We were no longer allowed to sit down at half past one, despite opening until 2:00 a.m. There was hardly any caramel to be found in the MC Sunday Caramel and the staff seemed cold.

Lost toy bunny!!! Sorry, This is not a review but a question. We are at the restaurant yesterday the 17. Of July 2024. And I think we might forgot my dauthers toy, a grey bunny with a blanket. Is it possible that you have found it at your restaurant?

Then you realize again that you are in Germany. 1. The selection of burgers and 2. Address food allergies. Unfortunately both are not available. But in Austria it does and then they say: McDonald's is the same everywhere. I would also like to have the burgers/wraps that are available in Austria here in Germany. But unfortunately not possible, why not?

It's called fast food and not that you need 15 minutes at the counter to order because the woman can't speak German or understand what you want and in the end everything comes out wrong... really great, please hire people at least understand and speak German... and the best thing is when you complain, you just laugh and share it, the woman misunderstood it, that's it... it's terrible to hire people who can speak German and if you don't then she assigns them somewhere else and not in the drive or at the checkout

The McDonald's in Forchheim is an average fast food restaurant near the motorway exit. Cleanliness is okay, which is always a plus. However, there is nothing exceptional that sets this location apart from other McDonald's locations. If you're looking for a quick meal in transit, it's a solid choice, but don't expect any special highlights.

Pre-ordered via app and picked up at the restaurant. Waiting time is okay if the fast-food restaurant is full. We wanted to eat our McPlant in the car... unfortunately instead of the "sandwich sauce" there was only regular ketchup and snow-white mayo on it. It's too late to complain because I've already eaten the salad and didn't notice the first bite right away. 😤 It's a shame and then no more!

In the McDrive, even when asked, I didn't get any proof of payment.

The kids wanted an ice cream and then something to play here. In her opinion, ice cream was delicious. Unfortunately the playground outside was dirty. Slide smeared with ketchup. The staff can't do anything about it, but rather the guests who were there.

We always drive by the branch after the swimming pool and the last 3 times we've always been fooled by the price. Today there was even no bill! If you don't pay attention to the prices, it's really annoying! We then checked in the car only when we were already 5 km away. But I don't want to have to have to argue with the cashier every time about how much it cost! Instead, I relax and trust when I visit. Too bad! So any desire for McD disappears...

Top clean branch with nice staff

Store is very well maintained. Perfect location. Service not the fastest. The outside area is very nice. The toilets are dirty. You need to clean it properly. Food was warm.

It's not okay to have employees at the checkout who barely understand you. I say 3x NO normal milk, only lactose-free & they then answer you ok & in the end you sit at home with a stomach ache because normal milk was used. I saw the milk and pointed it out 3 times. When he said OK and got his colleague, I thought it was going to be lactose-free. No, I only noticed it afterwards.

What can I say? Tastes like anywhere else. Experience has shown that the staff is friendly and helpful, but on days when there is a bit more going on, the tables are often not clean.

Every second visit, something is missing from the order, which unfortunately we usually only notice later on the journey. Quite often there are simply no sauces put in the bags, or the wrong sauces. What we experienced today shoots the bird down. We ordered two McFlurries. On all the billboards you can see an ice cream cone with ice cream and ingredients piled up to the edge of the box. Everyone knows that this does not correspond to reality. But you could almost see the bottom of our McFlurries showing through - the boxes were only a third full. We drove back without further ado. When asked about this flaw, there was no apology! No, they doggedly filled us with a little extra ice cream up to half the height of the box and gave us the boxes with a grumpy “Is that okay?” stretched towards each other. We didn't feel like having any more discussions and took the ice cream with us. But 4.29 euros each for half-filled McFlurries is quite an announcement. An announcement that shows the value customers have in this branch.

It was inconvenient to pay, it was loud and not clean. Less will soon no longer be possible, and in short, it will be pure disappointment.

2024: wird immer schlimmer. Bestellungen am Terminal tauchen einfach nicht am Display auf und werden erst auf Nachfrage bearbeitet obwohl man ja bereits am Terminal bezahlt hat. Service daher reduziert. Geschmacklich ist ja mittlerweile auch bekannt dass McD abbaut. Aber das Kind…. 😬 Wenn man zum mitnehmen bestellt sollte man direkt kontrollieren ob die Bestellung ordnungsgemäß umgesetzt wurde. Heute war statt Doppel-BigMac der normale drin. Letztes Mal fehlten alle Saucen.

Essen und Service grundsätzlich gut. Inakzeptabel ist, dass zur Mittagszeit auf den aufgehängten Fernsehern nicht kindertauglicher Inhalt gezeigt wird!

Ich bin enttäuscht und wütend.Habe mir ein großes Menü bestellt und bekomme eine halb volle Schachtel mit Pommes🫤Und das für über 11,39€.Wo sind die Zeiten hin wo die Schachteln noch prall gefüllt waren?Und kommt mir nicht mit der Ausrede alles wird teurer.Die zieht bei mir nicht.Wenn ich "groß" bezahle dann will ich auch "groß".Leider hab ich's erst Zuhause gemerkt😏

McDonalds halt, war irgendwann nachts da glaube ich, hundemüde nach sieben Stunden Autofahrt. Dafür ist so ein Laden schon nicht schlecht.

Ich Muss Sagen das Ambiente in dieser Filiale ist echt nicht schlecht und was mir Besonders Gut Gefällt ist es das hier noch Frühstück Angeboten wird zwar Leider iwie nicht meine Geliebten Schinken-Käse Croissants aber Ansonsten echt Super Dort ^_^

Das Essen war gut und lecker. Nur wieder leider etwas vergessen, das haben wir beanstandet und dann auch bekommen. So etwas passiert leider im vielen Filialen immer öfter...

