McDonald's in Forchheim

Health and quality are certainly top priorities when it comes to fast food. 😉. The interior is gorgeous, and the staff is highly trained. I'll never give you bad reviews again. I'm happy to use the restroom here for free.

Unfortunately, neither the food nor the service here was what I'm used to at other McDonald's. There was very little McDonald's flour and only a little sauce on top. The fries were bland and tasted old. The burgers weren't properly topped and tasted a bit old. It was busy, so the staff struggled to keep up. I don't want to blame them for that. But 15 minutes is a long time for McDonald's. Also, none of the pickup screens worked. The parking lot is a bit small and cramped.

Some tables are dirty, burgers are already cold, and parts of the order are often forgotten.

The sweet chili is a bit spicier than in the Netherlands. Delicious.

The service and the food were a disaster. First, the order got lost, and after a half-hour wait, the order was also made incorrectly.

Not recommended Unfriendly staff. Employees argue instead of serving customers. The menu is a disaster. The cake ordered via the PET app isn't available.

Very sad. I found a hair in my food—obviously it was the burger I was taking with me. The cleanliness there also leaves a lot to be desired. And my child slipped into old, moldy ketchup or something on the slide, and quite a lot of it. They barely understood our request for a garbage bag for his clothes. But we still had a three-hour drive home. And it was only by luck that we got a change of clothes during the holiday season. While the child was being changed, no one even bothered to clean anything. But there were definitely more than enough staff on hand. The staff could have been more professional and friendly. (You can see the long beard in the picture.) 🤮

I was there in the morning. From the outside, the store looked closed, and upon entering, there were almost no customers. I ordered drinks, coffee, and a snack. I waited a whopping half an hour and was only served after asking twice, even though I ordered electronically at the counter. Terrible service; the staff probably had a lot to talk about.

The food is always cold. Something is almost always missing, and the restaurant is always dirty—not very nice.

When Jessi still worked there, it was worth 5 stars. Yesterday, I waited forever at the unmanned cash register to pay for my order, even though four employees were standing a few meters away, chatting. It's a shame Jessi isn't there anymore; at least she made sure everything was running smoothly. 👍🏼

Iv been to Mcdonalds all over the world, from US, to russia,Sweden, Thailand and so on. This is by faar the worst place to stop by. Rude staff, the burger looked like my shoe (i ordered a big mac & big tasty) they forgot to put sauce on my big tasty and refused to add it after I discovered it. Then I wasn't even aloud to buy more but got recommended to make a new order by the older woman with a red loop in her hair. Then everyone just started screaming Neein, Neein so the customers behind us saw everything and left the place. There was one guy though of Indian origin who was super nice and did everything possible and asked for forgiveness when I asked.. Im sure it would be a much better place if he was in charge:)

They didn't deliver the order I placed on Lieferando for 90 minutes. I called twice, and they're pretty rude.

It would be nice if you could get a McFlurry if you ordered one and not a sundae.

Poor service; no employee understands you. The food takes forever and doesn't look good. There used to be a nice employee who also understood German. Unfortunately, she's apparently no longer there. She always worked in the evenings and was very nice and helpful.

Not recommended; extremely poor service. There were probably over seven people behind the cash register and not much activity in the kitchen, and we still waited over 20 minutes. I also ordered a Sprite and got a disgusting water.

Always check takeaway food. Today something was missing again. It happens with every order now. My tip to everyone: always check; unfortunately, you have to do it here.

We've been waiting for 35 minutes for our order, the coffee and chai are here, now cold too... it's two wraps and a cheeseburger plus a chicken burger... our mango wrap is only available without a cucumber, table service only works for the group that arrived after us, and they're already eating 👍🏻 If you're in the mood for slow food and cold coffee, this is definitely the place for you... The garbage isn't taken away either, the floor of the shop is sticky, and the tables are dirty. Sorry, the prices keep rising, and the service and quality are constantly declining... we won't be coming here anymore... One star goes to the elderly lady at the counter who handles all the complaints and remains friendly...

The fries are better than those in Bamberg. The cheeseburgers are cold, but they're readily exchanged.

I didn't get the glass offered with the meal, even after asking. The cleanliness could have been improved, and the tray return trolleys were overflowing.

So far, not a single order has been processed correctly. Sometimes it's been the wrong drinks, other times the wrong burgers, or even the wrong side. Unfortunately, forgotten items like sides, burgers, extra ingredients, or sauces also occur again and again. In a restaurant, the problem is quickly resolved, but at the MC Drive, I don't check every single package to make sure the right thing was packed. So it's always a unpleasant surprise when you get your order there.

I find it difficult for people who are about to start work when the store doesn't open until 7. I don't want to eat breakfast in the car (the drive-thru opens at 6). Why can't it be open all day? The food is excellent!!! Not enough staff...waiting 10 minutes at the drive-thru for a coffee is crazy!!! Oh well, I'll unfortunately remain a customer even though I don't like the system. I love the food, although I usually only have a McKinley or an egg McMuffin.

