I've never waited so long for a milkshake and an ice coffee in a McDonald's. Employees overwhelmed with orders!

It's almost cold There was trash everywhere The cashier told me that I was unlucky and that they didn't have any trays because they were all dirty and standing in the cart between the huge mountain of garbage The Lipton iced tea only tasted like water!! I'll never see her again! Something so bad doesn't go anywhere else, it's not recommended

Ordered 4 burgers plus fries. But only 3 burgers were received and one of them was in the wrong packaging. They can't count to 5 anymore, let alone read it. If the packaging says double chilli cheese, it should be there too, but the double chicken burger was there instead. And of course everything was cold again, especially the fries.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s. First of all, I had to wait a long time for my order, which was annoying enough. When the food finally arrived, it was anything but fresh - it was cold and appeared to have been sitting around for a while. When I politely asked for fresh food, the boss simply rejected my request. This unfriendly and unprofessional reaction was really sobering. Customer service left much to be desired and there was no effort to improve the situation. After this experience I will definitely not return to this McDonald's. Freshness, speed and friendly service should be a given, but here they don't seem to be. Very disappointing!

Drive-in. We had waited for almost 10 minutes with 5 cars behind us with the reason “I’m busy”. In the end there was the wrong sauce and two burgers were missing, as was the toy in the Happy Meal.

Another problem on the tracks. Expectations were already rather low due to a similar visit to Karlsruhe at the end of December last year. It has subsided even further today. As you can see from the pictures, the laws of inertia appear to have been ignored when preparing the burger. To supposedly have more grip in the pack, there were far too many lettuce strips used, so that everything slipped - a shame. Well, thank God the ice cream machine worked. In my reality, pieces of dough are a bit softer, but you shouldn't take it to extremes when this machine is working ;) Oh, and the service: Yeah, you can't say anything. It's just Mäckes and not a 5-star snooty restaurant - it's functional.

Not what it used to be for a long time. But applies to all branches. Absolutely overpriced, the burgers are only slightly warm (almost cold), then I'd rather go to the bakery, they also have warm snacks 😅

There is trash everywhere, there are no trays because the staff doesn't pick them up from the dish drop-off. The nuggets were hard.

Very rude and condescending shift manager. We pre-ordered food via the app and paid online. Their system didn't recognize the payment made and we ended up being sent home without food. My wife and I tried to clarify the situation, initially calmly, but after a few insults from the shift manager I started to complain. After my complaint email in which I apologized for my behavior, I received my money back, but my request for a discussion with the shift manager was not honored. Never this McD restaurant again.

Hair on the burger, a frie was missing when ordering at the drive in I love it.... badabababaaaa

What can I say, the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. Went there just before noon. The entrance area sticky on the floor. The whole room was very cold. Our daughter and we couldn't stand without a jacket. The toilet was catastrophic. Dirty, and no soap to wash hands. I complained about the soap to the cashier but within 15 minutes of being there it was not possible to refill the soap. And the Monopoly stickers advertised when ordering were not present on any product. We'll never go there again.

Burgers were luke warm. Cold fries! Worst McDonald's I've had the pleasure of knowing!

Were there repeatedly while passing through, food was cold, service apart from one employee from Mc Drive was subpar. Very cold and dirty inside. 2 hours later you had to throw up.

Stopped there yesterday on the way home. The store wasn't exactly clean. Toilets weren't nice to look at with everyone else's leavings behind. It was totally cold. Food was also cold! Children wanted toys, but apparently don't have any more because others got them. Shortly after dinner we weren't feeling well. We won't visit the store again!

Waiting time underground, burger so cold that the cheese is stiff next to it. plant nuggets taste like rubber with a pepper topping. It's a shame... the staff tried hard to do that, but it wasn't successful.

Ordered the lactose-free macchiato and, as expected, it was not lactose-free. Guests didn't put their trays away, so everything was full of rubbish. Burgers were cold.

After a long drive from Paris morning we enter here for breakfast, The service and food is very good , but the toilet is not clean, please make sure your toilets must be cleaned always.

We only use the drive. The staff also seem to have improved over the years and don't forget anything anymore. Our orders are always complete. The citizens are often not so lovingly built and there is a lot of salad in the box.

The shop is ice cold, no heating on! MONOPOLY packaging was not given out and I should have had 3 winning stickers according to the order. 10.30 a.m. got the first burgers and they were only lukewarm :(

I can't complain about the food, but the service is questionable. When the grateful table service is offered online, I wonder why people get upset when it is used!!! Feel free to grab a cool drink after a bike ride. It's terrible now. It was nice to eat outside. Now everything is dirty, there is screaming and only antisocial people.

It was hard to believe...a patty was forgotten on the Big Mäc we ordered. There wasn't even any sauce between the top bun halves. The small Coke that was ordered and paid for wasn't brought to the place in front either.... Unfortunately, never there again.

