McDonald's in Pfullingen

I got 20 McPlant nuggets. Four normal nuggets were included. Not cool mc’s

At around 9 a.m. all the tables were dirty, there were cobwebs between the tables, the floor was sticky 🧐 dirty toilets, no toilet paper, no paper to dry your hands. I know it's not a gourmet restaurant, but you should also value a little cleanliness and hygiene in a fast food restaurant. Plus, you definitely had the time to wipe the tables because there was no one else there but us and there was no one to serve at the McDrive either.

If you want your food to be delivered to your table, you have to order from the machine. No sign is given to you at the checkout.

Boss wasn't there had no key and didn't open had to wait 20 minutes for nothing

Every time I take my burger without kechup and ALWAYS there is kechup on it Or take my ice cream with chocolate sauce and there is caramel on it

Basically MC Donalds, but from now on I prefer to drive 10 minutes to Reutlingen to the next one... in one order (drive in) I popped the cheese next to the castles, the fries were ice cold after a 10 minute drive, when eaten, one of 3 hamburgers was missing Bulette!!! and the sprite was just water. It's a miracle that they at least deducted the correct amount from the card.

Strawberry shake. No strawberry and no shake…more like sleet. The workers obviously don't know what they're doing.

Very long waiting times. Order terminals all occupied for a long time by people who couldn't make a decision. After paying for the order, it felt like it took forever for the food to be brought to the table. Why there are ordering options when they are not carried out is beyond me. Otherwise everything is within the usual framework. The toilets are poorly maintained and should be much cleaner. There was no toilet paper and there were a lot of “skid marks” in the bowl from the previous user.

I ordered something for €10 and was given a €20 note. The brother gives me 4 €5 bills and wishes me a good day. Was it dishonorable not to say anything? And have you ever wondered when McDonalds gets deliveries? I also saw that truck there. That stuff has to spawn in there!!!

The employees are all rude, bad-tempered and don't have any other pleasant talents! Things are constantly being packed incorrectly or forgotten! The food always looks like it came out of the bin. The bottom line is that this store has not been recommended for a long time.

A bit old but the people are generally nice

I get hit on because I don't understand the worker at the drive in and ask her to repeat herself. When asked what kind of burgers there are, the answer is ALL BURGERS.

Used to be a particularly good McDonald's in the region. He now seems neglected. The toilets in particular are so terrible that it's better to do your business at home. There are practical reusable cups for coffee and soft drinks, but no lids. The "plant based" burgers are bad - like everywhere else at McDonald's. When it comes to meat-free enjoyment, Burger King is miles ahead.

I've gone to McDonald's elsewhere, but the food isn't as fresh and doesn't smell like it does when you reheat it a second time.

I understand that the current situation due to the pandemic is costing us all a bit of nerves. However, that doesn't stop anyone from treating each other politely and respectfully. Apparently the largest fast food chain in the world can't manage to train its employees on politeness and service!!! Sad !!! Addendum 06/22/24: forgot the fries, forgot the apple spritzer, €5 less change!!! The store is getting worse and worse!!! Never again!!!

Was shocked about these toilets.. Extremely dirty and disgusting... 🤢 The food wasn't that great either. Not just yesterday but also the last few times something is constantly forgotten. Ice cream machine is constantly broken 😡 The kitchen didn't look really clean either, and I think the employees should avoid wearing work clothes including shoes.

The parking lot is far too small at peak times, but you can park on the street without any problems. The positioning of the McDrive entrance is directly at the end of the parking lot. Short waiting time and friendly staff

Expensive. Apart from that, the pictures when ordered online look different than the original. Take the hamburger as an example: online, the pattie looks out of the bun. When you pick it up or eat it, it is a little bigger than the one slice of cucumber that is on it. But still delicious as usual.

