I can only agree with most of the previous speakers... The atmosphere is very stylish, the employees are without exception very friendly and the pizzas are absolutely amazing. I have never been disappointed there! Even the food came relatively quickly, considering the store was completely full (Friday evening at 7 p.m.). I've always wanted to try a pasta dish, but I just can't get past the pizzas, they're that good.🤷 Clear recommendation!!!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the breakfast. The rolls seemed like baked rolls to us, there was very little jam etc. per dish, they were served without fruit/vegetables/parsley or anything similar, just the pre-packaged spreads in their plastic packaging and rolls or croissants on a plate. We think the price is definitely too high and not appropriate for the performance. We wouldn't eat here again.

Pretty unfriendly reception despite reservation! Very nice service. Enjoy your meal! But super loud Caribbean music, train station atmosphere. That wasn't nice! Pretty stressed staff!

As an Italian, this is the best pizza I have ever eaten in DE. Even in Italy it's not easy to find such quality... a straight 10 out of 10! The service was also very nice and quick :)

This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly. We waited nearly 30 minutes just to place our order, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. Every time we tried to get a server’s attention, they ignored us or pretended not to hear. It was beyond frustrating. When we finally did manage to call someone over, the waiter was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. And when we politely brought this up to the manager, we were met with even more attitude. The manager was completely dismissive and didn’t seem to care at all about our concerns. After all that, the food wasn’t even worth the wait—it was bland and disappointing. If you're looking for a place where you're treated like an annoyance rather than a customer, then this is it. Otherwise, avoid this place at all costs. We won’t be coming back, and we definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.

Since the Mozzamo opened at Romanplatz, we have always enjoyed going there. Very good service and always friendly waiters. The food is always excellent.

I ordered a takeaway pizza from L’Osteria today, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. While the price of 14.95 euros suggests a “Tonno” pizza, the actual size was surprisingly small. The quality and taste of the pizza were solid, but in my opinion the price-performance ratio is not justified. I would definitely have expected more for the price, especially considering the restaurant's usual large pizzas for L'Osteria. It's a shame - unfortunately you feel a little deceived at the price.
