A point everywhere, because unfortunately less is not possible. I always viewed the hygiene at this BK location as “could be better”. Until today, during my visit, a dog school came in and asked if they could take the dogs for a walk through the store. So far so good, the fact that the employees agreed is bad enough. The fact that the dogs then drooled on the counter including the napkins was “unsightly”. The fact that the employees then lovingly and happily stroked the animals and went back to work without washing their hands was my personal highlight. This means that I and my companions are now cured of this fast food chain. Thanks.

The opening hours on the weekends are just ridiculous. There are so many out and about late at the weekend and the store closes at midnight...🤣

A dog school came during our visit, presumably to get their dogs used to stressful situations. Why this had to take place on a Sunday afternoon is generally questionable. After the staff spoke to the dog trainers and was given permission to “train” in this restaurant, it was observed that no one washed their hands after petting the animals, but continued working straight away. Also, during the conversation, one of the dogs licked the napkin dispenser on the counter. Here too, no hygiene measures were taken - if anyone even noticed. There were around 8 to 10 other dogs waiting in front of the entrance door, which were also supposed to be walked through the restaurant during normal customer service. I think everyone can form their own opinion here, but personally I don't want to have unpleasant smelling dogs near me while I'm eating. You can't say much about the food itself - just like you would expect from a Burger King. If you value hygiene, you should avoid this store.

All tables dirty. During the meal, chairs were adjusted, so that it was massively disruptive while eating, but there was no sign that the tables had been cleaned.

This was the worst burger I’ve ever had at Burger King. I tried the onion rings first, but they weren’t crispy at all. I asked for a replacement, but they were just the same. Look at the state of the burger patty – it was completely burnt. The vegetables tasted strange, and the whole thing was just inedible. As a foreigner, I usually don’t complain, but this was unbearable. I finally asked if this was how it was supposed to taste, and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I was told this was “normal.” This is by far the worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had. There's a problem with the grill? Then they should fix it !!! What kind of ridiculous excuse is that? And yet you call it normal ??? You just stand there watching as I angrily throw away the burger !!!!!

Really nice team here. I got a different burger than I expected. Maybe it was my mistake too? But the nice waitress immediately offered to remake the burger. Delicious and fresh. That was nicer than expected. I would love to come back here.

I wanted to get something to eat at 11:30 p.m. and they had all the doors locked, even though the store doesn't close until midnight. I've never experienced anything like that in my entire life, whether it's legally correct, no one knows what they did, but I won't eat there anymore.

The service staff was very friendly, the only thing that bothered me was the machine ordering. I am from the 75+ generation and had to struggle with not being able to order 2 of the same burgers at the same time. What bothered me about the ambience was that there were a lot of chairs on the tables in the late afternoon. Otherwise, the guest room and the men's toilet were clean.

It was hard to find a clean table!

“Fast food” or rather slow food

What is the recup system for if the drinks are filled into paper cups and only refilled upon request. Plus: the 0.5 cup was filled into a 0.4 recup and the rest was dumped away. “Reusable is king”? Where please? The employee had to dig out the cups first...

Service staff found it more important to chat instead of putting the orders that were *ready to be displayed* on the tray. Of course the shop wasn't full, but if there are customers and the food is ready, you should "serve" it (that's not really much more than "putting it on the tray"). Well the chili cheese nuggets were no longer hot and tasty but rather sticky and the cheese was almost solid again. Otherwise I know it differently.

Unfortunately the food was not fresh and only lukewarm. Please get hot, fresh food. I was told it was fresh, the fries had been hanging in the basket above the hairdresser for almost 10 minutes, the chilli chesse nuggets were already dry inside, after which I was ignored. It's a shame and absolutely unfriendly the lady there

Three weeks ago, after a rest there, I forgot my handbag with my wallet, cash and all my cards. Before I even noticed the loss, a Burger King employee had already informed my bank. My contact with restaurant manager Julia Schleenbecker was thoroughly enjoyable. She arranged for the return of my handbag to be very uncomplicated and quick, thereby saving me a lot of walking to the authorities. If I'm traveling in the area again on the A5, I'll definitely take a break at the Burger King at the Homberg/Ohm exit. Thank you again for your friendly manner and absolute honesty.

