It looked great from the outside.

We were there with a fairly large group. The pizza was quite tasty, as was the salad, but neither portion was particularly large considering the really high prices (pizza, pasta dishes, and salads), all between €15 and €20. The waitress at our table was friendly, but the owner became extremely unfriendly at the end. He complained that we weren't paying together, that individual card payments were costing him money, and he did so in a very customer-friendly manner. None of us will be coming back.

Really excellent cuisine...everything here is great...the fish, the pizza...will be my favorite Italian restaurant...👍👍👍

We were there with nine people. We were greeted warmly at first, but with each forgotten or incorrect dish (3 out of 9), we were treated more and more rudely. The pizzas were good. We won't be returning.

We ordered various dishes there, and all I can say is, it was really bad. The pizza was large but completely flavorless, the pasta portions were so small that it was impossible to fill you up, and the taste left a lot to be desired. Absolutely not recommended, and I'm Italian and know what Italian food tastes like. The only thing was that the waitress was very friendly and handled all the tables by herself.

The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. Initially, the welcome was very friendly, but the atmosphere changed. They were probably overwhelmed by the order. I won't be going back.

Pizza very good dough, really top, very good ambience

Relatively expensive dishes... but you get something decent for that. Very, very tasty, just like in Italy. Service is also very friendly and attentive. Very chic ambiance. The restrooms are clean, chic, but a bit small. A perfect end to the day.

How nice that you can go out to eat on a Monday when most places are closed. We stopped by after a hike, just in time for lunch, and asked if we could order food. "Of course," was the reply. We were also surprised by the prices on the menu (quite high), but after the pizza was served, it was totally justified. Super fresh ingredients, plenty of toppings, and the pizza dough was extremely good. Whether it was the manager or the employees—great! Friendly, cheerful, and attentive. We'd be happy to come back.

We sat outside yesterday. It was very nice with all the plants. The service was super friendly, and everything came very quickly. I had a pizza with fresh tomatoes, red onions, and garlic, and ordered tuna instead of salami (which was no problem). Everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. But it was also very large. I took the rest home. It tasted delicious again later. 👌👌😊😊

Another wonderful evening at Allessandro's! Fantastic food, superb service, and a wonderful host! The evening was the perfect finishing touch for my birthday! Thanks to the whole team!

The prices are high (hardly any main course costs less than €20), but the taste and portion size are unfortunately not impressive. We ordered three pasta dishes, and two had a white sauce without much flavor. The third dish, which was the best, only had three medium-sized shrimp. Only the slate plates were appropriate for the price.

70€ for 2 small and one large pizza that we picked up! That was our first and last visit there. The pizza wasn't bad, but it wasn't really anything special either. I find the price absolutely unreasonable. Addendum: An error has indeed crept in. There were 2 small and 2 large pizzas. The price is still a no go. Be sure to check the price list beforehand!!

My husband & I really enjoy eating there. No matter what, every dish has tasted very good so far. Service is always very friendly & attentive. Some people have probably forgotten their good manners and common sense at home, it's not a pizzeria, but more of a small, cozy restaurant, of course the pizza is a little more expensive, but it's big, fresh and tasty. We pay around 50 euros with a starter, two main courses and two to three drinks, so it's completely legitimate. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, the service in this restaurant was not particularly friendly. The food was okay, but definitely overpriced. It seems like you're paying mostly for the ambience, which is marred by unheated rooms. Overall, everything didn't seem particularly professional. What was particularly annoying was that no credit cards were accepted. A card payment was flatly refused because the waitress thought I had a credit card on my phone and she didn't even want to try it.

Four of us were there yesterday. A very, very nice restaurant. We were the first guests. We ordered the most expensive tomato soup ever for 11 euros a bowl. 2 burnt pizzas that you couldn't cut with your knives and a lasagne that was so-so. The species came in a beer stick. We didn't even ask at the table how we liked it or if we wanted any other drinks. The bill was €150

We had a Hawaiian and a tuna pizza. The Hawaii was very neutral in taste Nothing with pineapple, more of a margarita in terms of taste. We had already eaten the tuna worlds better.

