A McDonald's on two floors. Rarely seen. What else can you say? Not very crowded for an evening around 8 p.m. and reasonably clean.

I was just eating here with my wife and child and I can't recommend anyone to eat there. From my seat I had a nice view of the garbage cans where garbage was just lying there... fries tasted old... the burger was Apparently you can make it yourself... the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced.

I can only confirm that the restaurant is dirty and the employees seem completely listless. Even though an employee pretended to clean the tables, they were still just as dirty afterwards. Other employees stood listlessly behind the cash register and chatted. There really wasn't much going on and yet everything was dirty. Burger wasn't 100 percent fresh either because the cheese was already dried out. So in short, one of the worst McDonalds ever. I can only assume that they don't care because they expect guests who are passing through and who won't come back anyway.

I've never experienced a McDonald's where you have to wait that long for your order. And the employees are overwhelmed. Just experienced it again yesterday, ordered 4 cheeseburgers. It was at the top of the table being prepared, including a few more people, suddenly everyone was pushed away. Several customers asked where their order was and when Antwotz came, it was ready straight away The lady behind the counter told her colleague that she was getting confused. After 17 minutes and asking twice, I got my order. A gentleman said it's always so catastrophic here, I'm only on the corner once a month, but I experience it again and again. You really need to take a look here...

If you want to stay at home the next day with a stomach ache, you can eat there... It's getting worse and worse!!!

The food is not tasty, the burger has a lot of sauce which is spicy and doesn't go well with the chicken cutlet! Coffee (espresso small), very sour and very small, not worth the money! (11 euros to the wind)!

Good food and fast table service

I always enjoy eating at McDonnalds, but lately I've been preferring take-out. At fairly busy times you can't even find a place there because there are only a few places available downstairs and the area upstairs is always cordoned off. That's a bit of a shame. I really like the food and often use the coupons and discounts through the app. That works great. I would like to see some of the employees smile or at least say hello and bon appetit more often. But unfortunately that has also diminished a lot, which is a shame. But when it comes to the food itself, I can't complain. Even if the prices are increased everywhere, the promotions via the app are more common.

We were here on a Saturday evening, there were no more soft drinks, the tables were completely dirty, the trash cans and dishes returned were completely overflowing. Unfortunately not a good experience.

Bad service, employees in a bad mood, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, drinks (cola) were served without carbonation and only after a complaint was it announced that the machine was broken. Food was lukewarm.

The juice shop gave me 3 nuggets too few and I got sweet and sour mayonnaise twice.

Unfriendliness is extremely important here, neither a hello nor a please nor a thank you, an absolute no go, the fries resembled a rubber band. The burgers have shrunk extremely. It was really dirty and disgusting. There were a lot of stains on the floor in the toilet, including blood. In my opinion you should consider closing the store.

Unfortunately I can't give a good review for this McDonald's But I think it's not the fault of the employees, but rather the division of the employees (too few) and the management in general. The situation is terrible, the employee who takes orders seems to have too much else on his mind to concentrate and the poor girl who brings the orders to the customer (after a long wait) gets all of the customers' frustration without to be able to do something about it Our meal wasn't complete at the beginning, we had to wait too long for fries and ice cream with cola (about 25 minutes) and unfortunately it wasn't clean there either Although my expectations are not high for fast food restaurants, I was really disappointed here

Unfortunately, it has now become increasingly common that orders are not completely put together when you order take-away food. Even if there are a lot of customers on site, you can't always have to check the orders to make sure everything is in the bag. Today the curly fries were missing again. If only there was a sauce that was missing, it would be ok. But forgetting side dishes or burgers leads to customer frustration. I don't often get things there, but my rate of forgetting things is still 50%. That simply cannot and must not be the case. What a shame!

No recommendation, staff very uninterested in their work. The order was not complete, more than half of it was missing, and when we asked about the missing menus we were treated very unkindly. It was very busy, but there was still no excuse for not receiving all of your orders. So when we were finally able to eat it, we unfortunately discovered that the fries weren't really ready and some of the people were cold.

