ist aus meiner Sicht in keiner Position akzeptabel, erst recht nicht in einer Führungsrolle. Als Kunde erwartet man zumindest Höflichkeit und einen professionellen Umgang. Leider war dies hier nicht der Fall. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich diesen Burger King derzeit nicht weiterempfehlen und hoffe, dass dringend an der Servicequalität gearbeitet wird. Übrigens habe ich einen kalkten Burger bekommen!

WARNUNG: Heute am 4.2.26 gegen 20uhr haben wir bei der Burger-King-Filiale Pforzheim Karlsruher Straße 26 einen Burger mit sichtbarem Schimmel bekommen. Das ist ekelhaft, gesundheitsgefährdend und völlig inakzeptabel. So etwas zeigt massive Hygienemängel. Wer hier isst, geht ein Risiko ein. Nie wieder – ich rate dringend von dieser Filiale ab. NIE WIEDER Als wir das reklamiert haben, wollten die Mitarbeiter den offensichtlichen Mangel nicht akzeptieren, haben mit uns diskutiert und uns das Geld nicht zurückerstattet.

The fries tasted like they were several hours old, there was no mayo, and the burger had a 2 cm thick piece of onion at the beginning.

First time in years. The self-service ordering is quite nice, but nothing spectacular otherwise.

I ordered the drink with cotton candy, but they forgot the cotton candy, and I had to ask for it. And then it was just a hard lump, not cotton. It was a takeout order, so I didn't see it until I got home.

Never had any problems here. Seven of us were here on Thursday. The kids had cheeseburgers. The adults all had chicken, and now all the adults have food poisoning.

We went to the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the German was so poor that we had to park our car and go inside to place an order. What a shame! There are no better fries than here... although they seem to have completely forgotten the salt today. I'm disappointed.

Ordered food via the drive-up counter. Despite the low volume, the wait was relatively long. It wasn't the end of the world for me, and the food was warm and well-prepared. The staff were friendly, but if I had to say anything negative, it would be that the curry fries portion was a bit over the top. Never mind. I don't know what the inside is like, especially regarding cleanliness (everyone knows the BK restroom situation), since I was just passing through. So, from my perspective, everything was fine.

Not the same as it used to be! The taste has diminished. The staff is still nice and friendly!

I was there shortly after opening in the morning, and the men's restroom could have benefited from a bit more attention from the cleaning staff. The food and service are OK. Unfortunately, the burgers don't look as good as they do in the pictures, as we're used to.

It's very quiet and pleasant to eat here. The food itself has gotten much better recently. The workers are really polite and do their jobs.

Another poor performance... I ordered at the drive-thru: 4 hamburgers 3 long chicken nugget burgers 1 mozzarella chicken burger 2 small vanilla shakes I only got 2 of the 3 long chicken nugget burgers, and then they tried to give me 2 large Cokes that I didn't order and declined. Really poor control over whether everything was as it should be!

Classic Burger King. You get what you expect.

Mediocre service. first it started off with them not putting in extras, then sauces ( which are 75 cents EACH ), then they forgot drinks ( 0,5l milkshakes and waters ), then they messed up the burgers, AND NOW THEY JUST STRAIGHT FORGOT A WHOLE 13€ BURGER!!!! With the sauces, it's very annoying but I guess I can live with it, but forgetting the main course (and this has happened before once) is unacceptable.

I've visited this Burger King several times and have gained a more detailed impression over time. I've noticed a few things that I believe could be improved – especially in the areas of cleanliness and hygiene. When the restaurant is empty or sparsely attended to, it's noticeable that the tables and chairs aren't cleaned consistently. Dirt sometimes remains for a long time without anyone taking care of it. Even under the benches and tables, cleaning isn't thorough – dirt is apparently sometimes simply pushed underneath. A particularly critical point is the men's restrooms. On none of my visits was the condition there satisfactory. The restrooms were regularly dirty and unkempt. Whether this is solely due to the customers or inadequate cleaning, I can't say for sure – probably both play a role. In any case, more attention would be needed here. As for the food, the overall quality is fine. However, I've often noticed the fries as something negative – often almost unsalted and rather bland or stale in taste. This diminishes the overall impression of the food. Despite these criticisms, I would like to emphasize that the staff is consistently friendly, courteous, and polite. This creates a pleasant atmosphere and is definitely a positive aspect. I would like to see the issue of cleanliness—both in the dining area and in the restrooms—taken more seriously in the future. With more attention to detail in this area, the overall impression could be significantly improved.

