It was ok for BK. However, the waiting time was really too long. That's really annoying in a "fast food restaurant"

I was in Nuremberg, certainly better than the competition, Burger King is committed to maintaining a certain standard.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I ordered a chili cheeseburger burger and 2 fries, but I didn't get anything despite waiting for more than 30 minutes. The cashier at the end even told me that I found my order slip on the floor and wanted to grab some free food, as if I didn't have €6 for a rotten citizen and over-salted fries. Conclusion: you can keep the €6. I'll never set foot in this shop again. I'd rather eat a kilo of rotten rats that are probably in the kitchen than eat something there again, I don't even wish the children in Africa were like that a bad meal.

I am very surprised and disappointed that in Germany there is Russian available at the self-service machines, but no Ukrainian language. Given the current situation, this seems completely inappropriate.

Not the cleanest snack bar and prices are now very high!

The payment at the terminal went completely wrong, it's not BK's fault but the great digitalization in Germany. 2nd attempt worked. And within a minute it was ready. Took away and then ate about 10 minutes later. It was still warm and tasty! Since I've read a lot of negative comments, I can't complain. So, keep it up!

The Burger King at Nuremberg Central Station is a disaster! I've wanted to buy herbal products there several times, but what can I get instead? Meat! This is really awesome if you consciously try to eat a vegan diet. And I think the fact that the store sells meat at all is wrong anyway. In addition, the employees there don't wear gloves and touch everything. Overall, I am totally dissatisfied with this Burger King and will definitely avoid it in the future.

20 minutes of waiting for the order, although there was little traffic and the order was incomplete... due to lack of time, unfortunately we did not make a complaint about the order, but other people did. The staff should take care of their work and concentrate on it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

With the vouchers it's much better than at McDonald's, I can recommend the chillies cheese burger to everyone.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an ingredient for a burger, for example, at the ordering terminal. you would have to go to the checkout to do this. The receipts advertise that you can get a free fries on your next visit by answering a survey. Unfortunately, you can only claim these at the checkout, not at the order terminals. Lastly, on my last visit there were pigeons in the restaurant looking for food, it is completely unacceptable for them to be in a restaurant.

I ordered something on Lieferando today. Even though I ordered 9 pieces of chicken nuggets, I received fries instead of nuggets. I ordered €7.49 for the nuggets :(

Overall a good Burger King. However, the woman with the glasses was so unfriendly that we won't come here again. When we asked for the coupons to please prepare a burger in veggie, we were told extremely rudely: No, that's not possible! said. I had never experienced customer service like this before. At every other Burger King we were able to ask the coupons if it could be made in veggie.

Mostly very clean but you have to wait longer than average, which is inconvenient at a BurgerKing station… On my last visit I had to wait over 24 minutes for a chili burger and fries.

The worst customer service we have had. All of the orders were wrong, the plant patties and onion rings were burnt. The counter woman did not want to exchange the wrong items or give the correct ones and somehow we got an extra hamburger.. she was rude and threw the items across the counter. Not impressed..

Worst Burger King experience ever! At the terminal I ordered a cheeseburger, a small portion of fries and a Coke to go. After waiting at the food counter for a little over 10 minutes, I said to my buddy in a normal, non-judgmental tone, "I've been waiting for over 10 minutes." Apparently an employee noticed this, then took my order form out of my hand and took care of my order personally. During the preparation time, which then took another few minutes, she asked me twice "To eat here or to take away?", to which I answered with the latter both times. She ended up serving me the food on a tray anyway and putting a paper bag on top. So I was allowed to pack my own food. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my drink wasn't cola, but rather iced tea. Conclusion: Waiting over 15 minutes for a simple order as well as the wrong drink and packing the food yourself. The waiting time at a train station in particular is far too long. So it's not a matter of "quickly getting something from BK", luckily we had enough transfer time. Also: the woman who eats the burgers with her bare hand has a lot of huge warts on her hands and arms. This makes an unhygienic impression. The lady probably can't do anything about it and I'm sorry, but I found the sight unsavory. Gloves and wearing a long-sleeved shirt could help here.

The person making food behind the counter looked to have some kind of skin disease / disorder. This person didn't even wear plastic hand gloves when touching the food. Food was disposed of soon after, not worth taking the risk in getting sick.

The most disgusting, unhygienic store with the worst staff the world has ever seen. I ordered a plant based menu and got meat, and they deducted €5 too much from me. In the end I didn't even get my nuggets and the specified curly fries weren't there either and that wasn't the first time that happened. Apart from the workers who don't wear gloves and touch everything, whether money or food, unfortunately there is also a woman who has her hands full of pimples and accepts both citizens (with her hand) and money. Hygiene and intelligence are completely overrated. I'm shocked!!! I would love to give -10,000 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible.

