Went to eat with my friends at lunch, we are vising Augsburg and we wanted to try. I ordered a Bacon King menu and 6 chicken nuggets with mayonnaise. What I got to eat was my burger, VEGAN nuggets (which I did not ask for) and ketchup + sweet & sour sauce (which I also did not ask). Later when going back to the counter for my missing fries, they were given to me along a VEGAN mayonnaise (???? why??). Even though the food was decent, I would not suggest to eat in this place, there are many better options.

I wouldn't normally write a review for a McDonald's, but since my experience was so exceptional I would like to do so for once. We were there yesterday at lunchtime and it was very crowded. After we sat at the table with our food (which, by the way, was served extremely quickly and friendly) the ? Branch manager/shift manager/hard-working employee? To everyone at the table and asked if the food tasted good, if there was something missing, and if everyone was happy. As soon as the tray was empty, the eager, older employee came and asked very politely if we were finished and if he could clear it away. As we left the restaurant He came immediately and cleaned the table. That's what I call service! I haven't experienced anything like this in normal restaurants for a long time... great performance and big praise to the crew!

Worst McDonald's I know! Door broken - closed! Both display monitors for collections are defective! Men's toilet out of order! Normally a “catering establishment” here should already be closed!!! We waited forever for our order. When asked, the “trained employee” initially said he didn’t have the order. He then said he had “called” our number 30 minutes ago but it had not been picked up!!! The three of us stood at a bar table in the immediate vicinity of the counter and heard NOTHING!!! Then we received our order in a bag quite quickly. When we got home, we found out once again in NIEDER-OLM that there wasn't actually what we ordered in the bag! In the future we would rather go to Wörrstadt and avoid this shop in Nieder-Olm!

Today 03/20/2025 at 6:00 PM they ordered additional corn for Family Backet, so they weren't the freshest, sour. Very upset. And instead of a large potato, we wrapped two smaller ones with ourselves - whether that must look like a large dose, is not understandable. And after corn, there are doubts regarding the suitability and quality of the food. It's actually not bad. The main thing is that you get something out of it and you can enjoy it. It's actually a shame that it's closing soon, because it's the only McDonald's near me and it's less than 10 minutes away. Otherwise it's good.

First time in such Here amazing and encouraging

A terrible place. Very tense atmosphere. The employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. It's extremely tight, nobody knows. where to line up, and that makes everyone kind of nervous and restless. The food: I was there twice. Sometimes the food was very good, sometimes it was a disaster.

The toilet is subject to a fee for paying guests. Everything was fine when it came to eating.

Food were good, but the cola i received were just soda🥴. I wasn't being sarcastic. That was just literally Soda.Otherwise the food were good. They could have arranged more collecting areas

This is by far the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. The food tastes like it's been reheated five times, if it's even warm at all. The entire store resembles a garbage dump! Everything is dirty, sticky, stale, and littered with rubbish. The worst store I've ever been to.

Zum wiederholten Male dauert die Wartezeit am Drive in in 9020 Klagenfurt, in der Völkermarterstraße länger als 15 Minuten. Dann wurde auch noch die falsche Bestellung ausgegeben. Bestellt wurde ein Mac Plant erhalten habe ich einen mit Jalapenos. War wohl ein Mac Plant Chilli. Als Allergikerin konnte ich den Burger nur noch wegwerfen. Ein paar Wochen davor ähnliches: nach einer ebenso langen Wartezeit im Drive in, statt veganen Mac Plant eine Tüte Chicken Nuggets erhalten. Die Reklamation direkt am Tresen hat dann noch mal mehr als 10 Minuten gedauert. Der Manager war zwar freundlich, stand aber nur im Weg herum an statt bei Stress mit anzupacken. Kann diesen Drive in nicht weiterempfehlen.

If you like the taste of Burger King, this is a branch that is quite centrally located and offers a relatively large amount of space.

Only half of our order arrived, and we had to ask for more three times. The service was unfriendly. Napkins were only available upon request.

Very nice staff and everything super clean!
