Employees are incompetent and don't speak a word of German

Unfortunately, we just saw that the employees were preparing the food without gloves, wearing rings on their fingers and not wearing a hairnet. One of these employees has meanwhile collected and accepted cash. Then she prepared the food again without washing her hands. This is not only incredibly unhygienic but also disgusting. Very unfortunate.

Food is normal but the toilets are disgusting!!!

We often eat at Mc. The flies haven't left you alone for 2 weeks now. Big noise. But that's how it is. Youth and children. It doesn't bother me very much. For coffee. Even if I always drink the same coffee. Every time it's different. I think it depends on the shift. They don't have the same recipe. You don't always find soap in the toilet. This is not admissible.

Extremely bad service, and old broken furniture. We wanted to treat ourselves to some ice cream. Had to wait a bit until the order was ready and wanted to sit down until it was ready. Unfortunately, my husband got a cracked chair that flew apart in the curtain. My husband could no longer catch himself and landed swinging on the ground. In the employees' field of vision, it wasn't exactly quiet either. Other guests at the other end of the local are also watching, so you could hear it clearly throughout the local. But none of the employees came and asked if everything was okay, none of them cared. When our order was ready, we pointed out the broken chair and that it was broken, the gentleman didn't understand us or didn't want to understand us. But he looked in the direction of the broken chair. My husband is fine so far, a few bruises. But it's really a disgrace that no one from the team even asked if everything was okay! We then stayed outside for a while, and an employee walked past the wooden sticks and chair, but they didn't clear them away while we were still there.

Hello staff very unfriendly. We completely made the order wrong, tried to say in a nice way that it was wrong, we would be attacked and our note would be thrown in the trash. And you can't order what you want online either. Toilet very dirty.

Burgers often look like they're being thrown at them from the far corner. (Everything shifted or squeezed). About the points system at MyMCCes. It has happened several times that I order something using my points... But then it wasn't available. Spent points but got nothing. Too bad. Service is a bit lacking. LG

Friendly treatment in an atmosphere that was ugly for my taste. Despite everything, a rather good branch that is open around the clock.

The service was the worst you can imagine. The staff slams the trays onto the tables so that the drink spills over and the food is hit. Additional trays are simply stacked and food on the lower trays falls down. I have to say it was the worst service I have ever had.

In summer the air conditioning does not work, it is very hot in the cafe...

Went to Mc Drive today and noticed when the food was handed out that not everything was complete. We were then just contacted stupidly by the employee until she checked that she had made the mistake, then all we got was a “sorry”. When we saw that we had received a cookie instead of the donut we ordered and then we went in to exchange it, we were treated unkindly again. But then we got our donut and the cookie was put back in the counter. (I don't want to get food that has already been given out and a cookie is just in the bag and is not packaged separately) So there is definitely a lack of friendliness and you could have left the cookie as an excuse instead of selling it on again.

I was there with my daughter and had a delicious meal 👍🏼 Tables were clean and the food came very quickly. The staff was friendly and looked after us very well.

There is actually a McDonald's where the food is really hot and actually tastes different or better. Nuggets MC Rib French fries Cheese burger Everything was great and tasted better than before.

This morning I got old smelly meat when I told the staff about it and the lady started shouting that it should be like that and I shouldn't recommend eating at this restaurant.

I was there today and ordered my food to take away, it arrived at home and there was no food. I can give you a good tip, take a look before you go!!!

A restaurant disaster. Every time we pick up an order through Mcdrive something is missing. The last three times there were no small fries, and today the order was missing chicken nuggets. This is a scam! We don't go there anymore.

Ordered and paid for via the app, supposedly refused according to the cashier and asked to pay again. Probably attempted fraud. You shouldn't order online here!

Now the fries were missing from the order once again. Exactly the same thing at the next table. And when I read the reviews here, I suspect that either the staff is incompetent or there is intention behind it...

Unfortunately, more and more often parts of the order are forgotten and not put in the bag, but they have been paid for and are on the receipt. I recommend everyone to stand at the counter for an extra 30 seconds and check everything carefully. It's a shame, it wasn't like that before. The food is often cold and carelessly thrown into the box, so you have to put the burger together yourself.

