Always closed. Of course not always, but always when I'm there. If I'm there at 8, they don't open until 9. If I'm there at 10, they don't open until 10:30. When I'm there at 2:30 p.m. they're closed today for inventory (or something like that). Well, maybe other visitors feel better. I can't say anything positive and I'm telling you: choose another place for a snack or a quick coffee. The time it takes for the stopover is also significantly longer than it looks. Accessibility from the motorway is rather difficult.

As always, the food is ready quickly and is lukewarm to warm. However, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The floor in the restaurant is often dirty (regardless of the time). There was lettuce in the sink in the women's toilet today (September 7th, 2024). It was no longer possible to tell exactly whether it had been eaten or not. In addition, the paper towels for drying were also empty, so you had to use the toilet paper towels. There are opened beer bottles at the ordering terminal, where the table numbers are usually positioned, All in all, absolutely not satisfactory today.

You sit completely alone in the restaurant and the meal still takes 30 minutes. You should keep in mind that you are not in a 5 star restaurant where it is normal to wait for your fresh food. Everything here is thrown into deep fryers, which makes it difficult for me to understand why it takes so long here.

The Mc Breakfast (only available until 10:30 a.m.) is advertised and the app says they are also open. There is a sign on site: New opening hours from April 17th, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. You would think that they could adjust everything by September. Really bad organization

Opening times don't match the internet, why is the McDonald's 3 minutes away from the A5 and opens at 10 a.m. in the morning? When I was there it was 8:10 a.m. and on this route you could definitely make a lot of sales in the morning as a McDonald's. On the way to the office, treat yourself to an espresso and Mc Toast and order McDonald's online to pick up, then drive into Mc Drive and see it's closed (see picture).

On Saturday, July 13th, 2024 we stopped here on our way back. As soon as I got to the front door, I noticed that the doors had not been cleaned for a long time. The fingerprints of what appeared to be the last few months could be seen on the ordering terminal. Then I wanted to wash my hands and found a sink in front of it that hadn't been cleaned either. The door to the "disposal room" (right next to the Toi's) was open and this sight was... well. Unfortunately, food has already been ordered! The table appeared to be wiped clean (difficult to see because of the grain), but the leg under the neighboring table was decorated with pieces of lettuce. The food was delivered to the table lukewarm. The clerk was friendly. Conclusion: I go to McDonald's about twice a year, but I would only go there again once the entire (!) store has been completely cleaned. By the way, the furnishings are very attractive. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos

So, the food is good. Everything hot, fresh and crispy. I waited in line for a long time to order, but when I see how many employees have to process orders during peak times, that was totally okay. Even “restless” guests would be kindly informed about the stressful situation. It was all in the bag. ;)

It's better to check take-away food, otherwise half of it will be missing.

Every time you are sent away in the mcdrive with the justification “time is running out, otherwise we will get a penalty”. Totally unfriendly staff. Yes, it was already 10 p.m. on Sunday evening and MC is certainly struggling with a lack of employees, but I have never visited such an unclean MC before. The women's toilets...creepy...one toilet without toilet paper, one toilet completely covered up and in the third there was paper everywhere on the floor...well, woman is prepared. ... at least hand washing, no paper to dry your hands and the hand air dryer is out of order. We cleaned the tables of any sticking ourselves and then changed the table again at the request of our 9 year old because the floor was totally sticky. A family with a baby also cleans their table with the water they brought with them. Food as always, good and hot. The service took place at the table, I described the condition of the toilet to the waitress and told them that this wasn't possible. When we left 30 minutes later, only the towel paper was refilled, no new paper for the toilet, no cleaning, etc. The cleaning supplies/storage room to the left of the toilet was open, the garbage cans stored there were also completely filthy and everyone had access there. One thing is clear, I can't recommend this MC and we won't be coming back again.

It's a McD like many others. During my last visit I had, among other things, these 3 small pizza pockets for €1.99: for the money I thought the quantity was quite small. They are mini calzones with cheese and tomato filling. The individual pizza pocket is barely larger than a can of ravioli. The taste was ok, freshly fried, hot - but for the money I would have preferred 5 or 6 pieces. Toilets: regularly smell of urine.

McDonald's. Clean and practical

This was the only McDonald's in our area that served ice cream today. It's sold out everywhere else. Otherwise a pleasant McDonald's. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were at the McDonalds in Rosbach on March 19, 2024 in the evening. Ordered ice cream, a chicken & cheese box and a milkshake. We had clicked on table service at the terminal and also had a number. Since there wasn't much going on, we were able to watch the employee (who looks like Elvis) making the milkshake. Our food was not brought to the table, instead the employee shouted our number 3 times across the empty restaurant. When we got our food, we unfortunately discovered that there was a hair stuck to the milkshake cup (see picture), which obviously came from the employee in question. Very disgusting, maybe your employees should be trained again in hygiene and service...

