Not exactly the friendliest people but maybe I was just unlucky and got a nasty employee.

Unfortunately things are getting worse here...20 today!!! Waited minutes for an order...I watched the employee and almost fell asleep...then of course things were missing again, which luckily I noticed straight away, but I should have counted the nuggets instead...instead of 6s you only get them 5s....if you complain over the phone, no one will believe you...I'm rarely like that, but since I worked here for two years 10 years ago, I have different requirements...things like that didn't exist back then...

This was one of the worst McDonalds experiences I have ever had. The order was carried out incorrectly and the food was cold. Some of the toilets were broken.

If I order and pay in advance using the app, so I just have to pick up the food and then have to wait just as long in the restaurant as if I had ordered and paid there directly, the whole system somehow doesn't do much good. This is MUCH faster at other locations!

The Mc Drive is always very slow. I don't think the system is good. You accept the order and make the next customer wait 10 minutes. It shouldn't take that long to complete an order.

Once again, as so often, parts of the order were forgotten... I can understand if you forget a cheeseburger etc. but today there were 20 nuggets for €11!

Just don't order and have it delivered. Delivery either never arrives or just after 2 hours and then things are still missing Mc Drive is also not recommended. It takes forever even if there is no queue and the order is not complete either. If you then say something, the staff gets rude. You don't even deserve 1 star for service

We've now been sitting in the car for 30 minutes waiting to get our food. It's unbelievable what kind of stores are included in the Mac Donalds franchise system...

Bad, just bad. Employees incompetent. Something is constantly forgotten and you wait at least 30 minutes. Fast food? More like slow food. The parking lot is also tighter than usual. Real dirt.

The food is like other branches of this fast food chain, as expected. Unfortunately, the waiting times in this branch are extremely long. Both in the drive-in and in the restaurant.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The burgers are simply slapped into the packaging, the preparation takes a long time and the restaurant is totally filthy! I didn't dare wash my hands, so much was the men's toilet. You get the feeling that the employees don't really know what to do. At MC Drive you are asked to wait before placing an order. After waiting 3 minutes you will finally be heard. I'd rather go to Burger King.

As always friendly. This is not the case at all McDonald's restaurants. Unfortunately the croissant is so sweet, it wasn't like that before, it's much too sweet for my taste, because I actually want to put jam on it too, too much sugar for today's time. Very bad McDonald's! Today I had to stop by for lunch on the way to work. It was terrible. The double cheeseburger was very small. Request for two large McShakes, one vanilla, the other chocolate. As a result, they brought two small McShakes. All the salespeople look confused. It was definitely my last visit to this restaurant...

Mc Donalds is just the same everywhere... something is always, really always forgotten. Even with the simplest menus. I'm not from here, it was late and I was the only customer. So unfortunately I didn't look again. The happy meal was missing the mayo and the smart menu was missing the fries and ketchup. I didn't have anything else. It's a classic modern-day McDonald's, you get what you order and the employees are always trying hard.

Sunday morning 7:50. 2 customers in the store and still it is not possible to get an order without errors. You would have to stand behind the employee while packing and check that everything that goes into the bag is correct...

Hello, I was in the "cozy restaurant" the day before yesterday and ordered a coke with a burger, but there were a lot of flies in my coke and rat meat in my burger, I will never come there again, I have food poisoning now, oh wait a minute I have to puke in the toilet…….. Actually ZERO stars would be fair!!! I agree with all the negative reviews! And be careful!!!! There were 4 of us there in the afternoon about 3 weeks ago. Two of us had 2 cheeseburgers each, the other two had something else. At night we both started eating cheeseburgers 🤢🤮... We were really sick for two days. Coincidence??? I say no!!! Never again!!!!!!!!!!

The food is prepared quickly. Everything warm and delicious. Technology is malfunctioning again and the cleanliness of the restaurant can be improved.

Wanted to have breakfast! Croissants were soggy and cold, there was jam and Nutella on them but no more butter. The delicious cheese and ham croissants are no longer available! So I won't be having breakfast there anymore. I don't find the breakfast offerings tasty or good!

I placed my order (An M Burger) at 1:14 p.m. When I asked at 1:40 p.m. because I had to work the late shift, my burger was slowly packaged in front of my eyes in an annoyed manner. And then complained that it was an exception and that next time I would have to wait like the others. I'm just wondering how long you usually have to wait for a burger.

