We were with you on Christmas Day with the family. The food was great, the soup was served in a pot at the table, which we thought was great, so everyone could take whatever and how much they wanted. The antipasti starter plate was also very tasty. The buffet that was offered was amazing, there was something for everyone and it tasted so delicious. Be it pork fillet wrapped in bacon, pasta in truffle sauce, salmon on spinach, spinach dumplings with mountain cheese filling, goose leg, gratin and everything else that was served, it was simply delicious. The dessert buffet was also great, especially the Kaiserschmarrn with apple sauce was a highlight. But all the other desserts in the glass and the cakes also tasted very good. Everyone in our family was full and just loved it. We would also like to highlight the great service, the girls were on point, there was never a lack of drinks and if we had any questions we were helped immediately and always with a smile. The question about a vegetarian alternative for the soup was also very attentive when two people didn't eat the marrow dumpling soup. We say thank you to a great service team and the kitchen team.
