Best branch overalls atmosphere vibes service very friendly

The food was excellent, but the baby chairs were all broken or incomplete. Unfortunately, the dining room was very cold.

Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonalds. There were three of us First I had to wait almost half an hour for my food, which is not to be expected at a fast food restaurant (a Happy Meal and a McMenu Small, so not a particularly large order). Accordingly, my fries were already cold. One of us had items missing from our orders, which isn't the first time this has happened at this McDonald's. And the vegetarian in the group was served nuggets with meat instead of McPlants. All in all a very bad experience and would not be recommended.

Longer waiting time, mess and etc.

Dirty, crooked burgers, everything mashed together, soggy fries. What is needed here is a change in branch management and not some new employees

Even though it was quiet, my order never arrived. After 20 minutes, I demanded my money back. It turned out the order had been forgotten.

I always just get my cappuccino there in the morning. I go into McDonald's and don't go through McDrive. Until a few weeks ago, coffee products were always prepared using the large McCafe portafilter. The fully automatic machine at the McDrive counter has recently been used for this purpose. The cappuccino tastes the same. The portafilter machine appears to be permanently switched off. If you have such a device, you should use it.

Horrible McDonald's never had anywhere to sit waited a very long time for my order about 30 minutes just waited for a small cola everyone was yelling...

Burgers usually have practically no sauce, always have to be complained about. Cola is often empty, tables in the restaurant are rarely cleaned, toilets are dirty (what does it look like in the kitchen then?).

Saturday evening and there is an employee for drive, normal orders and the self-orders...waiting for 2 ice creams for 20 minutes...how is that supposed to work? Very bad personnel planner or franchise manager

I find it very unfortunate and unprofessional that the website of this branch states an opening time until 1:00 am and then they close at 00:00 am. And especially if I drive all the way from Roermond with my son and stand in front of a closed door or MC drive. While there are staff inside. Simply outrageous!!!! I would consider it professional if they could send me an email address where I can complain?
