One of the best Burger King branches. The burgers taste as they should and the fries taste crispy and I've had one of the best chilli cheese fries here. Everything was nice and warm, even hot. I really enjoy eating there. Sometimes long waiting times, but otherwise the restaurant is neat and clean as it should be. Sanitary area also OK.

Fast food with a difference: 45 minutes waiting time for the tortillas that are advertised everywhere. Cola was warm. Apparently the processes are not implemented correctly here. Burger King should talk to the franchisee here. The taste was good, the atmosphere was new and contemporary.

Bad branch. It takes forever at the drive-thru. You rarely get what you order. One star is already two too many.

Unfriendly staff, wanted to order something via the app in the drive and said it wasn't possible. I went in and it worked and when I asked, I got a stupid answer

It was a solid Burger King until around one month ago, when I got disappointed each time I've been there. The Whooper now comes in some weird, pre-cracked bun that falls apart as you eat it. Squashed, soggy. The onion rings are ALWAYS old and soggy (they used to be fresh and crunchy). The Coke tastes horrible, and that was already before this sudden decline in quality. I don't know what happened. How such a solid place became such a bad one in such a small period of time. Now I have to go to McDonalds for late meals. At least there the soggy chips are part of the experience.

It's okay. Has been renovated, so everything is clean and modern. The number of employees could sometimes be one more, but the waiting time is okay. The employees are always friendly! But I've had fries here a few times that were no longer so fresh and warm, once had a burger that was too old, and once had one that was freshly made but the bun was dry. That's why food only 3 stars, and because that's why I go there, only 3 stars overall.

I really like Burger King's food, but the service here was terrible, it was swimming in grease, I directly asked for instructions not to have bitter lettuce in the sandwich because I don't like it, of course it was there. I've never been to such a bad Burger King.

I went back to BK after a year and immediately regretted it. Had 5 burgers. In two cases the rolls were old and not particularly tasty. The fries were good. Now I know why I don't eat fast food anymore. The next morning my whole face was covered in pimples. When I was there the toilet looked worse than a train station toilet. I don't recommend fast food.

Extremely disappointed with this BK. I would prefer not to give this store any stars at all. -Waiting times +30 min -Burgers were cold, meat looked questionable -the ketchup from the bag looked like jam -The men's toilet was completely full of vomit, but no wonder given the conditions in this branch. Save yourself the trip here.

Even though there wasn't much to do, we had to wait 25 minutes for our Whopper. Sat in the “restaurant” and it was loud like a train station. The service staff pushed the chairs back to the tables but forgot to clean them. Don't think I'll want to eat here again if it doesn't improve. A pity

Never go there again, I had to wait 45 minutes for two burgers. In addition, the food was cold and the staff was unfriendly. I really can't recommend it anymore. The food looks as if the meat was from yesterday or the day before yesterday.

One of the best Burger King branches I know. It was recently renovated, but the highlight is the food - also because of the well-organized staff. Good quality, good prices. Typical burger king, but the same thing was sold out on two separate days (onion rings), which bothered me, otherwise relatively clean and never too crowded The chili cheese fries are particularly recommended at this BK.

The quality of this restaurant has become subterranean. The hamburgers and cheeseburgers were completely dried out. The chicken nuggets were soft, not crispy and gristly. To charge almost €13 for this is a complete disgrace!!

You can refill drinks as much as you want

This BK was renovated (I think last year?) and is in good condition. Since then, you can order on several touch screens, which works very well and avoids the annoying queues in front of the counter. Since then, the food has been ready much quicker than before.

Very nice, modern Burger King. Very large selection of vegetarian burgers! Everything is fresh and tasty, especially the fries. Clean toilets. There is plenty of parking available, as well as a drive-in. Recommended!

Probably the best Burger King in a 100km radius. Food is fast and always hot, fries are nice and never soggy. The place is clean and there is enough available parking spots.

Beautiful renovated and modern Burger King. However, if you want to eat something 'quickly', you could go to a restaurant. Here you also have to wait at least 20 minutes for 2 small burgers on Saturday lunchtime. But the burgers are good.

All the counters didn't work and you had to order at the counter. The burgers were very small and one burger was missing.

I'm pretty dissatisfied with the heat of the food. The burgers and fries sit on the tray for 3-4 minutes and aren't called out because the jerr is busy with the to-go window. Not enough staff? Now I like the burgers but you should work on it faster and then maybe hand it over to the customer warmer

They work very slowly. I waited half an hour for my order.

I don't want to bash the store, I actually always liked it (previously gave it 4 stars). But I unfortunately have to say that the same thing happened to my 10-year-old son as it did to another reviewer two months ago: He only ate one long chicken and vomited it all up in the evening. Apparently not everything is being done properly here. Until that's checked, it's better to go to the BK in Butzbach or somewhere else.