Please save yourself the trip to McDrive. Not only is the passage for station wagons, for example, quite narrow behind the last counter, no, at the counter itself you only pay and give out drinks. You are asked to drive around and wait in the parking lot, which doesn't have many parking spaces for this "service". Because here every order is brought out individually and there are shouts of questions about who gets this and that. Even just for 2 McFlurries. Unfortunately, the fries were often forgotten (twice in the last 3 weeks). Even if you are supposed to check the contents, you don't have a chance because the employee will quickly leave because the next orders are waiting. In the evening from 10 p.m. a 20 minute wait is not uncommon. I will only go in here in the future and order there

The Mc Donald's in Eckernförde is actually not recommended at all. The service is really bad. Unfortunately, the staff at the Mc Drive counter don't understand German either. So we had to go in and order at the terminal. That's the advantage of the terminals, you can order there without any differences. Unfortunately, McDonald's isn't clean at all, but you have to be honest, these restaurants rarely are anyway.

Complaints are not taken seriously. The monitor with the order status is always pressed to ready for collection, even though it takes longer.

Total chaos in the drive in... Order acceptance completely overwhelmed. 15 minutes of waiting for 3 cheeseburgers and 1 Big Mac that were only lukewarm. Not again so soon.

Unfortunately very poorly trained staff. They didn't know what to do first. One of our orders was immediately deleted without being finished. The cleanliness of the toilets was also very bad. I rarely go to McDonald's anymore and even if it's so bad I wonder why at all.

Eternal waiting times. Order status is immediately pushed away, Otherwise there will probably be trouble from the company. Terminals have no paper, be sure to pay attention and remember the number. If you give information about the problem, you will be hit on. Always an experience 😤

Unfortunately only 1 star We actually wanted to eat there with our 3 children but it was so terribly cold in the restaurant that we had to stop eating and preferred to continue eating in the warm car. In addition, my wife's cheeseburger was cold and her nuggets were forgotten. That was the end of the evening for us.

The McDrive is an absolute disaster. There is no distribution window, so those waiting stand across the parking lot and on the street waiting for the employees to come out and find the right car.

Yesterday I was with a friend, my boyfriend and I wanted the MC smart menu but we got the normal one and the worker was unfriendly and didn't understand us.

McDonalds in Eckernförde: OMG!!! McDonalds in Eckernförde, where guests are perceived as a burden and disruptive factors! We arrived in Eckernförde after a 4 1/2 hour drive on the motorway and just wanted to have a quick and uncomplicated coffee and use the toilet. So we searched on Google for a McDonalds or McCafe in Eckernförde and then we went to McDonalds in Eckernförde exactly at opening time on a Saturday morning at 9 a.m. to an ice-cold and soulless fast food restaurant in a desolate area. We were and remained the only two guests in the first half hour after opening that morning. There was a grumpy and taciturn employee at the counter, who was only recognizable as a McDonald's employee because she was standing behind the ordering counter. Apparently this young woman was still wearing her private clothes, which consisted of black pants and a grubby sweatshirt. In any case, this employee of the system catering was not wearing the otherwise well-known and typical (hygiene) clothing of McDonalds. My wife wanted to go to the toilet first. However, all toilets had NO lights and were pitch black. We asked the employee to please turn on the lights in the toilets before ordering. The employee said that she was not allowed to do that because only the team leader was authorized to do so. She would let him know, but she obviously didn't. After placing the order, we once again urgently asked this employee to please inform the team leader so that he could finally turn on the lights. The employee said again that she would do it, but continued to work in the front area without informing the team leader. Hoping that the lights in the toilets would finally be turned on soon, we drank our coffee with a view of several large garbage containers dumped in a desolate parking lot in front of the McDonalds. After a whopping 25 minutes!!! my wife tried to enter the toilets again. These were still without light! My wife then called out loudly to the employee at the counter, who was joking loudly with another employee, probably the team leader, in the back area. Apparently the employees could now talk and laugh, just not with annoying guests! Without making any effort forward, the toilet light was finally turned on from the back area. From whoever! We actually like to have a coffee in a McCafe on our car journeys and we know many of these establishments in Germany. However, this McDonalds in Eckernförde is the worst we have ever experienced. In the USA, a branch like this would immediately have its license revoked because it is simply bad for business and also causes immense damage to the McDonald's brand in general. In Germany, those responsible at McDonald's should take a closer look at this branch in Eckernförde to see whether it is still compatible with McDonald's corporate philosophy.

