It used to be so nice and good there, but it immediately wore off. We now use the one on the highway because when something is always wrong and you can't trust that you'll get what you order, it's sad.

First we had to wait twenty minutes for our order. Then begging for a straw and then to top it all off, raw fries. Very unfortunate!

Worst Mäckes in the area. There is ALWAYS something missing from the order! I didn't use the McDrive today and all the sauces were still missing. What a bad McDonald's, if you are a Dutch person passing through home, don't eat here. We waited over 50 minutes for our order. We repeatedly asked where it was. As a result, we were turned away by a very irritated employee. Finally someone came to help us but we had cold burgers, limp cold fries and the order was incomplete. Once again our advice, drive a little further, this is not the place to be

We waited at least 40 minutes for our order, the staff couldn't handle the crowds at all. When you are finally eating, there are a bunch of junkies outside smoking all kinds of things and inhaling laughing gas balloons, and there you are with your children at McDonald's. What a ridiculous experience.

Absolute disaster... the store is regularly overcrowded because the employees are completely overwhelmed. I had to wait a good 30 minutes for my order. No sensible management, no employee structure - it hurts just to watch. Then it's better to go to Jüchen - everything runs like an assembly line there.

Small and unclean toilets, like in almost all branches. The fries were very light and not very crispy.

McDonald's offers a quick and easy way to get greasy fast food. The burgers and fries serve their purpose, but are not a culinary revelation. The atmosphere in the branches is often simple and not particularly comfortable. The typical McDonald's taste is either loved or hated. The speed of ordering and preparation is impressive. Overall, McDonald's is ideal if you just want something quick and fuss-free.

What a terribly unpleasant McDonald's this is. We ate here on the journey home, but it took about 25 minutes before we received our fairly simple order. All tables are shiny from greasy hands and leftover food. When we wanted to ask at the cash register, the staff first looked at us for half a minute before helping us. Very long waiting time at the drive in. McDonald's. Tried again today. The waiting time in the drive-in was once again exceeded. 26 minutes. Getting worse instead of better. I have only ever had such a bad experience in Sindorf. Staff hopelessly overwhelmed. Management??

There is total chaos in this McDonald's. Employees seem completely overwhelmed. Orders are prepared randomly and often take quite a long time. Something is regularly forgotten in McDrive. If everyone worked sensibly and sensibly...there would be less chaos. I will try to avoid this branch in the future.

We waited 46 minutes for our order! It was so bad, the kitchen was in total chaos, no management, everyone just piled up all the orders and everything became cold.. it also didn't look hygienic at all, which the management who manages his team didn't see at all!!!! Tables were really dirty, but cleaned ourselves when we finally got our food, they had no more trays and I had to put it on the dirty table ... Once again a disappointment. Ordered a strawberry shake and waited forever. The statistics are also described here... The orders are pressed as ready for collection and then very quickly clicked on delivered. Then at some point the order will be put together using a receipt.

Drinks were forgotten and only given upon request. Burgers and fries were cold.

The slowest fast food in the world. Waiting half an hour for your food is probably a joke. While someone else orders at the same time and already has their food.

Long waiting times - and something is always missing. Sometimes it's the drinks, other times the chilli cheese snackers and chicken nuggets are missing. The bag is then so poorly packed that everything inevitably gets mixed up when it is checked. And if you make a complaint you have to check it again because half of the subsequent delivery is missing or incorrect. The only positive: the burgers themselves were well constructed.

Ordered food, but it arrived 1 hour later than expected. And that only after a lot of phone calls back and forth. Additionally, the burgers were cold and the fries were soggy. Furthermore, parts of the order were forgotten. When I tried to make a complaint, the phone call was not answered, probably because my cell phone number was recognizable. All in all very disappointing and I won't be ordering from there again anytime soon.

Today, May 15th, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. we were served by an extremely unfriendly waitress in the MC Drive. After 9 minutes of waiting I finally got my turn. Then I had to wait at the front again for 2 cheeseburgers.. no hello, no thanks.. I was annoyed too, and then, after I got my food, I was told that I should be friendlier next time!!!!! On March 25, 2024 around 9:45 p.m. the drive-in salesman was very rude, I was talking and he just ignored me and told me to keep driving and just closed the windows. What does he think 🤦‍♂️? I've never experienced anything so arrogant. He does not belong on the customer service team.

Very unreliable - no salesperson or cashier really listens to you! Ordered 2x cappuccino, 1 x chailatte, 2x hamburger, 1x coke. Waited 45 minutes even though there wasn't much to do. The main thing is to form a miller club (miller club = many employees who have private conversations). Chailatte suddenly became a coffee we had ordered for dinner here and it came to take away. The drinks waited about 10 minutes and of course it got cold. It's just catastrophic, everything from the operation to understanding what you really want! We then wanted tea for coffee and the money was not refunded. !!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ordered milkshake and didn't receive a straw. Approached the very nice gentleman and received very cheesy answers. This gentleman was already overwhelmed but shouldn't treat guests like that. I have been to many branches (including abroad) and have never received such rudeness. My friends who noticed this will also avoid this branch. The branch probably has to save on straws...

