The woman behind the counter was very friendly; there's nothing to complain about. The food was edible but nothing special, far too expensive for a snack, and the burgers were truly "cheap," to put it mildly. Not recommended, but the quality is what you'd expect from a fast-food joint in a shopping mall. The eating area is dirty, and it seems like nobody cares.

I'd give it zero stars if I could!!! My wife and I ordered takeout from there. The server at the register was clueless and clearly didn't care about her job. My wife ordered a chicken doner kebab, and I ordered the meal deal for two. When we ordered, we were told the hot wings would take another 10 minutes. After about 30 minutes of waiting at our table, the server asked us again what we had actually ordered… After about 40 minutes of waiting, we finally received our food, and I have to agree with the other reviews: the fries were inedible—very soggy and soggy. The seasoning was okay. The hot wings were alright, but the other chicken bites… biting into them was like inhaling a spoonful of flour. 🤔 Everything was very dry. The chicken doner… I have to say, the meat was actually quite tasty. The bread was a disaster—not even cooked through, practically raw, just a soggy dough. The salad in the doner kebab was very tasteless, and the tzatziki was bland and tasteless. Overall, we felt unwelcome there (we are of German origin). I'd gladly go to Mr. Chicken somewhere else, but never again to the Thier Galerie!

The food was absolutely disgusting and cold; the sauce tasted only of salt. I had to spit out the burger because it was dry and tasted like expired meat. My girlfriend's hamburger was still raw. When I spoke to the staff about it, they just said, "Well, you arrived 30 minutes before closing time, what did you expect?" and asked why we expected hot food. They also said that many other people had already complained about the state of the food. I will never go there again; I'd rather throw my money in the trash than spend it there.

Every time I go there, there just happens to be no falafel left. They simply don't offer it. And by the way, there's hair in the food too.

The salad in the meal wasn't washed. It felt like they'd bought the salad from Lidl in a package and thrown it straight in. My friend's meal still had the chicken skin in it. And the chicken wasn't cut up; it was served whole—the menu said it would be cut up. The Coke was 50% water. And it was only half full. They didn't provide a knife with the meal either.

The food tastes good, but the staff often seem unhappy, so you don't really feel at home with them. It's a shame, because that takes away a lot of the atmosphere of the visit.

If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. The kebab was disgusting and had zero flavor in the meat, plus it was extremely dry. The fries were just as flimsy and flavorless. I also ordered a cheeseburger for €4.99, which looked exactly like the picture and had at most 50 grams of the worst and most flavorless meat on it. In total, we paid €35 for the worst kebab, fries, etc. And on top of that, we got a stomach ache for free. So save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.

Horrible, avoid. No smiles from the staff, no flavor on the plate. I've never eaten such a disgusting and tasteless doner. Today I was allowed to visit Mr. Chicken, their food was quite okay, the ambience was solid, but the staff looked overwhelmed and the communication at the checkout was not full of understanding, it is recommended that more responsible staff be hired or that some employees be trained, 3 employees for 5 customers 30 minutes each, the service could have been faster. 30 minutes waiting time for a cola that tastes like water, 1 star burger, mediocre fries and salad. The chicken is okay, but the competition offers MUCH better chicken. The employee picked up a cup from the dirty floor and still sold it to the customer, who knows if he would have handled food differently... Hygiene standards apparently don't exist either. But friends of the employees who had visibly slowed down the pace. When we ate in the alcove, dirty tables and a completely neglected tray trolley were the rest. Quality has deteriorated significantly here, unfortunately not again.

I was there seven years ago and had a really positive experience - the service and quality of the food was professional and welcoming. We ordered a children's menu, but the toy that was displayed for selection was not available. We also wanted to order kebab and ayran, but unfortunately there was no ayran. I chose a different drink, but it wasn't included with the menu - which I only noticed at the table. The preparation of the kebab burger was particularly disappointing. We had to wait for a very long time and when the dish finally came, the bread was transported in the employee's hands, then placed improperly on the work surface and handled with bare hands. The kebab itself was not very appealing - there were only 2-3 small slices of tomatoes and cucumbers as well as dry, old iceberg lettuce remains. The sauce was messily applied and the bread was so dry I could barely eat it. After a complaint, I received the same dish wrapped in a wrapper, but it wasn't rolled up properly and the sauce leaked out. The poultry meat was also very dry and hardly edible. In addition, the seating area where we would have liked to sit was not accessible to us, even though there were many seats available there. The prices were also very high compared to the small portions that were served. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially compared to my last visit seven years ago. Unfortunately, the quality of the food, the service and the portion sizes did not correspond to the high prices. In this case I wouldn't even give a star if that were possible.

The Doubble Burger is more on the Mecces Hamburger level, limp bun, small patties, ketchup and pickles, that's it. Not even salad. The Kids Box nuggets are hard fried. Food was raw and food poisoning after eating

Today (March 1st, 2024 - 5 p.m.) before I ordered, I asked myself why I didn't have good memories of the store... If the children hadn't wanted burgers, I definitely wouldn't have ordered anything from this store!! Briefly speaking about the food, I have to say in fairness that it was warm and tasted good (despite the overpriced!)...But please, what kind of naughty children work there??? There were so many customers and the 3-4 girls couldn't keep up because they were traipsing around at a snail's pace while doing their work. Apart from the fact that our order was first delayed and then incomplete, and we had to go there 3 times because we kept noticing what was missing, we were really annoyed in the end!! I also had to argue with the two impudent brats (one with a headscarf and the other with dark, medium-length hair (both most likely of Arab origin)) about ketchup (!), which I had already paid for!! They were so outrageous!!! First gossip about me in their language and then make fun of me as if they were right!!