Ah, where do I start? Once upon a time, we chose a restaurant for our wedding reception, expecting that it would provide the glamorous setting for our special day. Instead, we were served a culinary odyssey that was more like a rollercoaster ride - only without the fun factor. Let's start with the "highlight": the food. If you thought "greasy" was synonymous with "tasty," then this would have been your Michelin star experience. The dishes arrived at our table at such creative intervals that we wondered if we were part of a social experiment. And then the hair – a nice, personal souvenir from the chef? A daring extra that we certainly hadn't ordered. But wait, it gets even better: the salad, clearly declared as part of the main course, came as a starter. An innovative move, surely, or perhaps a sign of chaos in the kitchen? Who will say that? And then the crew – oh, the lovely crew. There was almost something comforting about her unfriendliness; it was as if they wanted to ensure that our expectations were not only exceeded, but downright buried. Last but not least: our announcement and the size of our celebration group seemed to surprise them more than an unannounced visit from the health authorities. Despite our previous glorious experiences dating back to pre-pandemic times, this visit was a true eye-opener. Price-performance ratio? The best way to describe it is “astronomical – in free fall”. In a fairy tale I would now say: "And they ate happily ever after." But in our history? Well, we prefer to stay in reality and look for our fairytale food elsewhere. It's a shame, dear restaurant, once upon a time... but not a second time.

Even though only two tables were occupied at 1 p.m., we were still not allowed in. Unfortunately I can't say whether it was because of the rain or because there were eight of us. Very disappointing.

I order a lasagne, got it and realized there were no pasta sheets in it. Complained to the waitress. Then the boss came and wanted to tell me that the pasta was overcooked. Yes, exactly, they are then magicked away. I was very annoyed by this foolishness and will definitely not go there again. Finally I said something and was taken for a fool. Just awesome. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Italian cuisine. Whether from the menu or daily specials, the food is always perfectly prepared and extremely tasty. The ambience is also perfect for every occasion. In summer you sit in a beautiful and cozy beer garden, in winter you sit in the interior, which is very cozy and romantic. The very good service leaves nothing to be desired. Seldom found such a good restaurant, we have been regulars there for two years now and have enjoyed every day there.

The older blonde lady who served us was sarcastic and annoyed. If it wasn't there, I would definitely give it 5 stars. The older man was in a great mood and very friendly. The food was great.

It's my favorite pizzeria in Hemer, the food is fantastic and so are the staff. You can see that the food is prepared with real care, like in Italy, the homemade tomato sauce is very tasty. If you go there you should try the calzone, it's just perfect for my taste!!!

Super lecker nettes Personal.gerne mal wieder

Der Chef ist sehr oft genervt, sobald sein Personal da ist, macht er nichts mehr. Warum hat er einen Laden ? Ab jetzt nur noch Pizza Mario. War jetzt 3 mal da, und jedes mal schlechter Empfang. Nicht noch mal.

Wir hatten Bruschetta, Pizza und Nudeln und es war fantastisch!! Weiter so! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Een restaurant met echte Italianen in de keuken en dat proef je. Heerlijk gegeten! Leuke sfeer, op aanraden van de eigenaresse van het appartementje dat we huurden. Als we weer naar Duitsland gaan komen we hier zeker terug!