When I said that she could keep the food and I was leaving, she thanked me and mentioned that guests like me were not valued. Went to BK and deleted the MC app.

Ordered via app and picked up in drive. I would have to wait about 15 minutes before I could give my number at the ordering counter. Then Saturday evening at 6 p.m. only 1 window occupied. Accordingly, after paying (which took another 10 minutes) I had to wait another 10 minutes. So it had nothing to do with fast food at all. Cheeseburger couldn't be put together more carelessly than the one we got. Otherwise it was always good in Rosbach, but today it really wasn't. You wait in vain for a response to a written email that was forwarded directly from MC Donald's in Munich to the branch in Rosbach. And even from Parkwatcher, who opened a case and responded with a processing time of 96 hours, there is no response at all. This should have come a week ago! We will definitely never visit this restaurant again!

I changed my 1 star to 5 star rating. New staff is very friendly and the food is freshly prepared. I hope it stays that way now. 4 guys front of 3 orders and still didn’t get my order without mistake… it’s funny because you see 4 guys front of 3 orders and they loose control… I order one McMenu 2 cheeseburgers 1 chicken nuggets I check my order I see was missing the one cheeseburger but I didn’t see was missing and the nuggets I go home and see the nuggets was missing. 2 false in 1 order joke change them position to cleaners.

Normally I go to McDonald's every now and then to get something to eat. Parkwatcher really ruined my meal. 40 euro parking ticket, even more stupid, no possibility to call, only possible via email. And who keeps a receipt from MCdonald from December!!!!!!! I was contacted by this rip-off company in February. Otherwise without proof in the form of a photo or anything else. Aber wundert Euch nicht wenn ihr trotzdem ein Parkticket von 40,- Euro von Parkwatcher bekommt. Denn das wird wohl Standardmäßig versendet. Guten Tag, ich bin heute essen gegangen und was passiert ist, war inakzeptabel! Inakzeptabel, weil die Außentemperatur bei -6 lag und es drinnen keine Heizung gab, so dass man seine Jacke nicht ausziehen konnte, um es bequem zu haben. Die Stühle fielen auseinander die Tische, die direkt neben uns standen.

Absolute Abzocke mit Parplatzwächter welche Zahlungsaufforderungen über 40€ verschicken obwohl man dort was verzehrt hat. Die Zahlungsaufforderung kam 3 Monate später, das man sich ja nicht mehr erinnern kann und auch keine Quittung mehr hat. Dieser Verein ist bei mir endgültig Geschichte!!! Absolutes No-Go so mit Kunden so umzugehen und ich denke das die Provision nicht ohne ist was die für diese Abzocke bekommen!! Wer würde es sich sonst in so einem Örtchen wie Rosbach erlauben seinen Kunden so ins Kreuz zu treten… Das ganze Dach ist mit zig Kameras 📷 verwanzt!!!

Leider gibt es kein Frühstück mehr.. sind extra dahin gefahren für ein mc muffin aber man kann um 9:00 morgens bis tasty bacon essen... Schon schade früher gab es Frühstück hier..

Schlecht, schlechter, McDonald's halt. Essen kalt, Service schlecht zu verstehen, Ambiente unsauber (innen wie außen).

Was will man da sagen, ist unser „Macces vor Ort“, Essen schmeckt wie es soll, das junge Personal ist auf Zack und Parkplätze sind eigentlich immer ausreichend vorhanden. Im Drive-In könnte es manchmal etwas schneller gehen, aber das kann ja mal passieren.

Wäre schön, wenn andere Gäste mehr auf Sauberkeit achten würde.

Hab ne Sprite bestellt und ne Cola Zero bekommen. Meine Begleitung hat anstatt ne Cola nen Eistee bekommen. Essen hat nach Fisch gerochen (hab ein chilli cheese bestellt xD)

Super sauber, auch die Toilette. Service am Tisch funktionierte. Essen, McDonalds halt. Hab noch kein besseres McDonalds gesehen. Der Abstecher von der Bahn hat sich gelohnt.

Der heutige Besuch war deutlich besser als der vorherige. Sauber, aufgeräumt, schneller Service, warmes Essen. Nur die Toiletten war nicht ganz in Ordnung (dreckig und stinkig).

Erst 3 mal Pommes vergessen, dann würde es angezweifelt und Diskussionen, dann eine halbleere Pommestüte .... Sorry geht garnicht!

