Ate on site and food was brought to the table by friendly staff. The food is typical McDonald's, as is the ambience

Since the beginning of the year this has been the worst MCD branch I have ever experienced. As others have already written, something is always missing with every 2 orders. And that even when the store is almost empty. Orders made at the terminal also disappear. You then wait 20-30 minutes only to find out that they don't have an order from us. And then there is either lukewarm or wrong food. The expertise that actually defines McDonald's, that you get almost identical burgers, doesn't fit here either. On the contrary, with the Big Tasty, for example, entire ingredients are either forgotten or it is completely without sauce. Or without cheese. This store is unbearable. I already complained on site 2 months ago, but it remains as it is. I'm avoiding this store now and hope a Burger King branch opens there soon.

Okay, McDonald's in general is not a quality measure, but this branch really manages to top everything. I've been disappointed with you before, but today it was just an outrage. Cold, slapped in the bowl and then a wait from a normal restaurant... Upset friends... I've also uploaded photos of my meal today for those interested... I think this is the worst Mac I've ever been in. Payment at the terminal only worked on the third attempt, then I waited 15 minutes for an order to be ready, the food was all half cold (it's never super hot at McCen), the most listless staff I've ever seen and the whole store was complete dirty. A first and last visit to Hemer.

There is really something missing with every order. The food is often cold.

Went there for breakfast for the first time, unfortunately there wasn't enough choice. But tasty and good value for money.

We were really not happy about the cold food, the floor stuck everywhere. The toilet was dirty and the whole toilet smelled of urine because it was everywhere on the floor. Tables sticky and walls massively covered in dirt, see photo. Felt like I was at a cheap rest stop.

Even if there is little or nothing going on, almost every order is now missing at least one thing. Especially with larger orders that you want to eat warm, checking is super annoying but now necessary. What's also annoying is that the ice cream is always made before the rest of the order is ready and then melts behind the counter.

Everything on the seating area or two corners was full of urine. Not very nice, the pigeon that almost jumped into my food from the table opposite me was extraordinary 😉

Despite the sometimes dirty floor, the staff is nice and treats customers in a friendly manner. The choice of food is varied, especially the ice cream (preferably with caramel sauce).

We haven't been going to the restaurant for years because of the cleanliness. Every now and then you want something, then we use the McDrive, this time half of the order was missing again. According to the receipt, instead of a shake there was a Fanta. Lt. The menu was supposed to include a shake, but we didn't get either that or Fanta, but two cokes. Nuggets were also missing. This was our last time in this branch.

The branch was almost empty. Our fries and also the burgers were cold. This is improving. We were in this branch for the first and last time.

It takes a very long time to prepare food.

At this point I would like to praise how great the staff is. From a human perspective, it meant a lot to me how the cashier treated a good friend of mine who suffers from dementia. She was courteous, empathetic and patient.

You shouldn't expect too much from a fast food restaurant chain, but the cleanliness in this branch is really bad. I don't send my children to the toilet here because I don't know what I'll be taking them to the doctor for afterwards.

Real dirty shop. Worse than any train station toilet. Pubic hair on the toilet seat and piss everywhere. More dirt on the floor than in the trash cans.

McDrive just takes too long. Even for 1 piece of cheeseburger you go to the waiting parking lot. And it's also become expensive, I think.

35 minutes waiting time in the drive and during the week (at 10.30 p.m.) absolutely outrageous!!! A garage door was open and a rat happily strolled out and in...you lose your appetite!!!

McDonald's is not the fastest. Unfortunately, instead of ice tea, I was given Diet Coke. Now I have to live with the allergic reaction to asparane.

In summary: there are clean McDonalds outlets. It may be because it's 9:30 p.m., but the leftover fries from the day can be swept away from under the tables and the tables and benches can be cleaned of grease left over from previous visitors. The burgers were somehow thrown together and there was a whole napkin for 4 people. Ok, if asked then again 3. Environmental protection is all well and good, but the minimum equipment can please be allowed. The ambience is generally quite nice but is ruined by some annoyingly loud device in the McCaffe that screams for customer service. By the way, the toilets on the men's side are for running away. One urinal blocked off, one full to overflowing. Yummy. We won't go here next time.

Wer bei McDonald's isst, muss wissen was er bekommt...einen McDonald's Burger eben. Diese Filiale in Hemer ist allerdings sehr angenehm und das Personal freundlich.

Were there with the grandson. For people who don't go there often, this is new territory. I found ordering at the photo terminal a bit confusing. So we only realized afterwards that every little thing had to be added extra for the “Happy Meal”. Delivery to the table was relatively quick, even though it was busy. Unfortunately the cappuccino we ordered was only slightly lukewarm. A complaint was successful and we got a new cappuccino. The overall impression for us is that there is still a lot of room for improvement. The floor wasn't really clean in some places "food leftovers". The clearing wagons were overcrowded. We're giving our grandson another chance.

Long queues with correspondingly long waiting times at the drive-in would still be tolerated if the food was prepared after ordering. After about 25 minutes of waiting, I asked and nothing was ready...so I kept waiting and ended up getting cold, tasteless fries and burgers!! Price/performance not consistent Today I say thank you for nothing!! A pity...