Haben uns von dort Essen zum WoMo Stellplatz geholt. Die Carbonara waren durchaus lecker. Allerdings die Pizza dello Chef war eine Offenbarung! Die zählt eindeutig zu den besten ital. Pizzen (wenn nicht sogar die Beste), die ich in den letzten 40 Jahren gegessen habe. Endlich mal nicht der typische, in einem Tomatenmark / Dosentomaten / Oregano Mix ertränkte Teigfladen sondern eine fein abgestimmte Zutatenparade auf einem perfekt gesalzenen Pizzateig der genau die richtige Zeit im Holzofen verbrachte um mit einem Schuss herrlich frischem Olivenöl ein beeindruckendes Geschmackserlebnis zu bieten. Wir hatten unlängst festgestellt, dass es irgendwie keine Restaurants mehr gibt, wo man sich morgens sagt "ich habe total Lust, dort heute was zu essen". Aber es gibt sie wohl doch. Wir kommen wieder!

Essen lecker, bei den Getränken hapert es dann... selten erlebt, dass man so wenig an den Tisch kommt und nachfragt...zur Weihnachtszeit kann ich das ja bei viel Betrieb und wenig Personal noch nachvollziehen, aber unter der Woche...schade eigentlich!

Ein typisch italienisches Restaurant. Angebauter Bereich sehr gemütlich. Der Innenbereich für mich etwas rustikal, aber okay. Essen war sehr lecker und auch schnell zubereitet. Preis-Leistung waren vollkommen okay.

Mein Besuch mit einer Großgruppe (18) gestern Abend hat sich als sehr schwierig gestaltet. Wartezeit viel zu lange. Antipastiauswahl nicht sehr gut, zu viel Gemüse und keine Wurst dabei (Geschmackssache). Krefelder war sehr schlecht gemischt und hat mehr nach Wasser geschmeckt als nach Bier. Zudem musste man 2 Stunden aufs Essen warten und das Personal wirkte sehr überfordert und wurde gerade zum Ende hin etwas unfreundlich. Das Essen war ansich aber nicht schlecht und das Restaurant hat von der Räumlichkeit und Sauberkeit sowohl im Essensbereich als auch bei den Toiletten einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Ein weiter Besuch ist insgesamt trotzdem eher ausgeschlossen.

After 17 years living abroad visited Alessandro. The Restaurant is still a cosy place, his wife and service are still as 17 years ago the best over all town boarders. Great Pasta, best mixed salad, fantastic Latte Macchiato. All the best.....

Vom Preis nicht ganz billig aber nette Bedienung und das Essen war lecker.

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant. Der Chef megafreundlich und das Essen war auch super. Einzig der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig.Die Dame war zwar sehr freundlich, aber nicht sehr aufmerksam. Wir mussten immer auf uns aufmerksam machen, wenn wir noch einen Wunsch hatten. Auch keine Nachfrage ob ein Dessert oder Espresso gewünscht wird. Wir werden aber trotzdem wieder kommen und es auch weiter empfehlen.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal dort Essen auf Empfehlung meiner Schwester. Zur Vorspeise gab es Vitello Tonato- sehr lecker - zum Hauptgang Pizza Rustica- sehr lecker- Netter Gastgeber und freundlicher Service. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We stopped on at motorcycle trip. The staff was nice and the food was nice. Fair prices. Clean restaurant and toilets. The only problem was, that they didnt accept creditcards. This is 2022 and still no creditcards? Unbelievable! I would come again (if I had cash on me)

Hier gibt es sehr gute italienische Küche. Die Preise sind zugegeben teurer als bei manche anderen Pizzeria, dafür versteht der Koch sein Handwerk und das hat seinen Preis. Das Ambiente vor allem im Wintergarten ist sehr schön. Wir gehen gerne hierher. Bei manch anderer Rezension hier kommt mir der Gedanke, ob sich da der Schreiber nicht im Lokal geirrt hat. Oder kann man auch schlecht Bewertungen für die Konkurrenz kaufen?

Am Eingang wurde ich schon gefragt was ich hier will , da hätte ich mich schon umdrehen und gehen sollen . Die Bedienung war allgemein frech und patzig. Seit wann behandelt man so seine Kunden ? Danke für den verdorbenen Abend , wir hatten alle schlechte Laune nach dem Besuch dort