If you're in a hurry, you'll want to go to this fast food restaurant chain. Unfortunately, I had to realize today that there is sometimes a world of difference between the restaurants. When you enter this branch, you feel like you are entering a haunted house at the fair because the door creaks. Apparently it can't be the oil because there isn't any. We then ordered at the terminal with table service and then took a seat outside. The table service also came and explained to us straight away that there were problems with the numbers and what we had ordered. It could happen at some point. We received our food, but unfortunately the sauces we ordered were also missing, which we were given immediately after a small complaint. Unfortunately the packaging was also very dirty. So you don't actually give out any food (see picture). Another customer left his tray outside, which was a great treat for the Esters. These contaminated the outside area and spread the packaging. Unfortunately, none of the employees were interested in this situation. Sorry, but apart from the same taste in the branches, your branch didn't leave any inviting character.

Why the hell are the tea bags made of plastic? My god... You get these crappy cardboard straws with every drink that dissolve into their atomic components after a maximum of 10 seconds in the drink (for the environment and so on...), but the tea bags are made of plastic, the little label on the tea bag also and the whole thing is specially packaged in plastic... If I clap my hand even harder in front of my head it breaks off.

The Curley Fries were soggy. Food finished way too quickly. The chicken meat was sticky. We will avoid Papenburg immediately.

Our order was wrong, 2 burgers were missing. We only noticed it at home. Then we called there. We had to put our name down so we got the new burgers for free the next time we ordered. Super friendly staff. And absolutely uncomplicated processing. Thank you very much for that :)

Toilets weren't really clean (early afternoon). The staff is unfriendly and walks around with the trays bored. In fact, there is a man who is very accommodating and always friendly. The absolute exception. The girls there are very annoyed with themselves. Even though several employees are processing a customer order, something is always missing. I would therefore be reluctant to order from McDrive again.

I like to eat McDonald's but sometimes something is forgotten.😤 The food is bomb. It is sometimes offered. The staff is very nice. There is also McDonald's for in between meals.

It's a typical McD. Order via touch screen, offer corresponds to the standard, food was ok. Service was good, food was brought to the table, waiting time was short.

Regardless of the waiting time, if there is a customer in front of me then I wait, that's just the way it is because I'm waiting for a cappuccino, if you don't have patience you have to make it at home, period!!!!!!! Now to my rating, anyone and everyone can make mistakes (taking the order incorrectly or not preparing it completely) but this happens 9 times out of 10 orders, which is incomprehensible. Ketchup or a burger, why is it like that if the staff isn't properly trained, I know that McDonald's also takes everyone, but people please, McDonald's had a good reputation, you're deteriorating, very few people go to Burger King and that's the reason Clearly, I just have one very big request, please train and instruct your new staff properly so that I can continue to visit the restaurant with the family. There's always something missing

Once again, mayonnaise and ketchup were missing from the order! I paid for that. If a small chip shop forgot that, I wouldn't have a problem, but I don't see the point of giving something to such a gigantic company...!

Was good. The food came to the table quickly and there were the "glow in the dark" glasses (the main reason we were here 😁)

The worst parking spaces in all of Germany at McDonalds, as the access to the mcdrive leads directly through the parking spaces and these are then delivered, but there is a new delivery service and it runs smoothly Edith April 14th Dishwasher broken so only cardboard ice cream cannot be ordered, terminals only work to a limited extent

I've had it several times now that something was missing from the order. I'm done with it! I don't feel like unpacking the bag every time

Apart from the fact that the order was once again incorrect, the nuggets were simply missing and I got a normal chicken burger despite being in a special position, I (assuming it was a shift manager) simply found the treatment of the employees contemptible.

The worst McDonald's ever. Food is constantly cold. You only get half or what you didn't order. Was there for the last time today... Oh yes and the waiting time is getting longer and longer 😅

It's simply unbelievable! They can't get it together to properly issue an order, no matter how small! We ordered 4x cheeseburgers, 1x chicken burger and a large fries, I got 2x Cilli Cheeseburger and 2x Double Cheeseburger. Not only was the order wrong again, the fries were missing almost every time! It can't be that something is missing almost every time. Now I almost believe it's a scam!

Something was missing from the meal again. Tastes like everywhere else. Shake machine broken again. In my opinion, the price performance just doesn't fit anymore. There are real burger joints that are better for better prices.

The food and service were okay, but some of the furniture pieces are already badly damaged and should be replaced as quickly as possible. In any case, this McDonalds is not comparable to empty. It's actually a shame because everyone should be the same and the customer should feel as comfortable in each one as in the other. So get better. Maybe at some point you'll be able to get the same quality and quantity everywhere and then you'll get full points everywhere.