Sehr geehrter Herr McDonald’s wir sind zum Entschluss gekommen das sie im ganzen märkischen Kreis das beste Fast Food sind und sie das beste Essen haben und immer sauer sind. Und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr geordnet und sehr höflich.

hab Nuggets mit totem Huhn anstatt Plant Based bekommen. Danach waren sie zumindest nett und haben sie ausgetauscht + mir ne Pommes spendiert, trotzdem geht das eigentlich nicht

Ich habe noch nie so ein dreckiges MC Donalds gesehen, Fußböden und Tische waren verschmiert und mit Essensresten übersäht. Werde diesen Laden nicht mehr betreten, Gott sei Dank war ich nicht auf den Toiletten.

Ich war früher nach der Spätschicht manchmal hier. Die Burger, Pommes usw. Wäre immer gut. UND ES WAR SAUBER. Diesmal war ich am Nachmittag dort. Essen und Getränke waren OK. Aber es war so dreckig.👎👎👎Alle Tablettwagen waren voll, die Tische verschmiert. So habe ich MC noch nie gesehen.

Man liest nur „fast“ ausschließlich die Äußerungen: Alles schlecht, nie wieder, unfreundlich etc. Dann sollte man sich mal als Gast ebenfalls Gedanken machen. Wenn ich manchmal mitbekomme wie die Mitarbeiter von den Gästen behandelt werden, wundert es mich nicht. Ich habe nie Probleme. Aber im Gegensatz zu meinen Beobachtungen, kann ich ja auch nett sein. Jeder denkt nur an sich. Ein wenig Verständnis von anderen Leuten, würde bestimmt mal nicht schaden. Oder mal einen Clown frühstücken. Schlusswort. Wenn man schlechte Laune hat oder sonst was, die Mitarbeiter in der Filialle können am wenigsten dafür.

Man merkt das die Mitarbeiter keinen Bock haben und das zeigen die auch.

Den Personalmangel in der Gastronomie merkt man auch bei McDonald’s. Nur leider gibt es in der heutigen „ICH“ Gesellschaft dafür kein Verständnis. Die Mitarbeiter geben alles, aber auch sie kommen an ihre Grenzen.

Tische und Boden waren bisher immer sauber als ich da war, das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut und vorallem durch die Cuppons, lohnt sich es wirklich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und haben mich jedes mal sehr nett empfangen.

Ich war noch nie ein Fan von McDonalds. Heute hat sich wieder bestätigt warum. Die Burger werden immer kleiner, am Ende habe ich als Nachtisch noch eine heisse Rolle gegessen. Irgendein undefinierbares f...trockenes Etwas mit einer Cremefüllung die, nun ja, warm war. Einfach unterirdisch schlecht. Dazu bleibt auf dem Tablett ein riesiger Müllhaufen zurück.

Das Personal war komplett überfordert. Es gab keine Tabletts und Servietten mehr. Die Tische wurden nicht abgewischt und auf dem Parkplatz musste man teilweise 20 min warten, um wieder herunterfahren zu können.

Gut besucht und deswegen schon ärgerlich wenn technische Anzeigetafel aus fallen. Auf die Frage hin ob mein Sohn doch bitte den Hund anstatt des Krokodils für sein Happy Meal bekommen könnte, bekam ich nur eine genervte, dahin gemurmelte Antwort. Der Blick in den Korb mit dem Spielzeug hätte das Personal vielleicht 2 Sekunden Lebenszeit gekostet... Aber Erfahrungen macht man im aussortieren zu können.

Ich bin seit langer Zeit wieder bei Mc Hemer gewesen und war erschrocken wie schmutzig es hinter dem Tresen war 😖.Die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse war freundlich aber die junge Frau die das Essen raus gab schrie ein förmlich an das Essen abzuholen.. Hallo oder auf Wiedersehen bekam sie allerdings nicht raus echt sehr unfreundlich..Das essen war alles zusammen geklatscht & die Pommes wurden nur in die Papier Tüte geschmissen kopfüber und flogen in der Papier Tüte überall rum sehr appetitlich!! vielen Dank es wird so schnell kein Wiedersehen geben

Wir besuchen seit Jahren die Filiale in Hemer. Waren stets zufrieden mit Essen , Getränke und Service. Zu vielen Mitarbeitern hat sich ein persönlicher Kontakt aufgebaut, so dass man gern wiederkommt. Eine blonde Mitarbeiterin mit Brille - wir kennen den Namen leider nicht - ist unsere Lieblingsbedienung. Von ihr schmeckt der Cappuccino am besten und trotz des geschäftigen Jobs findet sich Gelegenheit, ein freundliches Wort zu wechseln. Aber auch andere Mitarbeiter/innen sind ebenso freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sei es, dass von ihnen mal eben die neueste MC Donalds App auf unser Smartphone eingerichtet wird. Lob an das ganze Team in Hemer. Und für Tage, an denen besonders starker Besucherandrang herrscht,zeigen wir Verständnis. Wir haben alle nur zwei Hände und tun unser Bestes...
