I don't recommend eat there case thay would not wash the plates and only make them wet with just water.food is cold and the personal are unter pressure. they don't check if the food is ok and some of the workers are sick and still going to work.

Just over 80 years ago, they still had really good shops in Germany, where you could really enjoy yourself and if not, you could just get on the train for free! Unfortunately, nothing is left of this and this tent shows that very clearly!

Fairly mediocre McDonalds, in reality everything is broken or missing. It is not possible to make a sanitary stop yourself, you have to relieve yourself outside. A prison is an even friendlier place. Unfortunately the employees are very incompetent. In the evening you wait about 45 minutes for your order. We have had this every time in the last few months.

The branch no longer has anything to do with fast food... You order online and pay with Paypal and still have to wait at least 20 minutes... Unfortunately we can no longer recommend this branch...

Waited minutes for an order...I watched the employee and almost fell asleep...then of course things were missing again, which luckily I noticed straight away, but I should have counted the nuggets instead...instead of 6s you only get them 5s....if you complain over the phone, no one will believe you...I'm rarely like that, but since I worked here for two years 10 years ago, I have different requirements...things like that didn't exist back then...

This was one of the worst McDonalds experiences I have ever had. The order was carried out incorrectly and the food was cold. Some of the toilets were broken.

If I order and pay in advance using the app, so I just have to pick up the food and then have to wait just as long in the restaurant as if I had ordered and paid there directly, the whole system somehow doesn't do much good. This is MUCH faster at other locations!

The Mc Drive is always very slow. I don't think the system is good. You accept the order and make the next customer wait 10 minutes. It shouldn't take that long to complete an order.

Just don't order and have it delivered. Delivery either never arrives or just after 2 hours and then things are still missing Mc Drive is also not recommended. It takes forever even if there is no queue and the order is not complete either. If you then say something, the staff gets rude. You don't even deserve 1 star for service

Bad, just bad. Employees incompetent. Something is constantly forgotten and you wait at least 30 minutes. Fast food? More like slow food. The parking lot is also tighter than usual. Real dirt.

The food is like other branches of this fast food chain, as expected. Unfortunately, the waiting times in this branch are extremely long. Both in the drive-in and in the restaurant.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The burgers are simply slapped into the packaging, the preparation takes a long time and the restaurant is totally filthy! I didn't dare wash my hands, so much was the men's toilet. You get the feeling that the employees don't really know what to do. At MC Drive you are asked to wait before placing an order. After waiting 3 minutes you will finally be heard. I'd rather go to Burger King.

Disabled parking lot occupied by stupid people who obviously can't handle the markings. Yes, service nice, friendly and helpful. Food okay so far.

And this one star is still too stupid to pack 6 pieces in a bag and then not be able to issue an invoice and complaints will therefore not be accepted! Absolute juice shop and hardly anyone understands 5 words of German, really pathetic!

As always friendly. This is not the case at all McDonald's restaurants. Unfortunately the croissant is so sweet, it wasn't like that before, it's much too sweet for my taste, because I actually want to put jam on it too, too much sugar for today's time. Also the sticky stuff around it, not tasty. Unfortunately there is no more butter either. Too bad.

Actually ZERO stars would be fair!!! I agree with all the negative reviews! And be careful!!!! There were 4 of us there in the afternoon about 3 weeks ago. Two of us had 2 cheeseburgers each, the other two had something else. At night we both started eating cheeseburgers 🤢🤮... We were really sick for two days. Coincidence??? I say no!!! Never again!!!!!!!!!!

The food is prepared quickly. Everything warm and delicious. Technology is malfunctioning again and the cleanliness of the restaurant can be improved.

Wanted to have breakfast! Croissants were soggy and cold, there was jam and Nutella on them but no more butter. The delicious cheese and ham croissants are no longer available! So I won't be having breakfast there anymore. I don't find the breakfast offerings tasty or good!

I placed my order (An M Burger) at 1:14 p.m. When I asked at 1:40 p.m. because I had to work the late shift, my burger was slowly packaged in front of my eyes in an annoyed manner. And then complained that it was an exception and that next time I would have to wait like the others. I'm just wondering how long you usually have to wait for a burger.

30-40 minutes waiting time at the counter is normal. Usually one person collects and the order is completed further up the line. Not in this McDonalds. I have often experienced that only one person did both jobs. It is normal to wait 1 hour in the store or the screen will fail and you will be forgotten. The store is a complete disaster.

Shift management today on August 31st, 2024 at 2 p.m. was extremely overwhelmed. The only hard-working employee is sent to clean up! The rest barely moved and waited 25 minutes until we received our incomplete order. After my complaint I was actually asked if I was honest, I replied that she should look at my order. The lady replied "I don't have time" as I have respect for older people I didn't respond to this answer. Suggestions for improvement: German communication between each other and the staff forms a team. Otherwise it won't work! I would rather go to Sindorf or Kerpen.

Today, Sunday, August 24th, I was at MC Donalds in Kenten. Order was placed at the terminal and paid by card, there was no printout. After a complaint, an IT worker came and changed the paper roll, and the number 219 arrived. That was exactly the same 7:21 p.m. After that, a lot of new customers came and got their order before me. At 8:05 p.m., after almost an hour of waiting, I asked for the amount of €20.38 back and left the fast food restaurant. Quality and service have deteriorated significantly There is therefore no recommendation and perhaps a complaint to the entire management of NRW or McDonald's Germany. F.J.H

It used to be so nice and good there, but it immediately wore off. We now use the one on the highway because when something is always wrong and you can't trust that you'll get what you order, it's sad.

What a bad McDonald's, if you are a Dutch person passing through home, don't eat here. We waited over 50 minutes for our order. We repeatedly asked where it was. What a terribly unpleasant McDonald's this is. We ate here on the journey home, but it took about 25 minutes before we received our fairly simple order. All tables are shiny from greasy hands and leftover food. When we wanted to ask at the cash register, the staff first looked at us for half a minute before helping us. There is total chaos in this McDonald's. Employees seem completely overwhelmed. Orders are prepared randomly and often take quite a long time. Something is regularly forgotten in McDrive. We waited 46 minutes for our order! It was so bad, the kitchen was in total chaos, no management, everyone just piled up all the orders and everything became cold.. it also didn't look hygienic at all, which the management who manages his team didn't see at all!!!! Tables were really dirty, but cleaned ourselves when we finally got our food, they had no more trays and I had to put it on the dirty table ...
