Food was ordered quickly. The dining room was freshly cleaned and the tables were clean. There was a great atmosphere among the employees. They were very friendly. Food was brought to the table by a friendly employee.

I ordered 2 menus at the drive in on April 17th, 2025, I have to say everything was great, but in one menu the burger was prepared with either an old or very dry bun.

The food was McDonald's... We went there because my daughter had been wanting to for weeks. Nuggets, slides outside and the gaming table inside lured them. When we arrived the gaming table was out and the slide was closed. Another small game screen was also off. When I asked the staff, I got a somewhat friendly response: Yes, everything is broken. Wow. Toilets were dirty, no soap in the dispenser. The entire store was far too cold.

So after I paid €10.30 for a second-rate burger and a portion of fries, this place disqualified me for quite some time.

The atmosphere is like an Arabic café. Everyone does what they want, and you have to speak to the staff at your table because they're busy talking to friends or relatives! You seem like a nuisance as a guest! Never again, thank you.

The staff is very nice and served me very quickly. Unfortunately, there is (or was at the time I was there) no Filet-o-Fish burger.

After unfortunately only half of our order was given and we had to turn around again to get the rest, we found a nice gift in the form of a long black hair on our burgers, unfortunately we just lost our appetite

Are you serious? A car in the drive-thru and a 20-minute wait for three burgers?!

One star is too many. The staff are extremely unfriendly, and all the burgers and fries we ordered were cold! The Coke is half ice. The portions are getting smaller and smaller, but that doesn't matter... We'll never see McDonald's in Papenburg again. Maybe they should close the place if it's not profitable, but don't cut costs at the expense of the customers!