McDonalds in Eckernförde. OMG!!! McDonalds in Eckernförde, wo Gäste als Last und nur störend empfunden werden! Wir kamen nach 4 1/2 h Fahrt auf der Autobahn in Eckernförde an und wollten nur schnell und unkompliziert einen Kaffee trinken und auch kurz die Toilette aufsuchen. Also auf Google nach einen McDonalds oder McCafe in Eckernförde gesucht und dann sind wir genau zur Öffnungszeit an einem Samstagmorgen um 9 Uhr bei McDonalds in Eckernförde in ein eiskaltes und seelenloses Schnellrestaurant in einer trostlosen Gegend eingetreten. Wir waren und blieben die einzigen zwei Gäste in der ersten halben Stunde nach der Öffnung an diesem Morgen. Am Tresen stand eine mürrische und wortkarge Mitarbeiterin, die als McDonalds-Mitarbeiterin nur daran erkennbar war, weil sie hinter dem Bestell-Tresen stand. Scheinbar hatte diese junge Frau noch ihre private Kleidung an, welche aus einer schwarzen Hose und einem schmuddeligen Sweatshirt bestand. Auf jeden Fall trug diese Mitarbeiterin der Systemgastronomie nicht die ansonsten bekannte und typische (Hygiene- ) Kleidung von McDonalds. Meine Frau wollte als erstes kurz auf die Toilette. Alle Toiletten waren allerdings OHNE Licht und waren stockdunkel. Wir baten die Mitarbeiterin noch vor der Bestellung doch bitte das Licht auf den Toiletten einzuschalten. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte, dass sie das nicht dürfe, weil nur der Teamleiter dazu berechtigt wäre. Sie werde ihm Bescheid sagen, was sie allerdings offensichtlich nicht tat. Nach der Bestellung baten wir diese Mitarbeiterin nochmal eindringlich nun doch bitte den Teamleiter zu informieren, damit dieser nun endlich das Licht einschalten soll. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte wieder, das sie es tun werde, hantierte aber weiter unbeirrt im vorderen Bereich, OHNE den Teamleiter zu informieren. In der Hoffnung, dass nun endlich bald das Licht in den Toiletten angeschaltet wird, tranken wir unseren Kaffee mit dem Blick auf mehrere große Müllcontainer auf einen trostlosen Parkplatz vor dem McDonalds. Nach sage und schreibe 25 Minuten!!! versuchte meine Frau erneut die Toiletten zu betreten. Diese waren noch immer ohne Licht! Meine Frau rief dann am Tresen laut nach der Mitarbeiterin, welche im hinteren Bereich mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter, wohl der Teamleiter, laut scherzte. Reden und Lachen konnte die Mitarbeiter nun scheinbar doch, nur eben nicht mit lästigen Gästen! Ohne sich nach vorn zu bemühen, wurde dann vom hinteren Bereich veranlasst, das endlich das Toilettenlicht eingeschaltet wurde. Von wem auch immer! Wir trinken eigentlich auf unseren Autofahrten gern in einem McCafe einen Kaffee und kennen viele dieser Einrichtungen in Deutschland. Dieser McDonalds in Eckernförde ist allerdings der schlechteste, den wir jemals erlebet habe. In den USA würde man so einer Filiale sofort die Konzession entziehen, weil das einfach nur geschäftsschädigend und auch ein immenser Schaden für die Marke McDonalds ganz allgemein ist. In Deutschland sollten die Verantwortlichen von McDonalds sich diese Filiale in Eckernförde einmal genauer anschauen, ob das mit der Firmenphilosophie von McDonalds überhaupt noch vereinbar ist.

