Burger King in Nürnberg

It was a complete disaster, food tasted like some kind of medicine. I ordered longer fries and nuggets, all of it was NOT it. Food is kinda tasteless with a hint of alcohol (as a medicine) Don’t recommend, even Mc donald’s is 100 times better then this place

I had an accident because I wasn't feeling well, but they took care of it well and kept coming to check on me. The Zinger Burger was just okay.

A typical Burger King with rather limited seating. The food is okay if nothing else is open. Unfortunately, it's getting more and more expensive; six chicken nuggets now cost €3.50 on sale. And they've gotten smaller, too. So, to get full, you quickly end up paying restaurant prices. It's just as easy to pop out of the train station and get a proper meal that you actually enjoy.

Terrible service; they look at you and speak to you like you're dirt. The food is mediocre, and you can't order on the screen and pay at the register. If there were a zero-star rating for service, I would give it. I wouldn't recommend this place even for a quick snack.

Three hours are easy to get through, even if things take longer than expected!

The most primitive level imaginable. The portions were minuscule, despite being labeled "large" on the menu. And the cola was completely flat – absolutely tasteless. Simply repulsive! Fast food is dead to us, once and for all.

I went there at about 10:30 pm yet the restaurant wa full and noisy and there was no place to sit. Had to wait for a while before I got a seat.

The food was like it came straight from the freezer, I had to wait 30 minutes, and ordering didn't work as it should. Never again!!!!

The food tastes pretty awful, but the service is very good, 100 times better than at Burger King Tillypark.

I ordered the KitKat ice cream because I'd previously bought it several times at Burger King in Spain, and it was really delicious there, tasting distinctly like KitKat. However, this product was a huge disappointment: it tastes like old, cheap chocolate and doesn't remind me of KitKat at all. In my opinion, it's not even worth a euro!

The food was as expected from a Burger King. However, we didn't receive any napkins and there was no restroom.

I just wanted to quickly grab something to eat before catching my train. It really wasn't busy, but they were completely overwhelmed. After waiting 13 minutes, I had to leave without my food, even though I'd paid for it. It was a complete disaster. They should just hire people who actually want to do their jobs properly. If they're already overwhelmed with just five orders, then that's really unacceptable.

The place was completely untidy, I had to enjoy the already tasteless food in the company of a rotten banana that was resting under my table, the potatoes looked like they weren't the freshest, It was as if it had been deep-fried twice, which is why it became like a rock, completely inedible. In my attached video, you can clearly see that the potato is harder than a rock. I am very disappointed with this establishment, the already low rating has to be lowered even further, I recommend that they better monitor the cleanliness of the establishment and hire more competent staff

I think McDonald's offers better quality meat than others. Everything is fresh. Those who give bad comments are probably waiting for a red carpet.

It's tolerated that people constantly beg guests, and then they even insult them. The hygiene of the employees... let's not talk about that... super difficult.

Even though it's a busy and chaotic place, the staff is very friendly and do their jobs well. Their products are also great. I didn't choose any of the drinks or other menu items. I usually just get the Whooper takeaway, which is ready in 6-7 minutes at the latest. It tastes delicious and is clean. There's no transportation problem. It's also right next to public transportation. Thank you.

I ordered food for 45 euros and ate it there. No restrooms, really bad service. The staff don't give a damn about the customers.

The food was delicious, tasted less chemically compared to McDonald's, for example, and the meat was excellent. I'd gladly go back.

You can't choose to pay at the checkout at the vending machine. If you have cash, you have to order at the register. The wait for the cashier is extremely long, and the cashier ignores customers. I had to wait over five minutes to place my order at the register. The wait for my order wasn't long, but the food was cold. Also, the waste tray stands are completely full, with nowhere to put used ones. The staff is unfriendly.

The order delivery is very bad…..my order delayed around 20 minutes and they only gave half order….im still waiting for my order….what is this…

It took 30 minutes to prepare the food! I had 45 minutes to change trains and almost missed it because the staff were working at a snail's pace. Everyone was half asleep. There's no way I'm ever coming back here again. It's a disgrace.

Good food and fast service :) Unfortunately, there are no value menus here (at least not currently) – I'd recommend the McMenu Smart for €5.99 at many McDonald's. And, much more importantly, there are no restrooms, not even a sink, so you have to use the expensive train station restrooms.

As always, a burger and fries late at night after a few too many beers is a lifesaver.

The food was delicious—the kind of food Burger King is supposed to be. Otherwise, the visit wasn't that great. The floor was sticky, and the tables and seats weren't clean. Another negative was that there were no restrooms, not even a place to wash your hands.

