Arrived yesterday at 7 p.m. Waited 20 minutes after ordering

It's always noticeable that the staff doesn't even have B2 status to say a whole sentence. Because if you order something and repeat it, then you get the wrong one, it's annoying. I'm generally annoyed about having to repeat everything even though what is ordered is already spoken in kindergarten. It is indeed commendable that we have workers from third countries, but please with appropriate language skills. Because it makes a lot of things easier for everyone. Do something about it. Because we are in Germany Why do you put a service person in the front office if I don't have any language qualifications? The Gf should be there. think about it.

DIGGA they were so unfriendly and didn't bring me my sauces!!! The food was COLD!!!! DIGGA COLD!!!! And none of them spoke German properly!!

Normally it's fine. But lately it's been getting worse. Our little one really likes croissants. And we were only there because of her. We ordered and waited almost 20 minutes for the order. Although there were 3-4 visitors. Then a man came and said: “Croissants are being baked now and they will only be ready in 20 minutes”. I said I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes and wanted my money back. My child was very upset. We had breakfast and I went to ask for money back for the croissant. And McDonald's employees immediately said they were ready. And the croissant was quick. So it was extremely strange. No apology, no nice word, even “bye”.

Just a McDonald's restaurant like everyone else.

I especially like coming here for a cappuccino. Sometimes there is also a little something to eat or ice cream. Most of the time I'm very happy; the employees are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I forgot something again, I can understand that with a large order. But they also forget when ordering small ones 😡

I ordered via Lieferando at 6:15 p.m. Today and my food is still not here. Wollten liefern lassen, App direkt wieder gelöscht, dafür muss man 1000%iger McD Fan sein und sich nur von MCD ernähren. Wurden auf Lieferando weitergeleitet und trotz Mindestbestellwert kostet die Lieferung nochmal extra eine Gebühr. Die sollten sich bei Pizzerien erkundigen wie Lieferdienst geht!

Fast and friendly service. Everything was freshly prepared and it was still hot despite the long journey.

Rarely have I seen such a clean branch. Maybe it was also the time. It was at 11 in the morning and the breakfast even tasted good.

You can eat McDonald's every now and then but... You just can't expect that much in terms of satiety etc. Price-performance ratio is pretty expensive for this quality

Coordinated distribution on the drive is definitely different, but the quality of the food was ok, it just takes far too long, waiting cars are not served in advance, while large orders wait off to the side. Very unprofessional, ordered in-house with table service. I had to pick up my order myself, bringing it to the table was apparently too much to ask. There was no sugar in the coffee. I had to pick it up myself too. The staff seems very unmotivated and listless. Also very rude. Cookie was rock hard, could have passed for dog biscuit. Not recommended!!

It may have been because of the time at 10 p.m., but the restaurant was definitely empty. However, there was no table where you could sit down without being disgusted. Everything was smeared with sauces and fat, full of leftover food, sometimes even the benches. However, I also wonder how a guest can leave such a mess behind and I don't really want to know what their home must look like. But a bucket with cleaner and a wipe could have helped relatively quickly.

A true taste experience at McDonald's in Wesseling! My lunch consisted of the tempting McMenu Filet-o-Fish with crispy fries and a refreshing Coca Cola. The crowning glory was a delicious McFlurry ice cream. The food was not only delicious but also the perfect treat for my taste buds. The service was quick and the ambience while eating inside the branch was very pleasant. A really interesting and satisfying experience!

Visit on 11/10/23 Among others I have a Mcflurry Oreo ordered. For 3.99Eu, I got a cup with the ice cream I ordered. The order was kindly brought to my seat. Unfortunately the cup was only about half full. Due to the high volume of customers, it was not possible to complain immediately. But it wasn't difficult to see through the chocolate sauce that the cup was only about half full. After the crowd was gone, I told the employee on duty based on the chocolate rim Shown on the cup that there is no filling was correct. Das Essen war wirklich wiederwertig und kam schon halb abgekühlt an. Das Tablett war noch nass und die Pommes lagen dort drin. Die Shrimps haben eigenartig geschmeckt. Alles in allem ist dieser Mc doof genau so schlecht wie der in Bornheim selber. Nicht zu empfehlen

