Ordered via the app on the night of October 19th to 20th. App shows €17.33, part of the order was paid for using the points. Called the code, when we arrived at the counter at the front, the price was suddenly twice as high. I then said that couldn't be the case and showed the app. The employee then said: Well, bad luck, can't change that. Then I asked the boss, he happened to be in the warehouse and she didn't know or didn't want to know when he was coming and I now had two options, either I leave now or I pay double the price. Then I left. Conclusion: 1,000 points gone, no food and being insulted by the black-haired employee in Mc Drive. I will share my experiences and we will all avoid this “restaurant”.

Üble Parkplatzabzocke. Sie parken auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz, gehen in das Restaurant und im gleichen Moment springt jemand, der sie zuvor beobachtet hat, aus einem Auto, rennt zu ihrem Fshrzeug und verpasst ihnen eine 24.- Euro Zahlungsaufforderung weil sie keine Parkscheibe im Fenster haben. Sie kommen nach genau 5 Minuten zurück und haben das Ticket. Obwohl man dort 90 Minuten stehen darf und die Parkplatzaufsichtsfachkraft genau gesehen hat wie sie ins Lokal gegangen sind. Mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben. Vielleicht trifft es „ Asozial“ ziemlich gut….

very unfriendly staff.. if you want stress, go there.. when we wanted to order at the display, the stock wasn't up to date, which means it could be that half of what they offer may not be in stock at all

At a Bahnhofs Burger King, I expect my food to be served quickly. Waiting at least 20 minutes every time, nothing like a quick burger on the trip when you're hungry. The highlight was reached yesterday with an announced waiting time of 1 hour after ordering!!! Cancellation and money back was not possible! We had to get to the train and gave away our order so that at least the burgers wouldn't end up in the trash... In addition, the store smelled unbelievably of old fat and cheese...

DO NOT HAVE DELIVERY! BETTER GO THERE YOURSELF! 3 HOURS OF WAITING TIME!! Yesterday we were able to order via Lieferando at 4:30 p.m. (I knew that delivery was only valid from 5:00 p.m.) and the delivery tracking showed that the food should be delivered at 5:45 p.m., which would have been okay in terms of timing. But when the food still wasn't with us at 7:15 p.m. and when we were tracking it suddenly said "delivered enjoy your food" we felt pretty ripped off and turned to the Lieferando chat, the food arrived 10 minutes later, around 7:30 p.m. We waited almost 3 hours for food from McDonalds which is 10 minutes away from us. If I hadn't paid in advance with Paypal, I would have ordered somewhere else and sent McDonald's delivery service away. You can imagine how the food tasted, we also had quite a stomach ache an hour later. At the same time I saw a review on lieferando that also stated a 2 hour delay. It's just embarrassing when I consider that I've ordered food somewhere so many times, even on the weekend, and it took less than 30 minutes.