I ordered a meal from a counter employee. And she tried to rip me off. It was once again under 1 euro, but it's the principle that counts! Taking 1 euro more from the customer for one meal or losing one customer forever? Which is more profitable for Burger King???!!!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered at the terminal for almost €20, and after waiting for over 20 minutes, I asked about my order. At first, they claimed the food had already been served, even though the order number was still displayed as "Preparing." Since I had to catch a train, I wanted to cancel the order, but it wasn't possible because I had ordered at the terminal. I had to leave without food because I would have missed my train otherwise. Thanks for nothing.

Here, you experience the opposite of a chain restaurant... The employees are very disorganized, and the wait times are ridiculous. They're definitely calling it fast food, so after a 25-minute wait, you barely have time to eat. Unfortunately, it's well known that things aren't going well here, but they should train the staff better or motivate them to work better. At another location, this branch wouldn't stand a chance...

I ordered a big King and long chicken and got a chili cheese and crispy chicken

They gave us the wrong size of potatoes that we ordered. There is nowhere to even wash your hands after the road and after eating. They also don't give you napkins. I don't recommend it.

You can't charge your phone. The food is not tasty. There is no toilet or napkins. You eat with dirty hands.

Unfortunately, I can't give a higher rating for my visit on August 5, 2025, at approximately 0.40. I ordered at the ordering kiosk and customized my burger. Nothing complicated. So the chef should have had clear instructions. I removed the things I didn't like from the burger, like the sauce. Instead, the cheese was left out, but the sauce was still on it, of course. And I got it after waiting almost half an hour, while many who came after me had already received their orders. And the ambiance? There were a lot of people waiting for their orders. They were harassed by a very drunk, very tall man who couldn't communicate at all and walked through the restaurant more like a zombie. He either wanted food or change, I don't know exactly. He couldn't speak anymore, and he really forced himself on people. The staff completely ignored this and didn't intervene, failing to protect the paying customers. After ordering at around 12:40 a.m. and not receiving my order until around 1:07 a.m., I unfortunately couldn't even complain because I had to catch the last subway at 1:12 a.m. So I basically ate fries for 15 euros.

Horrible. You get cold food (burgers and fries), and when you want to exchange it, you don't even hear an apology! The last time I was at Burger King was in Nuremberg!

I've been waiting for over 15 (!!!) minutes. I've never experienced anything like this before. The Big King is cold, I got regular Coke instead of Diet, with ice, not without as ordered... Really not recommended!!!

You wait forever for your food, then they grab a random menu, only to then push out four or five items at once. The food is cold by then and doesn't really taste good. Price/performance ratio in this restaurant is abysmal. COL is expensive, but perhaps during peak times they could put a few more employees on shift to ensure better service and better quality, including hot food!

The food here at McDonalds is an absolute must have. The music is louder than my dog warning me of people walking past my doorstep. We had the McChicken Burger and the Veggie Nuggets. Props to McDonalds for making them taste like real chicken! The (Iced) CARAMEL (Latte)was VERY TASTY. Hope to be back soon. Still wanna try the McFlurry!! Heard it’s really good after a Happy Meal.

Definitely go here, there was the best service, the tastiest food and the nicest atmosphere in all of Nuremberg. There's also always a homeless guy named Ali who sells weed, good weed at a good price (an insider tip).

I went to Burger King again, and what can I say? It was absolutely delicious! From the very first bite into my burger, I had a veritable explosion of flavor in my mouth. The combination of juicy patty, fresh vegetables, and perfectly balanced sauces was simply unique. I was particularly impressed by the extravagant selection; there really is something for every taste. My meal was a real feast from start to finish. The fries were also super crispy and served hot, just the way I like them. The service was fabulously friendly, fast, and attentive. I'll definitely be back. Burger King remains my first choice when I'm craving something really good.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the Burger King at Nuremberg Central Station! Even though it was quite busy, the service was super fast and the employees incredibly friendly. My burger was perfectly cooked, piping hot and fresh, and the fries were simply amazingly crispy. I honestly didn't expect to get such good fast food at a train station. It's truly amazing—I'd happily eat here again anytime!

After many years of completely avoiding BK because of my last experience, I wanted to try my luck again today, especially since I saw that they now have ordering displays where orders can't be misunderstood. It was nice and quiet, though, and two nice ladies were waiting at the counter for customers, so I went straight in and ordered my favorite burger, a long chicken, with fries. It worked perfectly and was prepared very quickly. So delicious. I'm looking forward to enjoying good burgers with you again. 😋 But I'm wondering: Do the displays support scanning traditional paper coupons?