Der Chickenburger war unterirdisch. Das Brötchen mit Fleischinhalt lieblos und schmeckte wie ein Lappen, das ich meinem Hund noch nicht einmal vorwerfen würde. Die Pommes schmeckten nach Fisch. Der McChicken war eine weiche Pampe mit Fertigremoulade und der Sunday-Icebecher wurde mit neben meiner Tüte der eben benannten ungenießbaren Waren in die Hand gedrückt. McDonalds? Nie wieder?

Des öfteren wurde uns statt einem Cheeseburger ein Hamburger verkauft (war aber im Cheeseburger Papier), das Personal stellenweise so unhöflich, dass ich am liebsten die Burger zurück geschmissen hätte. Dann sind die Pommes nur zur Hälfte gefüllt. Könnte noch mehr schreiben, dann reg ich mich aber wieder auf. Saftladen. Nachtrag 28.04. Bei einem überteuertemMcRib Menü kann man wohl erwarten, dass man mehr Sauce bekommt! Besser Burger King als ihr!

Mc Drive ist eine Katastrophe. Unfreundliches Personal. Nur dem Betreiber freundliche Verpackungs Inhalte. ( Zu wenig ihnhalt, Kalte Burger, teilweise mit sehr wenig Soße...) Damit ist gemeint, das ich zb NIE eine Pommes bekommen habe, die nur annähernd mehr als halbvoll ist.... Hab mich erneut entsprechend beschwert, das ich für eine große Pommes bezahle und diese auch gerne so bekommen möchte. Dies wird dann, teilweise unterirdisch vom verhalten, entsprechend nachgefüllt. Hier vermute ich eine Taktik durch den Betreiber, der so mehr Pommes verkaufen kann..

Einer der dreckigsten McD die ich kenne. Auf dem Klo klebt der Fußboden, weil es vermutlich nur einen Lappen für alles gibt. Die Bestellung steht minutenlang auf den Tresen, ohne dass die Nummer angezeigt wird. Ein Mitarbeiter hält seinen Finger unter den Milchschaum, den die Servicekraft in die Tasse füllt.

"Frapé ohne Schokosoße", schreit der Bruder auch durch den ganzen Laden. Wollte ich Schoki hätte ich mir einen Milchshake bestellt 🥲

Für Fast Food ist es gut. Die Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die neue Werbung über Recourse und Ökologie und Umwelt ist ein Witz, die haben doch ihre Burger so lange in Styropor Verkauft bis es Verboten wurde und nicht früher. Und jetzt immer noch der größte Müll produzierer der ganzen Welt.

Leicht CHAOTISCHES Personal. Bei höherem Kundenaufkommen völlig überfordert. Die Anzeigen (Zubereitung / Abholung) stimmen nicht lt. Eigener Aussagen. Tischlereien nicht vorhanden, da keine Schilder.

Tja... Wenn ihr die Meinumg abfragt: Man wird nicht gezwungen reinzugehen und man weiss vorher was man bekommt. Aber, man sollte sich öfters mal damit beschäftigen wie minderwertig das Angebot ist. Deswegen weigere ich mich weiterhin, es Essen zu nennen und beschreibe den Besuch als Methode den Hunger für eine kurze Zeit zu beseitigen. Das Restaurant selbst hat nichts schlechter gemacht als alle anderen. Ich gehe dort hin, um mit dem Gratis Wlan meine Besuchsberichte zu versenden und eine saubere Toilette zu finden.

Ein McDonalds, der sauber ist, das Personal schnell und freundlich ist, das Essen guten McDonalds-Standard bietet.

Was soll man in einem McDonald's bewerten. Alle schmecken gleich. Das Personal dagegen ist aber sehr Liebevoll im Umgang mit Kunden. Wenn ich noch mal bei Euch in der Nähe bin werde ich Euch noch mals besuchen.