1 star everywhere because I can't give the (-10). The reason for this is the extremely friendly employee Ms. Nas**. (Unfortunately I cannot give the full name for data protection reasons). She seems to really hate her job and the customers who buy food there. She is overwhelmed with all the work and then at the end of the order she thinks she could be kidding someone. When I didn't agree with the completely overpriced order and she had to cancel some of the food (unfortunately, because she listened so well that she booked things that I didn't want), she became even friendlier, her facial expression and Her way of speaking then took it up a notch and she has now clearly stated and shown that she doesn't believe in working in a customer-oriented manner. When she handed over the food, I asked her for her name, because of course I don't want to give the wrong employee a bad rating; she was actually so friendly that she covered her name tag (which I had already seen before, as above mentioned) and said goodbye with words that I am unfortunately not allowed to write here because they violate the guidelines, and closed the windows of the drive-in counter. I left with the tastiest chilli cheese nuggets I've ever had. These had been kept in the warming box for so long that there was no filling left except a few pieces of green chili. All that was left of the cheese was a charred crust, but it was by far just as crispy as the dough around it. Dear management, this wasn't the first time that this branch was noticed to be very miserable, and not just to me. THERE IS AN URGENT NEED FOR ACTION HERE!

When I visited, both of my burgers were way too cold. After I contacted the employees to complain about the burgers, I was very rudely told that this was the “standard”. I was offered to have the core temperature of the burger measured to prove to me that it was “warm enough”. When I said yes, the employee went to the back and got a replacement. These two burgers were significantly warmer than the previous two. They were handed to me with the words “These are no warmer than before.” I will refrain from visiting again and would advise anyone not to!

We like to take a break here on long car journeys.

Ordered to take away from the restaurant and again not everything was in the bag. The employees weren't stressed either because there was nothing going on. Thanks for nothing except a frustrated child who didn't have any nuggets.

Well... many years ago I ate lunch there almost every day And it was always delicious! Now this year - after a long absence - I bought large portions of fries from DriveInn twice. EHHHH.Unfortunately both times actually inedible. Too bad. Almost cold (although unpacked straight away to eat while driving). Without salt. And the box was so poorly filled both times that I was really annoyed. So no thanks in the future, never again.

Long wait even though there wasn't much going on. Food was okay, could have been warmer. Toilets were okay.

Food: Was tasty and good as usual from Burger King. Burgers also looked appetizing. Extra requests were taken into account. Service: The staff was friendly despite the restaurant being full, but looked very stressed. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for our food and then not everything was ready. This was then kindly brought to our table. Ambience: The restaurant was clean and tidy. The atmosphere in the large room was loud and slightly echoing.

Unfortunately, the Burger King in Atzenhain is getting worse and worse...totally overwhelmed staff...unhygienic behavior and no trace of friendliness. Waited 25 minutes in the restaurant for the food. There was total chaos with customer orders, and instead of at least apologizing, some guests were yelled at. It's a shame actually. Overall, I haven't been satisfied twice now and will switch to MC in Reiskirchen in the future.

Not only is the food really bad, but also the skilled workers (conditions) are a total of six. Was there on a Sunday afternoon. It's nice to sit outside. The food, especially the Wopper, was really good. I'll definitely be back. Even if the staff doesn't exactly speak German.

Delicious vegetarian food, fast and friendly service. Placing the order at the machine went smoothly, as did the preparation and serving of the food. When the restaurant was not busy, the food came very quickly and seemed very fresh, including burgers, fries and a side salad. The burgers were very neatly put together and the fries were crispy, hot and not overly salted. The employee seemed friendly and approachable. The restaurant also appeared clean overall. There are slight drawbacks in the ambience due to the music being too loud, but what you find pleasant is certainly very individual. The large range of vegetarian burgers was very positive, but this probably applies to all Burger King branches. Overall, I would recommend this Burger King restaurant if you generally like the fast food dishes offered there.