Standard MD. Für Tee und kurz etwas zum Essen holen OK. Ansonsten sieht man wohl, was am Tag dort abgelaufen ist. Stühle und Tische teils klebrig. Vor dem hinsetzen genau schauen. Nur die bestellten Lebensmittel anfassen, dann bleiben die Hände sauber. Schon heftig, was andere "Gäste" und Ihre Kinder dort für ein klebe Spur hinterlassen. Die Angestellten sind ja dafür da. Ohne Worte

Chickenburger hat etwas komisch geschmeckt

OK, leider waren die besonderen Angebote ausverkauft. Und das bei drei Gerichten. Sehr schwach !

Freundlich geht anders. Hilfsbereit geht auch anders. Schade.

Pommes waren bei allen kalt oder nur lauwarm. Das geht leider gar nicht. Getränkeautomat war gerade kaputt. 😠 Zum Glück waren die Chicken Nuggets sehr heiß. Daher in Summe nur 3 Sterne. Haben wir woanders auch schon mal deutlich besser gesehen.

Mein Essern kam zwar schnell aber leider falsch, die neuen Rezepturen sind sehr lecker.

Gutes Essen aber bekomme in letzter Zeit öfters böse Blicke von einem Mitarbeiter mit blonden Haaren, ( wahrscheinlich unter 18-Aushilfe)

Hab mir 3x Ketchup bestellt und bekam 3x Mayonnaise, trozdem war das essen sehr gut

Die Menüs sind arg teuer geworden. Im Gegensatz zu früher Burger werden immer kleiner, Preis immer höher. Werde für den Preis lieber zum Chinesen gehen. McDonalds war mal besser. Total überteuert mittlerweile.

Kennst du einen kennst du alle.Eigentlich dürfte man da nichts mehr essen ,der Burger wird immer kleiner das Fleisch ist nur noch wie eine Aufschnittscheibe . Nun ja zum Ausgleich wird es zum Teil wenigstens teurer und man hat immer weniger . Wir gehen ja nur noch selten zum MC weil für das was es da kostet kann man auch gut in einem Restaurant Essen gehen .oder zum King da gibt's noch wie früher große Portionen

Das Restaurant hat meine Gruppe (2 Busse mit ca 65 Personen) hervorragend schnell bedient und ist selbst bei der Masse an Bestellungen nicht aus Ihrer Rolle gefallen. Vielen Dank!!

Bisher nie enttäuscht gewesen von der Eismaschine. Stellen Sie sich auf ein „Einen Moment bitte.“ wenn Sie vorfahren. Achtung, das letzte Mal musste ich beim ersten Fenster bezahlen.

Wir wollten unser Baby wickeln und fanden einen total verdeckten Wickeltisch vor. Die Tische und auch der Babystuhl haben anscheinend und sehr selten einen Putzlappen gesehen. Das Personal total wirkte überfordert obwohl nicht all zuviel los war und war nicht besonders freundlich. Sehr schade

Meidet McDonald's Rosbach, wenn es geht; die beschäftigen eine betrügerische Parkwächterfirma, die Zahlungsaufforderungen für "Blockieren des Kundenparkplatzes ohne Einkauf" verschickt, OBWOHL man Zahlungsbelege vorweisen kann!!! Die Firma heißt ParkWatcher 365 GmbH und wurde bereits mehrfach von unbescholtenen Fahrzeughaltern wegen Betrug angezeigt. Leider sind Kfz Zulassungsstelle (die bereiteillig Adressen von Fahrzeughaltern ausgibt), Polizei und Verbraucherschutz machtlos. Auch McDonalds stellt sich taub: In der Filiale wird einfach der Hörer aufgelegt wenn man nur das Wort "Beschwerde" erwähnt; der Franchisenehmer meldet sich erst gar nicht. Also hilft nur eins - NICHT MEHR HINGEHEN!!!

Hallo, ich habe eben den Mc Donald in Rosbach besucht und hatte das Gefühl , das etwas an meinem Verhalten vielleicht nicht in Ordnung war. Ich hoffe das war nicht so. Ich war etwas gestresst und wollte eigentlich nur einen Blaubeeren Muffin bestellen an der Kasse und da sagte man mir es muss bestellt werden am Automat. Das wusste ich leider nicht. Und die Mitarbeiter haben dann noch etwas geredet, ich weiß aber nicht was genau. Aber ich glaube es war etwas organisatorisches. Und auch am Nachbartisch die Dame hat mich als angeschaut, ich weiß gar nicht warum. Und ich fand es insgesamt auch eine nicht ganz normale Stimmung dort. Ich werde wohl eher wieder mehr in Oberursel zu Mc Donalds gehen. Deswegen war ich dann etwas hektisch und vielleicht unfreundlich, obwohl die Dame mich noch freundlich angelächelt hat. Ich hatte davor ganz normal einen Burger und Nuggets gegessen. Und wollte dann noch einen Muffin, aber wusste nicht, dass der auch am Automat bestellt werden muss. Ist aber kein Problem eigentlich.