Unfortunately I have to reduce my original 5 star review to 2 stars after I ordered online 3 times and realized at home that something was missing. One time there was an extra patty on the burger that wasn't there despite the sticker, and two times an entire burger was missing. Complaints come to nothing because the restaurant is a franchise and is not run directly by McDonalds. In addition, you don't get a receipt for online orders, so you don't have anything to complain about. We will definitely NEVER eat there again

Ein guter Ort. Sauber ordentlicher Service. Nette Bedienung. Alles gut......

Ich kenne wirklich sehr, sehr viele McDonalds, Deutschlandweit. Aber dieser ist insgesamt der schlechteste. Angefangen beim kleinen Parkplatz, dazu die nicht sehr freundlichen und desinteressierten Mitarbeiter/innen, da kennt niemand mal ein Lächeln. Es war heute dreckig, im Lokal, aber auch auf den Toiletten. Die Anzeige der Bestellnummern ist defekt, wie ich lese sogar schon mindestens über einen Monat. Liegt es daran, dass es ein Franchise-Unternehmer ist? Ist ihm das alles egal? Nee, wir kommen hier nicht mehr her.

Das Essen war an sich Gut, leider kann man die Theke zum zubereiten einsehen und muss mit angucken wie die angagierten Herren deine Burger ohne Handschuhe zubereiten… Ich habe einfach inständig gehofft das die Herren wenigstens vorher die Hände gewaschen haben. Das Essen war trotzdem Gut leider ein no go!

Ich hätte besser Fotos gemacht, glaubt man sonst nicht. Ich habe heute drinnen gegessen, Das war sicherlich das letzte Mal das ich dort was gegessen / buw. mitgenommen habe. Zuerst fand man keinen Sitzplatz, weil alle freien Plätze mit Essensresten vollgemüllt waren. Der Abstellwagen war total überfüllt wodurch viele Tabletts mit Müll rumstanden. Auch der Boden war voll Pommes und Burgerresten. Ich habe noch nie so einen schmuddeligen McDonalds gesehen. Ich habe die Dame die das Essen gemacht hat gefragt, ob man mal meinen Tisch reinigen könnte, da er voll mit Schmodder ist. Sie meinte Sie schickt jemanden. Wann wurde zwar der Müll auf den Tischen entfernt und der Abstelltwagen entleert, aber die Tische wurden nicht gereinigt. Das habe ich dann selbst gemacht. Also für Service würde ich einen Stern geben und für das Ambiente NULL. Das Essen war okay, nicht mehr. Ich musste mir meinen Big Mac selbst zusammenbauen, weil da leider nichts übereinander lag. Also Brot auf der einen Seite, Salat und Paddy auf der anderen Seite und die Gurken lagen irgendwo. Dafür habe ich habe für 2 Personen 46 Euro hingelegt. Ich schreibe ungern schlechte Bewertungen, aber der Laden hat es sich verdient.

Leider wird in dieser Filiale kein Frühstück angeboten.

Die Anzeige der fertigen Bestellungen funktionierte nicht und es ist schon fast Tradition das ein Pommes fehlte. Was den Laden dennoch attraktiv mach? Standard Essen alles in Ordnung. Leere Tabletts werden nicht weggeräumt weil die Rückgaberegale nicht geleert werden. Müll häuften sich an auf und über den Regalen. Doch etwas unangenehm. Das ist nun wirklich kein schönes Ambiente

Gehe selten zu MC Donald's, aber gestern mal wieder... Burger war fast kalt, das Restaurant ungeheizt, die Tische schmutzig, NIE MEHR ‼️

Seit gefühlt zwei Jahren gibt es in diesen Restaurant keinen Milchschake. Angeblich ist die Maschine defekt. Bei so einen großen Unternehmen wie Mc Donalds ist das für mich ein Unnding.

Alles ist wie immer super aber wir gesagt ist wie immer. Die könnten doch auch mal wieder umbauen z.b. mit Monitore wo video Clips laufen und leichte music. Das würden mir bestimmt so viele Menschen zustimmen. Ansonsten alles okay

Die McFrau meinte "das bestellte Produkt haben die nicht". 🤔🤨 "warum haben Sie mir nicht bescheid gesagt?" - "woher soll die es wissen das ich was anderes haben will" ?🤨? WAS??? --- -Nr.2; Online bestellt. Bar bezahlt. Trotzdem 25min gewartet. 🤨 - - - Ps. Wenn ihr Online bestellt, selbst abholt und Vorort bezahlt - vergleicht den Betrag aus der App und den an der Kasse. 2-8€ mehr! - spricht man das an, rechnet die es runter. 🤔 Jetzt weiß ich wieso ich jedesmal so lange warten muss! 🤨 😃 - und es fehlt immer etwas. Mal mehr mal weniger.
