It's always lovely here, simply cozy and beautifully furnished. The lovely Anika served us very quickly and kindly.

The food wasn't really warm anymore. The staff was so-so, not exactly friendly but not rude either; they seemed rather bored with their job.

Very nice but also very expensive

The food was good, the atmosphere was good: we were in our own car, so it was good, but the service... The manager, Kim, simply dropped my chili cheese nugget. This resulted in a wait of at least three incredibly long minutes. Kim, it could have been such a great trip... 😢 Let's question Kim.

I went to this "restaurant" with my two sons and my husband a while ago. We arrived at around 9 p.m., along with about three other customers. Everyone, including my family, had to wait at least 10 minutes for their food and could only watch how overwhelmed the staff was. Unfortunately, our burgers were only lukewarm and our drink cups were soggy. The friendly employee apologized and offered us a drink, which we warmly accepted. Unfortunately, it was really poorly managed.

Unfortunately, the fries haven't been particularly good for some time. They seem to have thawed quickly.

Currently, a good team is working, both in terms of the quality of the food and in terms of friendliness and service. For context: 4 **** for restaurants in Eckernförde in general. If I were to compare it to other fast-food restaurants, I would also give it 5 *****.

Antonio wiped the table so clean you'd think it was a mirror. Another colleague even allowed us to bring our own drinks. Disinfectant was also available.

Friendly service, eye contact, super friendly

I chose the Kebab Style Lover with two patties for an extra €11. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing product. The sauce was bland, the patties were simply dry, and the kebab meat was barely noticeable. The chili flakes and black cumin were a nice touch. I definitely wouldn't order my next burger in this price range from Burger King. There are much better options.

I was served by an employee named Antonio. In my opinion, he literally put the icing on the cake of our Eckernförde BK's already generally good overall image. That's how it should be! Keep it up!

I eat lunch here almost every Sunday with my family. The place is clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly. RECOMMENDED.

My parents and I got takeout food from there (we don't live far away), and everything was cold and tasted pretty stale. My mother got a completely wrong burger, and the sauces were missing. On top of that, there were only two people working and they were obviously overwhelmed by the situation. They weren't particularly friendly and barely understood me. The food was way overpriced for the quality. Sure, it's a fast food chain and they want to make money, but not like that! Bottom line: we won't be getting food from here again.

What can I say, typical fast food. They forgot something in our order, but we went to the cashier and got it right away. Otherwise, as usual, the tables were a bit dirty. The floor was relatively clean. I can't comment on the restrooms; I didn't go in.

The food was okay, but there were no trash cans in the store or outside. The staff was very disgruntled.

Today, Saturday, around 12:30 p.m., I stopped by Burger King for a snack on the terrace. Unbelievable! Broken bottles on the floor, full ashtrays, dirty tables, cigarette butts, and bottle caps on the floor. No one wanted to touch the trash cans to dispose of the leftovers; they were absolutely greasy and unappetizing. The fries tasted of old grease, and the whole experience was a disgrace. The employee I spoke to was surprised; so I suspect the broken beer bottles weren't from this morning, but rather from last night.

I dined at the restaurant four days ago. I was looking forward to the friendly service and hearty burgers. It was basically the same as always. Unfortunately, not this time! One of the employees there was in such a bad mood! He reacted angrily to some customers' questions, seemed emotionally upset, and failed to demonstrate his professionalism as a salesperson: My burger was carelessly slapped into the bag, the sauces were forgotten, and the potato fries were thrown in so that they were already scattered everywhere before they were transported. I don't usually write reviews, but this time I'm sadly out of it and will not be visiting this restaurant again!

Your food is delicious, always quick, and the lounge is pleasant and the restrooms are perfectly fine. However, the staff are what sticks with me. Much friendlier than at your usual competitors; they say hello, please, thank you, and goodbye. I think it's great.

The food and ambiance were truly terrible. You can't even treat yourself, but hey, it's not that specific Burgi King's fault. The service was so unbelievably awesome, I'd love to give it 100 stars. I love coming here! Every time everything is super clean - you can tell straight away that they really pay attention to cleanliness here. The team is really friendly, extremely helpful and always in a good mood. You simply feel welcome, not like any customer, but like a welcome guest. What I particularly love: It's totally quiet here, even when there's a lot going on. No stress, no hassle - perfect for eating in peace with the family. My children are happy every time we say we're coming back. For them it's almost a little highlight! For me one of the best places if you want to eat something relaxed. Tasty, clean, friendly – ​​what more could you want? Really great, big compliments to the whole team!

We each ordered a menu. Overall the food was delicious. The fries were crispy and nice and hot. The burgers were also delicious, but unfortunately they were relatively cold for my taste. The tables and seating were clean.