My partner and I would have liked to have some ice cream. But it was just too expensive for us. A Magnum from the supermarket is cheaper and tastier 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm not lying when I say I've rarely had such friendly staff at a McDonald's. Our food was brought to us because one person wasn't able to get the food themselves at the counter due to health reasons. Truly a perfect staff.

On May 14th, around 10 p.m., I went to the drive-thru at the Forchheim branch and ordered plant-based nuggets – I explicitly emphasized twice that I didn't want regular chicken nuggets. The employee said, "Yes, yes," but the display only showed regular nuggets. I was then given a regular chicken nugget wrapper with a green sticker that had nothing to do with "plant-based." Out of uncertainty, I took a bite – and it was clearly meat. I've been meat-free for years and was shocked. After asking, the staff initially said they were plant-based nuggets. An employee took a bite himself, threw them away without a word, and brought new nuggets – this time properly packaged. As an apology, I received an apple bag. To me, this isn't an oversight – it seems like a deliberate deception. The nuggets were dry, probably old, and they probably wanted to save themselves the trouble. Such behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable – especially towards people who don't eat meat for ethical or religious reasons. Burger King once had a similar scandal – since then, they've clearly labeled their plant-based nuggets (e.g., with chives). It's sad that McDonald's now appears to be following the same scandalous path. I hope this is taken seriously internally – because this was by far my worst experience at a McDonald's.

That was really the last time. Ordered 2 menus with fries and sweet and sour sauce and cola. I read the "friendly" note at the distribution window that you have to check the change and the contents of the bag immediately, otherwise no complaint. We get the drinks and the bag and head off. In the bag immediately visible only 1 time of fries, so back. With a little grumbling we got a second portion. So we set off again. Burger unpacked, completely cold, although we have to wait for it to be prepared. Hunger drives it in. Fries unpacked... what's missing are the sauces. I could 🤮. Okay, fries eaten like that and now wipe my greasy fingers with a napkin........ NO, napkins were out too. What kind of service is this? ......just awful.

The cucumber in the cheeseburger is the size of a dime, the sandwich is cold. The menu in the machine does not have Polish, unlike the competition across the street.

Ordered pancakes with Nutella. The older woman who filled the Nutella first reached for her nose with her finger, then instead of grabbing the edge of the cup and pouring the Nutella in, she reached into the cup. Really disgusting.

The customer service is terrible. It is not important to the employees at all that the customer leaves satisfied. Nobody cares. It was the first and last time.

Even though nothing was going on, my order didn't come. After 20 minutes I asked for my money back. It turned out that the order had been forgotten.

We ordered via the app, guests who came after us received their food before us. After waiting 20 minutes, other guests recommended we ask. No sooner said than done, our order couldn't be found at the counter, only in the system. We should continue to be patient. 10 minutes later a gentleman walked past our table with an order, we asked if this was our order but got no answer. A few minutes passed again, then the same gentleman came to our table with another and served the order. Total waiting time was over 30 minutes, no apology or anything. The food was cold, but since our toddler was hungry we didn't have to ask the staff again. It should also be mentioned that the toilets were in a disgusting condition. It smelled very unpleasant, there was no soap or toilet paper. First and last visit!

Basically it's a McDonald's - but the cleanliness on the floor and in the toilets!! UNDERGROUND! So much patina, germs and dirt! Empty towel roll, no cleaning schedule! Again, that's the only thing that comes to mind!!

When I got my food, the employee tipped over the drinks on the tray, 0.5l of Fanta and 0.5l of ice tea spilled over me and the tables. There were a few napkins and an Oh Sorry in English and that was probably the end of the matter for the employee. I'm not coming back. In general, the floor under the entire table in the restaurant was very dirty.

We were at McDonald's in Forchheim at 1 a.m. There wasn't much going on, but we still had to wait a long time for the food. We also wanted delivery to the table. However, McPlant ordered a McPlant with a meat patty. A complaint is filed with the consumer advice center and I saved a piece of the patty. That's not possible, you have to communicate with the customer

The most accommodating, nicest branch of McDonald’s I recommend anyone who is hungry to go there. Fresh food. Nice staff, nice arbitration, clean places, clean floors, clean toilets cannot be said about every McDonald's and greetings to Jessi, who does her job very professionally.

The store has been getting worse for a while now... The burgers are just thrown carelessly into the box and are cold by the time you get them. When you eat it, you completely lose your appetite because the food is dry and doesn't taste like anything. The fries are also cold and not salted and the cola is not cola but something else. All in all, the shop unfortunately doesn't encourage people to eat anymore.

The employees don't understand the difference between No. 151 and 153. So they confused it with someone else who picked it up - both are angry. The electronic display system is also not working: neither 151 nor 153 were shown as ready for collection. And ended up getting iced tea instead of Coke Zero.

Completely overcrowded and completely understaffed. 10 orders simply disappeared after 20 minutes and were ignored. The store is really not alive.
