McDonald's in Pfullingen

I stopped by briefly on Monday evening after 11 PM while driving by. Service quality was excellent, prices were so-so, like everywhere else these days, but the double cheeseburger meal deal was good.

They seemed completely overwhelmed. We had to wait 20 minutes. Then at home we discovered that things were missing.

It's fast food, after all. Definitely pay at the machine. Otherwise, you'll have to wait. The food arrives quickly.

There's a world of difference between reality and truth. That's one way to make money. And so cutesy... and not even half full, and the cheeseburger was sticky... very sad and a rip-off.

We spontaneously went to McDonald's one evening during the week. Ordering via the kiosks with table service worked well; the food arrived quickly and was hot. Everything tasted fine, and the area was clean. However, I found it quite expensive – for almost thirty euros for two people, I would have expected somewhat larger portions, as the burgers now seem rather small. Overall, an average visit.

It's McDonald's, after all. Just like any other. But the food was really quick and still hot. The Spätzle nuggets, which are new to the menu, were an experience. Extremely expensive, in my opinion, but they taste interesting. The "Hüttengaudi" sauce was rather disappointing. Cranberry sauce or something similar would have been a better match.

My husband and I used to go to McDonald's in Pfullingen at least once a month, but what we experienced yesterday topped everything! We ordered a McRib meal, 9-piece Chicken McNuggets, and a Big Tasty at the kiosk. The total came to almost €34! As soon as we sat down at the table, we felt an icy wind on our backs. With an outside temperature of 6 degrees Celsius, there's definitely no need for the air conditioning to be running! But that perfectly matched what was brought to our table... The McRib wasn't fresh, and there was barely any barbecue sauce! The fries and curry fries were actually cold, and the nuggets could have been sold as rubber balls! My Tasty and the Coke that came with the meal were completely missing! We had to go to the counter to get the Tasty ourselves after showing the receipt, and pay extra for the missing Coke! If the place hadn't been so packed, my husband would have thrown their food at their feet! The Tasty was also cold and without sauce... To top it all off, I didn't eat half of it – it was inedible – so I shoved it into the completely overflowing return shelf and then had to wash my hands in the filthy and greasy toilet... Conclusion: It was absolutely awful! My husband and I were still fuming about that dump with its sloppy food for over an hour afterwards!!! Never again!!!

The tables are very often very dirty and sticky. The drive-thru takes forever these days. I've known this McDonald's for at least 15 years, and it's never taken this long before, not even this long.

None of the number displays worked, the floor was quite slippery, making it easy to slip, the whole place was uninviting, and the shelf in the wall for the tray being cleared was overflowing. Not recommended!!

I've been living 500 meters away from here for two months now. I've ordered takeout twice. Both times, everything seemed fine at first glance, but then at home I realized something was missing: meat, fries, or even a whole burger. It's such a pain to go back there. I thought next time I'd order it properly, maybe this time I'd get it right – and I did. But I waited an hour and a half and all the food was completely cold and inedible. I've always been satisfied with McDonald's before, but I've only ever eaten there. Never again with takeout – I deleted the app immediately. The prices are outrageous now.

This was by far the worst McDonald's visit I've ever had. I ordered two Big Mac meals and two cheeseburgers. I ate them there. My order arrived at the table lightning fast. Both Big Macs were lukewarm, the cheese cold and therefore, of course, not melted. The same applied to the two cheeseburgers. The fries were also lukewarm, greasy, and not even the slightest bit crispy. Regarding the ambiance: the exterior lighting and the exterior menu display were broken. Inside, the floor was slightly littered with food scraps and receipts, but still within reason. Time of visit: 10:30 p.m. on a Friday. We don't often go to McDonald's "restaurants," which made this visit all the more annoying. For €30, shame on you! Even the most abysmal chip shop can do better! I don't know how a franchise system could screw up such a simple meal like that! P.S. No, the place wasn't crowded. Conclusion: The McDonald's restaurant in Pfullingen is an absolute no-go!

I'm not reviewing the food here, just the service. I've never experienced anything like this before. I ordered with the app and wanted to order at the checkout. I stood and stood and stood. The lady at the checkout made a cappuccino or something similar for someone. I thought, well, it just takes a while, I'll wait until she's ready. She came back from making coffee and headed toward me but didn't come over; she helped the others pack the ordered items. At first I thought she hadn't seen me, but she actually deliberately ignored me. After waiting for about seven minutes, I asked the group packing if anyone was coming to the checkout!? The answer I got was that there were 10 orders and I just had to be patient. I waited another five minutes, then tried to enter the code on the terminal, but it didn't work. After another five minutes of waiting and being ignored, I left furious and couldn't order anything. Really awful. 👎👎👎👎

Overall, a very good McDonald's, in contrast to many other restaurants, I think. I also think McDonald's is better than many Burger Kings. The drive-thru is convenient and doesn't really bother anyone, even though it's in the way. The employees have always been nice to us, whether at the counter or at the drive-thru when picking up. It was very annoying once when someone forgot to pack one of our meals, but hopefully that doesn't happen too often. We used the "playground" with the slide a lot back then, so it was also great. The food itself is actually very good, I always enjoy it, even if it's not the most valuable food in the world.