I ordered a burger with bacon, and it was missing. I told the employee that it was missing bacon and she gave me 6 slices of cold bacon 🤷🏽‍♂️. Always something wrong with the orders and the restaurant felt like an oven. By the time I finished eating, sweat was running down the side of my head 🤦🏾. Horrible BK.

Employees are unfriendly and look like a herbal witch and you have to bargain for your food like in the Turkish bazaar. The food has been on the shelf for 10 years and tastes like vomit. In addition, no table is clean and everything is greasy. So the biggest satchel shop there is here in the Bahnhofsviertel!!!

Rarely have I waited so long for my food anywhere. My number (940) was eventually pushed to the end and later numbers came out before me. I'd rather go to McDonald's.

I ordered two burgers to take away and only waited about 5 minutes even though there were a lot of customers. The chilli cheese burger was fresh and tasty, the cheese burger tasted like it was from the day before as it was cold and dry, hence 3 stars for the food and 4 overall.

Since the renovation, it has been clean, modern and extremely helpful and friendly. Food warm and tasty. Fairly priced.

Unfortunately there is no toilet and apparently no air conditioning. So takeaway is recommended here

Food is good but very slow and I usually only get half of my order

This branch saved my night when the train let me down. The burgers are similar to those of the competition at this station, but the service and supplies are quicker here. I don't think that the price of water is higher than that of juice is the right pricing policy, but the staff works quickly, accommodates even unusual customer requests and remains friendly. I haven't necessarily experienced that in other branches.

Unfortunately I read the reviews too late but I can only agree with the others... I waited 40 minutes for a measly burger and 10 chillie cheese nuggets. Only when I was asked to give me my money back did things suddenly happen quickly. The nuggets were cold for the citizens too. I won't go there anymore because there are much better snack options in Nuremberg main station PROMISED!!!

How can it be that you order a few veggie nuggets, you can see how they are already at the back of the counter, but endless others are preferred. Just waited almost 45 minutes for my nuggets and saw over 30 orders that were put ahead of me even though my food was already there. Accordingly, my nuggets are now a bit cardboard-like. The store didn't really understand the concept of fast food, especially since even though the store is packed, the people at the counter always like to stand there and fool around and engage in little martial arts routines and funny conversations. Not recommendable! And if the excuse comes up that there is a lot going on at a train station, it also works in Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin and Hamburg. Please re-staff the store, better schools or close it straight away.

In my experience it is best to place the order on the monitor. Service at the checkout appears dominant 99% of the time. A very strong weak point and testifies to the weak management up to the lower category to the so-called boss of the branch who allow certain people to work the checkouts. As for my order today, how often do you feel the dominance at the checkout and the stinginess to get the little paper bag of fries right up to the hilt. So far, what the experience at Citizen King has brought to this branch has been very weak. It's a little cheaper than McDonald's but you can tell that their ordering and service are lacking. In my opinion, there are strong criteria for preferring to visit a store with students rather than employees and to appreciate the tips even if you pay a little more instead of paying minimum wage after winning a frozen crony and the service is weak. Often it has to be a little more than just more in quotation marks. Next I will visit another store just to enrich my senses.

Unfortunately unreliable and poor service. I was in a hurry and 'just' asked if the burgers mentioned were in there because it seemed so easy to me. In Zug we realized that there was actually a burger missing. It's a shame, points are deducted for that.

I was just there and I'm very disappointed. I ordered Fanta in a reusable cup without ice and received the normal cup with ice. Despite the fact that the reusable cup costs extra. The fries were ice cold, as was the chicken nurger. I took it on the train with me, so I only checked it now. I rarely go to Burger King and something like that. Too bad for the money

I came here to write a comment but I happened to read the comments. Are you proud of waiting half an hour for a burger and working with such bad staff, Burgerking? There was a member of staff who watched with delight as we missed the train. I will never eat from this company again. If you're reading this and you're a corporate executive, I know you'll laugh too. Are you not doing something about all these comments?

Biggest failure since the train station toilet. Staff are rude and incompetent, there is no possibility of going to the toilet with a child and it is generally filthy. Burger King should think about it. A bad shed like this needs to be closed. We're going over to Mäcces now. Would give zero stars if it were possible!

2/2 orders were wrong, it took forever.

The employee HAKIM has no friendliness and zero knowledge of German. I've visited many BK's, but I've never experienced anything like this.

There were 2 meals there, the first time the burgers were very old, we asked for new ones, they said no, only if we pay. The employees don't seem to want to and make you wait even though your order is ready. The second time, the employee didn't wash his hands after throwing them in the trash and the food was inedible because of the homeless people who slept there and stared at your food.