Was there for the first time, ordered at the drive in, was then supposed to pick up my order at the next door... Had to drive around again because I didn't know that my order would be brought from the normal entrance and exit. Otherwise everything was great..French fries were cold and old, 02/25/24 Addendum.

Once again something was forgotten when ordering, it's really sad, there were 4 things that I ordered and again I only received three things. Man calls there and no one answers, just sad!!!!

Mc Drive customer. Unfortunately, a complete disaster. It started with the fact that the lady at the counter couldn't speak or understand German. It was a long time trying to order something. The answer wasn't: I'm sorry, I can't understand you, it was always just: What or an unpleasant, shy grin. Questions asked could not be understood or answered. Only a colleague could help. When I finished ordering, the order came relatively quickly. Unfortunately with the wrong sauces I had to get out and go to the store. There I easily got the right sauces. You could also speak German very well there. At the end, unfortunately, we discovered too late that the mayo and milk shake were missing. So Mc Drive is not a good idea and always check everything explicitly. Unfortunately, out of anger, I completely skimmed over the milkshake and mayo when I checked the receipt. My mistake. Stay away from McDonalds for now. 30€ isn't worth it either.

A McDonalds like many others. Food is like everywhere else. Tray trolleys are often only cleared away when they are full. Ice machines are often cleaned very early so that there is no more ice in the evening. A tip if everything downstairs is full, just ask if they open upstairs, sometimes you're lucky.

First order was wrong, advised credit was given. When I asked about the credit, the statement was that the shift leader had a break. We should please wait until the break is over so he can check it. Could take 20 minutes WOW how was that, tell is king. And this isn't the first time the order has been wrong.

We were there just before 11 p.m. & the store was relatively full. Tablet trolleys were full & the tables were stuck. The chicken from the McChicken was very strange and that's how it tasted. My curly were hard & completely cold. But the absolute highlight was that we ordered a Cola & a Fanta. We got 2 Cokes (one of them zero) - I didn't know that my partner had ordered a Fanta, so I tried both Colas.. my partner got it but noticed & was right in front, announced that it was the wrong drink & we tasted it. He got his Fanta without any problems BUT the Coke we exchanged was simply given to the customer behind us 🤮 Unfortunately, the customer left so quickly that we couldn't react. Once & never again. The staff were actually friendly, but you could also tell that the staff were annoyed.

The cheeseburgers were only lukewarm and the toppings were postponed. REALLY NOT NICE 😔 The coffee was very tasty.

Shortly before the order was completed, two terminals broke off and the coupons were invalid. Too much time. 2nd attempt at the drive in - hard to understand on both sides. So quit and go to the competition.

It's simply underground how this store has changed. Some tablets don't work. There is no table service, which means you have to constantly stare at the monitor to see if the food is ready or if the number isn't even deleted. I ordered to eat there and then arrived to take away. Forgot Coke. Simply completely understaffed or simply not with motivated employees. For me the last time.

Finally real fries again. Crispy and with salt.

Es ist sehr unvorteilhaft, wenn bei Problemen mit der Bestellung die Mitarbeiter weder deutsch noch englisch können und sehr unfreundlich sind

Es ist viel zu teuer, eine kleine tüte Pommes 🍟 ( viel zu klein) 2 Euro 87 zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit . Ich habe 24 Euro 89 bezahlt dafür kann meine Frau und ich wo anders besser essen gehen , wenn man 5 Euro drauf packt . Wir werden nicht mehr zu McDonald's gehen.

Es ist leider nicht das erste mal das man warten gelassen wird wenn man in den McDrive fährt. Wir haben bereits mehr als 13 Minuten warten müssen bevor überhaupt die Bestellung aufgenommen wird. Geht meiner Meinung nach nicht.

Der Laden ist schmutzig, die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und der Tischservice wird auch nicht genutzt. Essen ist schlecht gemacht, waren nun jetzt schon 6 mal dort und bei allen 6 malen war der Zustand so...

