Burger King in Nürnberg

At a Bahnhofs Burger King, I expect my food to be served quickly. Waiting at least 20 minutes every time, nothing like a quick burger on the trip when you're hungry. The highlight was reached yesterday with an announced waiting time of 1 hour after ordering!!! Cancellation and money back was not possible! We had to get to the train and gave away our order so that at least the burgers wouldn't end up in the trash... In addition, the store smelled unbelievably of old fat and cheese...

Extremely slow, I received cold food after 45 min of waiting. In addition, I received the wrong burger.

I had 32 minutes until my train left - you should mrinen that's enough for fast food to go go.... By the time I was finally able to place my order at the checkout, it had already been 17 minutes!!! When it came to the issue it was pure chaos - my repeated requests as to whether it would be possible for me to receive my order were simply ignored!! I left the restaurant WITHOUT the order and barely made my train, hungry and hungry!! By the way, it was platform 1 I would like to have the €21.97 back

Worst Burger King ever, waited 1 hour for food, after half an hour we asked to cancel the meal because it was taking too long for us. The employee just looked at me listlessly and didn't answer. If you have a train to catch, DO NOT go here !!!! The minimum waiting time for orders even during lean hours is 20 minutes. During peak hours, they take at least 45 minutes to serve you. This is surely not what "fast food" means. Missed my ICE twice because I paid for my order and waited here.

Never ever go there if you need to catch a train! It took them 25 minutes to prepare some chili cheese fries. Just when my order number was on top of the screen they moved it all the way down. After complaining they prepared my order. Stay away. The'yre not friendly because they have to deal with angry customers all the time which causes them a lot of stress.

Dirty, I waited almost an hour for my takeaway order, and some orders were left behind. My food was already cold when I got it, chips were hard, just tasted like fat and was slightly burnt. Simply put, it doesn't taste like other branches.

Tonight I placed an order at Burger King and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The cashier responded to me in a blatantly rude manner and billed me for a completely incorrect order. Far too long of a wait (+40 minutes) just for the order to disappear from the screens. After complaining, things went quickly. All uncollected orders will be sorted into the fresh products after some time. Sometimes an order was left on the counter for 20 minutes...

They gave me grids instead of curly fries, were very rude when I complained and still didn't get any curlys even though I ordered them. (at first they tried to convince me that the grids were the curly fries)

Had 25 min to change minutes until my train left. They needed 27 to prepare a burger and some fries. People who ordered way later were served first and when they said my meal was finished on the screen they had not even started yet.

It took forever. Fries were forgotten. And it's Nuremberg HBF, what kind of ambience should you expect there.

What kind of garbage shop is this?!!! Why are these screens available at all other branches? It was simply not attended to and those who did get it were very quiet and poorly organized. So many people didn't understand what was going on. You could also get some air conditioning!

Today's visit on October 3rd. around 12:00: Restaurant was full; There was a bag on the pickup counter (obviously for a long time). I ordered at the terminal; after my number (060) is displayed for collection, I am there for collection; the friendly lady 1 was a bit confused as my order wasn't ready. 3 minutes later Lady2 came and wanted to sell me the old bag; I said that it was already there before I ordered and that Dame1 is already taking care of it. I then got a fresh Whopper. The old bag (which had been sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes) was then repackaged and given the number 079. Conclusion: I saw live how the labeling was being relabeled. When asked, I was insulted by Dame2. Stunned.

Waited half an hour for the food. Then something is still missing. After calling several times, the phone was simply turned off! Greatest juice shop guys. We've remodeled it nicely and nothing is more efficient or better.

Very long waiting times, over 20 minutes for a normal king of the month menu that can be done elsewhere in 5 minutes, so fast food - what's the point if I wait half an hour? The decor is very modern and everything has been redesigned, that's great and I was so looking forward to the new Burger King but this is the second time I've been here and there are months in between and again the long wait. The order is only placed when you say you've been waiting for over 20 minutes (you can see it on the receipt), which is a real shame.

It took so long. The workers work as chill as they can. They prioritize take away and do the order with a random number. I have waited 40 Minutes for my order and people who did take away order get their food after 5-10 minutes. I mean it's so unfair!!!! Do the order depends on the Number!!! People do dine in order not always because they have too much time!!!

Where are the tomatoes ? Where is the cheese ? They forgot the onion rings. 3 regular coca cola and one coca cola zero but I had to guess which is coca cola zero. RUDE staff, when I said the problems they said that's what I ordered. The old employee whom they called "boss" didn't even listen to us. Another employee went to the order terminal to see that the ordered burger contained 2 slices of cheese and tomatoes. I showed them the order form and they started apologizing that they were wrong.