We live in Pfullingen and have had both negative and positive experiences, basically there is always the same negative problem! You come home and the order is wrong or something is missing! We recommend checking everything on site! The employees were/have always been friendly. The hygiene there is a bit borderline: For example, the toilets or the tables there, and I still don't understand these narrow toilets. We won't go here anymore! Absolutely unfriendly service at the drive-in. The gentleman serving (7 o'clock this evening) was super unfriendly, unnecessarily pushing - we weren't slow and there were no other cars queuing. He was so knowledgeable that he didn't know why a coupon didn't work. There were clear communication problems on his part, which he blamed on us and made the order unnecessarily complicated. The duration of the order was therefore not our fault, it was simply due to the difficult communication. We were literally chased away at the end and reprimanded that an order at the drive-in had to be done quickly. Furthermore, he wanted to bill without asking, even though the order was still running, during the ongoing ordering process! When we went back to the store to ask questions (so as not to bother the drive-in any further) we were greeted with a friendly "What do you want again?" The icing on the cake was that part of the order was not delivered correctly. Instead of Sprite we had water. A wrong sauce. One of the citizens was in subterranean condition, even by MC D standards. We only discovered these things at home and were not the subject of the query.

Wanted a cheeseburger. The employee's answer is not possible, it is impossible to get a cheeseburger at a McDonald's in the morning.

The food tastes like McDonald's food😁 but every now and then it's just delicious and then we like to go here. You can easily order at the terminals and it's always very quick.

The food was lukewarm. The chicken nuggets tasted really floury. Half of what I ordered was missing. The staff was unfriendly. The clothes didn't look that great. The staff looked pretty stressed. Anyway, I'll send an email.

My burgers were flat as a pancake and my fries were old and soggy. The order was ready straight away which must mean that these burgers had been there for a while. The citizens were also cold and unsavory. The sauce wasn't palatable either.

McDrive scam I was ripped off €19.85 for 4 cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries without a receipt, €3.50 more than it should cost.

Well, that's okay, we were there with the grandson. There were no clean tables, I had to wipe away the previous person's things myself. Unfortunately the fries were cold, which I then complained about and then immediately received a new, fresh portion. You always have to check the bag straight away, something is missing with every Mc Drive order. This time I paid 58 EURO for 2 menus, 3 burgers and 1 chili cheese and one burger was missing, the fries were cold and the receipt wasn't included. By the time we were about to eat at home, I had already forgotten it. Luckily I don't like that stuff anyway and the kids are really mad now too. Very bad and overpriced store and you can't complain because no one answers the phone. Flop!

Vergleichsweise sehr hochpreisiges McDonalds Restaurant mit unterdurchschnittlichem Service. Personal zudem unfreundlich und überfordert.

Ein Mc Donald's Restaurant wie jedes andere. Das vegetarische Burgerpatty auf meinem Burger war nicht lange gegrillt und ziemlich weich. Das war in anderen Mc Donald Restaurants bisher deutlich besser. Der Tischservice war schnell und freundlich. Parkplätze vor dem Restaurant. Die Sauberkeit ist für einen Mc Donald's normal.

Alles in Ordnung in dieser Filiale. Ein normaler Mc Donalds eben - einige Mitarbeiter stechen positiv hervor und sind seit vielen Jahren dort.

Die Hälfte des Bestellung wurde vergessen. Musste mehrmals nach fehlenden Artikeln fragen.

Es war alles ok, wir haben nur sehr gefroren da die Lüftung auf Eiskalt eingestellt war. Deswegen war der Laden bestimmt leer....

Pommes lauwarm und weich. 70 Cent für ein extra Tütchen Ketchup!! WAHNSINN !! Kostet den Endverbraucher im Supermarkt etwa 9 Cent. Bei MC Donalds im EK bestimmt keine 5 Cent. Das nennt man Gewinnschöpfung! Insgesamt viel zu teuer. (Preis / Leistung) Ein kleines Menü 10€ (BigMac Menü small) und nicht einmal satt. So sieht's aus!