The employees were rude to me because they thought they could throw me and my friends out of the restaurant because we supposedly wrote bad reviews. This is the reason why I am writing this review because, in my opinion, this is inappropriate behavior on the part of the employees.

Finally, a McDonald's where you feel like everything's just right. Pleasant atmosphere and carefully prepared food.

The cash register system is often broken. The Fresh Chicken McMuffin didn't have any chicken! At the McDrive counter, you can sometimes redeem coupons, or only two! Some employees are a bit unfriendly, and you hardly understand anything at the drive-thru or have to repeat yourself a lot. Tip: Always check the bag and check everything. A lot of things get forgotten, unfortunately. And a pack of 6 plant-based nuggets came with a regular one!

The best years are over... Used to come here often, but now not at all. Everything is run down: the slide/play tower has been broken for months, the lighting in the building is broken, and the restrooms are dirty (OK, I don't know of any branch where I like to go to the restroom). We just go somewhere else these days.

It's a disgrace what's going on at Mecces these days. Every new burger is smaller and worse than the last. Why do people still go there?

I used to go there almost every day over ten years ago; back then, this branch was very clean and well-maintained. Now, I'm always shocked when I enter this store. The floor is sticky or disgustingly slippery. Displays are smeared, toilets are almost dirty, tables aren't wiped down. Unfortunately, the standard here is different. The management seems to be the same. The employees are nice, but for anyone who has another branch nearby, I would recommend going there rather than this McDonald's.

Tastes good but has too much fat and every time I get nausea/stomach pain

For decades, this has consistently been one of the worst restaurants in this chain that I know. Cold, dried-out burger patties, soft, almost frozen fries, and everything thrown into the box in the most careless manner. The employees' biggest concern is to acknowledge incoming orders from the display as quickly as possible to keep the statistics up.

Every single online order, or at most every second one, is faulty! Meat instead of plant-based, missing items, simply swapped items for whatever you had on hand, no bonus items included… abysmally bad.

No entry after midnight, only drive-thru. Something like that can only happen at McDonald's. Too bad.

The burger was simply shoved into the package; you could have eaten it as a salad because everything was mixed up. The salad had whole cucumbers instead of slices. And the cup had more ice than Coke...

Unclean, especially the toilets. When I see something like that, I always ask myself, what does the kitchen look like? You get a bad feeling before you've even ordered. Price performance hasn't been right here for a long time. We're only here for a short time because of the children. It would really be better to go to a good regional restaurant. The money is really a waste!

A regular McDonald's. Everything like everywhere. Just a small note, you should keep a closer eye on the return station. It's not so great when it overflows and the leftovers pile up on a table.

Wrong order – really annoying We had two happy meals with cheeseburgers and also ordered two cheeseburgers all plain, so just bread, meat and cheese. That's what it said on the packaging, so we assumed everything would fit. At home, the disappointment: Not a single burger was plain, all of them were topped with the usual pickles, onions, ketchup, etc. For us, it was inedible, so unfortunately it ended up straight in the trash. Driving back another 10 km just to complain was really too stupid for me. It's a real shame because you just rely on the food coming the way you ordered it.

A bit old but the people are generally nice

I've rarely experienced something like today. Intimidated employees complete chaos. Apparently there were inspectors there. Loud discussion between whoever the branch management is, I think. So far I have never experienced anything bad, nice, hard-working employees. The fact that there is rum lying around - no one dies from it. Hopefully you get through your shift well. The store certainly wasn't full, but there were tablets piled up all over the floor, trash and dirt everywhere you looked. Plus there's hair on the chips... I've already had a burger returned because it was just thrown in the box and it was cold. I can say that was the last visit to Mc Donalds Pfullingen

Every now and then we pick up something at Mc Drive and then eat at home, so I have to say that really!! Something was missing from almost every order now... it's so annoying, it happened again today, my husband went straight back, I'm excited to see what he comes back with. You can forget something sometimes... but it's slowly becoming standard... we learn from it on the spot. Check it then you save yourself the trip. Simply annoying. Otherwise, I find the employees very nice and polite. I've always been treated courteously... I think it also depends on how you approach people.

Unfriendly staff and despite the fact that you come often, they can't even concentrate on an order and always forget something that you don't get in the end even though you paid for it, which is just outrageous

One of the worst MC restaurants I have ever visited. The toilet was totally filthy. Everything was full of urine, the floor was completely sticky and there was a disgusting smell of urine...disgusting The restaurant tables were still sticky from the last meal. The service was totally unfriendly and lied to us. The food was dried out and things were missing from the order that they only gave us after asking several times.