Finally, I was there for the first time since it opened. I'm satisfied. The atmosphere is very nice, and the food is delicious. Everything is clean!

It was actually quite nice. Modern, clean place, at least until you have to go to the bathroom. I can't comment on the cleanliness of the restroom, since there was no ventilation and it stank so badly that I'd rather go outside in the bush.

Surprisingly good Burger King branch! Modern interior, everything worked, and I got my food within 1-2 minutes, even after 12 hours! Otherwise, it's loud like any other Burger King, but still surprisingly clean! I'd be happy to go again!

Everything was fine! The drink refill machine worked perfectly! I'm happy to come here just for that. The burgers and fries were also very good.

Simply horrible. I ordered my favorite burger, the Whopper, and when it's not that busy, I always order it with cheese so it's fresh. Mine tasted like a slice of cheese had just been slapped on an old burger, and it was badly messed up and then wrapped up again. The cheese wasn't even remotely warm or melted, and the whole burger was cold and inedible... I'll probably stick with the Royal TS across the street...

My Whopper meal was delicious, everything was hot, and the fries were nice and crispy. The young employee was very friendly and helpful.

A relatively new Burger King location. There's parking. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm. The fries were only a small portion, even though they should have been a medium one. When I complained, they said it was fine. Several people complained during my visit.

Overpriced, clueless staff, long waiting times

I only bought this product because of the collaboration with Sallys, as I actually expect quality from their brand. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Instead of a high-quality product, I just get a cheap, generic product bearing their name—at an overpriced price.

Absolutely terrible!! You can't drink the drinks... the Fanta is brown and tastes like chlorine. Without any carbonation. I have never been served as unfriendly in a fast food restaurant as I was here... never again

Drinks only come out of the drinks dispenser half cold and no ice cubes come out at all.

The food was good as always. The drinks machine was a disaster! Apparently the carbonation was empty and the coke tasted disgusting. Before I could complain, a customer in front of me had already done so. The answer was that they didn't have any ice at the moment. Even though the customer said twice that the coke tasted disgusting, the employee laughed it off and waved it off. We decided to leave. Before I went, I wanted to go to the bathroom... it smelled of urine, like a train station mission. The toilet seat was broken and had dried urine on it. The lock was broken and couldn't be locked. If the kitchen looked like that, I wouldn't go there again.

Drinks were warm, then I wanted to get ice, but unfortunately it was broken (stated by the employee: "Unfortunately, that's not possible." When I pointed out that the drinks were unbearably warm, the employee simply shrugged. Why is the ice dispenser broken? Why no mention of the broken ice dispenser? (I wouldn't have ordered a menu!) Perhaps employees should be trained on what to do in such situations besides shrugging their shoulders.

Tonight I ordered a Double Whopper King Meal and a Wings Bucket. The fries and Whopper Meal were ready quickly. I had to wait 35 minutes for the Wings Bucket. During that time, the fries and Whopper were cold because they were immediately packed without considering the wait for the Wings Bucket. I paid €13.29 for the Double Whopper King Meal. Unfortunately, it wasn't a Double Whopper, but a simple Whopper. I noticed it when I was at home. Even though the store wasn't busy, 6-7 employees weren't able to properly plan and prepare the food. This wasn't the first time this has happened, and it was my last visit there.

Today, I was unfortunately disappointed. My milkshake wasn't stirred, the pickles I'd ordered were still put on my burger, the tortillas were mislabeled, and my "melted cheeseburger" didn't have any melted cheese on it. What a shame.