After the whole Burger King scandal back then, I was very suspicious of Burger King for many years. However, the lack of quality from the Goldene Möve made me give this Burger King a chance and what can I say, I definitely don't regret it. Of course you have to get used to the other sauces, but from now on I will definitely go to Burger King when I'm in Eckernförde when I feel like burgers. The shop is clean, the food takes a moment, but it is freshly made to order and has not been on display for ages. The staff are also friendly and always have a relaxed saying, which makes the whole thing even more pleasant. All in all, a fast food restaurant that I can definitely recommend!

I was there early in the evening on Saturday around 7 p.m. Very busy, apparently not enough staff? Waited over 10 minutes from ordering at the terminal to receiving the food. Tray return carts were all packed and the trash was overflowing. Tables not wiped. Despite the long wait, the food was not hot and cooled down very quickly. But it could also have been the air conditioning, because it seemed to be running at full speed. The dining room was cold as hell! As I said, apparently understaffed. There is a lot to improve here so that you feel somewhat comfortable in this Burger King (on the other hand, Itzehoe and Norderstedt are top 👌)!

At Burger King, the fries are really excellent - crispy and perfectly seasoned. Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers leaves a lot to be desired as they are often served cold. In addition, the waiting times are often quite long, which somewhat spoils the overall impression. If Burger King could improve the freshness of the burgers and the service, it would be a much better experience.

I can't comment on the ambience since I only order via drive-thru. It is the only and best BK restaurant that I go to in the Rendsburg, ECK and Kiel triangle. I think the plant-based burgers are good. The vegetarian versions from Mc D., on the other hand, are inedible. Where did the gigantic, friendly Asian woman go? 🤔

A burger for over €10, I got the wrong one and 9 onion rings were ordered and 6 were in the bag. So never again at Burger King, I prefer to order from a delivery service in Eckernförde, burgers are much bigger and much better for the same price.

I rarely eat fast food, but I wanted to try it again after 2 years...The new Gouda chicken was interesting to me and I wanted to try it out. I wasn't greeted very friendly at the "drive in" counter and it was made clear to me that the Gouda chicken and the Gouda beef alternative were sold out. I asked kindly which burgers were still available and I was told... "We have a lot of them, drive up." I had to decide quickly and took the crispy pepper chicken from a menu, with a cookie dough ice cream. They didn't even communicate how much I should pay, they just held out the EC device. I didn't find a receipt in the bag either. After waiting a few minutes, my order came. The drink and the ice cream were given to me individually without a container. Since it was difficult to secure the food in the car, the ice cream immediately tipped over in the car, which was very annoying. The burger and fries were cold (I only live 2 minutes from BK). The employee at the “drive in” was disappointing, unfriendly and impatient. You had the feeling he was annoyed by the customers and couldn't wait until I left. Never again for me👎

Rarely friendly and probably the slowest drive in the world, I've been going there for years as it's the only Burger King in the area, but on average you stand there for about 5-10 minutes, regardless of whether you're alone or in front of someone else one stands. :( Addendum: It's about the Burger King in Kiel on Eckernförder Straße, apparently a wrong link via the QR code at the drive in 🤷‍♂️

So I can't understand the overall ranking. I really enjoy being here. In contrast to the BurgerKing in Kronshagen, the service speaks German and is always friendly. The food is properly prepared and tastes as it should. The tables, floor and chairs are clean. Okay, the ambience is no longer contemporary and there is no table service, but 5 stars are still absolutely deserved for a fast food restaurant. Big praise again to the employees!

I was there on a Thursday afternoon. The shop was frighteningly empty, which is understandable for everyone given the current high prices due to (energy) politics. Thanks to the changing weekly/monthly offers, discount coupons and Payback points, I was able to dine with 5 (small) burgers, fries and a drink for just over €10. Since all other snack bars and restaurant chains have also reduced their prices, that's perfectly fine for me. However, it is quite pointless to browse through all the offers to find the best combination for yourself. Otherwise I can only praise: the shop was visually clean, the food was freshly prepared for me and the fries tasted good. My experience at BK was therefore completely okay! 👍

Modernes, mittelgroßes Restaurant in einem Gewerbegebiet von Eckernförde. Bestellung wie üblich über die Bestellautomaten. Schnelle Abwicklung der Bestellung, da nicht viel los war. Für Fast Food angemessen, die Preiserhöhung wegen der gestiegenen Mehrwertsteuer merkt man allerdings.

Habe das falsche essen bekommen und dann auch noch zu wenig fehlten 2 Burger

Eigentlich bin ich Fett und liebe den Laden. Vorallem die hübschen Hände von Herrn Becker bereiten mir Freude. Aber heute wurden mir statt 2 Chicken Nugget Burger 2 Cheeser Burger gegeben. Mein Vater freut sich, aber ich hinterfrage mein Leben.

Wie in jedem BK frisch zubereitet, freundliches Personal, Bestellung stimmte.
