The food was good, as always, but I had to wait forever for the curly fries and they only came when everything else had already been eaten. The tables were totally greasy and dirty. The floor around our table was super sticky. Overall we were very disappointed 😞

The hygiene in the women's toilet leaves a lot to be desired, as does the faucet, which hardly works, and the service for the food carts is also apparently non-existent because all 3 carts were full to the brim and still hadn't been cleared away after an hour.

I've often had problems when ordering with the app... Something is often missing or mixed up when ordering.

Absolute juice shop!!!! Eat God's food and stay away from this chemistry!!!!

Was positively surprised today. A young man took my order very courteously. He very kindly pointed out to me that I should drive up and said that I would be the next person to get my order. Remarkable in this day and age.

0/5, total disaster Unfortunately, after 45 minutes of waiting, our food (table service) still wasn't there. All the people who came after us got their food, but unfortunately we didn't. When we asked, it was discovered that our preparation hadn't even started yet. Very unfriendly staff, we received answers like "You can wait 45 minutes" and our number wasn't listed. No apology, no acknowledgment of the mistakes, absolutely nothing. At least we got our money back. Oh yes, the restaurant wasn't even full at the time.

This was really bad expirience. Staff who work there is not proffesional at all. Specially the man who made me 2nd row of coffe, by mistake, with no milk and with such bad attitude , i ask for coffe with milk, first of all you dont have a barista , but you sell coffe.. 2nd you got wery unpleasant people who work there... manager of the mc donalds in sonneberg is wery wery rude person. I will complain direkt by mail to mcdonalds fir this. Shame on you, i did not even get my money back by what i did got was bad coffe and bad service. Manager of this store shame on you...

Service is probably no longer desired. Friendliness is asking too much. I wanted my order to take away and everything was slapped onto the tray one by one with a rude please, the lady could just as easily have spit on my feet. Personnel situation catastrophic! I have never felt so incredibly unwanted as I do today. Unfortunately, I actually got hungry quickly and didn't bother shopping after 8 hours of work. I won't give my money back to this branch so quickly. You used to be really great! 😞

I recently went to McDonald's with two friends and it was an absolute nightmare! The order was a total failure - it felt like they forgot everything we wanted. The sauces weren't included and the food just wasn't tasty. My burger had more lettuce than meat, which was just disappointing. Instead of refreshing water we were given coke, which we hadn't ordered, and the fries were replaced with these weird lattice potatoes. And the worst thing: there weren't even any sauces! I really can't recommend this place. Stay away if you want to eat properly!

Bad food and incompetent staff, Repeatedly forgetting the toy in the Happymeal. Could be intentional. When you order you are asked about it and then it is missing from the bag.

No fast food, just slow food. Totally disorganized. 3 children, 3 happy meals and half are missing. Today again instead of chicken nuggets Mcplanz. Table service does NOT mean calling out the table number from the counter! Table service does not mean leaving food at the counter until it is cold

This branch actually leaves a lasting impression. Dirt and dirt as far as the eye can see, everything is really disgusting, starting with the tables, the seating, the play area, the toilets, the floor, I would be ashamed of myself. The dirt isn't from one day. There aren't even napkins at the service points so you can clean your table yourself. I hope it doesn't look the same in the kitchen...😱 I will not visit this branch again.

You know MC Donalds from your childhood and youth. A visit there was always something special. Now it's a very special experience. You can order at terminals. Not bad for a start. But technology throws a spanner in the works every now and then and you only find out after it's finished whether the ice cream machine isn't working again. The staff tries hard. However, it turns out that for many it is just a job. In between, conversations are going on even though the customers are already stacked. I'm probably no longer the desired target group. So when I visit McDonald's, the only highlights are the cola with popcorn flavor and the ice cream with a choice of toppings. These are really brilliant hacks.

The ordering service offered via Lieferando (etc.) is not recommended. The food was left at the neighbor's door. I live in the suburbs, every house here has a large house number on the front. You can only waste it if you want to waste it.

Scanners at the terminals don't work!

We had to wait 50 minutes for our food because they forgot it. We didn't even get anything for free and no excuses either. Staff really unfriendly!! An employee always looked at us stupid!

This branch was significantly better than current. There is no table service offered; if you ask, a number will be handed to you without comment. The cleanliness of the toilets has always been excellent in all McDonald's restaurants (that I have been to), but here the current one is unreasonable. You can't wash your hands either before or after eating, because soap isn't replenished and the toilets are obviously only cleaned irregularly or not enough. The food is almost always put together incorrectly and sometimes cold. For that much money you can expect a lot more here. Dear team, you can do better!

McDonald's offers a solid and reliable fast food experience. The food is consistent and the quality meets expectations. The fast service times and the friendly staff are particularly positive. The selection of dishes is diverse, so there is something for everyone. The only minor criticism is that the atmosphere can be a bit hectic at times. Overall, a recommended choice for a quick and tasty snack. 4 stars.

I'm just shocked. On Tuesday we went to MC Donald Drive in to bring the kids something. There was a car in front of us and the ice cream fell out of the employee's hand before the driver in the car could take it off. Now the employee came out, picked up the ice cream and threw it into the hedge opposite. I thought the blow would hit me. He went back in and made a new one. I got out of the car and picked up the cup with the plastic lid and saw that there was a trash can next to the front door. I threw the broken ice cream back there. When my sister drove up to his window she asked him if it was normal for people to throw dirt into the environment. He grinned and nodded. Really people, if your employees don't have the slightest bit of responsibility, sooner or later they will lose their reputation as a company. I found it impossibly real.