30-40 minutes waiting time at the counter is normal. Usually one person collects and the order is completed further up the line. Not in this McDonalds. I have often experienced that only one person did both jobs. It is normal to wait 1 hour in the store or the screen will fail and you will be forgotten. The store is a complete disaster.

Shift management today on August 31st, 2024 at 2 p.m. was extremely overwhelmed. The only hard-working employee is sent to clean up! The rest barely moved and waited 25 minutes until we received our incomplete order. After my complaint I was actually asked if I was honest, I replied that she should look at my order. The lady replied "I don't have time" as I have respect for older people I didn't respond to this answer. Suggestions for improvement: German communication between each other and the staff forms a team. Otherwise it won't work! I would rather go to Sindorf or Kerpen.

By far the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. We waited at the car counter for almost 30 minutes and when I asked if it would take a long time, it was very long. answered unkindly.

Today, Sunday, August 24th, I was at MC Donalds in Kenten. Order was placed at the terminal and paid by card, there was no printout. After a complaint, an IT worker came and changed the paper roll, and the number 219 arrived. That was exactly the same 7:21 p.m. After that, a lot of new customers came and got their order before me. At 8:05 p.m., after almost an hour of waiting, I asked for the amount of €20.38 back and left the fast food restaurant. Quality and service have deteriorated significantly There is therefore no recommendation and perhaps a complaint to the entire management of NRW or McDonald's Germany. F.J.H

Disaster!!!! Long waits at Mac Drive because there is “a lot” going on… never again

It used to be so nice and good there, but it immediately wore off. We now use the one on the highway because when something is always wrong and you can't trust that you'll get what you order, it's sad.

First we had to wait twenty minutes for our order. Then begging for a straw and then to top it all off, raw fries. Very unfortunate!

Worst Mäckes in the area. There is ALWAYS something missing from the order! I didn't use the McDrive today and all the sauces were still missing. What a bad McDonald's, if you are a Dutch person passing through home, don't eat here. We waited over 50 minutes for our order. We repeatedly asked where it was. As a result, we were turned away by a very irritated employee. Finally someone came to help us but we had cold burgers, limp cold fries and the order was incomplete. We waited at least 40 minutes for our order, the staff couldn't handle the crowds at all. No sensible management, no employee structure - it hurts just to watch. Then it's better to go to Jüchen - everything runs like an assembly line there.

McDonald's offers a quick and easy way to get greasy fast food. The burgers and fries serve their purpose, but are not a culinary revelation. The atmosphere in the branches is often simple and not particularly comfortable. The typical McDonald's taste is either loved or hated. The speed of ordering and preparation is impressive. Overall, McDonald's is ideal if you just want something quick and fuss-free.

What a terribly unpleasant McDonald's this is. We ate here on the journey home, but it took about 25 minutes before we received our fairly simple order. All tables are shiny from greasy hands and leftover food. When we wanted to ask at the cash register, the staff first looked at us for half a minute before helping us. Very long waiting time at the drive in. McDonald's. Tried again today. The waiting time in the drive-in was once again exceeded. 26 minutes. Getting worse instead of better. I have only ever had such a bad experience in Sindorf. Staff hopelessly overwhelmed. Management??

We waited 46 minutes for our order! It was so bad, the kitchen was in total chaos, no management, everyone just piled up all the orders and everything became cold.. it also didn't look hygienic at all, which the management who manages his team didn't see at all!!!! Once again a disappointment. Ordered a strawberry shake and waited forever. The statistics are also described here... The orders are pressed as ready for collection and then very quickly clicked on delivered. Then at some point the order will be put together using a receipt.

Drinks were forgotten and only given upon request. Burgers and fries were cold.

The slowest fast food in the world. Waiting half an hour for your food is probably a joke. While someone else orders at the same time and already has their food.

Long waiting times - and something is always missing. Sometimes it's the drinks, other times the chilli cheese snackers and chicken nuggets are missing. The bag is then so poorly packed that everything inevitably gets mixed up when it is checked. And if you make a complaint you have to check it again because half of the subsequent delivery is missing or incorrect. The only positive: the burgers themselves were well constructed.

Ordered food, but it arrived 1 hour later than expected. And that only after a lot of phone calls back and forth. Additionally, the burgers were cold and the fries were soggy. Furthermore, parts of the order were forgotten. When I tried to make a complaint, the phone call was not answered, probably because my cell phone number was recognizable. All in all very disappointing and I won't be ordering from there again anytime soon.

Older people don't really get along with the new ordering method, it takes getting used to and requires explanation
