Fantastic food and quick service! I recently ordered from KFC and was really impressed. The chicken pieces were crispy, juicy and perfectly seasoned - exactly how you want from KFC! Especially Crispy Chicken I love it!! The side dishes such as the fries and the coleslaw were also fresh and tasty. The corn on the cob is absolutely amazing!! The fast service is particularly worth mentioning: The order was delivered within a very short time and everything arrived hot. The portion sizes were generous and the price-performance ratio was absolutely right. The delivery driver was friendly and professional, and the entire order was complete and well packaged with no spills. Overall an excellent experience - I will definitely order from KFC again!"

Ordering everything from the vending machine is personally too inappropriate and far too impersonal for me. I left the restaurant without ordering and went for a pizza.

Ordered today via Lieferando: chicken was ok, fries totally soggy... The driver drove away with spinning tires and was quite stressed. I think eating locally is better.

Food great. The only drawback: Pepsi is very poorly dosed...we taste bad melted cola ice cream. Every time I'm in the restaurant it's super empty. Doesn't seem to be popular. It's also very, very expensive for fast food, but the food is great and the meat isn't as bad as the competition :)

Was at KFC for the first time. The electronic ordering system is not bad, but it does take some getting used to, you never stop learning! The food itself tasted very good! The portion we ordered was also sufficient! Will definitely go there again!

We found the quality of the meat really juicy and tasty, fresh vegetables. Clean and new restaurant, crowd OK, not so many Talahons. Free refill, sugar-free drinks available.

Inconceivably! After over 1.5 hours my order still hasn't arrived. When I asked over the phone I had to repeat myself several times because the employee hardly spoke any German. They then said the driver was on the way. It's been half an hour now. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately, I was very, very disappointed, first of all with the service, which was non-existent, and not to forget at the end when I was home with the food and had several hairs from the chicken pieces with me.....

I actually love KFC but I could have saved myself that. You drive through the traffic jam to Pfullingen and look forward to delicious food and what we got was just right for the money. Although there was hardly anything going on, it looked very dirty, the fries were not ready, cold, greasy and totally soft, the chicken pieces were totally tasteless and dripping with fat. You don't normally know that from KFC. Just ugh... I'm definitely not going there again.

Chicken is good but fries 🍟 are very pale, hamburger 🍔 doesn't taste that good and is very expensive

We had ordered food but it didn't come after more than two hours. Then we were told that it would take another 30-45 minutes, which is a big shame because you don't neglect customers who order via a delivery service. If you can't manage a delivery service, you shouldn't offer it. In the restaurant the waiting times are actually enormous, which is why it's actually not fasfood but a scam and a bottomless impudence never again from KFC's biggest scoundrels who work there.

I ordered at 6:45 p.m. and got the food at 8:30 p.m. but I have to be honest and say the delivery person was very nice

I usually think the KFC here is really good. Yesterday I had some really rancid, dried out, disgusting hot wings in my box that made me feel sick. They tasted as if finished, cold hot wings had been warmed up again in the frying fat. Something like that shouldn't happen.

A great choice for a quick and tasty meal

They really forget something every time they order. Yesterday I tried to trust them again that everything was in there because they even READ it to me but they simply forgot two veggie wraps. Simply the most important thing about ordering. At the beginning I really understood when you forgot my veggie bucket because there was a new opening etc. but now it just upsets me. I actually really enjoy eating there, but this is one thing that really ruins it for me.

Friendly staff and well cooked food

Offers what it's supposed to. The food tastes good, you can add something between the menus & optionally. The service was great! When the order was submitted, everything that was ordered was listed again. Nothing has ever been missing, both on site and in the drive! I'm positively impressed so far.

The food was just KFC Unfortunately there was no free refill there but the cups are 0.4 liters Order terminals are available. Also a very clean restaurant which leaves a very positive impression. Fries are not recommended, they don't taste good and are flimsy.

Suitable for drive or pickup of fast food. Few seats and not necessarily comfortable. You can go for a quick meal or at later hours when all other restaurants are closed. That's how I ended up at Pizza Hut. Staff very nice, but also on the bare essentials.

The worst Franchise ever!The owner from Bangladesh and he very rude Man.but acting like a clam man. If you are going to leave his place someday,then you'll be able to see his true colours.When this branch opens,I was there as shift manager and my wife too.we did come from Düsseldorf to Reutlingen to help with newly open branch.I did work 12-14 hours per day without any break. I couldn't bear it anymore and I did decide to leave this work place. End they didn't pay for my work hours and my train tickets as they agreed.because of my decision to leave this place.. unfortunately I couldn't take any legal action to them, because it was more wasting money than what I gains end.they are Cheaters & robbering your work hours. Think 100 times before you are going to apply here!!! I'll never recommend this place to work for anyone!!!this owner has lots of branches in Germany.. We were there once before when it opened, total chaos, parts of the order were missing, some of the food was cold... after an eternity we wanted to give it another chance. There wasn't much going on this time, we got the wrong burgers got it, one was completely missing... the employee at the counter wanted to argue even though it was on the bill and wasn't in the bag... one of the drinks machines was empty.. For the money what is required here is the service miserable and the food not worth the price!