The service is attentive, but occasionally food is leaked and you need to get it from the counter. The food is still as delicious as other McDonald's. If you need to eat in a quiet environment, this is not your choice. After all, there are more children here. noisy.

Employees are not able to prepare the entire order, when you ask where the rest is, you are ignored and then you get a half-finished order. Ordered an iced shake choc and received a perfectly normal milkshake, after complaining with cream on top. The same game on the last visit. The employees show very well that they don't feel like working and they simply don't care whether everything is right or not. In addition, the tables and benches were not clean, there was still food leftovers everywhere. An employee walks around and clears away trash, but doesn't clean anything. In all, it's one of the worst McDonald's in the whole north, so it doesn't help if Mr. Eckstein sends you any vouchers if you have to complain every time that you don't get what you pay for...

I like sitting at McDonald's Rum in Papenburg, I like the atmosphere and the location is well attended by nice people. :)

It's a shame, it's really a shame that you can't give 0 stars here. Food was ordered online, the pick-up code was given and an 8-pack of chilli cheese nuggets was also ordered. Paid for both. We pulled over and waited for the food. Food arrived and when we were already on the way we noticed that the nuggets had been forgotten. So go back and try to sort things out peacefully. But the employee had nothing better to do than to claim that it was in the bag and to assume that I was lying! It was the last time for us! It doesn't work at all!

I waited 25 minutes for a coke because the employee didn't want to bring it to me! I had to wait for another employee to bring it to me. The carbonic acid was gone and the ice had completely melted.

So I was just there and my order was forgotten and that's not possible. We waited 20 minutes for the food

Once again I forgot something when ordering the MC Drive.........and it was a small order, so I can assume that it was completely fulfilled. Disappointed child's face at home and emails aren't even responded to. Thank you very much too!!!!!

The employee doesn't use gloves, that's so bad

Been back for a long time. Burgers are getting smaller and more and more expensive, we order what we get, we drive home and something is missing again, so we go back and pick up the missing burger because the ridiculously small Big Mac now costs 5.99 and you don't have the money to give away. Was the last time. It's better to drive a street further and there's Burger Bros. A burger will fill you up and they taste great.

Well.....maybe I'm the only one who always gets the food cold...it's a shame.

By far the MC Drive with the longest waiting times. We'll go in now. Again and again something is missing, something is wrong. E.g. no napkins, Ice in the drink even though you didn't want any. As requested, it says "without onions" on the box, but there are still some on it. But the staff is always very nice and acts in an uncomplicated manner if you have a complaint about something.

It's not at all what I like. The only thing I get there every now and then is a milkshake. Unfortunately, this is already expensive. I don't eat there because it's way too expensive for me and I get comparatively better food. Conclusion not mine at all. What also bothers me is that there is packaging material everywhere in nature

All I can say is that this is the third time I've gotten an MC Rip which was cold again. This time the packaging is even partially softened. And the order was not complete.

Since 2019 they have decreased a lot so I'm really noticing that more and more. I really expected sauce before and now there's almost nothing left on it so it's really shameful because you're paying €26 for junk. I'll never do that again McDonald's is dead for me, such a dirty shop. The fries were also totally soggy and the hamburger with the bread was totally dry so never again. I'd rather go to the grill snack bar and spend €20 there and at least get something decent for it. The only thing that tasted good were the McNuggets, everything else could be used for the bin, so it was just a bold way of dealing with customers. So today, in the Corona era, people save on everything, whether it's the sauce or the dry bread for the hamburger or the lukewarm fries, so the competition in Leer Burger King is ten times better. McDonald's in Leer isn't much better than in Papenburg, but I have to say that Papenburg has become a real dirty shop. And since the new drive came out, it's all just to milk mice - you can also see all the bad reviews here. And clean toilets and friendly staff and much more, so you would actually have to involve a few authorities to carry out an inspection. Such as food monitoring. Paid almost €27 for a McRib menu, Big Tasty menu, two hamburgers and 6 pack of nuggets. So you can definitely close this shop in Papenburg, it's no longer worth it here, McDonald's is just the stupidest dirty shop where you can get something to eat then I would prefer a kebab shop. So I always give McDonald's a chance but that almost eliminates the need for fast food over €30. I think that's pretty expensive for two people. Then I'll put double the money on it again so I can go out and eat fish again and at least it's home cooking instead of getting such filthy rubbish.

