McDonald's Restaurant in Dortmund

I won't be coming back anytime soon. Even though I pre-ordered via the app, I probably waited another 20 minutes in the store. That's absolutely reasonable, no question. But when I returned to my car, the line at Mac Diversity had formed so long that I couldn't leave the parking space first and then the parking lot. I was stuck in the parking lot for 25 minutes. That's completely unacceptable... and none of the employees seemed to notice and/or be interested in finding a solution. This was definitely not "fast food."

I ordered normal crispy chicken and got a spicy crispy chicken. I almost fainted on the bus because of the spiciness. I can't feel my lips anymore and I don't even want to start with my taste buds. My girlfriend broke up with me because she couldn't deal with my permanent damage (or because I rattled her sister). Not recommended MFG JK

As others have already described, the staff was super unfriendly. It's not a problem that it takes longer at peak times. But when my number was finally called after 40 minutes, immediately disappeared from the display and the staff yelled at me that I was standing too close to the window and it wouldn't be any faster, the fun was over. I stood there alone without saying or doing anything, but apparently that's too much of a good thing 😀 After another 10 minutes, the same employee (shift manager? Was wearing different clothes) comes, takes my receipt and looks for my order. It was left over the chip station, even though I stood there as soon as I called the number and every question I asked was ignored. I then received my food without a word and only realized after leaving the restaurant that the two drinks were missing. Sauces for fries and nuggets are also not included. The food was now cold, fries and nuggets were inedible and also ended up in the bin. 35€ wasted, thank you very much! The visit was Wednesday around 11 p.m. In addition, the food was ordered for consumption on site, table service could not be used because there were no numbers on the ordering machines. Suggestion for improvement: Only delete the numbers once the order has actually been picked up. You have such a good system, why doesn't it work?

Firstly, the shop is closed every second time because something is broken. Secondly, you always wait at least 30 minutes for your food, which in my opinion is far too long for a fast food restaurant at a main train station.

Incredibly bad service. No structure. Ordered four burgers, a cheeseburger, a Big Tasty and two chicken. Got the Big Tasty and Cheese and a Chilli Cheese. When I asked for ketchup for the fries that I had also served, since you wouldn't otherwise be able to down the dry ones, it was thrown at me cheekily. Wonder if the staff behind the counter have basic communication skills or friendliness.

Unfriendly staff in the world, worse than any service in Berlin. “You're taking up my time” comes as an answer if you can have someone to carry the drinks. If people don't want their job, they should just quit.

I ordered a cappuccino and butter croissant at 6:30 in the morning, as unfortunately the breakfast offer doesn't start until 7am. after 5 minutes I took my order, The capuccino was good, croissant was hard as a rock and still chilled in the fridge.. After asking, the unfriendly employee said that croissants at Mcdonalds are always chilled and hard, which I found out for the first time. A colleague of mine only gets his coffee after 9 minutes. After asking, the employee says it's too early for us and we have to wait.

The cook can't get the food warm. The saleswoman is incredibly slow and overwhelmed with 2 orders. They should be fired immediately. Then she can grin cheekily at the people in the work center and not at me. Waiting for cold food in an empty shop. Pathetic even for an MCs.

A great experience!! We recently went to McDonald's for work and had a great experience! The food was really fresh and tasty, but what really stood out was the outstanding service we experienced. The shift manager from February 4th to 5th did a great job. He was very professional, friendly and led the team confidently. You can tell that he attaches great importance to a good working atmosphere and cleanliness, which has a positive effect on the service. I was particularly impressed by how calm and organized the shift manager remained, even in a hectic moment, and how he motivated the entire team. I will definitely come back and hope I can continue to benefit from such great service. Many thanks to the entire team at McDonalds Dordmund and especially to the shift manager!

McDonalds located right next to the Hauptbahnhof Dortmund station. Entrance from the outside. Quite a small point. For me it was a very unpleasant and neglected place. Lousy service. I ordered at the ordering column and only 1 receipt came out of the printer. When I picked up my order I indicated this and then there was a discussion that a 2nd receipt would also have been issued... like I'm crazy. After me, 3 more customers at the same ordering column without a receipt and still no action to replace the receipt roll.... otherwise cold, tough fries, I don't go to the Mc for that... normally I would say better next time, but next time I'll skip this one.

The worst behavior with customers that I have experienced. The Indian man at the counter gave my order to someone else and insulted me the whole time. He wouldn’t give me my food because “someone else had already picked it up.” Although I was in front of his eyes the whole time and only came closer when my number was displayed. Simply catastrophic. Waiting time extremely long. Ordered these new fries, only got normal ones. Coke was half spilled when I threw it up. It was wiped off and then given to me with the words “it happens.” Half a cola less. Instead of takeaway as ordered, it was given to me on tablets. When I asked, I was annoyed and given a bag and told that the employee had done it wrong and in my opinion that was the worst thing. Instead of vegetarian nuggets, normal ones were given. Something like that simply shouldn't happen. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home, I've never seen such bad service.

It's just terrible, I've never seen anything like it. I ordered two McFlurries and a milkshake, a milkshake and a McFlurry, using McDonald's points rewards program. I go to the counter to pick up the order and show the receipt, the girl on the phone asks to show the application, to which she says I didn't pay anything and just tears up the receipt and throws it away. In the end they only give me one of my poppies, but I just can't prove that the penalty on the check includes another one and a milkshake because it's torn. Soooo! I was just a guest at your place and was so disappointed despite the free Cola Zero. The planted 🪴 nuggets were not from factory farming BUT were extremely floury, dry but not crispy. I hope it will be better on the next visit.

I can only give an 1+ with * :) I'm there max. once a week. for a cappuccino here in the morning and after a short time the store manager knew how I like the coffee and I always get an extra. I think it's important to say a huge THANK YOU! The approach here is always great - which is certainly not easy in a branch like this at the main station! Thank you for brightening my day and for being so clear and consistent and making it clear to people what works and what doesn't.