Total loss, total loss, never again. Although card payment was definitely agreed upon, no device was included upon delivery. Then the police actually come in the middle of the night...threatened several times via SMS...And then the price was completely exorbitant...Thanks for nothing

This KFC is the worst I've ever come across. The staff doesn't understand you or you don't understand them, the food is neither fresh nor warm when I tell them that the fries are cold then they argue with you because you don't get a fork for a salad or a served one And last but not least I order a Zinger Bürger where there isn't even any real sauce on it but only mayonnaise. There are no trash cans in the parking lot and rats run around here too It's better if you close the shop again as a restaurant and won't be able to operate it. I'll also inform VKD

Long wait. Food really bathed in fat, today there is still a taste in the mouth from the stale oil. Drinks like a soda. Not recommended at all.

Getting to KFC was difficult. The unqualified engineer, who was stuck between two baby seats, whined constantly. As a punishment, he got his food 15 minutes early and sat sulking in the corner and ate alone. My other colleague then manipulated the drinks tap using a secret Balkan technique so that only water came out. Such an ass!😡 The other “guests” at the Pizza Hut were very nice and warned us about a police checkpoint lurking in Pfullingen, most correct, old Stari!👍

I think the store is great. Even though you order from the machine, the staff is very attentive and accommodating! As always, the food was very tasty. Thank you very much.

Relatively new and clean...if you like it and are nearby you can satisfy your hunger here. Personally, I thought it was good here.

The food is delicious. Unfortunately, you have to wait a relatively long time for this, especially when the store is full. The drive-in also has longer waiting times. The building is newly built and clean, but looks more like a factory hall due to the high ceilings and the rather echoing sound. The toilets have always been clean, even on busy days. You buy drinks once and can then refill them as often as you like. Overall, I'm happy with the wait times.

Food took 45 minutes for 1.5 km. Delivery was incomplete and cold. The driver was in a discussion mood. VERY IMPOLITE! As a gesture of goodwill (!), the missing food was delivered. Cold again! The boss personally took care of the subsequent delivery. He was also very open to discussion! That simply does not work. Luckily there is a lot of competition in this industry ;-) NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was really happy that a KFC was opening here in Eningen, but I'm very disappointed that it's not like the other branches. I've been to KFC several times and I'm really not sensitive, but it doesn't work that it happens again and again. The food is very cold and they don't work professionally, something is always missing from the order. It's best to always take individual orders, maybe they'll get it, otherwise you have to constantly point out multiple orders that something is missing... You always have to make sure you get everything you ordered. If you point out that the order is not complete, they are very unfriendly and annoyed. They don't even apologize... Hygiene is absolutely not possible at all. They really take their time... very unfortunate

It's a KFC like any other, if you like it, you go there. The only flaw... even the franchisee can't help it, the sauce in Puree not only looks unnatural, it also tastes that way.

Very clean, despite a good number of visitors. Of course it's fast food, but I rate it on that level too. I found it incredibly tasty for this type of gastronomy. Everything hot, fries beautifully crispy and salty. Everything clean so far. Would go again.

Fastfood geht anders! Eigentlich erwartet man einen schnellen, freundlichen Service, gute , heiße Produkte und eine saubere Lobby. Der Service passt, die Produkte sind gut warm und schmackhaft. Über die Lobby möchte ich nicht reden, wobei die Getränkestation am schlimmsten aussah. OK, das ist eine Momentaufnahme, aber so darf es nicht aussehen!

25 min Wartezeit auf eine kleine Bestellung von 2 Personen bei halbvollem Laden.

Der Burgern war kalt und lätschig und das Hähnchen darin viel zu wenig. Pommes genauso kalt und ohne Geschmack. Alles war einfach fade. Die Tische waren klebrig. Im Laden war es sehr laut auch vom Nummern Schreier und dem ständigen Piepsen der Anlagen.

Essen wie gewohnt… Gut… leider sehr laut… und gewisse Minderheiten nehmen für sich alles in Anspruch… ohne Rücksicht auf Andere (nicht dieser Minderheit angehörend)… besser man hält seinen Mund, da hier gleich wieder das R-Wort in den Mund genommen wird… leider … also das nächste Mal wieder gut bürgerlich mit Schweinebraten, da ist man zumindest heutzutage nich etwas unter sich und vor allem sicher…

Ein KFC wie alle was das Angebot angeht, deswegen bewerte ich das nicht. Die Deutsch Kenntnisse der Mitarbeiter auf einer Skala von 1-10 liegen etwa bei 3. Ich kenne den Ort nur vom Drive In - wenn hier 3 Autos in der Schlange stehen, dauert es gute 15 Minuten, bis man wieder abfahren kann. Man sollte vorher kontrollieren, ob alle Saucen etc. in der Tüte sind. Das Management versagt hier ziemlich.

Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, das KFC-Restaurant in Pfullingen zu besuchen und möchte meine Erfahrung gerne teilen. Die Bestellabwicklung im Drive-In war äußerst zügig und effizient. Die Mitarbeiter waren prompt und freundlich, was zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf führte. Das hat definitiv einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen, vor allem wenn man bedenkt, dass es sich um ein Fast-Food-Restaurant handelt. Was das Essen betrifft, so entsprach die Qualität den üblichen Standards von Fast Food. Die Produkte waren frisch und schmeckten, wie von KFC zu erwarten, gut. Allerdings möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass der Preis für die angebotenen Speisen vergleichsweise hoch ist. Obwohl die Qualität stimmt, könnte eine Überprüfung der Preisgestaltung angebracht sein, um eine bessere Balance zwischen Qualität und Kosten zu gewährleisten. Ein weiterer Aspekt, den ich erwähnen möchte, ist, dass einige Mitarbeiter sichtlich gestresst wirkten. Dies könnte darauf zurückzuführen sein, dass die Nachfrage hoch war oder das Personal möglicherweise unterbesetzt war. Ein entspannteres Arbeitsumfeld könnte nicht nur das Wohlbefinden der Mitarbeiter verbessern, sondern auch zu einer noch angenehmeren Atmosphäre für die Kunden beitragen. Alles in allem bietet das KFC in Pfullingen eine schnelle Bestellabwicklung im Drive-In, eine gute Qualität bei den Fast-Food-Produkten, allerdings zu einem vergleichsweise höheren Preis. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Management Maßnahmen ergreifen könnte, um den Stress für die Mitarbeiter zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig die Preise zu überdenken, um ein optimales Gleichgewicht zwischen Kundenzufriedenheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit zu erreichen.

Food was top notch Staffs are okay And the atmosphere is superb

Auch wenn wir dachten, dass wir lange warten müssen, ging es erstaunlich schnell. Das Essen war warm und vollständig. Leider kein Kinderspielzeug mehr beim Kids Menü vorhanden gewesen.

Also ich war heute das erstmal mal bei einem KFC nach dem viele bekannte das so gelobt hatten. Lieder habe ich wohl den Falschen Tag erwischt. Alle Bürger waren kalt, auch die chrispi waren alle kalt. Pommes waren warm und gut. Allerdings hatte ich mir eine chilli cehees Soße dazu bestellt die aussah wie seht auf dem Bild selbst. ja ich hab sie probiert und das war kein chilli cehees sosse sonder eher eine chilli concane Soße nur noch mit etwas Käse. on top könnte von personal keiner fließend deutsch bzw. nur English. Wenn die Bürger warm gewesen wären wären deise sichtlich lecker gewesen. Auch das bestellen über den Automaten geht bei andern anbieter komfortabler die Getränke Ausgabe war schmutzig und würde während meiner Anwesenheit ca 45 min. nicht gereinigt. nja kurz um ich werde die nächste zeit öfters KFC unter die Lupe nehmen und hoffe das das heute nur ein doofer Zufall war.

One of the best things that one could ask for if living in and around Reutlingen is KFC. This place is quite good especially the original bucket is most of the time freshly cooked. Definitely recommended

Wenn man kurz etwas essen möchte, ist man dort an der falschen Adresse. Wir haben über 20 Minuten auf unser Essen warten müssen(so wie über das halbe Restaurant). Hätte ich nicht mit Karte gezahlt, wäre ich wieder gegangen. Zudem wurde uns teilweise das falsche serviert. Nochmals werden wir dort nicht hin gehen.

Gute Angebote über die Hauseigene App. Gutes und schnelles Essen! Das bestell System Erinnert an BK oder MD. Aber ich finde KFC bringt da mehr Qualität! Die Filiale in Eningen ist Sauber und Aufgeräumt, gefällt mir👍🏼 Im Verhältnis einwenig teurer aber immer wieder gern!

Haupteingangstür ging nicht auf, kein Schild dran, dass darauf hinweist die Nebentür zu nutzen. Nach der Bestellung 15Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Und nein, es waren vielleicht 10 Leute im Restaurant, und davon hatten schon ein Paar ihr Essen. Wäre der Laden Rappelvoll gewesen, hätte ich das verstanden. Vielleicht ist es beim nächsten Besuch hier besser.

독일에 5년 살면서 대략 열군데 넘는 지점을 가봤지만 청소하는 지점을 본적이 없습니다. 이곳은 ”청소“라는걸 합니다! 매우깨끗하고 맛도있어요!