Meist bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem was ich bekomme. Aber vereinzelt merkt man, dass die Mitarbeiter keine Lust auf ihren Job haben und man einen Bausatz an Essen bekommt. (Auch wenn es so aussieht, dass weniger zu tun ist)

Lange Wartezeit auf einfache Ham und Eggs, bei keinen Leuten im Lokal. Für McDonalds Verhältnisse nicht so üblich

Diese Terminalserver bzw bestell-pointer einfach etwas nervig personal ist ein wenig zu sehr auf diese Terminalserver fixiert o bezogen o greifen gerne auf die nervigen Dinger zurück

Ich wollte gerne einen coffee Shake bestellen und da wurde ich gleich gefragt, in englisch und die zweite Beschäftigte wusste auch nicht was ich wollte und hat mich wo anderst hin verwiesen. Ich habe gedacht, ich bin in Deutschland und da kann ich deutsch sprechen. Warum gibt es ein Mc Kaffee wenn nicht bedient wird. Schade wirklich schade

Dieser bietet sogar einen Lieferservice an .Alles wird sehr schnell aufgeräumt bevor sich der nächste setzt.

Burger war super heiß wirklich sehr gut. Leider war meine Sprite mehr Wasser als alles andere weil der Sirup alle war. Wir haben das Getränk sofort getauscht bekommen und sogar noch ein zweites dazu für die Unannehmlichkeiten. So soll es sein!

Die Qualität in diesem Mac ist eher unterdurchschnittlich. Schmeckt alles nicht frisch und ist lieblos zusammengestellt. Da gibt es wesentlich bessere Restaurants. Wenn man Mehrwegbecher bestellt bekommt man JEDES Mal Einweg. Unverschämt.

Dieses Mal hat alles gepasst. Sogar die Pommes waren heiß und frisch. Das Servicepersonal hatte auch ein Lächeln für mich.

Frühstück bei mc ist e7nfach nicht mehr das war es mal war, Auswahl Kur zwischen 4 Artikel Und für n gutes Frühstück zu zweit knapp 20 euro... dann doch lieber zum nächsten Kaffee oder Bäcker.. Service war freundlich!

Bei der Auswahl am Automaten mit Coupons wird anfangs nicht der reduzierte Preis angezeigt, sondern der volle Preis. Erst am ende der Bestellung kurz vor Bezahlung wird der reduzierte angezeigt. Parkplätze sind manchmal zu voll. Ich persönlich würde andere Filialen vorziehen, wenn möglich.

Ich bin schon lange kein MC Esser mehr und habe da wir besuch hatten sollte ich auf dem Heimweg ein paar Cheeseburger mitbringen. Nach 15 unendlichen Minuten durch den Drive verlangen sie mittlerweile 2€ für einen Cheeseburger. Wenn es wenigstens ein halbwegs ordentlicher Burger währe... Ich weiß warum ich da seit Jahren nichts mehr esse!

Von allen McDonaldsfilialen die ich kenne ist die in Forchheim die schlechteste! Fast! Jedesmal wird was vergessen! Gerne wird statt Double -xy Burger die Einfachvariante eingepackt! So auch gestern wieder! Statt eines Double BigMacs in der Doubleverpackung ein Normaler BigMac! Dieses passiert immer bei Mitnahme! Auch ist der Fussboden meistens schmutzig und klebrig. Und als durchgehendes Merkmal ist das Personal zwischen deinteressiert oder unfreundlich! Es mag auch daran liegen das das meiste Personal kaum deutsch spricht. Jedenfalls werde ich diese Filiale nach der nun zum dritten Mal falschen Lieferung nicht mehr besuchen!

Leider total in die Jahre gekommen, innen und außen schmuddelig, Tische nicht sauber gewischt, auf die Fußböden sollte man gar nicht schauen, jede Menge Essensreste draußen auf den Wagen :(( putzen ist anscheinend nicht mehr in - dafür überall Corona Hinweise : FFP Maske tragen, Hände gründlich waschen, keine Seife da aber macht ja nix.. Fazit: großen Bogen machen

Machen Aktionen halten sie dann aber nicht ein an der Kasse wurde uns die Bestellung nicht rausgegeben weil da ich zitiere den unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter da stehen null null ich nix rausgeben

Ich war schon oft da und bei fast jeden Besuch fehlt etwas . Meist wenn man mehr zum mitnehmen bestellt wird etwas nicht mit gegeben obwohl es aus der Auslage genommen wird aber dann nicht in die Tüten gesteckt wird.

Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Mägges direkt an der Autobahn. Der Laden ist grundsätzlich voll. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit sind absolut gegeben. Mittlerweile kann man sogar an Terminals bestellen und verringert so die Wartezeit an der Kasse. Einen Punkt ziehe ich für die fest verankerten Tische im Außenbereich ab. Mit mehr als zwei Personen kann man nicht zusammensitzen. Auch sind die Tische viel zu klein. Absolute Fehlplanung und null Familienfreundlich.

Was will man schreiben??? Mac Donald gibt es wie Sand am Meer! Eines wie viele auf der Welt! Gut gelegen in Forchheim, Nähe Autobahn!

I really like McDonalds and eat there more often than I probably should. This McDonald's nearly always has cold fries (burgers are sometimes cold too). It gets really annoying asking for fresh(er) ones.

Optimal von der Autobahn aus zu erreichen. Nicht überlaufen. Mc cafe vorhanden. freundliche Bedienung