For the third time in a row I only had half the bag in the McDrive. Last time I went back and got the wrong bag again...

This one star is already too many. Everything full of rubbish! Employees without motivation and the delivery car is parked in the MCDrive. In the end the food was sold out too! The health department and the trade inspectorate should come by here.

They're probably really too stupid for everything. I ordered a 20 nuggets menu and just got the nuggets without any sauces and without a drink or fries and that happens more often. I recommend checking the bags before you go

The children got themselves some vanilla ice cream. When they came back, one had already been thrown away... because it probably tasted strange... I tried it on my nephew and the ice cream was definitely broken. Tasted like broken cream. Unfortunately it wasn't possible in terms of time, otherwise we would definitely have gone back to complain. Shouldn't happen.

Long waiting times . Ice cream and coffee machines are usually broken. Or nothing available.

So today I ordered the Royal cheese menu without cucumbers, I got a burger without meat!?! What the heck is that supposed to mean? I'm aware that you can't expect high-quality things from McDonald's, but the MEAT was missing!!!!!!!! Do you have to open every packaging so that you get your stuff correctly or completely? I think it's an absolute disgrace. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until an hour later

Unfortunately, once again the statement that there is no table service for exactly 3 customers. Therefore ordered directly to the table via the app. This is how table service works too! The soap in the men's toilet was empty and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Very disappointing.

Overwhelmed staff with multiple orders. On some visits, food was forgotten. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home.

Another disaster, this was the third time in a row that we ordered and picked up something there We had to wait 25 minutes in the mcdrive for our food. When we got home, of course, something was missing again (last time the burgers, this time sauces and mayo) We also had 2x Sprites that only had water in them. That was definitely the last time I was in this branch so I prefer to go 30m further to Burger King

Stand erst 10 min. an für einen Kaffee.Später noch mit der App bestellt.Essen stand ca.10 min.an der Theke (Tischbedingungen) war natürlich kalt.

Verständigung in Deutsch schlecht möglich. unfreundliche Bedienung der Kinder am MC CAFE. Keine weihnachtliche Deko.

Auf dieses Restaurant kann man sich verlassen. Leider im negativen Sinn weil so gut wie immer etwas fehlt. Mal der Burger, mal das Ketchup, mal die komplette Bestellung verwechselt. Meine Tüte im Auto noch durchwühlen zu müssen finde ich untragbar aber leider nötig wie auch bei vielen weiteren Rezensionen auch erwähnt.

Schöner McDonalds. Toiletten sind hygienisch sauber. Tische wurden auch abgewischt.

Vergessen oft mal Burger einzupacken.

Mcd halt, da ist es fast immer Standart. So kann man sich nicht beschweren, war sauber und angenehm. Da es an der Grenze zu Thüringen liegt, kommen halt Oberfranken und Thüringen zusammen und dadurch gut besucht.

Mit besonderen Menschen, wird es zu einem besonderen Ort

Mac Drive. Bestellung aufgegeben. Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und ausgegeben. Leider fehlte die Souce. Enkeltochter war masslos enttäuscht.

Essensausgabe am Mc Drive hat seit einer gefühlten Ewigkeit keine Reinigung mehr abbekommen. Es ist schon beinah eklig hier das bestellte Essen entgegen zu nehmen. Pommes seltenst frisch! Alles lieblos und ständig wechselndes Personal. Essen auf der Terrasse würde ich da auch nicht. Man sitzt zum essen in einer Wolke von Abgasen der wartenden Fahrzeuge am Mc Drive. Das kann nicht gut sein!

MC Donalds muss einfach immer mal wieder zwischendurch sein!

Man muss unbedingt am Automaten zum Bestellen benutzen.

Mc Donalds halt. Wartezeit ist meist grenzwertige. Speisen werden ohne Liebe zubereitet. Mein Tip: immer kontrollieren beim abholen. Fehlt gerne mal was. Kann ich heute noch so bestätigen.

Geht immer wieder, wenn es schnell gehen muss

An sich ist der McDonald's mittelmäßig. Oft sind die Tische nicht gescheit sauber gemacht. Der Service muss sich noch verbessern da viele kein deutsch können und du 2mal hinhören musst. Toiletten bei meinen Besuchen waren immer Recht sauber. Leider wird oft etwas vergessen und manchmal bekommt man Burger die etwas länger liegen serviert. Meine Empfehlung ist, Burger mit Extra Wünschen zu bestellen. Da bekommst du meist einen Frischen Burger.👍

Das Lokal ist Sauber, viele Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen, aber zu wenig Parkplätze. Essen ist ok, leider steigen die Preise schneller, ohne das der 💰 mitwächst. Kletterturm ist für die Kleinen toll, solang es nicht regnet, denn leider scheint dieser undicht zu sein, so dass Wasser auch Tage danach noch drin steht(laut den Kindern auf der ersten Etage).

McDrive Bestellung. Schnell, komplett und gewohnte Qualität. Daher 4 Sterne, 👍😊
