1 star is too much. So often fries are cold, no ice with drinks. Apparently this kind of thing is too difficult. They prefer to talk all the time and look at you stupidly when they walk by 🤮

Nice branch with the usual offerings. Friendly staff. Centrally located. Very close to the highway.

Additionally, my burger was cold, which further deteriorated the experience. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the only response I received from an employee was that I "had to accept it." This is unacceptable to me and does not reflect the quality of service I have come to expect from McDonald's. For these reasons I would like to request a refund of my payment. The menu is the same everywhere, but not the interior. Here it's a very uncomfortable 50s-80s style mix, with worn-out furniture, far too much empty space, far too high ceilings and terribly bright light. Even your favorite burger doesn't taste good in there.

it feels like it's getting worse, Ordered menu plus two burgers to take away, waited 15 minutes. At home I noticed that side dishes and dips from the menu weren't there, and one burger was wrong.

A huge monkey business complete with facial gaffes and repeated loud repetitions of how little she feels like making fries without salt. In the future we will simply stop in Magdeburg again. Ambience is so-so. Functional, but not pretty.
