Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, delicious food (and drinks), and visually appealing. Plus, you can always find a parking spot right outside – I highly recommend Mezzopieno :)

I finally had some free time one weekend and decided to go out for a really delicious meal with my son. Since we enjoy Japanese food and had already had very good experiences at the Ichi restaurant in Kiel, we reserved a table there that same day via the website. The reservation was confirmed a few minutes later, even outside of opening hours, and the reception was very courteous and friendly. We opted for the 5-course menu and were not disappointed. All courses were excellent and the portions were just right. We particularly enjoyed the starter, dessert, and sushi. They were all simply perfect. The main course was also very tasty. Including an aperitif and white wine, we paid €140 per person, which we felt was absolutely reasonable for the service. Many thanks to the team for the great food and attentive service. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous service and super tasty dishes. My daughter calls it “the place with the really good tuna sandwiches and the best orange juice I have ever had”.

I was only in Dorsten for one night, and when I tried the pizza, my first thought was to move here—without having any connection to Dorsten or even having seen it. And at Extra, you get EXTRA. The pasta is also very good. Fantastic

Food was outstanding. Everything seemed fresh, and it was nice amount. Menus could use a refresh for sure, was hard to read most of the menu. Food came fast. Would go back again for sure. Falafel was excellent.