Today we were a bit disappointed: the Mc Flurry was quite small and there was also very little sauce. The Hamburger Royal TS was dry and the ketchup was missing. We remembered it differently. It's a shame, because the bill of 20.00 euros was quite generous 😔

Breakfast is not my thing. I like it more old-fashioned. The coffee didn't taste like anything. It was freezing cold in the restaurant and I felt uncomfortable in my T-shirt.

It's annoying that the ice cream/milkshake machine constantly doesn't work or needs to be cleaned. A friend who worked there once said that they use that as an excuse because they don't feel like cleaning the machine.

Unfortunately it took a long time to receive the food. But if even the minimum wage is paid, you can't complain about it.

Be careful if you want this glowing glass you will be cheated! Order the glass at the kiosk with a voucher from the app. There is no indication whether the glass is available. Afterwards you simply get another glass to order at the checkout. So be careful. When you point out that you could perhaps put up a note saying that the glass is out of stock, the staff tells you that it is, after all, a limited edition. A simple note from the door or at the ordering kiosk, as it was always possible to put up a note for the defective ice cream machine in the restaurant.

Mcce's stop. I entered an order on the “Smartboard” and received something slightly different in the end. Should be 2 apple turnovers, but would be apple and cherry turnovers. Since I didn't feel like having a cheeseburger or wanting to have a discussion, I just moved on.

I appreciate McDonald's for the uncomplicated ordering on the screens, the quick processing of the order even when the rush is high and for the consistent quality. Unfortunately, the price of the products has risen significantly in recent years, otherwise I would be at "Mäkkes" even more often.

Personal zum kotzen unfreundlich, respektloser Umgang Kundinnen gegenüber... obwohl man nur angemerkt hat das die Bestellung die nach einem aufgegeben wurde vorher bedient wurde. Man erhält auch keine konkreten antworten auf die Nachfrage wann man dran käme. Total unorganisierter Laden, anstatt sich dafür zu entschuldigen wird man pampig angemacht. Daraufhin wird die bestellung vors Gesicht geworfen, mit dem Argument bist "Du" die Nr... ja und Tschüß... find ich total unverschämt trotzdem werden in die Bestellungen Tomaten reingemacht die man im bestellautomat als ohne markiert hat. Wo ist da bitte gegenüber Kunden die nettigkeit geblieben. Auserdem so voll war der Laden garnicht, das man den grund darauf beziehen könne. Dann sollte man sich ein anderen job aussuchen wenn man kein bock hat mit menschen zu arbeiten und umzugehen kann.

Once again, we didn't get one burger enough for a simple take-away order. This is just annoying again. Despite ordering at terminals, too many things still go wrong. It's too expensive for that and it doesn't surprise me that smaller burger restaurants are becoming more and more popular. Of course, I only noticed it when I got home and I don't feel like sitting in the car for 30 minutes to complain about it. It is also not my job as a customer to check all orders in detail.

Visited many Mc Donalds restaurants and where I was very annoyed, not understanding my German language and even not being able to pay online due to poor training of the employees. But this Mc Donalds is the only one where everything is great 👍 and I have done that 8 times was here and would love to come back. Keep it up 👏.

Sorry, but we often eat at McD's, but it hasn't been this bad in a long time. Cold fries, curly fries with an extremely bad aftertaste. Our guess - bad or too old frying oil. We don't need it again...

I'm there 2-3 times a month and very often an order is missing in the drive! Back in Monopoly times, even the stickers were missing! And because it's always full, there's hardly any time to check the order if you always order for 3 people! At home it's usually a surprise! When we asked by email we didn't receive any response There are really only a few good employees!!!

Die Toiletten kann man jetzt nicht als "gepflegt" bezeichnen leider. Essen ist natürlich Geschmackssache, ich bewerte das mal nach McDonalds-Like und nicht Preis/Leistung Beim Service gebauso, da ist halt in einem Fast-Food Lokal auch nicht viel zu erwarten. Das Essen wurde sehr schnell zubereitet, aber leider keine Strohhalme und sie waren jetzt nicht unhöflich, aber gehetzt habe ich mich dann doch leider gefühlt, als meine Bestellung vor meiner Rückkehr von der Toilette fertig war (5Min max). Aber wie gesagt, Essen war sehr schnell fertig

Teilweise sehr unhöfliches Personal und es schmeckt anders (bitterer) als bei anderen Mc Donalds. Heute habe ich dann noch eine falsche Bestellung erhalten. Das kann passieren, aber als ich es reklamieren wollte, wurde steif und fest behauptet ich habe es so bestellt. Missverständnisse können passieren, aber dann so frech zum Kunden zu sein und eine Reklamation verweigern ist dass Letzte. Da kann man noch 100 mal "Mein Herr Mein Herr sagen" Ich schließe mich den zahlreichen Vorkomentatoren an, diese Filiale ist chaotisch und qualitativ schlechter als andere Filialen!!! Der Leser sollte sich die Zeit nehmen und die Rezensionen ehemaliger Mitarbeiter mal angucken 🤢 Habe es erst nach dem Vorfall heute getan... Hätte ich das gelesen, wäre ich niemals dorthin gefahren Auch ein Jahr nach dem Vorfall habe ich keinen Fuß in diesen miesen Laden gesetzt!

