The furnishings are outdated. Too cramped, especially with small children.

Terrible customer service; our chocolate milkshake tasted like the milk had gone bad. The employee was incredibly unfriendly and completely unwilling to acknowledge that this was the case. Instead of a new chocolate milkshake, we received a vanilla milkshake that tasted exactly the same. Disgusting.

So, terrible customer service would be an understatement. Not only do you get charred patties, but they also serve you with a rude attitude. Understandable, everyone has a bad day, but in this case, a simple apology was too much to ask after having to wait 25 minutes for your food. Absolutely not recommended, and a -1 star rating would be appropriate.

The strawberry milkshake just missed the strawberry, unfortunately, the taste was completely neutral. The fries were already cold when I got them today. Otherwise, just McDonald's.

The guy with the long hair is always very unfriendly.

Good MC's. Very friendly staff and usually very quick service. At peak times, it's quite busy, and the wait times are reasonable. If something is missing, you can let us know via email, and you'll get it later.

The food is just like McDonald's, but the employees are great! They're easy to talk to. I was there again yesterday, and at that moment, the young man with the tattoo on his neck and a slightly older lady were at the front. They were very nice and friendly. The young man, in particular, always has a smile on his face when you see him. That's how it should be!

I was at McDonald's late this evening. Unfortunately, the noise level was very loud. Then my burger arrived, but it was unfortunately wrong. I went to the employees and pointed it out. They were visibly embarrassed and apologized. But I guess that can happen in this kind of stress!! I'd be happy to come back.

Classic McD, but very nice staff!

This is the second time out of two pickup orders that were incomplete. The first time, my husband's burger (meal!!) was missing. Today, two extra cheeseburgers were missing. This can't be true! I can't dismantle a family order right there in the store! It has to work!! I'm so annoyed.

The employee (hard to recognize) with tattoos on their necks (September 1, 2025, around midnight) at the second window actually managed not to say a single word to me. Neither hello nor goodbye, nor maybe thank you or please, was apparently impossible. That's not good service. The icing on the cake was that the fries were placed in the bag with the opening facing down.

Very bad service often complains

Unfortunately, the store is very disappointing in terms of both taste and cleanliness. It's just before 2:00 a.m., and the floor is noticeably dirty. Furthermore, there are unfortunately few options for drying hands with paper towels in the restrooms. The computer table is turned off, and one of the seats is unusable due to the busyness of the situation. Currently, the milkshake and ice cream options have been removed from the menu. I'll refrain from giving a detailed summary.

Fenced outdoor seating, great for kids who want to slide

The restaurant has seriously declined. Everything is dirty, whether it's the tables, benches, or floor. Instead of the staff cleaning it up after you ask them, they hand you a rag. The fries were oversalted for the second time, and the nuggets were completely overcooked, meaning dry.

Unfortunately, the children's slide was closed. It looked like it had been closed for a while. The restrooms weren't actually usable. Perhaps the cleaning schedule should be updated. So, unfortunately, only 2 stars.

It's become expensive like all fast food, and on top of that, the cheeseburger was offered for €2.50 with a coupon, even though it normally costs €2.50 anyway. I understand a coupon to mean that you can save a bit and not be ripped off. This is customer rip-off. The coupon expired on July 24, 2025, and my companion sent an email to the big M. We left without ordering anything.

The food and everything else is as you'd expect from McDonald's, and pretty good, but what really spoils my appetite is how the employees are treated. Hearing people in the kitchen complain about how incompetent they all are while I'm waiting puts me off eating there again. I realize they care about speed and accuracy, but yelling at the employees like that is disgusting. I know some people complain because it takes longer (which usually only happens when it's busy), but if that's the consequence, I'd rather wait.

The staff were completely unmotivated, had zero customer friendliness, and could barely get their teeth into it. All the sauces were completely forgotten.

Ordering one thing and getting another is quite cheeky

I like to go there for a coffee sometimes; but unfortunately, I have to notice again (I've already mentioned this topic there) that the white cups don't seem to be getting clean anymore, despite the dishwasher, so that you can still see the coffee from other people on the rim. Shouldn't they finally replace them all?????, my suggestion

Unfortunately, for the third time in a row, a takeout order was found to be incomplete. One hopes this was an oversight and not a regular occurrence. Nevertheless, it is very frustrating that family members were left without food once again.

Arriving just as breakfast was switching to normal service, the manager greeted us warmly and explained that it might take a moment. The burgers were well-made, not thrown together like usual.

Unfortunately, the performance of the branch depends entirely on which team is currently on site. The “old hands” have everything under control really well, everything is going fantastically. However, the last few visits have been rather chaotic as soon as the “old hands” are not on site. At the drive-in, the employee unfortunately spoke German so poorly that we could only guess whether he understood the order and whether we would be allowed to drive to the next window. We were only 3 cars in the drive in, but we stood for 11 minutes until we got our food... In the drive in, that just doesn't work. When we got home we discovered that the burger we ordered was wrong, right packaging, wrong burger... In the future, we will first drive around the branch to see which staff are there. In any case, going to McDonalds is no fun.

