I have never experienced such bad service. Had to wait at McDrive for over half an hour. The staff was also very unfriendly. Never again Hemer.

Actually zero stars because a mouse just jumped over the table.

Dirtiest McDonald's ever on Saturday evening at 6 p.m. The board was broken, it was very full, all the orders were mixed up, people who ordered later got their food sooner, no table service, tons of complaints I've never waited so long for food, 45 minutes for 2 Mc Smart menus, cold food, sticky burgers. You can feel sorry for far too few employees who were completely overwhelmed.

The restaurant is not very clean 👎👎👎

We had dinner here today, October 26th, 2024, around 7 p.m. I ordered 9 spicy nuggets and only got 6. I then went to the front to report the error and couldn't believe my eyes when a lady from the service threw the 6 nuggets in the trash in front of me and gave me a new box with 9 nuggets in his hand. Why can't you just put 3 nuggets on top or give them back to the customer if they're going to be thrown away anyway? I don't think food should be wasted unnecessarily. We also got the wrong drink, but didn't complain about it for fear that it would be thrown away afterwards. It was the first and last visit for us!

Downstream service very disappointing! I recently ordered from McDrive in Hemer. There were errors during on-site processing. The subsequent handling of the complaint has so far been an absolute catastrophe. After it took an unusually long time, I was asked to park next door so that the order could be brought to me. When the employee finally arrived with my order, it wasn't until we got home that we realized that the bags had been mixed up and we had received completely the wrong food. Even more annoying: After I reported the problem to McDonald's customer service, there has been no appropriate response. No excuse, no replacement.

Some staff still need to be trained! Otherwise ok

Just thinking about the Mc puts me in a bad mood. Eternal waiting times, unfriendly staff and the food is usually not warm but rather cold. The Mc in Menden is much, much better

Some of the employees are very friendly and helpful. The food was okay. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. This is the second time in 2 years that we have been there in the afternoon/evening at WE and were extremely shocked at what a terrible clientele there was in front of the entrance, in the parking lot and in the restaurant. Next to us, a group of 4 young people with a migrant background smoked their E-CIGARETTES in a completely relaxed manner in the restaurant. That's when you get scared. NEVER AGAIN.

I got nuggets with dead chicken instead of plant based. Afterwards they were at least nice and exchanged them + bought me some fries, but that's actually not possible

With former employees, obviously gossiping about someone like in my case is extremely bold. Then answering me so brazenly to a normal question because you're apparently still angry that you quit is also extremely disrespectful. I am no longer an employee, but a customer. But today, September 24th, 2024, we were here at 4:30 p.m. and the hall was completely empty. However, it was so dirty that we didn't know which table to sit at. September 14th: lined up at the drive at 6 p.m. We got out of the queue at 6:34 p.m. and there were still 3 vehicles in front of us. I bought ice cream, I like the ice cream of this place, I recommend it especially with caramel sauce, parking is sufficient, there is a drive-thru service.

Loading has slowed down a lot over the course of the year. Cashier fails to type in two orders correctly and cash out. Issues incorrect orders. Afterwards, the correct order was received but only according to the motto “Quickly and throw it in the bag”. If you bring it up you will be told there is nothing you can do and no money will be refunded. Pure incompetence, nothing more. In the future I would rather drive 10km further to another McDonalds with employees who know what they are doing.

Since the beginning of the year this has been the worst MCD branch I have ever experienced. As others have already written, something is always missing with every 2 orders. And that even when the store is almost empty. Orders made at the terminal also disappear. You then wait 20-30 minutes only to find out that they don't have an order from us. And then there is either lukewarm or wrong food. The expertise that actually defines McDonald's, that you get almost identical burgers, doesn't fit here either. On the contrary, with the Big Tasty, for example, entire ingredients are either forgotten or it is completely without sauce. Or without cheese. This store is unbearable. I already complained on site 2 months ago, but it remains as it is. I'm avoiding this store now and hope a Burger King branch opens there soon.

I think this is the worst Mac I've ever been in. Payment at the terminal only worked on the third attempt, then I waited 15 minutes for an order to be ready, the food was all half cold (it's never super hot at McCen), the most listless staff I've ever seen and the whole store was complete dirty. A first and last visit to Hemer.

As good as in any other McDonald's restaurant, but the waiting times leave a lot to be desired, even if you order 10 minutes in advance you still have to wait 10 minutes

Went there for breakfast for the first time, unfortunately there wasn't enough choice. But tasty and good value for money.

We were really not happy about the cold food, the floor stuck everywhere. The toilet was dirty and the whole toilet smelled of urine because it was everywhere on the floor. Tables sticky and walls massively covered in dirt, see photo. Felt like I was at a cheap rest stop.