Don't really understand the low rating. Yeah, the food is bland but it's Burger King, not a fancy restaurant. It's clean, plenty of seats, order was ready fast.

Dear Burger King Team, I would like to complain about the inappropriate behavior of an employee at your branch in Nuremberg Central Station. I was there today, July 7, 2025, at approximately 6:25 PM, and wanted to order a monthly special. I simply asked if it was possible to omit the hot sauce and spicy ingredients. However, the employee in the white shirt was extremely rude and irritable. She told me something like, "There's no such thing. If you want that, you'll only get chicken and bread. And if you have a relative who works here, they should make you an order like that." I was very surprised by this reaction. I was just asking politely and didn't want to upset anyone. When I asked, she explained that other options were available, but more expensive. I explained that I had placed the same order twice yesterday – at a significantly lower price. Today, a portion cost almost €10, which surprised me even more. I asked to speak to the store manager, but she said she was the boss – in a very disrespectful manner. I've worked at Müller in the Bahnhof-Drogerie (train station drugstore) for almost five years, so I'm a regular Burger King customer. That's why this incident is particularly disappointing. The traditional Burger King, fast food that gets you out of a tight spot. But I give it 4 stars because it doesn't have air conditioning, so it gets very hot in the summer.

Unbelievable! They're starting to argue with me over packets of ketchup. Good service is definitely something else...

In terms of presentation, the Bürgerking isn't bad. Well located and reasonably reasonable prices. No customer restroom, so €1.50 at the Sanifair is a bit ridiculous, but what can you do? I ordered a "crunchy" burger or whatever it's called and just got the standard burger. The onion rings were sticky and greasy (greasy -> good; difficult -> yuck). The milkshake was the only thing that somewhat appeased me. Unfortunately, after a while, my stomach started to speak up and gave me a final assessment of the food. Let me put it this way: if you don't mind questionable food and can handle it, go ahead. But otherwise, not even remotely recommendable. Better to get something really fresh from the bakery. Long story short. Better to go somewhere else to eat or wait for the quality to rapidly improve many times over.

Too bad, happens often with tortillas at this Burger King, my order number 775, today, June 27th, around 9 p.m. I ordered crispy ham tortillas, but I got chili cheese tortillas instead. I told the employee that I had received the wrong order. He was nice and said I should wait a moment, then he brought me another tortilla, but it was the chili cheese tortilla again. Unfortunately I had to eat it, I think that's a shame because I come here with a certain expectation and then I'm disappointed. And this is the third time.

Approximately 12 ordering terminals but only one person to put them together lead to waiting times of 20-30 minutes.

Unfortunately, there is always something missing from the orders and if you forget to look at your order, something may be missing - unfortunately, this happens very often here.

A holiday in Germany, or at least in Bavaria, packed with vacationers, travelers, metalheads, and locals. I didn't see the place dirty, nor the tables vacated by people who had just finished eating. And that was before 12 noon. The salad is fantastic, and the toy...for me. It's interesting that you can still order and/or pay at the register. If not, on the screens, in German, Turkish, English, Spanish,...

I find the sandwiches not as good as in France, the service is very slow.

Soooo, So first of all it should be said that you get what you expect here. Not a gourmet 3 star meal, just fast food. But it becomes problematic when that almost disappears. Ordering at 8:55 p.m. and then not having any food in your hand at 9:15 p.m. and missing the train because you've already paid €20 and never see it again is really annoying. Especially when the next train doesn't arrive for 40 minutes...admittedly BK can't do anything about the public train network but 20 minutes for a burger + fries at prime time...well. Now comes the really annoying thing, I can understand that not everyone can understand this, but everyone wants to get what they order. Ergo, if I order a plan base wopper, then wait 20 minutes for it as usual, only to find out on the train at the end that it is not plan based...then I just threw €6 out the window.... In general, in the two visits to BK Hauptbahnhof it cost me almost as much as a visit to a nice restaurant, but unfortunately with a lot more worries and no possibility of having my food returned. All in all, I think it's great that they're trying to offer affordable vegan food with solid quality. Unfortunately it only reaches the guest every now and then.

BurgerKing/FastFood locations are there to provide a toilet at train stations. This BurgerKing has no toilet and therefore no consumption of inferior products.

It took forever. Fries were forgotten. And it's Nuremberg HBF, what kind of ambience should you expect. “Almost” doesn’t mean anything here. Yesterday I waited almost three quarters of an hour for my food. Absolutely bottomless.

