I ordered on the drive, first inconvenience: the voice order column doesn't work, so you have to order directly at the window, second inconvenience, you can't pay with the card because it doesn't work. Well, I'll withdraw the money and get back in line in the car. I want to order with "paper" vouchers and I am told that I cannot use these vouchers, even though they are valid until 11/8/24. That's why I decide to use the coupons from the BURGER KING APP on my phone, but they don't even give me time to choose what I want to order and keep rushing me with the question: "Would you like anything else?" order?". I'm not asked what type of fries I want, whether the regular ones or the "curly" ones, and they automatically give me the "curly" ones (while I would have preferred the regular ones). They told me to park further up front so that when my order was ready they would be brought to me. Well they delivered them to the car behind me, luckily the driver realized it wasn't his order and brought them to me. Never again!

The only thing you get hot here are fries. The chili cheese nuggets are only lukewarm and the cheese is slowly starting to solidify again. The burgers are lukewarm at most.

I think I've only ordered something here without anything being wrong or missing. The staff probably changes too often,

Cheeseburger cold! Waiting time about 10 minutes. Fries were crispy and fresh. Nuggets also cold and alt.wings were ok. Service loudly greeted his friend and said “hey Wix…” I could have thrown the 15 euros in the bin.

Was here every now and then to eat. And it always worked. But I'm just disappointed with this visit today: There's no longer any display of what you'd like to eat and the staff points you to the machines where you then have to type in what you want to eat on several levels. Once you've finally done that, you get a receipt and then have to pay the amount (I wanted to pay in cash) in cash to an employee at the distribution counter. The serving counter looks completely desolate, there is no display of what is available to order. Then came the burger. It's 12 noon and I'm getting a lukewarm to cold burger here. The next disappointment. And then I go to the toilet and there I see three urinals that are full to the brim with stale urine and are about to overflow. The staff themselves were friendly and helpful. But I still won't come here to eat here anymore. It's a shame actually.

Biggest juice shop ever. The intercom system at the drive is currently broken. Instead of opening a second counter and taking the orders there, the order is taken at the counter, prepared at a snail's pace and then paid for.

A lot has changed since the renovation. Before we always had incorrect orders (usually something was missing), that's no longer the case. Employees have been consistently friendly recently. Would love to come back.

Absolutely unfriendly and incompetent You wait 15 minutes for a burger. The team leader or boss? He just screams at his colleagues the whole time. At first glance, a completely normal Citizen King even with free refills of drinks, only a few hours after the visit I would be very sick and a little later I would be hanging over the toilet bowl. Definitely not recommended, the 2 Whoppers didn't look good and literally fell apart.

A lot of packaging waste is regularly scattered around the neighborhood on streets, sidewalks and in the bushes. Super annoying for residents.

It was very nice to eat together in the Burgerkind, the children's play area is great, an extra star for that. With 20 people, including children, and with dessert, we sat together very nicely for a good 1 1/2 hours. What is extremely annoying, however, is the fine of €40 that we have now received for each car. None of us had noticed the time limit in the parking lot beforehand. If it has to be limited because there would otherwise be too many long-term parkers, then please don't limit it to one (!!!) hour! And if we all didn't even notice the signs, it looks like a deliberate rip-off to me. And who looks for parking signs at a “restaurant”?! I can't understand how Burger King can cooperate with this parking company.

It was very busy, but it still went quickly. The staff was stressed, but they were still very friendly. The fried food tasted warmed up, which is unfortunately now the case in most Burger King branches. But I said that this time because the food just doesn't taste good. I then got a fresh portion. Hello, I ordered a brownie. There was noticeable laughter from the staff behind the counter while making this brownie. Even when I was handed the brownie, people laughed (gleefully) in my face. The brownie was underdone and generally didn't taste good. I'm not currently noticing any symptoms of food poisoning, but this could change at any time. In any case, there is tension.

I was hungry and didn't want to cook anything so stopped here. Was okay.

If you compare this Burger King to any other, it was by far the best ever. The shop inside is very modern and new, everything is clean and the furniture is of very high quality in contrast to that in the Erlanger Burger King. You could steal food with the AI, which is usually not possible with others. Food came quickly. It was a hot day around 28 C and I was really hoping that the ice would work for your drinks. Yes it does and it was super refreshing. The fries are freshly prepared and not rancid and very delicately seasoned. The Double Whopper was very good and here you could at least add extras to the burger. The meat was good and so was everything else burger. Toilets were also very clean. Gladly again and recommended. 🍔

Today we were here for a coffee and admired this beautiful indoor play area. It's twice as worthwhile to come here with your children. And the outdoor playground will soon be renovated, so summer can come. If you would like to see what the new playground will be like, there is already such a piece of play equipment in the Würzburger BK am Europastern.