Even if there is little or nothing going on, almost every order is now missing at least one thing. Especially with larger orders that you want to eat warm, checking is super annoying but now necessary. What's also annoying is that the ice cream is always made before the rest of the order is ready and then melts behind the counter.

Everything on the seating area or two corners was full of urine. Not very nice, the pigeon that almost jumped into my food from the table opposite me was extraordinary 😉

Despite the sometimes dirty floor, the staff is nice and treats customers in a friendly manner. The choice of food is varied, especially the ice cream (preferably with caramel sauce).

We haven't been going to the restaurant for years because of the cleanliness. Every now and then you want something, then we use the McDrive, this time half of the order was missing again. According to the receipt, instead of a shake there was a Fanta. Lt. The menu was supposed to include a shake, but we didn't get either that or Fanta, but two cokes. Nuggets were also missing. This was our last time in this branch.

At this point I would like to praise how great the staff is. From a human perspective, it meant a lot to me how the cashier treated a good friend of mine who suffers from dementia. She was courteous, empathetic and patient.

You shouldn't expect too much from a fast food restaurant chain, but the cleanliness in this branch is really bad. I don't send my children to the toilet here because I don't know what I'll be taking them to the doctor for afterwards.

Real dirty shop. Worse than any train station toilet. Pubic hair on the toilet seat and piss everywhere. More dirt on the floor than in the trash cans.

McDrive just takes too long. Even for 1 piece of cheeseburger you go to the waiting parking lot. And it's also become expensive, I think.

35 minutes waiting time in the drive and during the week (at 10.30 p.m.) absolutely outrageous!!! A garage door was open and a rat happily strolled out and in...you lose your appetite!!!

McDonald's is not the fastest. Unfortunately, instead of ice tea, I was given Diet Coke. Now I have to live with the allergic reaction to asparane.

In summary: there are clean McDonalds outlets. It may be because it's 9:30 p.m., but the leftover fries from the day can be swept away from under the tables and the tables and benches can be cleaned of grease left over from previous visitors. Environmental protection is all well and good, but the minimum equipment can please be allowed. The ambience is generally quite nice but is ruined by some annoyingly loud device in the McCaffe that screams for customer service. By the way, the toilets on the men's side are for running away. One urinal blocked off, one full to overflowing. Yummy. We won't go here next time.

Wer bei McDonald's isst, muss wissen was er bekommt...einen McDonald's Burger eben. Diese Filiale in Hemer ist allerdings sehr angenehm und das Personal freundlich.

Were there with the grandson. For people who don't go there often, this is new territory. I found ordering at the photo terminal a bit confusing. So we only realized afterwards that every little thing had to be added extra for the “Happy Meal”. Delivery to the table was relatively quick, even though it was busy. Unfortunately the cappuccino we ordered was only slightly lukewarm. A complaint was successful and we got a new cappuccino. The overall impression for us is that there is still a lot of room for improvement. The floor wasn't really clean in some places "food leftovers". The clearing wagons were overcrowded. We're giving our grandson another chance.

Long queues with correspondingly long waiting times at the drive-in would still be tolerated if the food was prepared after ordering. After about 25 minutes of waiting, I asked and nothing was ready...so I kept waiting and ended up getting cold, tasteless fries and burgers!! Ich habe noch nie so ein dreckiges MC Donalds gesehen, Fußböden und Tische waren verschmiert und mit Essensresten übersäht. Werde diesen Laden nicht mehr betreten, Gott sei Dank war ich nicht auf den Toiletten.

Man liest nur „fast“ ausschließlich die Äußerungen: Alles schlecht, nie wieder, unfreundlich etc. Dann sollte man sich mal als Gast ebenfalls Gedanken machen. Wenn ich manchmal mitbekomme wie die Mitarbeiter von den Gästen behandelt werden, wundert es mich nicht. Ich habe nie Probleme. Aber im Gegensatz zu meinen Beobachtungen, kann ich ja auch nett sein. Jeder denkt nur an sich. Ein wenig Verständnis von anderen Leuten, würde bestimmt mal nicht schaden. Oder mal einen Clown frühstücken. Schlusswort. Wenn man schlechte Laune hat oder sonst was, die Mitarbeiter in der Filialle können am wenigsten dafür.

Ich war früher nach der Spätschicht manchmal hier. Die Burger, Pommes usw. Wäre immer gut. UND ES WAR SAUBER. Diesmal war ich am Nachmittag dort. Essen und Getränke waren OK. Aber es war so dreckig.👎👎👎Alle Tablettwagen waren voll, die Tische verschmiert. So habe ich MC noch nie gesehen.
