Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's branch was very disappointing. I ordered a Happy Meal and found a hair in my fries while eating - that's just unheard of! The hygiene here really seems to leave a lot to be desired. In addition, the toilets were in a terrible condition, which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Cleanliness and hygiene should have the highest priority in such a company. I hope that in the future more emphasis will be placed on adhering to these standards, because as a customer you simply expect more.

Unfortunately no German speaking staff! Neither the order in MC Drive nor in the restaurant produced any results. I have been a guest for over 20 years....

We were there on October 15th. at Burger King Forchheim. Around 6:30 p.m. The restaurant was full house, It's good for the store. My family and I had an order of over 70 euros. After waiting about 15 minutes, I picked up our food from the counter. Conclusion. All cold fries, ringlet fries, chilli cheese nuggets, and also the burgers. We couldn't complain because we were already in a hurry and the kids were getting restless. Then it would have taken even longer. For the prices where to be driven up Could this stuff at least be warm? The store never sees me. Kind regards

For some reason, McDonald's is different in every country. I'll give Germany 3 points and that's because of the excellent service. All burgers taste the same

Washing hands and using the toilet costs €1 extra, even for guests. We'd rather go somewhere else next time.

The food was ok. The staff was friendly.

Thank you so much that you and your child receive such great service here and the food is always fresh and warm. . And the cleanliness is great! Thanks to the nice Mr. Felix, who felt like he read all of my wishes and was very friendly and helpful (my son had spilled something). This is not a given. I ordered a meal with two sides and a Pepsi. The Pepsi and a side dish were missing. This isn't the first time - somehow this KFC always manages to forget something. I can't complain because no one answers the phone. You can really only order/pick up locally, otherwise you're out of luck. Sure, they might be busy, but I paid almost 30 euros, including 3 euros delivery costs! I expect to get at least a small order right!

It's actually not bad. The main thing is that you get something out of it and you can enjoy it. It's actually a shame that it's closing soon, because it's the only McDonald's near me and it's less than 10 minutes away. Otherwise it's good.

We went here for dinner for the first time today & it was so delicious, the kebab was an absolute taste experience 🥰 the small children's pizza was super tasty & juicy.. We were so excited about the food that we will come here more often now 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

It's a shame that something is always missing. Today the toy is missing from the HappyMeal which caused tears. Other times the fries or curly fries were missing. Other times no sauce or the wrong sauces. Please pay more attention to the little things. McDonald's is not cheap, everything should always be right.

There is no report anywhere that McDonald's in Schweitenkirchen is being renovated. This could have been communicated better. Only emergency service and not even breakfast. Ride your bike to breakfast for free.