My last experience at Burger King was one of the most frustrating I've ever had, and it reaffirmed for me why I've avoided this chain in the past. The problem started when ordering. The checkout clerk had obvious difficulty understanding me, which led to an incredibly lengthy and awkward conversation. Every time I asked a question clearly and clearly, she got annoyed, looked other people in the face and shook her head. This was particularly disappointing because I originally stood at the counter for so long to make sure everything was done correctly - which the employee confirmed to me. I was a regular customer at McDonald's for years because I had similar bad experiences at Burger King in the past. However, a few weeks ago I started liking the Whopper again because it ended up being cooked the way I wanted. But after this experience I will finally turn my back on Burger King. Such a lack of service, attention and quality is simply unacceptable. And to underscore the irony, I'm currently writing this review while enjoying my Big Mac at McDonald's - a restaurant that has never disappointed me as much as Burger King. I will definitely spend my money elsewhere in the future. For a chain that prides itself on offering good burgers and fast service, this visit failed in every way.

Today I wanted to redeem my crowns. Unfortunately, this was not possible at Burger King Hbf Nuremberg. 1. long waiting time (waited over 15 minutes for my ORDER to be taken) and 2. unfriendly staff. When it was finally my turn to order, there was a big discussion from the saleswoman about how you couldn't redeem the crowns at this branch. Only one sale is possible. The saleswoman broke off the conversation by simply leaving me standing and taking the order from the next customer. I was rudely asked to make room for the next customer and to leave the Burger King. Customer service looks different to me. I have never had the experience of being kicked out. Unfortunately, collecting crowns doesn't do me any good if you can't redeem them. (at least not in the Burger King Hbf Nuremberg branch) So I removed the Burger King app from my smartphone and you lost a customer.

After ordering at a terminal, I waited 20 minutes for two burgers. It wasn't crowded and I didn't have any special requests for the burgers. I watched as more and more order numbers appeared on the screen after mine and were processed in front of me. I have no idea what went wrong, but the staff seems overwhelmed and sometimes a bit unkempt. The stations have been switched: Burger roaster suddenly takes over the cash register for two orders and then goes back to the kitchen. No system recognizable. The burgers were good and hot, you can't say anything about that. I suspect that something went wrong while frying the burger and you had to start over. Gave a short mumbled “Sorry” with the bag. But given the service, I wouldn't go there again, especially if things have to be done quickly. Unfortunately.

A finger food restaurant without the possibility of hand washing! Where is public hygiene and what has the building/health department approved? And a “Cola without ice” has a lot of ice in it! Has a lot of room for improvement!

Long waiting times (you can see the chaos in the kitchen live) and unfriendly staff - after the order was served on a tray instead of takeaway, they slammed a bag down and after pointing out this obvious mistake so we could pack the order ourselves. Service is different.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I ordered a chili cheeseburger burger and 2 fries, but I didn't get anything despite waiting for more than 30 minutes. The cashier at the end even told me that I found my order slip on the floor and wanted to grab some free food, as if I didn't have €6 for a rotten citizen and over-salted fries. Conclusion: you can keep the €6. I'll never set foot in this shop again. I'd rather eat a kilo of rotten rats that are probably in the kitchen than eat something there again, I don't even wish the children in Africa were like that a bad meal.

I am very surprised and disappointed that in Germany there is Russian available at the self-service machines, but no Ukrainian language. Given the current situation, this seems completely inappropriate.

The payment at the terminal went completely wrong, it's not BK's fault but the great digitalization in Germany. 2nd attempt worked. And within a minute it was ready. Took away and then ate about 10 minutes later. It was still warm and tasty! Since I've read a lot of negative comments, I can't complain. So, keep it up!

Es war sehr viel los, daher mußte ich einfach lange warten - aber das ist eben so. Mir kam das Gericht, das ich hatte (Chili Cheese Burger Menu) nicht so gut vor, wie ich es gewohnt war. Daher auch nur zwei Punkte.

The Burger King at Nuremberg Central Station is a disaster! I've wanted to buy herbal products there several times, but what can I get instead? Meat! This is really awesome if you consciously try to eat a vegan diet. And I think the fact that the store sells meat at all is wrong anyway. In addition, the employees there don't wear gloves and touch everything. Overall, I am totally dissatisfied with this Burger King and will definitely avoid it in the future.