Also ich weiß nicht was in pfullingen immer los ist . Aber die bekommen es nicht hin die Burger sind zu 90 % immer kalt und wenn man in mac drive geht dauert es teilweise länger wie wenn ich essen gehe also nichts mit schnellen essen holen. Außerdem die Preise sind ja enorm geworden. Also bei uns giebt es das essen nicht mehr oft und wenn es Gutscheine gibt.

Freundliches Personal, sauber, Essen gut warm, Einrichtung gut, unserer Meinung nach um Längen besser als der McDonalds RT am Heilbrunnen

Es wird öfters was vergessen,finde es schade wenn die Mc Ribsoße mit Wasser gestreckt wird weiss wovon ich rede war paar Jahre Schichtführer im Mc Donalds unser Laden hat es nicht gemacht aber in Pfullingen anscheinend üblich Soße kaum zu sehen oder zu schmecken,wenn der Mc Rib richtig gemacht wird ist er mit der Soße bedeckt so war es früher üblich.Restliches Essen ok Pommes zu salzig .Sirup im Getränk hat gefehlt hat nach Wasser geschmeckt.

Onlinebestellung via App von unterwegs incl Bezahlung hat gut funktioniert. Recht lange Wartezeit, andererseits war es 18 Uhr, da wollten nicht nur wir was zu essen. Tische waren weder abgeräumt noch sauber. Rückgabestation übervoll. Burger waren OK, heiss, frisch gemacht. Handtuchpapier in der Toilette: leer. Handdesinfektionsspender am Ausgang: leer.

MC Donald verfolgt immer die gleiche Masche. Nach der Bezahlung wird der Kassenbon nur auf Verlangen ausgehändigt. Dann aber geht die Suche los, wo der wohl sein könnte. In 40% der Fälle fehlt ein Teil der Bestellung und ohne Kassenbon keine Reklamation. So schäbig.

McDonald's ist nicht gleich McDonald's. Dieser ist immer gut, das Essen frisch und warm. Ambiente wie überall, daher ein Punkt weniger. Sauber.

Waren in der Nacht von Samstag 26.08.23 auf Sonntag den 27.08.23 im Drive alle super nett und freundlich schnell . Jedoch Zuhause angekommen essen ausgepackt und enttäuscht gewesen die Pommes waren ungenießbar haben nach altem frittier fett geschmeckt und waren mega fettig auf den Bürgern waren die Salat Blätter auch nicht mehr so frisch

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, saubere Filiale und nettes Personal. Bei der Bestellung etwas vergessen, doch konnte gleich geklärt werden.

Sehr schnelle Zubereitung und typische Qualität. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Das Personal ist kompetent. Das Lokal ist sauber. Der Eingang ist rollstuhlgerecht. Eine kostenlose Kundentoilette ist vorhanden.

Angebot wie in jedem Megges. Es lohnt sich hier besonders die Bestellung auf korrekten Inhalt zu prüfen. Von 4 Bestellungen waren 3 fehlerhaft. Aber die Filiale ist sehr schön/modern.

Jedesmal wenn wir dort etwas holen, fehlt etwas bei der Bestellung. Wir hatten zwar Gutscheine, aber trotz allem fehlte der Salat, die Salatsoße war aber drin🤦🏼‍♀️.Statt bestellter Mayo war Ketchup drin. Also kuckt eure Bestellung genau durch, sonst kuckt ihr danach in die Röhre 😐.

Na zig Jahren mal wieder bei McD gewesen, auf Wunsch meines Sohnes. Das "Essen" ist ja mittlerweile noch viel schlimmer geworden, die Burger lieblos und klein, hinterher hat man noch genauso großen Hunger, ist dafür aber um einiges ärmer geworden. Für das Geld sollte man lieber in ein richtiges Restaurant. Für mich wars das letzte Mal McD. Trotzdem, Personal flott und bemüht, und Location wirkt sauber, daher 2 Sterne.