It tastes good, but I always have stomach problems afterwards. The fact that you took out the refill for the drinks to save a few cents is also a disgrace. Then go to the competition, it's no longer even more expensive thanks to BK's monthly price increase for no reason. The staff is quite nice but rather unqualified.

Vor 1 1/2 Jahren war ich vom Veggie Burger Menü noch richtig begeistert. Der Burger schmeckte super, dazu Zwiebelringe oder Salat oder Pommes und ein Getränk. Inzwischen wurde die Veggie-Hamburger-Palette erweitert, sehr schön. Allerdings kann ich den Basis-Plant Based Hamburger für 1,99€ nicht empfehlen: Belag ist extrem zurückhaltend. Dünnes Paddie, kein Salatblatt, keine Zwiebeln, nur 2 kleine Gurkenscheiben. Beim nächsten Besuch ist wohl ein teureres Modell empfehlenswert.

Das beste Beispiel, wie schaffe ich mich selbst ab. Früher gab es ein Hallo, heute stehen da 5 Automaten zur selbst Eingabe. Essen ist absolut unterirdisch! Home of the whopper ist lange her. Erlebnis Restaurant passt wohl eher besser. Essen kalt, Falsche Sachen bekommen, Salz wird wohl nur als Deko genommen, auf Nachfrage bekommt man noch böse Blicke. Dieser Laden sieht mich nie mehr! Die neue Einrichtung ist der absolute Schrott! Sorry BK, aber das ging voll nach hinten los…..! Hier ist selbst 1 Stern Zuviel

Ich empfehle jedem ganz dringend, seine Bestellung auf Vollständigkeit direkt zu überprüfen. Obwohl mir meine Bestellung wiederholt wurde, hat ein Burger gefehlt. Sehr ärgerlich. Update 28.12.23 Die Burger waren kalt und es hat ewig gedauert. Kartenzahlung war nicht möglich. Das nächste Mal wird es sicher McDonalds. Ist ja glücklicherweise um die Ecke.

Ich mag ja altmodisch sein, aber das mit der persönlichen Bedienung an der Theke hatte viel mehr Nähe. Diese Form der Distanzierung macht essen sehr anonym. Ich vermisse meinen Getränkeautomaten und die persönliche Ansprache. Sicherlich soll alles schön und modern sein, aber in diesem Fall ist es komplett daneben gegangen. In einer Zeit wo das eigene Portmonee immer schlanker wird, sollte man im Gästebereich am Kunden bleiben und nicht Abstand schaffen. Schade wenn man den Hype der Konferenz versucht nachzuahmen und nicht seine eigene Richtung findet. Wenn in diesem Gästebereich alles zu einer Masse sich entwickelt ist es egal wo man essen geht.

Wir haben zum Mitnehmen bestellt und es wurden leider mittlere anstatt großer Pommes und keine Sauce beigelegt. Desweiteren hab ich nur auf Nachfrage Eiswürfel bekommen obwohl bestellt. Der Burger war sehr trocken und alles in allem nicht wirklich zu genießen.

Mein Besuch bei Burger King in Rosbach vor der Höhe war in mehrfacher Hinsicht durchwachsen. Einerseits war die Einrichtung des Restaurants sehr modern und die Toiletten waren sauber. Die Cola war erfrischend. Andererseits gab es einige Punkte, die verbesserungswürdig waren. Die Wartezeiten waren überraschend lang für ein Fastfood-Restaurant, vor allem da wir nicht während der Hauptverkehrszeiten dort waren. Zudem waren sowohl die Burger als auch die Pommes nur lauwarm. Ein besonderer Vorfall war, dass ich meine Bestellung an der Kasse aufgeben wollte, was vom Personal nicht gut aufgenommen wurde. Sie verwiesen mich auf das Selbstbedienungsterminal, da sie nach eigener Aussage zu beschäftigt waren. Dies fand ich etwas unangenehm. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung unterdurchschnittlich und es gibt definitiv Raum für Verbesserungen im Hinblick auf die Servicequalität und die Temperatur des Essens.

Hatte einen Burger mit u.a. knusprigem Bacon bestellt. Der Burger kam mit rohem Bacon. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie keinen Bacon grillen dürfen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Leider war der Besuch nicht ganz wie erhofft. Das Restaurant selbst war sauber und auch die Wartezeit war in Ordnung. Doch beim Long Chicken hatte die Mayo einen erst komischen Beigeschmack - der sich leider nur wenige Stunden später beführwortete und mein Körper alles schnell wieder los werden wollte.