20 minutes of waiting for the order, although there was little traffic and the order was incomplete... due to lack of time, unfortunately we did not make a complaint about the order, but other people did. The staff should take care of their work and concentrate on it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

With the vouchers it's much better than at McDonald's, I can recommend the chillies cheese burger to everyone.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an ingredient for a burger, for example, at the ordering terminal. you would have to go to the checkout to do this. The receipts advertise that you can get a free fries on your next visit by answering a survey. Unfortunately, you can only claim these at the checkout, not at the order terminals. Lastly, on my last visit there were pigeons in the restaurant looking for food, it is completely unacceptable for them to be in a restaurant.

I ordered something on Lieferando today. Even though I ordered 9 pieces of chicken nuggets, I received fries instead of nuggets. I ordered €7.49 for the nuggets :(

Overall a good Burger King. However, the woman with the glasses was so unfriendly that we won't come here again. When we asked for the coupons to please prepare a burger in veggie, we were told extremely rudely: No, that's not possible! said. I had never experienced customer service like this before. At every other Burger King we were able to ask the coupons if it could be made in veggie.

Worst Burger King experience ever! At the terminal I ordered a cheeseburger, a small portion of fries and a Coke to go. After waiting at the food counter for a little over 10 minutes, I said to my buddy in a normal, non-judgmental tone, "I've been waiting for over 10 minutes." Apparently an employee noticed this, then took my order form out of my hand and took care of my order personally. During the preparation time, which then took another few minutes, she asked me twice "To eat here or to take away?", to which I answered with the latter both times. She ended up serving me the food on a tray anyway and putting a paper bag on top. So I was allowed to pack my own food. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my drink wasn't cola, but rather iced tea. Conclusion: Waiting over 15 minutes for a simple order as well as the wrong drink and packing the food yourself. The waiting time at a train station in particular is far too long. So it's not a matter of "quickly getting something from BK", luckily we had enough transfer time. Also: the woman who eats the burgers with her bare hand has a lot of huge warts on her hands and arms. This makes an unhygienic impression. The lady probably can't do anything about it and I'm sorry, but I found the sight unsavory. Gloves and wearing a long-sleeved shirt could help here.

The worst customer service we have had. All of the orders were wrong, the plant patties and onion rings were burnt. The counter woman did not want to exchange the wrong items or give the correct ones and somehow we got an extra hamburger.. she was rude and threw the items across the counter. Not impressed..

The person making food behind the counter looked to have some kind of skin disease / disorder. This person didn't even wear plastic hand gloves when touching the food. Food was disposed of soon after, not worth taking the risk in getting sick.

The most disgusting, unhygienic store with the worst staff the world has ever seen. I ordered a plant based menu and got meat, and they deducted €5 too much from me. In the end I didn't even get my nuggets and the specified curly fries weren't there either and that wasn't the first time that happened. Employees are unfriendly and look like a herbal witch and you have to bargain for your food like in the Turkish bazaar. The food has been on the shelf for 10 years and tastes like vomit. In addition, no table is clean and everything is greasy. So the biggest satchel shop there is here in the Bahnhofsviertel!!!

I ordered two burgers to take away and only waited about 5 minutes even though there were a lot of customers. The chilli cheese burger was fresh and tasty, the cheese burger tasted like it was from the day before as it was cold and dry, hence 3 stars for the food and 4 overall.

Since the renovation, it has been clean, modern and extremely helpful and friendly. Food warm and tasty. Fairly priced.

I had rotten bacon on my burger... it was almost black, you had to see it... it also smelled... that reflects the employees there pretty well...

Food is good but very slow and I usually only get half of my order

This branch saved my night when the train let me down. The burgers are similar to those of the competition at this station, but the service and supplies are quicker here. I don't think that the price of water is higher than that of juice is the right pricing policy, but the staff works quickly, accommodates even unusual customer requests and remains friendly. I haven't necessarily experienced that in other branches.

Only when I was asked to give me my money back did things suddenly happen quickly. The nuggets were cold for the citizens too. I won't go there anymore because there are much better snack options in Nuremberg main station PROMISED!!!

How can it be that you order a few veggie nuggets, you can see how they are already at the back of the counter, but endless others are preferred. Just waited almost 45 minutes for my nuggets and saw over 30 orders that were put ahead of me even though my food was already there. Accordingly, my nuggets are now a bit cardboard-like. The store didn't really understand the concept of fast food, especially since even though the store is packed, the people at the counter always like to stand there and fool around and engage in little martial arts routines and funny conversations. Not recommendable! And if the excuse comes up that there is a lot going on at a train station, it also works in Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin and Hamburg. Please re-staff the store, better schools or close it straight away.