I wish to extend my deepest gratitude to the employees and the manager of the restaurant for their exceptional assistance in locating my misplaced passport. Following a quick dinner on April 1st, it appears that my passport inadvertently slipped out of my possession while I was retrieving my wallet. Unfortunately, I was unaware of its absence until I was preparing to depart Nurnberg by train. After spending the entirety of the morning liaising with law enforcement and contacting the Chinese consulate, I visited Burger King with little expectation of success. However, I felt it was worth a brief inquiry before committing to the arduous process of obtaining a travel permit from my consulate in either Munich or Frankfurt, which would have necessitated the cancellation of all my forthcoming travel plans. When the manager graciously responded with the words "Wait a moment, sir," and retreated to her office, my hope was reignited. To my immense surprise and relief, they had indeed found my passport and held onto it in anticipation of my return. Following a verification of my identity, they promptly returned my passport to me. While Burger King may not be renowned for its culinary excellence, the individuals employed there are truly exceptional and deserving of praise. I am filled with overwhelming gratitude.

Wasn't a good idea. I ordered a coke and a bottle of water for €8.23 and unfortunately paid for it directly at the terminal with a card. After waiting 17 minutes, I continued without drinks to catch the connecting train.

Normal station burger king. The speed from ordering to receiving the food was moderately fast, even though there wasn't much going on. Ice cream tasted normal

Modern BK restaurant in Nuremberg main station. It was very crowded and quite busy. Tables weren't wiped down, but that's probably really difficult to keep track of. I asked if I could get a Spezi instead of Coke. This was actually possible, despite a huge number of orders. I was then asked again if I wanted ice cubes. I didn't expect the service. I then spontaneously decided to give a tip. This was rejected because the employees are not allowed to accept it. The downside are the prices outside of the vouchers. Otherwise we were satisfied.

Food as expected. Waiting times underground. Customers come 15 minutes after me and get their food 15 minutes before me. Ridiculous 🤣🤣🤣 The employees are unfortunately completely lost... Waited 30 minutes for my food in the FASTFOOD restaurant, you have to admit that. That's why I could take everything to go... 1 star :)

We got our food relatively quickly but the burger was already dried out and there wasn't a crumb of salt on the fries. The cleaning lady very rudely asked us to order something and not just sit while we checked the app. Terrible person. Nbg Burger King never again

This is an ideal place to wait for the train. WiFi works all the time and you can sit until closing. Wonderful people and warm room. Not to mention there is a good food menu :D

I had Sprite that tasted like dishwashing liquid, I also ordered ice cubes that weren't available and it made me sick and vomit. It was just disgusting and I didn't finish drinking the fuel but had to throw it away. One of my friends had a cheeseburger and she felt the same way, it tasted rotten and she had to vomit too. REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

People order inferior food in order to fill their stomach quickly. But then you have to wait 30 minutes to have the staff tell you in an appraising and eye-rolling manner that the desire to pack the food in bags so that you can still make your train is zi much. We had number 336, before us came number 38x at some point. Then it's better not to eat anything or something tasty for less money and time.

This Burger King restaurant is located on the 1st floor of the Nuremberg Central Station [Hauptbahnhof]. The restaurant has self order machines, and you can order at the counter. The restaurant is big and has a lot of places to sit but because it is inside the Hauptbahnhof it's usually crowded and you might find it difficult to find a table for 2. I tried the chicken burger with fries and Cola. The burger was good and filling.

Become too greedy to provide toilets to the guest

The chicken patty was lukewarm at best and the lettuce in the burger was brown. I complained and asked for my money, it worked without any problems.

Orders are not read or processed correctly, EXTRA sauce is prepared as WITHOUT sauce, fries are missing, staff also shows a work ethic that tells you “better go to mccs” You might have to take it into account if you're such a piece of crap, but I would be ashamed to show such a work ethic. 35min wait for a simple menu. Next time I'll go to a real burger shop around the corner (hans im Glück), it won't cost much more and the food will probably come even quicker.

The new or renovated BurgerKing is now highly recommended. Especially those who thought the old man was bad can give him a new chance. I haven't been able to understand the long waiting times in the other reports.

I can't manage to look at my order after half an hour, the food tastes just good enough that it would be tolerable if it was handed to me quickly and I don't eat well (in terms of taste or health) when I'm traveling anyway. 1/10 better to get two sushi boxes at Lidl

The renovation has made things tidier, but the staff is helplessly overwhelmed with ordering on the digital display. The numbers displayed are processed one after the other. The almost educated manager gets the order wrong, without any significant claim. The kitchen team does not pay attention to consistent quality during rough operations. Pure chaos. Plus the many beggars.

This is not fast food, but a slow food restaurant. Waited a mere 30' for a single stupid burger - many orders placed after me were handed out before mine. A complaint about this was more or less ignored. Only after vehement prodding did someone feel compelled to take a closer look, and - lo and behold - the burger they ordered had been waiting in the serving chute for some time and was already ice cold when eaten. Unfortunately, apart from the slightly nicer ambience, especially in terms of service and food quality, nothing has changed - it's still a lousy juice shop and I can only advise anyone who sees a queue of more than 10 people in front of them to give the shop a wide berth make.
