The fries were soft and dry. Made at least 30 minutes ago. After complaining, they got the same ones back!! They gave me the bucket one without any sauce. They only got the sauce after I asked. Never again, what a pity!

The fries look like they came straight out of a washing machine, and the spaghetti doesn't sag as much. The burgers are dry and impossible to swallow without a drink. It was my first time eating from there, and it will also be my last.

Our regular KFC has been going there several times a month for years, driving all the way from Tübingen. Compared to other branches, the food is fresh and prepared quickly, the dining room is constantly cleaned, the restrooms are great, and the employees are consistently friendly and attentive!

I've visited many KFC branches in Germany. But this one: The employees are the friendliest, and the chicken is of the highest quality. Tender, juicy, and crispy! I'm sure this branch is the best. The dining area is very clean, the restrooms are well-maintained, and the modern interior is simply fantastic. It's also great that you can eat outside.

Free refill! Pepsi is way to sweet. These tastes differ between countries. And whereas I m Dutch and this was in Germany it was not my taste. Everything else was fine tough.

There was no parking problem. The food was hot and fresh. The seating area was comfortable.

Rarely have I had such bad fries. The cheese sauce was really bad, comparable to canned fries. The crispies were really small. The gentleman at the counter was very nice!

I've ordered from Lieferando several times. I regret the last few orders. After the meal, I had severe stomach pains. I suspect it was prepared unhygienically. I won't order from there again. Goodbye KFC.

Unfortunately, I was not at all satisfied with the food and the service. The food was undercooked and tasted poor overall. It was also extremely oily, which further detracted from the enjoyment. The way customers treated me was anything but respectful. I felt neither welcome nor well-treated. I would have expected significantly better quality and friendlier customer service from a company like KFC. Food was cold and this is what the Pepsi Zero looks like

The last time on May 4th, 2025 no card payment was possible, only cash payment. But it looked like it had been like this for some time...I'll check again next time, if there's no more card payment, I'll definitely not come back.

Definitely recommended for chicken lovers – if you're flexible with your time. However, those expecting freshness, clean restrooms, or fast service might be disappointed. Ideal if you're nearby and craving classic fried chicken – otherwise, make sure you have good timing 😉

The food was delivered incorrectly or items were forgotten. Sauces didn't arrive, apparently they weren't available. I had garlic dib, but it can be curry, and I'm allergic to it. I won't order from there again. The employee blamed us for the items not arriving.

I don't understand how a chain restaurant can constantly make such terrible fries. It can't be too much to ask for fries that are warm, cooked through, and crispy. Everyone can do that, except KFC.

The food is excellent. Nothing to complain about. They just shouldn't have anyone with a strong accent or a mumble at the drive-thru. You can barely understand anything over the intercom.

It was simply disgusting. The fries were cold, probably reheated, and the greatest surprise was when I opened the burger: there was a long hair wrapped around the breading; it was baked in, so it couldn't have been on the outside. When I complained, the burger was inspected, opened up nicely, taken apart, etc. Then I was offered a new meal, which I declined. I wanted my money back because I had only just started. Simply incompetent employees and supervisors, who, after waiting 20 minutes, still didn't know what to do, without a receipt. Until I just walked away. That was definitely my last visit.

The restaurant's decor is nice. The food is good. The staff isn't very welcoming. Easy access, plenty of parking available.

The quality of the food is simply very poor. I ordered through Lieferando and something was missing, and the guy on the phone simply lied, saying the order was complete and that he "had checked the cameras." I've never heard of cameras being checked so quickly, within a minute. It's a real shame. KFC was very good at first, but over the past year, it's become simply garbage.

The atmosphere is like an Arabic café. Everyone does what they want, and you have to speak to the staff at your table because they're busy talking to friends or relatives! You seem like a nuisance as a guest! Never again, thank you.

I've ordered the Original Bucket for the second time, and most of the meat has been cut off all the chicken thighs, and they've just fried bones 😳 I've never been served anything like this at KFC Sindelfingen before. Very disappointed.

I wonder how this store still has a 3 rating. It's the worst KFC I've ever been to and full of unfriendly and useless employees. They gave me raw chicken and didn't want to take it back (!!!) because it had already been touched with a fork. No really, how else can you tell whether the breaded chicken is cooked through on the inside... But no, instead they wanted to tell me that the purple-red chicken meat on the bone is cooked through. A really bad shop, it's better not to go there.