We were just there and ordered fries – they weren't quite cooked yet. But since the atmosphere behind the counter was really tense (the colleagues were chatting among themselves, "How stupid are you? Are you totally dumb? etc."), we decided not to complain about the fries, as we probably would have been the bad guys. The prices are now just ridiculously expensive and completely out of keeping with the quality. The McDonald's was okay, but the prices are now also way out of touch with reality. The wings – 5 for 6 euros = wow! Simply wow! And we're also far from "fast food," as we had to wait at least 15 minutes for our food... For me – at least here – the last time...

Burger chain, you shouldn't expect too much

We were there two days ago, after a long car ride. We were completely exhausted and incredibly hungry. The place may be small, but it's really great! The food came super quickly; we only had to wait a few minutes. It was also clean, everything was tidy. And the people there were super friendly and in a good mood. It was really good after the long trip. We'll be back next time!

Never again! Fries lukewarm and soggy. McRib not edible and no cleaning cloths. Cola with ice although ordered differently. Shame about the money, menu went in the trash.

What can I say about it? It's McDonald's... But this one is quite nice. Location is quiet and food quality is "good" (by McDonald's standards).

The food was McDonald's... We went there because my daughter had been wanting to for weeks. Nuggets, slides outside and the gaming table inside lured them. When we arrived the gaming table was out and the slide was closed. Another small game screen was also off. When I asked the staff, I got a somewhat friendly response: Yes, everything is broken. Wow. Toilets were dirty, no soap in the dispenser. The entire store was far too cold.

Giving someone something like that is unbelievable, then I got diarrhea!!! For the second time, first the double cheeseburger and now the double royal cheese, I've had enough!! Maybe don't leave them lying around for so long!!! When they're fresh, you can see if the cheese hasn't melted, so be careful.

It was busy, food was ready super quickly (McDrive). The staff were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the crispy chips were not crispy, but raw. Assume that it was stressful, the chips stuck together and the basket wasn't shaken properly.

Unfortunately my visit was not satisfactory. The staff was friendly, but my order was not carried out correctly. I ordered my burger without pickles and lettuce, but it was delivered with everything. It was also extremely cold in the restaurant because the ventilation was set way too high. According to the staff, nothing could be done about it, which made the stay very unpleasant. The food is sometimes hot, sometimes lukewarm. I find the dirty washrooms problematic. The sink was seriously dirty, I don't even want to know with what. The soap dispenser is broken and the hand dryer doesn't work properly. In any case, you can't wash your hands before eating here; they may be dirtier afterwards than before.

The rating is based only on the cleanliness of the restaurant! The employees are all friendly and accommodating but the cleanliness is at the bottom drawer! We were in the restaurant for about 45 minutes and as soon as we walked in there was definitely a packet of fries spread out on the floor and in the 45 minutes we were there no one felt responsible for cleaning it up! Of course it's not so nice when you eat there and you had to stack the trays on top because nobody empties them. Next time just take away

We just drive through McDrive. Sometimes the bags are hot, then after a 5 minute drive home it is still hot. It's often cold and the burgers are already really dry. We don't even want to talk about the fries. It sometimes happens that there is no meat at all on a Double Big Mac, or that sauces such as mayo or ketchup are completely missing. The side dishes are always missing. But then you're lucky, whole burgers are usually missing. It's UNBELIEVABLE that it happens so often. And no, I don't check the 50 euro order for friends and family in the car...

Good morning, I was just at McDonald's in Einbeck. And a lady with glasses in her early 40s served me. She ordered me a latte macchiato with caramel. And of course I asked afterwards if I could have sugar. She had really listened to me and then said no, they already have caramel in there and so she closed the sliding door and didn't give me anything. It was so rude.!!! That's not the right thing to do at all!

It would be nice if employees who have injuries on their hands could also protect them with disposable gloves. The older, white-haired lady, who is barely taller than the counter itself, had an obvious white bandage on her right hand yesterday and randomly touched, packed and did everything with it. It's very appetizing to look at something like that.

It was the first time there, the food was good, fresh and warm, nice conditions, and it was clean too.

Unfortunately, I'm regularly disappointed with the service at this McDonald's, especially in the drive-thru. The employee who often works there always seems very listless and unfriendly. The majority of the order works, but I don't know why it's so difficult to distinguish a strawberry milkshake from a vanilla milkshake. The food was fresh and tasty even without special requests, but returning the reusable cup definitely should have been quicker. If you have to wait so long for it, maybe you'll use the disposable cup again next time. It's a shame if the system has to fail because of this.