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr Unhöflich das Essen war ständig kalt gar kein guter Service sehr streng und in meinem Bic mac war eine Fliege drin und der Chef war Handgreiflich

Also heute hat dieser McDonald echt alles gegeben. 2 Burger bestellt - nicht mal lau warm ! Auf Rückfrage , das ich doch gern zumindest warme Burger hätte, wurde mir gesagt das dies normal sei und die frisch zubereitet sind. Möglicherweise, bringt aber nichts wenn das Fleisch vor einer Stunde auf dem Grill Lag! Es wurde auch der Chef gerufen, der einen meiner beiden Burger an sich nahm, unter den Heizstrahler legte und mir nach einer Minute lautlos zurück gab. Das nenn ich qualifizierten Kundenservice. Das ist echt eine unfassbare Frechheit, sorry das ich das so sage. Die Burger sind im Müll gelandet und ich bin zu Burger King gefahren!

Unhöflicher Mitarbeiter an der Kasse schickt Kunden zum Automaten wollte eine Erdbeere Tasche und hab eine Apfel Tasche bekommen habe mit denen geredet aber hat nichts gebracht und wenn es um parken geht ist es katastrophal wollte raus fahren aber jemand hat mich zu gepackt was eine Frechheit am liebsten würde ich null Sterne geben aber Google müsste gerne ein Stern haben B1 beste McDonald’s kommt alle

Essen war heisst. Kommt leider nicht oft im McDonalds vor.

Finde es blöd , daß alles digital ist, es gibt halt menschen die sich mit solchen Dingen nicht auskennen. Aber sonst alles gut . Wenn die die da essen dich mal benehmen würden und dich nicht wie die 🐖 benehmen würden ( nicht alle )

Sehr saubere Lokalität. Freundliches Personal. Kann ich im Gegensatz zu zwei anderen in der Nähe nur weiter empfehlen.

Absolute Standard Filliale, kaputte Eismaschine, morgens um 9, dafür ein schlechteres Softgetränk als Ausgleich bekommen, relativ sauber, wie jeder andere durchschnittliche McDonald's in diesem Land.

Es wurden bei der Bestellung Burger vergessen und die Nuggets waren kalt. Der Tisch an dem wir gesessen haben war klebrig.

Esse öfters bei McDonalds aber hier krieg ich immer ein kalten Big Mäc. Hab auch keine Lust es immer zu reklamieren.Deswegen funktionieren bei Mc Donalds auch keine Premium Burger weil die immer kalt sind ..

Das Restaurant ist sowohl von außen als auch von innen sehr sauber und einladend gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter sind höflich und arbeiten zügig an der Bestellung. Die Burger sehen meistens sogar besser aus als auf den Fotos und das Essen schmeckt dort erfrischend frisch. Im Cafébereich gibt es eine Vielzahl an köstlichen Kuchen und Café-Spezialitäten. Es ist eine wahre Gaumenfreude! Des Weiteren sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze für Kunden vorhanden.

Komme gerade nachhause , packe die Tüte aus und ein Big Mac fehlt. Stellt mal kompetente Leute ein das ist nicht das erste mal. Pommes sind auch jedesmal aufs Neue kalt und für die Tonne

Die Eismaschine ist immer kaputt. Man kann Sachen bestellen, die es nicht gibt. Scheinbar gibt es Probleme die nicht wie sonst schnell gelöst werden. Daher kann ich nur 3 Sterne geben. Werde es bei Gelegenheit aktualisieren

Na ja, McDonalds halt, wie gewohnt. Besuche ich halt doch gern mal. Aber halt - wenn man da im Dortmunder Norden mit dem Rad auftaucht, fällt sofort auf, dass zwar gefühlte 1000qm für Autoparkplätze und Drive In vorhanden sind, aber tatsächlich keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder! Nicht ein einziger Fahrradständer vorhanden. Da kommt man sich wie ein Exot vor.

Die Bestellung war unvollständig! Leider erst Zuhause gemerkt, dass der Mc Chicken fehlt. Ist mir in dieser Filiale allerdings schon zum zweiten Mal passiert. Geschmack so lala. Als Eistee gab es heute irgendwas merkwürdiges, ungenießbares. Der Laden überlebt nur, weil es hier weit und breit nichts anderes gibt.
