Great staff and everyone was super friendly. The food was also delicious. Can't complain.

Burger King on the Straße des 17. Juni in Berlin, seriously what is going on? For over half a year there has been no ice cream, no shakes, no hope. The ice cream machine seems to be as legendary as a unicorn: everyone talks about it, no one has ever seen it. As a huge corporation, how can you not manage to replace ONE device? Do you have to recover the machine from a secret temple in Peru or what? Your customers are thirsty. Demand. Summer dreams. And you're just giving us hot air. This is starting to feel more like “King of Disappointment”. Please... before we all get dehydrated, fix the machine. Or at least put up a sign: “There are no vanilla dreams here.”

Terrible set up. Wanted to buy just a Wrap with carbonated water. It didn't work. Had to buy a menu. Wrap, salad, regular bottled water. I gave up. If you returned the plastic bottle you got your deposit back! Was at Burger King yesterday. No problem. The staff was nice but couldn't offer any other solution. Is it supposed to be this square!?

Coffee is always possible. The rest has simply become outrageously expensive.

Staff couldn't remember the order, despite a handwritten note. Because the food was prepared WITHOUT gloves, our friend recorded it on video. She was then detained by several employees in the restaurant, and after we tried to "get" her out, the restaurant doors were locked!! In my eyes, this was clearly a case of false imprisonment! The police were then called, and the employees claimed our friend had caused a disturbance, which was not the case at all!! My friend was refused permission to leave the restaurant after repeated requests. The police couldn't do much, but they were completely on our side!!!! DIRTY PLACE! Never again, I'd rather go hungry.

Even though it was quiet, my order never arrived. After 20 minutes, I demanded my money back. It turned out the order had been forgotten.

Wiederholt einen trockenen alten Hamburger am Autoschalter erhalten. Kann nur abraten. Musste zurück zwecks Umtausch .

The staff at the counter is unfriendly and the burgers are too dry

The food was OK, but when we wanted to pick up our food because it said it was ready, our order wasn't ready and we had to wait forever and we were one sauce short. We then had to gobble up the food because we were in a hurry.

I almost only drive through the Drive and I must say quite clearly that, unlike at the M, I have NEVER been ripped off here, which is more the rule than the exception at the M!!!

So, it's clear that most burgers have gotten smaller. More expensive, too, of course. But when you order a Filet-o-Fish (fish mac) that's already shrunk in size and then get a Filet-o-Fish with half a slice of cheese on it, I wonder if you're actually trying to rip people off? Don't tell me this was a one-time incident :-) If you even say anything about it.

Unfortunately, the restrooms weren't particularly presentable on our last visit. I still think that's important, even for a chain restaurant. Otherwise, everything was fine; everything went quickly and efficiently, and apart from the mayo, everything was complete, and we got a replacement immediately upon request.

If employees slept there, they would be more productive and faster than they are now. It's crazy how slowly people can work. I'd like to do it myself next time. I would look for new ones.