Tische sind immer dreckig, ebenso der "Spielbereich". Der Ton des Chefs/Teamleiter gegenüber dem Personal ist unterirdisch.

Wir waren nach unserem Urlaub um ca. 0:30 Uhr dort, für einen Mitternachtssnack. Burger schmeckten wie üblich. Leider mussten wir, trotz weniger Kunden, länger warten. Der Käse vom Cheeseburger war nicht richtig zerlaufen, wie es sein sollte. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

Die Hälfte würde vergessen bei Drive Inn schalter. Also doch Parken und den Wagen verlassen um die restlichen sachen im Laden zu holen.

Man glaubt es kaum, aber angeblich sollen die Standards beim MC überall gleich sein. Hier wurde der Cheeseburger gleich zweimal nach einander zu Recht reklamiert. Zusammengedrückt und im Einpackpapier total verklebt gewesen.

Wenn man 30Minuten gegen Mitternacht alleine in einem Discord Call durch die Gegend schlendert, und sich dabei in diesen McDonald's verirrt, hittet der vegane Burger einfach anders geil. (Google mochte den vorigen Text nicht, deswegen fehlt hier etwas Kontext. Aber nun gut.) Ich meine, ich mag den immer noch nicht, aber heiliger Kabeljau, hatte ich Hunger. Ist halt ein McDonald's, die sehen ziemlich alle gleich aus. Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich nett, muss ich schon sagen. Einer von denen saß gechillt auf dem Boden, und als Autist mit Social Anxiety hat mir das einfach Comfort gegeben. Ich weiß auch nicht wieso. Die Stimmung hier allgemein war sehr nice. Einfach gute Vibes. Wurde sogar beraten, als ich Chicken Nuggets und ne Cola kaufen wollte, da ein Menü am Ende billiger ist. Danke an die nette Person die mir da geholfen hat, Ehrenperson. Leider auch hier nicht besonders sauber. Tische, Bänke, Stühle und Boden z. T klebrig, nicht abgeräumt und dreckig. Scheinbar wird es bei McDonald immer mehr so.. Die Burger schnell schnell zusammen gehauen und die Kilometer weit entfernt von der Optik der in der Werbung dargestellten Objekte.

Es scheint hier sehr sauber, weil ein grosser nasser Wischmop direkt hinter der Tür lag. Ziemlich gefährlich.

Der Schichtleiter ist überdurchschnittlich motiviert und ist zu Scherze aufgelegt.. Das und die Nuggets muss ich erstmal verdauen😜.

Ich hab nur nen McFlurry gegessen, aber der war in gleich bleibender Qualität, wie immer, gut. Nur den Papiermülleimer in der Toilette könnte ab und zu mal jemand leeren, das sah aus wie Sau. Insbesondere, weil sich das Papier bis an die Ausgabe vom Papierschlitz stapelte. Ehrlicher Weise war aber auch im McDrive sichtbar sehr viel los und das nachts um halb2.

Leider sehr teuer geworden. Schade das es die 1.- € Artikel nicht mehr gibt(Eistüte,z.B.). Gehen nun höchstens noch 1 Mal im Monat hin.

Wir haben eben zum mitnehmen Essen bestellt. Nach 20 minuten warten haben wir kaltes essen bekommen.