Burger King never disappoints! I had the double patty Whopper, and it was absolutely delicious. The beef was juicy and flavorful, the veggies were fresh, and the sesame seed bun held it all together perfectly. Highly recommend!

The food was okay, typical Burger King. But what I didn't like is. I ordered at the checkout and the employee greeted me nicely. But first I touched the money with my hands and then and then I touched the fries with my hands. It's great that you have tables for travelers where you can charge your cell phone via USB. Unfortunately all the tables don't function... There wasn't much going on, but the garbage trucks in the lobby were all full, so unfortunately I had to leave the tray on the table like many other people. But the three ladies behind the counter have time to chat.

Basically it's okay - but what doesn't work is the unfriendly cleaning lady who wants to throw you out of the shop at night and speaks stupidly to you. Happened on April 18, 2025 at 1:00 a.m. - if someone doesn't feel like working, that person should stay at home and not talk stupidly to customers.

It was November 2024 when I visited the place. The food was genuinely good, but the fact that the immigrant lady at the counter would insult me in the name of "Woher kommst du aus? (Where are you from?) in a subtle way, even when I am speaking German is completely unpardonable!

Tested multiple times. Food quality in the lower range of Bürgerkings. Lettuce is brown, tomatoes are falling apart and are definitely no longer fresh. The burgers themselves are “okay”. But food is ready quickly and employees are friendly.

Very long waiting time for takeout

On my trip to Hungary I stopped briefly at Nuremberg train station. Burger King has a very high standard. The ordering machines simply work perfectly and the service is also very good. My food was prepared quickly. The nuggets were very hot and delicious! But it was a bit noisy in the store.

Ordered 2 menus yesterday but got them completely mixed up and things were missing. Employees speak German poorly. One of the worst Burger Kings I've ever been to!! 😒

Two words to describe the burger king at the Nuremberg station, DIRTY, and DISGUSTING, the workers, preparing orders without gloves, touching the meat with their hands, and upon entering a horrible smell of sweat and armpits, yes. I doubt I don't know how people can come in and eat the food from that burger king, regrettable!!!!

Two trays of burgers at the counter are not picked up for over 20 minutes - the boss puts the burgers back with the fresh other burgers - for the next guests

Now after the renovation, things look completely different here. You can sit down here and eat a few burgers. For all veggies there is a nice note somewhere: Veggie patties may be fried on the same plate as meat patties. This is of course an absolute no-go and almost makes the veggie patties obsolete. Guys, please fry this on your own grill, it's not rocket science.

Caution! If you're in a hurry, don't order! You wait about 30 minutes for the food. I also find it very unprofessional that orders are not processed after they have been received. This would be especially important at the train station (you are leaving)!

I'm only giving it 3 stars because I think it's great that Burger King offers so many meat-based alternatives, and I have to admit, it was very busy. Unfortunately, the wait here was unbearable, especially at the station where people are catching a train. The organization seems very chaotic; I've rarely seen anything like it. We waited over 20 minutes for our order. I ended up leaving empty-handed because my train was leaving. Please work on the organization/training of the staff!

Over 20 mins for a fast food restaurant! Not the service you would need in a train station… recommend going some other real fast food restaurants in the station

Never seen such an unhygienic branch, the staff is inadequate and often seems overwhelmed. Very rude treatment of customers. Been there several times and an order has never been complete the first time.

There's a man pee in the restaurant

Worst place in the station to try to get food. After ordering, you wait in vain for your food. The staff is very unfriendly.

Sin. I ordered a 3 euro sandwich as a snack and waited 27 minutes. I informed the staff about the delay but they refused to refund me. They explained to me that the room was full of people ordering (I'm not blind and work in the restaurant industry), but the sandwich I had ordered was sitting there behind the counter, waiting for someone to come over and bring it to me. People ordered from me at the counter and were the first to finish their drinks and chips. Sin. I had to make a scene at minute 27 because I was losing my patience as I watched two kids order at the counter, pay at the register... and pick up their food, eat, and then leave while I'm STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO HAVE MY SANDWICH. Too bad, too bad, the sandwich was lukewarm and only tasted like caramelized onions, which you usually buy for 3 euros for a 650 gram bucket, and it was only lukewarm because it had been waiting on the grill, otherwise it would have been frozen after all that waiting. It was waiting the whole time and it took 27 minutes before one of the 6 employees noticed that number 076 was a SANDWICH that had already been in line for 27 minutes.