Wer MC Donald genießen möchte sollte sich eine bessere Filiale suchen denn hier keine Hilfe beim Eingeben der Menues am Terminal, niemand will wirklich verkaufen sondern nur die Zeit absitzen, bei Bestellungen essen lauwarm, nicht durch und Salat in der Schachtel verteilt...dringend Verbesserung angeraten...😎

Die Chance genutzt die Eiskalten Chicken Nuggets, die bestimmt 5 Stunden darum lagen einem Abholer mit zugeben. Außerdem kann man diesen laden nicht mehr in die Fast Food Branche einordnen, da man auf seine bestellung bei 4 Kunden gleichzeitig über 30 Minuten wartet… Der laden war außerdem ziemlich ungepflegt und die Mitarbeiter augenscheinlich überfordert.

Diesen heutigen Eindruck zu schildern ist tatsächlich nicht einfach. Beim reinkommen schon erschreckend dreckig , müll auf dem Boden die Tablettwagen brechend voll es war schwer einen sauberen Tisch zu entdecken. Von den Toiletten möchte ich garnicht anfangen also ein schlechter Rastplatz ist sauberere und dann noch die Angestellten. Also kurz gesagt das ist eine Zumutung und es sollte das Gesundheitsamt aufmerksam gemacht werden.

Die Bestellung kam vollständig und für Fastfood ungewöhnlich heiß an den Tisch geliefert. Alles in Ordnung 👍

Typische McDonald's Filiale, preislich sehr teuer und auch das Team ist leider nicht gut eingespielt. Teile der Bestellungen werden vergessen oder verwechselt, so dass fast alle meine Bestellungen bisher fehlerhaft waren. Schade!

Ich habe Haare auf meinem Essen gefunden alle hatten glatten Haare was mich dazu zwingen muss das es Scharmhaare waren

Der schlechteste Mc Donalds. Ich habe ein Menü bestellt mit einem big Rösti und dazu einen 20er Nuggets . Zu Beginn habe ich mein Getränk bekommen welches ich ohne Eiswürfel bestellt hatte , in meinem Getränk waren trotzdem Eiswürfel drin. Der Mitarbeiterin musste ich 3 mal erklären, dass ich keine Eiswürfel möchte. Nachdem ich mein Essen bekommen habe , habe ich einen Blick reingeworfen weil mir die Tüte sehr leicht vorkam. Oh Wunder , der big Rösti wurde vergessen. Stattdessen lagen 2 Hamburger drin , also wieder rein , angesprochen und den fehlenden Burger bekommen. Zuhause angekommen wollte ich mein Essen essen und habe feststellen müssen das außerdem die Pommes vergessen wurden. Dieses Restaurant wird dementsprechend nie wieder betreten.

Die WC's waren unter aller Sau. Die Burger waren nur noch semi warm und ziemlich durchgeweicht. Es gab für 5 Personen zu den 5 Menüs 2 Servietten, und bei einer Bestellung von 2 Cola und 2 Cola Zero am Tisch als Antwort welche was ist müssen Sie halt Probieren. Das bei so großen Bestellungen immer etwas fehlt daran hat man sich ja schon gewöhnt und muß nicht explizit erwähnt werden.

Einige Mitarbeiter sind absolut unhöflich... auf Fragen und bitte um Hilfe am terminal zu bestellen bekommt man unfreundliche, einsilbige Antworten... daran muss dringend gearbeitet werden

Service unterirdisch. 20 Minuten Wartezeit für eine kleine Pommes und einen kleinen Milchshake. Keiner hat Lust zu arbeiten, alle stehen rum. Katastrophe.

Sind immer mal wieder da, wegen keine Lust zu kochen. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett, allerdings klappen ab und an die Bestellungen außer Haus nicht so wirklich 😅 haben heute 2x big rösti Raclette ohne Gurke bestellt, bekommen haben wir 1x wie gewünscht und einmal komplett ohne Patty 😅 keine Ahnung wie sowas passieren kann

Wollte 2 Cheeseburger haben und hab 21 min darauf gewartet!! 2 Mitarbeiter hinterm Tressen, 2 auf der Treppe und haben gequatscht. Die Ausgabe anzeige wurde nach knapp 2 min als erledigt abgehackt.
