Ended up here because it was too crowded next door. We felt alone here. Of course I read the bad reviews. However, I cannot confirm it today, September 1st, 2024. The employees were nice, our food was warm and fresh and the cleanliness was fine. At first I was surprised that there were no ordering terminals 😂 but back to the start, you just order at the counter. Make up your own mind about this BK. Recessions, like mine, always represent snapshots. Another negative point... no playground. Neither inside nor outside. The playgrounds at BK & MC are 90% closed anyway.

Almost no selection (only old things) and poor service

What is there to say about a fast food chain? The quality is now completely okay (it used to be different), but the order takes a little longer than usual due to the lack of staff.

Had a menu and didn't want any fries instead. Curley Fries. Employee statement that they won't be available again until an hour later. Fries before that, cheese nuggets are also only available in one size, smaller size and also in an hour Waiting time 10 minutes even though there were no guests there

Ice cream is great. Staff super nice 👍wipe tables every now and then, then it would be perfect.

They're not that good with cleanliness!

I had salad with selectable ingredients. A brilliant idea and top quality!! The only drawback: the music was way too loud.

We are actually McDonald's guests, but it was completely overcrowded so we went 100m further to Burger King. Haven't regretted it in any way.. Fries there are way better because they are crispy and even after 15 minutes... The burgers were all very good and freshly prepared. Unfortunately there is nothing for children outside. Only a little indoors. Service and especially the shift management (or branch management?) were extremely nice and customer-oriented. Whenever we are in the area again, Burger King will definitely be our preferred choice.

Fast food restaurant?? Has nothing to do with it! unable to serve 5 customers with 4 people! The quality of food was not as expected

After the second burger I felt very sick and had to take a closer look... not nice to hand out something like that to customers. Thanks for nothing.

The food was oversalted, but otherwise delicious.

As of recently there are no CocaCola Freestyle drinks machines here... so no more refills or delicious Cherry Coke with your burger... Was one of the main reasons for me to visit this Burger King branch... According to the employees, there will be no more new machines... It's a shame that savings are being made here again. Unfortunately one less customer!

Good fresh burgers, through... promotions reasonably priced

The food tastes like it was from yesterday... the burgers were totally cold and disgusting and the onion rings and fries were also totally soggy. Never eaten something so disgusting and you pay a lot of money for something like that... that's an absolute disgrace...

As far as the food quality is concerned: it's just a Burger King. The preparation was fresh and sensibly done. The person even thought about it when ordering and left the fries until the end to add fresh ones (the burgers took a while because of special requests). Unfortunately there are no self-service terminals.

Unfortunately, the bacon from the Bacon King was still almost raw. And was told it was always like that. For me, bacon doesn't belong almost raw on a burger. So we will think about whether we go there again.

An annoyed foreman at the drive-in unnecessarily reprimands a seemingly new employee in front of the customer because she hadn't done anything wrong. Then cancels the order and then enters it incorrectly. So the wrong products end up in the bag. A lot of money for soggy lukewarm burgers. It's not surprising that you won't find any customers inside, unlike the direct competition in the neighborhood. However, praise goes to the apparently new employee for her friendly service.

Burger King currently has vending machines available at the time of the review so you can tap your own soft drinks. There is a large selection of soft drinks available and refilling the cup (I usually do this once when I leave so that I have something to drink on the go) is no problem for the staff. During my visits, the cleanliness in the restaurant and the toilets was always okay, but there was usually not that much going on around 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Every now and then I felt like I had to wait a little longer than expected, but the food was always warm and freshly prepared, so it wasn't already kept warm, etc. Personally, that's more important to me than a short waiting time and I'm happy to accept a little waiting time for that. I don't go to Burger King as often as I go to McDonalds, but I always like to go to this Burger King when I'm nearby.

We just went to get something to eat. Unfortunately not many guests were present. The food was quick and tasted good 😊

Sehr schönes eingerichtetes Lokal mit kostenloser Refillstation. Nur wenig los aufgrund des benachbarten McDonald's.

Tja was soll ich dazu sagen. Also die Pommes waren lauwarm. Bei dem Triple war kein Käse. Und das Eis war auch nicht gut gewesen hat irgendwie nach Chemie geschmeckt. Habe ich einfach weggeschmissen

Seit langen mal wieder dort gegessen. War echt gut. Der Long chili cheese war echt mega.

