Ordering inside is only possible via a machine, which takes three times longer than if you simply ordered verbally. Operating the machines is a complete usability failure in the age of AI. The window is covered in sticky tape and smudges. It's incredibly annoying...

Overall not bad, typical BC, nothing special. Good atmosphere, clean, cozy

Drive-thru wait times are ridiculous—almost 30 minutes and three cars ahead of me—outrageous. Then current coupons aren't available, like rapeseed, because I don't have the device to do it. Just buy one.

We have now been to this Burger King again on two subsequent visits the burger was cold then they made us a new one which was hot but the second time there was no cheese even though we paid for it the fries were cold the staff did not apologize but just took the goods back and said they would make a new one so you should think about whether you want to go to this shop again because if I want cold food then I put it in the fridge

Employees are standing around, doing nothing. Tables are dirty - not wiped down. The employees would have had time. No smile, no hello. You don't feel welcome or valued as a customer.

I ordered 2 menus at the drive in on April 17th, 2025, I have to say everything was great, but in one menu the burger was prepared with either an old or very dry bun.

Burger King. I really like the food. But I would like an overview where you can see ALL the dishes. Not always just the advertising monitors. Then there's also the full 5 stars. :-)

Disgraceful, incompetent. Burgers were cold, after a complaint the burgers were warmed up in the microwave with salad, which was of course fluffy. The mistake was recognized, then new burgers were made, here the cheese and bacon were cold, Baron was not fried in the slightest. After another complaint, the burger was thrown on the counter with the words "That's how it is with us, the bacon is frozen after all. I won't make any new burgers now!" And that was the end of the matter. A shame for Burger King!

The fries weren't crispy and tasted dry. There were enough ordering terminals, but some were broken. Tables were clean.

It has been years since I received such pleasant service in a fast food chain. The food was also great, as was the entire store itself. With FREE Refills!!!! Really refreshing.

When you drive in you feel like you're on vacation. You are not understood (which is not due to the technology).

Unfortunately you can no longer order food if you only speak German. This is simply no longer understood in the store. This makes it impossible to order at the drive inn. Simply a very modern shop in which speaking Arabic is a big advantage.

I can't say much about the food at a fast food chain because it tastes the same in every BK. But what I can say about this BK is that the employees are extremely unfriendly and even rude. I also find it incomprehensible that card payments have not been possible at the drive-in for weeks now. I avoid this BK as much as possible.

Always when taking away or in the drive there is a clear lack of ordered and paid for products. It's such an impudence to do this repeatedly, it would have to be deducted from the employees' wages. I just advise everyone to check every single order in detail because you never get what you ordered.

The burgers are great, the selection is large and you can usually get free seats. I was last here at lunchtime.

Just a Burger King, like there are many in Germany. What else can you say about that? Everything was clean, burgers were edible. Fast food has become relatively expensive in recent years. €24 for 2 people, nothing great eaten. No dessert just a drink. But what else is good and cheap in Germany? Everyone can form their own opinions about it.

Ordered a burger with fries, the burger was cold, not even the cheese was melted... I ordered a new one, it came cold again and without tomatoes, even though I paid an extra surcharge... the prices were almost like in a normal burger restaurant, very disappointing, never again!

Since it was rebuilt the ambience has been great. I also like that it's not on the highway, so it's not as crowded as mc. But if it's full, you'll have to wait a little longer for your food.

It was very quiet when I was there. The food was tasty and there was a good selection. You can't say much about the service because everything is done via the order terminal.

Very annoying. The code is recognized, some of the coupons are not. So you pay the normal price for everything. The one with cash because the EC terminals are all broken. It works elsewhere too...