The men's room is "underground". I have never experienced or seen anything like this at a rest stop or in a BK restaurant. Absolutely bad.

Bottom drawer. I ordered 2 burgers using online coupon 190 and a small cola. After ages in the drive, I was served and shortly afterwards noticed the bang. Instead of ordering Crispy Chicken and Big King, there was a chicken burger and Big.King in the bag... BUT, the chicken burger was in the foil of a Crispy Chicken. Of course, I was already on the highway and couldn't complain anymore. If this is a scam, then it's really bold and ripped off. Really outrageous. The store has seen the last of me. I'm really angry.

What was going on with you? Although there were only four guests in the store apart from us, all the tables, including the sanitary facilities, were in a dirty condition. The employees seemed to be having a lot of fun behind the counter. If the store is closed and nothing is going on, I can live with that. However, as already noted, the guest room was in a catastrophic condition. The burgers that we ordered with two patties each were both delivered to the table with only one. All in all, the employees are extremely listless. The worst Burger King I've visited in my entire life. Good Citizen King with somewhat slow staff. The burgers are always ok. After the renovations, you can no longer find the same coziness as before. Unfortunately I can't give zero stars, but I deserve them. Supposedly they are open until 1am. The chef locked the place at 12:00 a.m. It's not possible if you're hungry like a pig. We were rudely sent away and were not given a reason for the early closure. There were a large number of guests in front of the door who suffered the same fate. The shed is the only one within a 150km radius unless you like fresh home cooking. They have enough of that in Vogelsberg. But we were in the mood for a juicy Whopper!

You noticed the service desert in Germany... only ordering at the terminal means that after 10 minutes of standing and waiting at the checkout you are informed that no one will serve you at the checkout... you notice that the employees there are only there to earn money Interest...

A fast food restaurant should live up to its name! Unfortunately that doesn't apply here! Personal acceptance of orders is not possible and probably not desired. It felt like it took me 5 minutes to enter the information at the terminal before I rejected all possible offers and added a few jalapenjos. All that was missing was that I was asked if I wanted to wash my hands again first... When the order number was finally thrown out, I looked for a place with a view of the display board and noticed that although there were a lot of orders, the distribution was progressing very slowly. Only one employee was busy putting together the menus behind the counter, while at least 5-7 people were busy grinning and busying themselves in the back area. When my number didn't even appear on the list -IN PREPARATION- after 10 minutes, I handed in my order form and said goodbye! Luckily I didn't pay in advance! Opposite in the Maxi-Autohof I had a cold (non-alcoholic) beer after 2 minutes and an excellent schnitzel in front of me after 10 minutes! Ergo: go to the right restaurant next time!

You can sit outside or inside, the children had a lot of fun on the climbing tower with a slide, the food was delicious and ready quickly.

A Burger King restaurant next to an Esso gas station. Outside area clean. There are parking spaces suitable for cars with trailers. The toilets are clean. Ordering takes place via 4 terminals with touchscreens. Friendly staff behind the counter. Tables and shop clean. I didn't place my order at the terminal but directly at the counter. I would receive friendly service. The request for unsalted French fries was accepted. Burgers and fries were fresh. I couldn't confirm the bad impression of the restaurant from past customer reviews. From this, a lot of things must have improved here.

I ordered take-away food and hadn't specified any tomatoes. When I got home I bit into a tomato. The meat had an aftertaste of fish I've tried calling there several times but no one answers the phone so I'm venting my anger here and giving this branch a bad rating

I rarely go to fast food shops like this, but when I do, it has to taste good. Service was also good and friendly and not as boring as one generally encounters today. Was today 👍