Ein MC Donald's wie alle anderen

Diese Filiale ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Nachdem ich mich nach mehreren Enttäuschungen (lange Wartezeiten, Burger kalt, Gutscheine aus der APP wurden nicht berücksichtigt, immer wieder fehlte etwas beim Abholen - meistens leider erst zu Hause bemerkt- usw.usw.) habe ich mich an die Zentrale gewendet und dort von meinen negativen Erfahrungen berichtet. Von dort wurde meine Beschwerde an den Franchisenehmer weitergeleitet. Es erfolgte keine Antwort, also habe ich noch einmal bei der Zentrale daran erinnert. Wieder erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass meine Mail weitergeleitet wurde…. und wieder erfolgte keine Antwort des Verantwortlichen. Man fühlt sich dort als Bittsteller und der Franchisenehmer hat es scheinbar nicht nötig, da der Laden sowieso brummt und die sachliche Kritik eines unzufriedenen Kunden niemanden interessiert. Erschreckend, dass es die MC Donalds Deutschland LLC scheinbar auch nicht interessiert wie Ihre Franchiser den Namen des Unternehmens beschädigt …..ach ja: nachdem ich die Filiale bereits lange nicht mehr besuche, weil ich mich nicht ständig ärgern möchte, hat sich heute meine Frau mit unserem Kleen noch einmal auf den Weg gemacht (obwohl ich absolut dagegen war diesem Unternehmer noch Geld in den Rachen zu werfen) und unter anderem ein Happy Meal geordert. Und siehe da: es fehlte die Mayonnaise und die Currysauce. Entsprechend ist die Stimmung hier wieder sehr geknickt Ein Gutes hat diese heutige Erfahrung allerdings: diese Filiale wird niemand von uns mehr betreten….und ich kann aus diesem Grund jeden nur davor warnen!

Mein Vanille Shake in einer äußerst schlechten Konsistenz und dazu noch mit der Schokolade meines Vorgängers versetzt Das geht besser und ist nicht so schwer

Preisleistungsverhältnis passt nicht mehr zusammen! Es wird alles teurer und das Essen schmeckt immer weniger! Wenn das Essen wenigstens schmecken würde wie früher ( unteranderem genug Soße drauf wäre ) wäre der Preis in Ordnung

Diese Filiale ist nicht zu empfehlen die Bestellten Bürger und Pommes waren Kalt. Dabei fehlten viele Bürger bei der Bestellung bei der Kontrolle ist aufgefallen das kein Kassenbon da war. Also kein Anrecht auf Reklamation. Diese Filiale sollte man meiden und ehrlich gesagt schließen da dies schon oft vorgekommen ist....

Wie ich hier lese, geht es mir nicht alleine so. Leider musste ich zum wiederholten Male feststellen, dass in meiner Bestellung etwas fehlte, diesmal die große Portion Pommes frites im Vegan-Menü. Bereits zum zweiten Mal innerhalb eines halben Jahres passiert. Ich schaue schon jedes Mal bevor ich nach Hause fahre in der Tüte nach, doch diesmal habe ich die fehlenden Pommes nicht gesehen. Zurückfahren und reklamieren lohnte aufgrund der Entfernung nicht. Die Zentrale von McDonald's angeschrieben, die reagierten prompt und versprachen mir, mein Anliegen an den Franchise-Nehmer der Filiale weiterzuleiten, der würde sich dann bei mir melden. Zweieinhalb Wochen ist das her. Keine Reaktion. Ein Gutschein für die fehlenden Pommes per E-Mail wäre doch ein schönes Zeichen gewesen., dann hätte ich diese negative Bewertung nicht geschrieben. Also: Auf guten Kundenservice scheint der Filialleiter oder die Leiterin keinen Wert zu legen. Enttäuschend.

We visited this McDonalds during a heatwave after a trip to Phantasialand. This McD does not have airconditioning. They had to keep the doors open which attracted a lot of insects. The outside area is located between the parking lot and the drive-through so you're constantly surrounded by gas fumes of all the cars around you. Self-service kiosks were handy.

Came here twice on my trip...it was very busy inside so I just got a takeaway. Food was good quality

Ein typisches Schnellrestaurant. Die Speisen werden meist frisch und schnell erwärmt, oft sehr voll und noch angemessene Wartezeiten. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und kompetent. Die Sauberkeit im Gastraum ist verbesserungswürdig

Man mag es oder man mag es nicht. Der Wesselinger Mc Donalds unterscheidet sich nicht von anderen. Sauber ist es und wer es mag der geht hin.

In sich gibt es ja bei Mc Donald`s sozusagen "Einheits-Gerichte"! Deshalb erübrigen sich weitere Erklärungen! Das tolle ist, man kann dort jederzeit essen wenn alle Gaststätten Feierabend haben! Sehr zu empfehlen sind dort die Fritten die sehr schmackhaft sind!