On November 2nd around 11:40 a.m. my wife and I stopped by Burger King to buy some ice cream. We placed our order at the self-service kiosk (we ordered a caramel ice cream) and I went to the checkout to pay cash. I waited for about 5 minutes until someone finally came and took the money. Then I waited another 5-10 minutes until the ice cream was prepared. But then the misfortune began. First, I got the wrong order - instead of the caramel ice cream, I received one with colorful chocolate chips. When I politely asked if that was really my order, I was told that everything was correct. When I discovered that I had ordered caramel ice cream, they initially tried to convince me that I had received exactly what I had ordered. Afterwards, the employees even claimed that there was no caramel at all. After all this unpleasant situation and the lost time, I wanted my money back (I couldn't get the lost time back), but that wasn't possible either. A female employee in black clothing behaved rudely, rolled her eyes and was very unfriendly. In the end she finally agreed to make the ice cream with caramel, which was suddenly available. (In the process, she dropped the ice cream.) Finally, I received a half-empty cup with just a small drop of caramel, with an unpleasant expression on my face and a cool "Please." At this point our visit was already completely ruined. But as if that wasn't enough, I found a piece of metal bristle (similar to a cleaning brush) in the ice, which I lightly scratched myself on - an unpleasant surprise as I thought it couldn't get any worse. What if we had given the ice cream to our child? Who would then have taken responsibility for the consequences? Back at the checkout to point out the unfortunate situation (luckily I hadn't swallowed this item or seriously injured myself), I finally got my money back. With my report I would like to share my disappointment and regret, as my wife and I have always liked Burger King and have visited it whenever possible in every city and country. We have always preferred Burger King, but this experience has greatly tarnished our memories and our relationship with this restaurant. First of all: it will probably be our last visit to Burger King. What was once a cozy, diner-style location has become a cold, unwelcoming place to eat food. Cold lighting, tiles like those in a butcher's shop and terminals that make it difficult to choose food. It was not clear to us what exactly the offer included. In addition, not every burger is available as a menu. The young man at the counter was very friendly and, when I asked, explained to me what the standard version of the burger included. It should be noted that despite the throughput that evening, the fries were cold and unfortunately oversalted. I think it's a shame that this Burger King has developed into such a disadvantage. We were there on October 15th. at Burger King Forchheim. Around 6:30 p.m. The restaurant was full house, It's good for the store. My family and I had an order of over 70 euros. After waiting about 15 minutes, I picked up our food from the counter. Conclusion. All cold fries, ringlet fries, chilli cheese nuggets, and also the burgers. We couldn't complain because we were already in a hurry and the kids were getting restless. Then it would have taken even longer. For the prices where to be driven up Could this stuff at least be warm? The store never sees me. Kind regards

Worst experience – Burnt patty and then meat instead of plant-based! I ordered a plant-based burger here and it was an absolute disaster. First the burger came with a completely burnt patty - black, dry and simply inedible. I complained immediately and the staff was friendly enough to bring me a new burger. But then the shock: On the second attempt, there was suddenly a meat patty in it, even though I had clearly ordered a plant-based burger! How can you make such a bad mistake, especially after I asked about the burnt patty? For someone on a plant-based diet, this is simply unforgivable. Once burnt, then the wrong patty - that's simply unacceptable. This store will definitely never see me again!

Vomit + parking ticket - never again! After the visit I got worse and worse until I vomited 2 hours later. Diarrhea until the next day. I have already contacted Burger King, but apart from a thin email and a long questionnaire, no further response... Although I did, I parked for 28 minutes too long at 10:30 p.m., so 3 weeks later I quickly got another $30 parking ticket. THANK YOU FOR JOINING, it's really great as a customer.

I ordered on the drive, first inconvenience: the voice order column doesn't work, so you have to order directly at the window, second inconvenience, you can't pay with the card because it doesn't work. Well, I'll withdraw the money and get back in line in the car. I want to order with "paper" vouchers and I am told that I cannot use these vouchers, even though they are valid until 11/8/24. That's why I decide to use the coupons from the BURGER KING APP on my phone, but they don't even give me time to choose what I want to order and keep rushing me with the question: "Would you like anything else?" order?". I'm not asked what type of fries I want, whether the regular ones or the "curly" ones, and they automatically give me the "curly" ones (while I would have preferred the regular ones). They told me to park further up front so that when my order was ready they would be brought to me. Well they delivered them to the car behind me, luckily the driver realized it wasn't his order and brought them to me. Never again!

The only thing you get hot here are fries. The chili cheese nuggets are only lukewarm and the cheese is slowly starting to solidify again. The burgers are lukewarm at most.

Was here every now and then to eat. And it always worked. But I'm just disappointed with this visit today: There's no longer any display of what you'd like to eat and the staff points you to the machines where you then have to type in what you want to eat on several levels. Once you've finally done that, you get a receipt and then have to pay the amount (I wanted to pay in cash) in cash to an employee at the distribution counter. The serving counter looks completely desolate, there is no display of what is available to order. Then came the burger. It's 12 noon and I'm getting a lukewarm to cold burger here. The next disappointment. And then I go to the toilet and there I see three urinals that are full to the brim with stale urine and are about to overflow. The staff themselves were friendly and helpful. But I still won't come here to eat here anymore. It's a shame actually.

A lot has changed since the renovation. Before we always had incorrect orders (usually something was missing), that's no longer the case. Employees have been consistently friendly recently. Would love to come back.

Absolutely unfriendly and incompetent You wait 15 minutes for a burger. The team leader or boss? He just screams at his colleagues the whole time. At first glance, a completely normal Citizen King even with free refills of drinks, only a few hours after the visit I would be very sick and a little later I would be hanging over the toilet bowl. Definitely not recommended, the 2 Whoppers didn't look good and literally fell apart.