Cold fries, unfriendly service. Even though the shop was empty, food was not cleaned and served was left on the floor. At the Haburger Royal TS, pediatric cheese and cheese with tomatoes were packed so brilliantly on the bun that it was impossible to pick it up and eat it

If it were possible I would give zero stars. Pfullingen is the worst McDonald's branch I know of. Every time the big mac is almost cold and the cheese isn't even remotely melted, just as you would imagine with a delicious burger.

The food was acceptable. However, the service was a disaster!!! The man with Indian appearance is extremely rude and unacceptable. After eating several times, I noticed that he is ALWAYS extremely unhappy and sometimes extremely cheeky towards the customers... at this point I ask myself: "How much does a smile cost?". What a nasty shed!! Went there at 11am this morning. Order was a McRib, a double cheeseburger and a coffee grande. I had just been to the men's toilet beforehand. The toilet smelled horribly of urine, a toilet bowl was stuffed with toilet paper and the tiled walls were slightly sticky. As for the food, the McRib was clearly a leftover from the day before! The meat was hard, had a strange consistency and an unpleasant taste. The bun, onion and cucumber were OK. The double cheeseburger seemed very carelessly put together. The cheese was next to the patties rather than on top. In terms of taste, it was standard. But not the clearly visible fingerprints and onion residue on the top of the bun. These then enticed me to continue enjoying the burger. The coffee tasted more like coffee that had been kept warm for hours than like freshly brewed coffee, which surprised me a bit since it came fresh from the machine. I suspect that this is due to inadequate cleaning of the machine. In summary, I can only say that you will definitely not see me there again!

At around 9 a.m. all the tables were dirty, there were cobwebs between the tables, the floor was sticky 🧐 dirty toilets, no toilet paper, no paper to dry your hands. I know it's not a gourmet restaurant, but you should also value a little cleanliness and hygiene in a fast food restaurant. Plus, you definitely had the time to wipe the tables because there was no one else there but us and there was no one to serve at the McDrive either.

If you want your food to be delivered to your table, you have to order from the machine. No sign is given to you at the checkout.

Basically MC Donalds, but from now on I prefer to drive 10 minutes to Reutlingen to the next one... in one order (drive in) I popped the cheese next to the castles, the fries were ice cold after a 10 minute drive, when eaten, one of 3 hamburgers was missing Bulette!!! and the sprite was just water. It's a miracle that they at least deducted the correct amount from the card.

Very long waiting times. Order terminals all occupied for a long time by people who couldn't make a decision. After paying for the order, it felt like it took forever for the food to be brought to the table. Why there are ordering options when they are not carried out is beyond me. Otherwise everything is within the usual framework. The toilets are poorly maintained and should be much cleaner. Was shocked about these toilets.. Extremely dirty and disgusting... 🤢 The food wasn't that great either. Not just yesterday but also the last few times something is constantly forgotten. The parking lot is far too small at peak times, but you can park on the street without any problems. The positioning of the McDrive entrance is directly at the end of the parking lot. The McDrive usually moves acceptably quickly. The problem, however, is that if there are more than 2 cars in the McDrive, the third car is already in the parking lot, which means that at peak times it is sometimes difficult or difficult to get in and out of a parking space. Expensive. Apart from that, the pictures when ordered online look different than the original. Take the hamburger as an example: online, the pattie looks out of the bun. When you pick it up or eat it, it is a little bigger than the one slice of cucumber that is on it. But still delicious as usual.

We live in Pfullingen and have had both negative and positive experiences, basically there is always the same negative problem! You come home and the order is wrong or something is missing! We recommend checking everything on site! The employees were/have always been friendly. The hygiene there is a bit borderline: For example, the toilets or the tables there, and I still don't understand these narrow toilets. We won't go here anymore! Absolutely unfriendly service at the drive-in. The gentleman serving (7 o'clock this evening) was super unfriendly, unnecessarily pushing - we weren't slow and there were no other cars queuing. He was so knowledgeable that he didn't know why a coupon didn't work. There were clear communication problems on his part, which he blamed on us and made the order unnecessarily complicated. The duration of the order was therefore not our fault, it was simply due to the difficult communication. We were literally chased away at the end and reprimanded that an order at the drive-in had to be done quickly. Furthermore, he wanted to bill without asking, even though the order was still running, during the ongoing ordering process! When we went back to the store to ask questions (so as not to bother the drive-in any further) we were greeted with a friendly "What do you want again?" The icing on the cake was that part of the order was not delivered correctly. Instead of Sprite we had water. A wrong sauce. One of the citizens was in subterranean condition, even by MC D standards. We only discovered these things at home and were not the subject of the query.

The food tastes like McDonald's food😁 but every now and then it's just delicious and then we like to go here. You can easily order at the terminals and it's always very quick.

The food was lukewarm. The chicken nuggets tasted really floury. Half of what I ordered was missing. The staff was unfriendly. The clothes didn't look that great. The staff looked pretty stressed. Anyway, I'll send an email.

My burgers were flat as a pancake and my fries were old and soggy. The order was ready straight away which must mean that these burgers had been there for a while. The citizens were also cold and unsavory. The sauce wasn't palatable either.
