It's unbelievable how long you have to wait for your food in an empty drive-thru...

I wanted to order an iced tea here. Unfortunately, they were out of ice.

Once again, a burger was left at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home. Something always goes wrong. This was the last time I was here.

Today we went to Burger King for the first time in what felt like 5 years and even after such a long time it was still a disappointment. The poor employees can't actually do anything about it, as they are clearly understaffed. After a wait of about 20 minutes we got cold burgers. I would almost say that the drinks were warmer than the burgers.

The floor sticks, not just a little, but really badly, eating takes an incredibly long time, fries have no salt, burgers are topped incorrectly, and half of them are forgotten

We had to wait over 20 minutes (fast food...?), then four things were missing, something was mixed up in the box and the burgers were cold. It doesn't work via the review link. A rogue who thinks evil... I won't go there again.

Absolutely chaotic, we waited over 45 minutes, totally chaotic and then not fresh. Just this store again!!!

I can't really understand the reviews...whenever I was there I was offered warm, incredibly tasty food. The payment was always intact and the employees were extremely nice. There have never been any problems and I'm happy to be there. The new offer with the surprise burger is great! Thank you for existing😊🎉

It's probably open longer and more often again

This establishment has mutated into an absolute unreasonable place. I've been to the "fast food restaurant" twice in the past 6 weeks. The first time I waited 30 minutes for my order. In addition, the food was cold and inedible. That same evening we all (6 people!!!) had diarrhea. The bottomless insolence happened yesterday during my very short lunch break. I decided to go to the drive-thru due to lack of time. It took around 10 minutes for my order to even be accepted. Another 25 minutes later I was at the first window (wohooo). I asked the employee whether it would now become standard that you have to wait over 30 minutes for your food at Burger King. The answer "I'm alone, I can't change it". When asked, there was a “complain to Burger King and not me” Not a word from the employee afterwards. The cola was lukewarm and stale. The coffee was cold and I wasn't asked if I wanted milk or anything like that. The burgers were once again cold and inedible! Clapped together without meaning or understanding. 10 jalapenos on one corner, nothing on the other corner, etc. Absolutely disrecommended!!!

I have to completely agree with all the 1 star reviews. This is by far the nastiest, worst, most customer-unfriendly Burger King I have ever seen. I don't recommend anyone to come here - except for the Undercover Boss team so that the manager can see for himself how run down this place is. It's pretty nice to look at from the outside, but that's it. We waited 50 minutes for our cold food and warm drinks. Absolute zero number. Never again.

I'm a fan of Burger 🍔 King but my tip is to look for another branch, bad service, dirty and the food is cold and soggy. Unfortunately a complete disaster. Was there Tuesday afternoon

A really impersonal burger joint in which warm clothing is essential. The goal seems to be to stay as short as possible. This is difficult because of the constantly very long waiting time before the issue. Quality is on the decline, prices are on the rise. Unfortunately, there is no longer an alternative to the nearby McDonalds.

Far too long, something has to change drastically

They say all good things come in threes 1st visit: one burger wrong + one burger completely forgotten 2nd visit: an hour before the store closed we were greeted with the words "there's nothing left today" and said goodbye at the same time 3rd visit: we stand in line at the drive in for a long time, when we arrived at the ordering counter there was a note stuck there saying “currently no card payment, only cash payment”. No cash is involved. Now we're still standing here in line, there's nothing going back and forth. It would be appropriate to post this notice at the entrance to the drive in and not in the middle of it. Absolute crap shop.

Waited 10 minutes for the order, non-carbonated drinks, napkins only on request, fries and burgers lukewarm. Dirty because it hasn't been cleared. Employees are standing around.

Wherever I was there there were only fat people

We ordered at the drive-thru with a voucher. They didn't ask what drink, there was a stale cola. Fries cold and limp.

Unfortunately, this BK has lost quality. Sometimes there are too few staff for too many customers. Update Feb 2025: Unfortunately, things aren't getting any better. We were there and actually wanted to eat there too. We didn't do that because it was very cold in the store. After ordering at the terminal, we waited 25 minutes for the food to be ready. In between, the french fries station ran empty, which didn't help matters. Unfortunately, this Burger King is also on the decline

Worst Burger King I've ever been to.

Toilet of horror, if you have to go here you should go to the bushes in front of the door, it's definitely cleaner. Burgers, fries and onion rings ice cold. The Cola and Co were at least pleasantly warm. Once you want a salad instead of fries, unfortunately the forks are empty and you spoon your salad or use Asian coffee sticks. Tables are reluctantly wiped down upon request. No, it wasn't all hell, it was below average. Now we know why. How can such a popular store be so poorly managed? Complaining to the store only gets stupid answers. Then just like that. Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority here. We won't eat there again.