After the renovation, this Burger King resembles a train station toilet. White, desolate tiles, cold white lighting and everything beautifully lined up and as uninviting as in a DB waiting area. Unfortunately, the new system simply doesn't work repeatedly... Waiting times that are sometimes equivalent to a delivery service because the staff can't keep up with processing the orders... Ordering here now only takes place at order terminals, as impersonal as it can be. Since the employees are now just clocked puppets in a process designed for distance, you don't get a simple "Hello" or any other sentence when handing over your order and the smile has been completely stopped - a robot would be no less impersonal and would fit the new desolate ambience perfectly. If only the new system had at least improved the processing process, but it is worse than ever. After decades, this completely gets you used to visiting BurgerKing. Sorry, but I've had a disaster here several times now.

Only with card and at the terminal. They can also replace those behind the counter with AI. Sorry, I can't get out a credit card for 5.99.

Been back to Burger for a long time King once bought a snack. The staff helped us older people a lot with our orders.

Never again!!!! I was accused of stealing chilicheese fries, and since the ones I ordered weren't on my tray, I went and complained! She had 2 in her hand and handed them out! Yes it did, but it wasn't my tablet but another one! The wording was terrible, I offered she was welcome to look in my handbag or go to our place, but I was ridiculed! Well, the end of the song: the nice gentleman with a bald head and a beard at the window had it and was still surprised that he had it even though he hadn't ordered it! It's nice to be accused of stealing when you're too stupid to distribute the food properly!

The quality of the food is really poor compared to other Citizen King restaurants, as is the service!

Came to eat with friends and after a couple of weeks received a parking ticket. We won't come again.

Went there for the first time yesterday at 9:30 p.m. Very nice BK. Never seen such a clean BK, normally the terminals and drinks machines are always smeared and disgusting, not here, I even saw an employee cleaning the drinks machines again right before we used it. In addition, everyone was friendly, the employee at the counter even had a smile for us and the food was ready quickly for the size of the order, in the usual BK quality and nothing was missing. 👍🏻 If only all BK were like that 💗

Lots of parking, nice staff. I am very satisfied with the Burger King in Forchheim.

Impertinent, never to come to you again, fined €30 for parking 10 minutes longer. You don't have them all. And your signs about parking 30 minutes longer don't help if you don't have a cell phone or are an older person. Rip off!! We don't visit the store anymore, we prefer to go to the competition where you can park for at least 2 hours and at least they can use their system. To park for 1 hour you would first have to be able to use the system and work faster if you are already waiting 20-30 minutes for your food. And the children shouldn't stuff themselves with everything so that the stuff gives them stomach ache.

Parkverstoß über 30€ weil wir 01:16 h auf dem Parkplatz geparkt haben während wir (5 Personen) im Bürger-King gegessen haben. Sehr teuere Veranstaltung.

I paid for my order at the terminal at 5:28 p.m. with a debit card. If I had known that I wouldn't receive the food until 5:57 p.m., I would never have gone in. That's why I missed the 6 p.m. bus at the train station and didn't take the drink I paid for because I was in a hurry. The employees were all very slow, uncoordinated and unmotivated. Orders that were placed significantly after mine were processed more quickly. When we got home there were two fries in there even though we only ordered one and the cheeseburger was completely missing. I will never enter this branch again. I once thought Burger King was fast food. Because of you, I won't miss a bus again. Then I'd rather order a pizza if necessary.

After the renovation, similar ordering terminals have now been installed that the competition has been using for some time. Unfortunately, this seems to have happened without training the staff or testing the technology. Coupons are not accepted, Payback payment is no longer possible in the store, and even card payments are not possible if the coupon was accepted at the checkout because it did not work on the terminal. Payment with Payback in Drive is also not possible. Back and front nothing works, nothing works and the staff has no idea how the equipment works and what should be done. If they even understand you. The store does everything it can to make itself unattractive and unpopular. And on top of that, promotional items are of course sold out. Go anywhere but this Burger King. Nach dem Umbau hat man nun ähnliche Bestellterminals eingebaut, wie sie auch die Konkurrenz schon länger einsetzt. Leider scheint das aber passiert zu sein, ohne das Personal zu schulen oder die Technik zu prüfen. Coupons werden nicht akzeptiert, Paybackzahlung ist im Laden nicht mehr möglich, ja sogar Kartenzahlung geht nicht, so der Coupon an der Kasse angenommen wurde, weil es am Terminal nicht funktionierte. Zahlung mit Payback im Drive ebenfalls nicht möglich. Hinten und vorne geht nichts, klappt nichts und das Personal hat keine Ahnung, wie die Dinger funktionieren und was zu tun wäre. Wenn die einen überhaupt verstehen. 3/4 der Besetzung brauch bei Problemen erstmal einen Kollegen als Dolmetscher. Es scheint so als wird gar nicht mehr gewollt, dass man Kunden bekommt. Der Laden tut alles dafür, sich unattraktiv und unbeliebt zu machen. Und obendrauf ist Aktionsware natürlich ausverkauft. Geht irgendwohin nur nicht in diesen Burger King. Der unfähigste Saftladen, der mir bis jetzt untergekommen ist. Besser gleich zur Konkurrenz, da gibt es sogar Bonuspunkte über die App.