Eigentlich mein lieblings Mcs, aber von 2 mal bestellen, fehlt mega viel. Pro Bestellung fehlt circa 20€ an Essen, was eigentlich bezahlt worden ist.

Im Drive-In wird (bei mir zumindest) immer etwas vergessen. Essen ist für die Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Ist teils unverschämt teuer geworden.

Wenn es draußen regnet, ergo drinnen Fußboden nass, extrem rutschig drinnen.

Leider etwas laut. Bestellung über die App ging nicht und 2 Bestellautomaten waren defekt. Alternative Bestellung an der Kasse war leider nicht möglich. Die Toiletten sind leider nicht sauber gewesen

Es fehlt bei der Hälfte meiner Bestellungen dort mindestens eine Sache. Heute haben wir eine halbe Std gestanden und gestartet für 5 Burger. ... Diese waren ziemlich zusammen gematscht. Ihr müsst dringend was an der Organisation und deren Umsetzung verändern

Das Essen war sehr lecker, aber die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und unzuverlässig. In meinem Getränk war dann ein großes dreck Stück da anscheinend die Leitung nicht gut durchgesäubert wurden.

Keine guten Erfahrungen, lange Wartezeit, kalter Burger. Die Tische und der Fußboden waren sehr verdreckt. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde der Tisch abgewischt. Keine lange Wartezeiten, alles ok. 👍 Upgrade 26.12.23 ca. 20.00Uhr Essenqualität und Restaurant hat richtig nachgelassen. Essen per Internet bestellt und abgeholt. Das Essen wurde nicht zum mitnehmen verpackt, habe das Personal darauf hingewiesen. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr genervt und flapte das Essen in der Tüte, die Tüte riss auf, darauf habe ich gesagt, das ich die Gerichte noch essen möchte. Ein andere Mitarbeiter hat es mit bekommen und grinste mich an und zog die Schultern hoch. Die anderen Mitarbeiter hinterm Tresen hatten richtig Spass und ärgerten sich gegenseitig und alberten rum. Ich hatte den Anschein, das die Gäste egal sind. Pommes und Burger kalt. Die Pommes ungenießbar und matschig, habe sie entsorgt . Werde den Laden im Moment nicht mehr betreten.

Gerne immer wieder. Habe u.a. Latte Machiato u.a. laktosefrei gekauft. Es gibt zwar keine laktosefreie Milch aber dafür Hafermilch. Hat auch lecker geschmeckt. Lg

Es ist ok. Das meiste Essen schmeckt nicht wirklich lecker und ist monoton, bis auf die Nuggets und Pommes (Wenn die noch heiß sind) die gehen wohl. Ich hole meist nur Cappuccino o.ä..

Kennst du einen, kennst du alle. Mal sind die Toiletten sauber, mal nicht. Da nützt auch das schönste Vogelgezwitscher auf selbigen nichts.

Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass man am Schalter im McDrive nicht verstanden wird. Man fragt xmal nach und bekommt freche Antworten...wie " warten sie doch, ich bin nicht taub, verstanden?" Gehts noch? Ist es nicht möglich, jemanden am Mc Drive Schalter einzuteilen, der gut deutsch sprechen und vor allem gut verstehen kann? Es ist zig mal vorgekommen, dass nicht DAS in der Tüte war, was bestellt , aber bezahlt wurde. Beschwerd man sich, bekommt man patzige Antworten. Man fühlt sich herabgewürdigt. Bestellt hatten wir zu unserem Menü eine Cola Zero. Was bekamen wir? Einen Milchshake ohne Strohhalm. Normalerweise sind in einem 6er Nugget Menü 6 Nuggets. Letztens bekamen wir 4 1/2 Nuggets. Es kann doch nicht angehen, dass man das nicht in den Griff bekommt. Vielleicht wäre es mal an der Zeit, den Manager auszutauschen, der seine Leute nicht im Griff hat. Papaenburg ist aus unserer Erfahrung die schlechteste Filiale.

Chicken Nuggets mit Pommes bekommen. Kam so vor als ob die noch mal in der Fritteuse waren und Pommes waren nicht besonders warm. Das kenne ich anders von denen. Jedenfalls Hälfte nicht verzehrt 👎

Es muss jetzt über ein Auto maten bestellt werden und das ist kompliziert, besser wäre es mit Mitarbeiter/in Bestellung zu machen
