I actually went to Burger King for the first time in my life (usually only at the "competitor" 🤣) I was positively surprised by both the food itself and the friendly service as well as the cleanliness

We wanted to redeem our free vouchers at the Drive IN yesterday, Thursday, and the people who spoke really bad or hardly any German wanted to sell us a menu, even though we had FREE vouchers. After a long discussion, we drove to the parking lot and redeemed the vouchers at the counter inside and received some cold burgers. So absolutely bad branch including non-existent service. Please Burger King: at least hire people who are sufficiently fluent in German, for the benefit of all customers here. In my opinion that's not too much to ask for in 2025? The original in the USA wouldn't even tolerate such conditions.

It is extremely unfortunate that communication problems with the staff repeatedly occur during my visits to the Burger King branch, as many of the salespeople do not speak German well enough. Not only does this lead to misunderstandings, but my orders are regularly served incorrectly or cold. This level of service quality does not meet the expectations that one can expect from a company of this caliber.

After the renovation of the restaurant, the service is no longer the same as before. There are no more child seats. You have to wait longer for your order and there is usually always something missing so you have to request it. Apparently there is also a German shortage of skilled workers here. The payback card is no longer accepted here, even though it was advertised on the Burger King homepage. The main thing is that the branch manager can park his swanky car right in front of the door.

Vor 1 1/2 Jahren war ich vom Veggie Burger Menü noch richtig begeistert. Der Burger schmeckte super, dazu Zwiebelringe oder Salat oder Pommes und ein Getränk. Inzwischen wurde die Veggie-Hamburger-Palette erweitert, sehr schön. Allerdings kann ich den Basis-Plant Based Hamburger für 1,99€ nicht empfehlen: Belag ist extrem zurückhaltend. Dünnes Paddie, kein Salatblatt, keine Zwiebeln, nur 2 kleine Gurkenscheiben. Beim nächsten Besuch ist wohl ein teureres Modell empfehlenswert.

Das beste Beispiel, wie schaffe ich mich selbst ab. Früher gab es ein Hallo, heute stehen da 5 Automaten zur selbst Eingabe. Essen ist absolut unterirdisch! Home of the whopper ist lange her. Erlebnis Restaurant passt wohl eher besser. Essen kalt, Falsche Sachen bekommen, Salz wird wohl nur als Deko genommen, auf Nachfrage bekommt man noch böse Blicke. Dieser Laden sieht mich nie mehr! Die neue Einrichtung ist der absolute Schrott! Sorry BK, aber das ging voll nach hinten los…..! Hier ist selbst 1 Stern Zuviel

Ich empfehle jedem ganz dringend, seine Bestellung auf Vollständigkeit direkt zu überprüfen. Obwohl mir meine Bestellung wiederholt wurde, hat ein Burger gefehlt. Sehr ärgerlich. Update 28.12.23 Die Burger waren kalt und es hat ewig gedauert. Kartenzahlung war nicht möglich. Das nächste Mal wird es sicher McDonalds. Ist ja glücklicherweise um die Ecke.