Beim letzten (allerletzten) Besuch im Drive-in zehn Minuten gewartet. Wollten scheinbar nichts verkaufen. Waren die einzigen Kunden da. Sind dann zu Mc Donalds gefahren. Parklatz bekommt man dort immer, weil keine Gäste da sind!

The food is always great. The most interesting thing, for me at least, is soda dispenser. It is pretty special and allows you to mix soda with extra flavours. For example I can get lime cola or blueberry Fanta. It's not like those are premade ones (for example you can buy blueberry Fanta) but it's normal Fanta with flavoured juice. Me and my wife really enjoy those drinks which complement the food amazingly. If the weather is good, the view is really breathtaking

hab deneingang erst nicht gefunden sehr sauber, aber tische waren nicht abgewischt, nur boden und thresen haben schoko milchshake bestellt und vanille bekommen ??? wir waren ganz allein

Personal sollte besser geschult werden. Bürger hat nicht so toll geschmeckt.

Sehr unfreundlicher Schichtleiter, der neue Kollege konnte einem echt leid tun.

Einer der gepflegtesten und saubersten Burger Kings die ich bis jetzt besucht habe.Auch das Personal sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit und der deutsche Sprache mächtig.Auch das bereiten der Speisen ( wir waren zu dritt , essen im Restaurant) ging super schnell

Ein guter und schneller Burger King. Finde ich klasse. Das Team aus Angestellten ist auch sehr freundlich, schade ist nur das einige Getränke im Automaten schon aus waren.

Seit Jahrzehnten mal wieder BK besucht. Stelle fest, der Whopper ist immer noch der Hit. Den letzten aß ich vor 30 Jahren in New York. Kann rein objektiv noch mehr als der Big Mac und der Viertel-Pfünder. Ist natürlich immer bisschen Geschmacksfrage, aber die Röstaromen beim Whopper sind schon geil.

Gutes Essen und sauberes Restaurant.

Freundliche, schnelle Bedienung. Coupons, King des Monats, etc. möglich. Große vegetarische Auswahl: Veggie King, Plant Based Sortiment.

Unorganisatorische Belegschaft, teils unfreundlich, langes Warten....leider kein Amarican Burger King Feeling wie in Coburg, Speisen teils kalt und unapettitlich verpackt. P.s. die Bewertung kommt nach vielen Versuchen und trotzdem immer wieder enttäuschend

Bedienungen unterhalten sich lieber als die Kunden zu bedienen. Nach jedem Besuch hatten meine Tochter und ich Durchfall. Komisch....

Ich schwanke wirklich zwischen 3 und 4 Sternen. Als ich den Laden von weitem sah, hatte ich nicht den Eindruck, er hätte geöffnet und auch drinnen (er hatte doch geöffnet) war niemand zu sehen. Kein Kunde, kein Mitarbeiter niemand. Er wirkte sehr verlassen. Der Boden war an einigen Stellen sehr klebrig. Ich kann den Ursprung ja verstehen, Softgetränke und so, aber Sauberkeit ist in der Lebensmittelbranche für mich das A und O. Nach ungefähr 1 Minute ist eine Angestellte auf mich aufmerksam geworden und schickte ihren Kollegen vor, um mich zu bedienen. Der Bestellvorgang ging dann relativ schnell (höchstens 5min.), kann aber auch daran gelegen haben, dass ich die einzige Kundin war. Nachdem ich die Bestellung entgegengenommen habe, hat sich Kollegin Nr. 1 wieder nach hinten verzogen. Falls ihr den Laden besuchen möchtet: Der "plant Based Long Chicken" ist relativ klein (mein letzter Dürüm von Dönerladen (-keine Werbung-) war gut doppelt so groß. Der King's Selection Burger (Variante: Champ 'n Cheese (Ich mag Käse. Ich habe mit Käse bestellt. Es war kein Käse drauf.)) ist scharf.

Waren heute ausnahmsweise mal im BurgerKing in Neustadt bei Coburg. Und so ein mangelhafter Service ist schon lange nicht mehr irgendwo vorgekommen. Zwei Mitarbeiter standen mit einem Mann auf dem Parkplatz und haben an Autos gearbeitet (geputzt und Radbolsen nachgezogen) Die Dritte stand bei der Drive Stelle mit ihrem Handy. Dass jemand an der Kasse stand und etwas wollte hat nicht interessiert. Definitiv mangelhafter Service.