I've never been as disgusted as I was there. My visit ended when I was washing my hands. I've never experienced anything so unclean. No soap available, but the toilets are twice as dirty. The floor is sticky, the sink is calcified like a stalactite cave. Maximum disgusting. 🤢

Unfortunately, the food was cold but the very friendly staff really gave their all and made everything new and apologized often. All in all, this was really top and they really went above and beyond. A+ to the employees

I don't know of any branch that delivers so badly... even the cola from the machine wasn't cooled... rolls had obviously been lying around open for days, meat was generally cold if not fried. The items served are in a dirty container that has never been cleaned. It's really catastrophic that Burger King itself doesn't react here is incomprehensible

We come here often because Burger King generally has a great selection of veggie burgers. But here something is often not right. Most recently we got a completely wrong burger and another burger (the plant-based king rib) actually had the wrong patty on it?! Actually it was supposed to have the “beef” patty on it, but it was the chicken.. big disappointment

“Unfortunately” I eat here more often for work reasons. Something always goes wrong at the branch. Either only card payment or only cash payment is possible. The drive switch is closed, or the grill doesn't work and there's only chicken. Then there is not enough change and you get 1 and 2 cent pieces back.

Food was ok, but it wasn't fast food

Never again! The Burger King in Kronshagen is an absolute disaster. Either the branch is constantly closed or the card reader isn't working again - incredibly annoying, especially if you're hungry and don't have any cash with you. The waiting times are endless, even when there is hardly anything going on, and the employees are incredibly unfriendly and seem completely uninterested. Customer service seems to be a foreign word here. If you make the effort to go here, you expect at least a minimum standard - that definitely doesn't exist here. Save yourself time, nerves and money and go somewhere else.

Burger King is ideal for a quick bite. The quality of the burgers is okay, but the cleanliness in the restaurants often leaves a lot to be desired. The toilets in particular could be cleaned more often. In addition, card payment does not always work reliably and the order system is often difficult to understand. Burger not warm. Upon request, they offered to heat them in the microwave. After a bit of back and forth there were new ones, none warmer either. The whole store was barely heated, so you had to sit there with a jacket on. The tray carts are full to the brim and there's hardly anything going on in the store. Good service looks different.

All burgers were cold, the extra order was served incorrectly, it was denied, after looking at the receipt they backtracked: they didn't have the sauce they wanted. Terminal hangs up, half of the coupons not available...four tables present and the guys were more stressed than other stores with full booths. That was really an incredibly bad experience.

You can eat warm cola, cold fries, burgers, but you don't have to. A disgrace for the price

Attention FOOD POISONING according to Burger King! Me and my friend went to BK on the afternoon of 12/27/24 and got burgers, pommers and onion rings to take away. We both felt very bad in the evening and I spent the whole night hanging over the toilet. If it had lasted a little longer, I would have had to go to the hospital. The only thing we shared (all burgers were different, mine were plant based) were the onion rings. That was probably a case of not washing my hands after using the toilet and then grabbing the snacks. Thanks BK, I will never come back!

I was there again a few weeks ago. The redesign of the interior - I don't know how new - was pleasing. Food came quickly and was good as usual. It's a shame that ordering via screen has become the norm and has become a bit more impersonal.

Been here several times, weeks apart, and each time they say that the milkshake machine is broken. What's wrong with you?!

Unfortunately you can't give negative stars. I don't understand how this impudence can even last. Tried to eat there three times this year. 1st attempt in the 2nd quarter, there were no promotional products. The second time in October, there was no service 30 minutes before closing time because the kitchen was already closed. 3rd attempt today, unfortunately only cash payment and there were only fries, nuggets and two or three burgers.

Don't! These are the most expensive fries I've ever eaten. I ordered a large portion and it was a small bag with a few fries and for almost 4 euros! I was told that this is normal. At McDonald's I get a large portion and well filled and not a small portion where you can count the fries without having to take them out. This is outrageous! Bye Bye.

I love how BKs always get these bad long wait time reviews, but I've been here once and a lot in Raisdorf and I've barely ever had to wait long. Also the food is solid, as expected from other BKs. Speed of food readiness, taste of food and Atmosphere are better than the Donald's, but both are of course overpriced

To be honest, I've always been a McDonald's representative, but it's been a long time since I went to Burger King again. We eat well. Very very good. The Long Chicken was well seasoned and had a good amount of sauce, plus the breading was really crispy. The fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and had an almost perfect amount of salt. I really enjoyed this visit and am almost convinced.

The way the burgers were prepared was subterranean. No mention of service! Wings dry, no dip helped. That was it...