Schmeckt nicht wirklich! Zudem wird man nachher mit 50 EUR Strafzettel wg. Überschreitung der Parkdauer (Aufenthalt etwas über 1 h) abgewatscht. Schild steht am Parkplatz. Ist aber im Dunkeln nicht zu lesen. Sorry liebes Burger King Team - never ever....

The employee performance was excellent, but my criticism is of the subsequent charging of parking fees. The parking regulations were not clear to me. Instead of the expected 11 euros and a few cents for the Whopper menu with a voucher, the costs now amount to over 35 euros - an outrageous sum. Clearer marking of parking instructions is urgently needed. This matter could result in legal action. At least I won't recommend you for your customer-friendly behavior. Paar Wochen später Post von Parkdepot mit 50€ "Strafe" (Hinweis-Schilder sind im Dunkeln kaum auffällig). Hier kassiert BK wahrscheinlich seinen Anteil mit. Auf Nimmerwiedersehen !

Burger King alles gut, nur wenn man länger als 1h Parkt wird man im nachhinein mit Wucherpreisen zur Kasse gebeten. war mit Freude da (3:45h) musste danach 45,-€ Parkgebühr zahlen.

Service was a catastrophe, the food was decent, at least when we finally got the right food.

Ohne Essen nach Hause gefahren…toll wenn man alles umbaut und dann die Codes nicht gescannt gehen und man nicht mal die Nummer irgendwo eingeben kann und an der Kasse auch nix geht…wozu hat man dann noch die normale Kasse ?! Als Deko oder wozu ?!!

Burger Waren nicht gut waren nicht heiss und Brötchen waren auch nicht richtig gebacken 😟

Komplett neu umgebaut. Bin aber Drive Käufer deswegen kann ich zur Einrichtung nicht viel sagen. Essen wie immer Top.

Als ich das erste Mal bestellte, sagte ich, ich wollte keine Gurken, meine Bestellung kam und es gab keine Zwiebeln, sondern Gurken, ich bat sie höflich, es zu ändern, ihr Blick war feindselig. Sie haben es geändert und nur Zwiebeln hineingetan, die Gurke war noch da. Ich bin allergisch gegen Essiggurken. Außerdem: Seit wann steht Käse auf der Whooper? Bitte machen Sie Ihre Arbeit mit Liebe und Ehrlichkeit.

Für einen Burger King, unglaublich frische Ware. Es hat Appetitlich ausgeschaut und soo gut geschmeckt. Es war sehr angenehm und sauber gehalten. Für eine Dame 50plus ein schönes Erlebnis.

Toller neuer Umbau vom Burger King, jetzt macht das Lokal einen warmen freundlichen Eindruck, hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Personal wie gewohnt freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der neuen Bestelloption der Speisen. Danke für die tolle Beratung 🤝

Schöne kleine Filiale dieser Burgerkette . Typisch eingerichtet mit Bestellterminals. Alles frisch zubereiten. Das Restaurant war sauber 🧼 und die Mitarbeiter konnten deutsch was ja leider nicht immer der Fall ist . Drive-In Schalter ist auch vorhanden Danke für mein gutes Abendessen 🎄🤶🏻🎄

Einfach ein Standard Burger King, nichts tolles aber auch nichts schlechtes. Mitarbeiter sind meistens freundlich und das Restaurant ist sauber.

Un classico Burger king come tanti , sono uguali in tutta Europa, tranne che per il servizio che è a gestione individuale e qui purtroppo abbiamo trovato il più cafone dei commessi . Poi magari domani non c'è più e tutto cambia . Buon lavoro a tutti .

Wir musste lange anstehen bis wir endlich bestellen konnten, da es keinen elektronischen Bestellservice gibt. Dann hatten wir einen freundlichen Ausländer als Bedienung. Unser Essen wurde sehr schnell zubereitet. Ein Freund von mir musste allerdings 30 Minuten auf sein Essen warten, Fast-Food ist was anderes. Dazu hat ein Burger und eine Cola gefehlt. FRECHHEIT. Das Essen war vom Geschmack her in Ordnung, die Chilli-Cheese-Fries waren aber recht ungenießbar. Die Stühle draußen fühlen sich an als würde man auf Stacheldraht sitzen. Ich kann diesen Saftladen nicht weiterempfehlen.

Man kann es echt vergessen. Bei 3 Personen zahlt man so viel das man auch richtig essen gehen kann.