A lot of packaging waste is regularly scattered around the neighborhood on streets, sidewalks and in the bushes. Super annoying for residents.

It was very nice to eat together in the Burgerkind, the children's play area is great, an extra star for that. With 20 people, including children, and with dessert, we sat together very nicely for a good 1 1/2 hours. What is extremely annoying, however, is the fine of €40 that we have now received for each car. None of us had noticed the time limit in the parking lot beforehand. If it has to be limited because there would otherwise be too many long-term parkers, then please don't limit it to one (!!!) hour! And if we all didn't even notice the signs, it looks like a deliberate rip-off to me. And who looks for parking signs at a “restaurant”?! I can't understand how Burger King can cooperate with this parking company.

It was very busy, but it still went quickly. The staff was stressed, but they were still very friendly. The fried food tasted warmed up, which is unfortunately now the case in most Burger King branches. But I said that this time because the food just doesn't taste good. I then got a fresh portion. One employee is totally unfriendly

Hello, I ordered a brownie. There was noticeable laughter from the staff behind the counter while making this brownie. Even when I was handed the brownie, people laughed (gleefully) in my face. The brownie was underdone and generally didn't taste good. I'm not currently noticing any symptoms of food poisoning, but this could change at any time. In any case, there is tension.

If you compare this Burger King to any other, it was by far the best ever. The shop inside is very modern and new, everything is clean and the furniture is of very high quality in contrast to that in the Erlanger Burger King. You could steal food with the AI, which is usually not possible with others. Food came quickly. It was a hot day around 28 C and I was really hoping that the ice would work for your drinks. Yes it does and it was super refreshing. The fries are freshly prepared and not rancid and very delicately seasoned. The Double Whopper was very good and here you could at least add extras to the burger. The meat was good and so was everything else burger. Toilets were also very clean. Gladly again and recommended. 🍔

Today we were here for a coffee and admired this beautiful indoor play area. It's twice as worthwhile to come here with your children. And the outdoor playground will soon be renovated, so summer can come. If you would like to see what the new playground will be like, there is already such a piece of play equipment in the Würzburger BK am Europastern.

After the renovation, this Burger King resembles a train station toilet. White, desolate tiles, cold white lighting and everything beautifully lined up and as uninviting as in a DB waiting area. Unfortunately, the new system simply doesn't work repeatedly... Waiting times that are sometimes equivalent to a delivery service because the staff can't keep up with processing the orders... Ordering here now only takes place at order terminals, as impersonal as it can be. Since the employees are now just clocked puppets in a process designed for distance, you don't get a simple "Hello" or any other sentence when handing over your order and the smile has been completely stopped - a robot would be no less impersonal and would fit the new desolate ambience perfectly. If only the new system had at least improved the processing process, but it is worse than ever. After decades, this completely gets you used to visiting BurgerKing. Sorry, but I've had a disaster here several times now.

Been back to Burger for a long time King once bought a snack. The staff helped us older people a lot with our orders.

Never again!!!! I was accused of stealing chilicheese fries, and since the ones I ordered weren't on my tray, I went and complained! She had 2 in her hand and handed them out! Yes it did, but it wasn't my tablet but another one! The wording was terrible, I offered she was welcome to look in my handbag or go to our place, but I was ridiculed! Well, the end of the song: the nice gentleman with a bald head and a beard at the window had it and was still surprised that he had it even though he hadn't ordered it! It's nice to be accused of stealing when you're too stupid to distribute the food properly!

The quality of the food is really poor compared to other Citizen King restaurants, as is the service!

Came to eat with friends and after a couple of weeks received a parking ticket. We won't come again.

Went there for the first time yesterday at 9:30 p.m. Very nice BK. Never seen such a clean BK, normally the terminals and drinks machines are always smeared and disgusting, not here, I even saw an employee cleaning the drinks machines again right before we used it. In addition, everyone was friendly, the employee at the counter even had a smile for us and the food was ready quickly for the size of the order, in the usual BK quality and nothing was missing. 👍🏻 If only all BK were like that 💗

Parkverstoß über 30€ weil wir 01:16 h auf dem Parkplatz geparkt haben während wir (5 Personen) im Bürger-King gegessen haben. Sehr teuere Veranstaltung.

Impertinent, never to come to you again, fined €30 for parking 10 minutes longer. You don't have them all. And your signs about parking 30 minutes longer don't help if you don't have a cell phone or are an older person. Rip off!! We don't visit the store anymore, we prefer to go to the competition where you can park for at least 2 hours and at least they can use their system. To park for 1 hour you would first have to be able to use the system and work faster if you are already waiting 20-30 minutes for your food. And the children shouldn't stuff themselves with everything so that the stuff gives them stomach ache.