Unfortunately not recommended at the moment. Food cold, staff extremely slow and friendliness also seems to be overrated (although this time there was a nice one). Unfortunately, it's not often possible to process the order list properly anymore, as you lose track of everything with all the going back and forth. But the fries are very tasty!! Addendum from August 4th, 21: - Big King XXL without cheese (see photo), - Chilli cheese fries with a dollop of sauce (see photo). Still not recommended for me. Update 08/17/23: It doesn't get any better. Ordered burgers without jalapenos, they were obviously just removed from the burger. All burgers weren't hot. We stood at the drive-in for 20 minutes and the employee lost his calm. Once again no nuggets, bikini bottom burger not in stock either. Fries wobbly and unsalted. Update October 3rd, 2023: Warm Fanta, cold burgers. Update November 19, 2024: Still the same. There are no longer any card payments at the drive-thru. Given the teaching situation, of course at least 10 minutes until you get back to Burger Kind. Can't you put something like that right at the beginning? You should give up this location and leave others there for it!!

After I had to eat something quickly after a long time, I was pleasantly surprised by the burger after the last time I was disappointed at McDonald's... (burger fell apart into its components and it was a nasty mess)... Firmly in your hand until the end and also a big difference in taste... The menu selection on the display takes some getting used to and is certainly not easy for older customers.....

This branch is quite ok… totally better than the juice shop in Reisdorf Schwentinental

One wonders why nothing changes after all the - completely justified - scathing reviews. Dirty tables partially covered with rubbish, overflowing return trolleys, lukewarm food, sticky burger buns, no napkins, unfriendly, grubby, unmotivated staff. In addition, after the spatial redesign you have the impression that you are sitting in a crypt. I will definitely not repeat this visit.

Best Burger King since opening hours returned to normal. Everything fresh, fast service (at least almost) clean tables, friendly service. Exceeds all expectations that a normal person could have when visiting Burger King :)

I was in this branch on November 6th, 2024. The fries and burgers were freshly prepared, everything tasted and looked perfect. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Can be done in a pinch... at least if you have a lot of time. Waiting times between 30 and 60 minutes are standard here. The food is ok if you get the right one. At least waste disposal is easy here because every table is a trash can. The staff is basically extremely overwhelmed.

Always closed contrary to the stated opening times, extremely slow and incompetent service, absolutely unacceptable and unnecessarily bad even for a fast food shop.

Just don’t get reusable cups! Ordered and paid for 0.5l, but only received 0.4l each! When we returned it, we were initially only given half of the money because the lids were missing, which we hadn't received!!! Save yourself the drama and use the disposable cups! Who is the manager of this branch please?! Bad Burger King place. The store is simply closed during opening hours, whether in the morning, in the middle of the day or in the evening. Pure gambling whether you are standing in front of closed doors or not. The drinks are warm and non-carbonated. And every two weeks, sometimes only cash payment is possible and sometimes only card payment is possible. What's wrong with the store?

Avoid this sleaze shop. Everything else is in all the reviews. I can't understand how Burger King tolerates crooked franchisees dragging the store and its reputation into such mud.

Recently I had a wonderful date in the store and we had a great experience in this store! Our expectations of the store were very low right from the start and we were able to keep that thought straight after our visit, mega! :) The food was quite good, although it took a little longer to prepare, it was freshly prepared, although there was little lettuce on my long chicken, it was still good enough for Burger King. The veggie things in the store are also really expensive, although the taste was good when I tried the Maccaroni Burger, but the price was really very expensive. At least you got full with the small portion of soggy fries that were included in the menu. All I can say about the ambience is that it corresponds exactly to my expectations, there is garbage and chips on the floor everywhere that the staff didn't clear away. And the lamps in this building hang 2-3 meters from the ceiling all the way down, so you keep hitting your head, that's really not nice. The toilets in the store are also a disaster, the squat toilets are dirty, the toilet smells extremely bad, one toilet has been broken for months and the faucet jet is also way too strong, so you spray all over your clothes, really annoying! But the service got everything out of it again, food from the people sitting next to us was brought to the table by the employee with a grim look and put there without comment, otherwise they just shouted the number loudly throughout the shop until someone came forward to get it. On the whole, we really enjoyed the evening there, as our expectations were already adjusted accordingly and we didn't expect much. Sometimes the burger buns are gone, sometimes the equipment is broken, sometimes half the order is missing, but what always remains the same is the long waiting time, even when the store is almost empty. When I was there recently, a young woman complained that her pack of fries wasn't even half full after something had already been missing. The employee grinned cheekily at her and said it had to be that way.

Much more pleasant after the renovation. Really tasty burger, prepared hot and quickly. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. Depends heavily on the kitchen team.

After the renovation, it no longer looks so flashy, but rather bright and spacious and the service is quick and friendly. Another star more deserved.

There have been no chilled drinks for months, drinking warm Sprite in the summer...a dream. Actually, you can only pay by card at the drive-in, then suddenly you can only pay in cash, without warning, so you can't get out of the queue once you've gone into the drive-in. You still have to wait until everyone is served and the pace is wild. Snails would laugh at the lameness. There is no preparation for peak times at all...somehow really sad. I don't actually rate it negatively, but in this case it's appropriate. Something needs to change...

Actually 0 stars. Sometimes he suddenly has no idea what the opening times are, everything is sluggish and not particularly hygienic.