Also, Essen wie immer lecker 😋 Sitzgelegenheiten sehr sauber Bestellung aufgegeben hat etwas gedauert durch die neuen Bestellmonitore ,man kann natürlich auch noch an der Theke direkt bestellen aber dort ist zu wenig Personal. Ich glaube aber das es sich erst alles einspielen muss dann klappt das auch, trotzdem rundum zufrieden.

BK Rosbach immer Nummer 1 gewesen im Vergleich zu Mc’s aber jetzt…. Von innen stark gemacht, neu und alles. Aber Getränkeautomaten weg Big L!!!! Vorher richtig viel Auswahl was trinken angeht jetzt nur das übliche. Halbe Stunde auf Essen warten auch hart. Bringt die Automaten zurück!!!!

Gerade einen Salat und ein Big King Geholt extra noch gefragt ob alles dabei ist,ich kann ja nicht im Auto alles ausräumen.Meinen Salat durfte ich trocken essen,da kein Dressing dabei war. Aber vorher noch überheblich sagen natürlich ist alles dabei. Cola hatten die auch nicht. Klar wird gerade umgebaut, sollte aber trotzdem funktionieren.

Das ist wirklich eines der besten, saubersten Burger Kings, die ich besuchen durfte. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und professionell und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Hat mich mit Burger King versöhnt. Freundliches Personal, das Essen war warm und hat geschmeckt. Nicht wie bei dem BK in Marburg.

Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Waren beim Drive-In und haben erst beim Wegfahren gemerkt, dass Saucen gefehlt haben. Ansonsten war aber alles gut und in gewohntem Burger King Stil und Geschmack

Nah an der Autobahn und trotzdem nicht überlaufen. Schnelle Bestellung. Saubere Toiletten.

Ausschließlich Veggie dort bisher gespeist. Service und Wartezeiten sind in Ordnung. Gute Möglichkeit für ein schnelles Essen. Innenausstattung könnte man evtl auf ein heutiges Zeitalter heben.

Am 2.2.2023 abends über den Coupon 957 u.a. einen Big King XXL bestellt. Erhalten habe ich etwas undefinierbares, bestehend aus einem Pattie (anstelle 2), einer Käsescheibe und brauner Zwiebelsosse mit Pilze. Wieder waren die Pommes kalt. Das man gelegentlich einen Big King zu wenig erhält, ganz zu schweigen. Null Sterne wären gerecht. Beanstandungen gegenüber der Zentrale geäußert, interessiert niemanden.

In der Mittagszeit nur mit einer Person im Geschäft und einer am Drive besetzt. 20 min am Drive gestanden und gewartet um die Bestellung von 2 Burger und eine Pommes aufzugeben. Bei Beschwerde am Schalter auch noch angemault worden. Würde keinem empfehlen dort hin zu gehen. Pommes und Burger waren auch noch kalt

Ein Punkt noch zu viel. Kassiererin berechnet den falschen Betrag bei der Karte und man muss nachträglich nochmal was bar bezahlen. Die whopper waren mit Käse obwohl ohne bestellt wurde. Einen Strohhalm gab es zum Getränk auch nicht. Anstatt Ketchup zu den Pommes gab es Mayo. Fazit 3 Produkte und bei allen 3 gab es Fehler dazu auch noch Unfähige Kassierer die kein deutsch berstehen.

Super schlecht ! Wenn was auf der speisekarte steht sollt es das auch geben ! Wenn man gegrillt bestellt und paniert bekommt und man das erst zu Hause merkt ist das nicht nur unprofessional sondern auch Geldverschwendung. Das war für mich das letzte mal dort . Da Koch ich lieber selbst .

Seit Jahren immer mal wieder hier, gab es diesmal eine äußerst unangenehme Überraschung. In einem meiner zwei Burger befand sich ein Brocken "irgendwas", in einer dermaßen verkohlten Konsistenz, dass es leider alles gewesen sein könnte. Gerade so noch aus dem Mund gefischt. Ich habs weder fotografiert noch irgendwie sonst preis gegeben, in der Annahme, dass es sich um ein Versehen handelt, da ich eben noch nie Probleme hier hatte. Trotzdem sollte auch zu später Stunde noch ausreichend Reinlichkeit vorherrschen. Mmh, ich werde mich noch ein anderes Mal einen Abstecher gönnen und dann neu bewerten...

Alle Burger waren kalt aber das heftigste waren die onienrings welche so steintrocken waren dass Sie bestimmt schon mehrmals in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt wurden.

Endlich auch hier : Nachfüllbare Getränke. Super Sache, ein Grund mehr hier her zu kommen. Und nicht 2 Straßen weiter.

Das Essen ist überall gleich. Wir waren auf der Durchreise hier, sind von der Autobahn abgefahren und haben eine Pause gemacht. Das Restaurant war sauber. Unser Veggie Burger wurde frisch zubereitet. War okay. Die Pommes leider nicht mehr ganz frisch.
