One of the better McDonald's. The food arrived very quickly, and the burgers had an above-average amount of vegetables. The service was also perfectly fine; everyone was very friendly.

Very bad... old carrot cake. The service was rude. We were there in the morning; the tables, corners, windows, and door were dirty.

Just picked up food from the drive-thru for the family at home. Two McMeals and two cheeseburgers. Checked at home, both cheeseburgers were missing! It's getting really annoying. This has happened several times before! Why is it so common for food to be forgotten??? And why do they have to check everything so thoroughly now because such a simple order isn't packed correctly! Paid, got home, and I'm just furious! Paid €5 extra for nothing.

The worst McDonald's service I've ever experienced. I ordered through the app and waited 30 minutes twice – and still didn't get my order. I had to pay a second time just to get anything. And with my next order, they didn't even include the free gift for the kids that was listed on the receipt. Completely disrespectful to their customers.

I was at McDonald's 10 minutes ago and ordered breakfast in the restaurant: one Egg and Cheese wrap. Before it was rolled, the employee touched their face, and then the wrap was squashed. It's now in the trash can by the exit on the left. Unfortunately, I forgot to remove the Monopoly sticker. I also wanted to enjoy a Franzbrötchen (a type of sweet roll), which is now in the first trash can outside after I tried it once. I almost choked on it, definitely from yesterday. The caramel macchiato my girlfriend had was nothing like the drink. 100% never again in my life. No wonder this restaurant only has 3 stars...

My personal experience at McDonald’s Papenburg was one of the worst and most hurtful I have ever had in a restaurant. I felt I was treated with an attitude that was clearly disrespectful and discriminatory. The way I was spoken to and the way I was ignored made me perceive the behavior as racist. Communication was almost impossible. I encountered employees who didn't speak any English at all, which made any attempt to clarify things even more difficult. When I tried to resolve my issue by phone, I was simply hung up on several times – without explanation, without help, without any interest. I waited an extremely long time without receiving my order, without any information, and without anyone taking responsibility. I felt completely ignored and treated with utter disrespect. It was a deeply offensive and completely unprofessional experience. I cannot recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.

The cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen. The staff were really friendly too.

I went to the drive-thru this morning and ordered breakfast. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The woman at the counter was extremely unfriendly, barely said a word, and then snapped at me. She clearly didn't care about anything. On top of that, they forgot two muffins that I had already paid for! This kind of service is unacceptable – especially at the drive-thru, you expect at least a minimum level of friendliness and that your order is complete. Being treated like that first thing in the morning really puts you off your food.

The premises there are an absolute disaster, very, very dirty. The staff just chatter away behind the counter.

We've been to a few McDonald's restaurants, but Papenburg really stood out in terms of cleanliness. The staff was very nice and friendly! I know branches in KI, RZ, HH, HL, KE, etc., and none as positive as the one in Papenburg. Everything was cleaned and put away immediately. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Items are regularly forgotten when ordering at the McDrive. It can't be that difficult to work through a list of 4-5 items and bag them. It's not good service if the customer has to check the order afterward for completeness. For example, instead of a Big Mac with double meat, they packed me a regular Big Mac, and two days ago, the apple turnover was forgotten. Many employees in the restaurant only speak broken German and seem listless. However, the food has always been warm and looks decent. So far, the kitchen is working, but what good is the best burger if it's not in the bag as ordered.

It's a shame that they only refer you to a computer in poor German when you want to order something. MC used to be a great place for everyone. -10 impersonal, not at all fast (so it's not even a fast food place anymore), and mostly unfriendly.

So, not the fastest around here. The order number appears at some point, but disappears after 10 seconds. When I picked up the meal, it was supposedly "old" and thrown away. They then ignore you when they point out that an order is missing. Is this kind of behavior standard at McDonald's? You're not getting my money back here.

I scraped my car (side skirts) badly in the McDonald's Drive-Thru. I don't know why the small folding barriers in the right lane above the head aren't rubberized, or why they're even there. Well, McDonald's probably won't comment on that.

Someone who's just been trained gives two girls a sign for dine-in, but signs them for pickup. The kids got runny ice cream, exchanged it, and are yelled at as if it were their fault. This can't be true! Very bad staff!!!!!

We bestelden twee grote Latte Macchiato. Toen het gebracht werd zag ik iets groens in mijn schuim. Het blijkt dat ze er matcha in gedaan hebben. Toen mijn vriendin dit ging melden bij de ober gaf hij er een draai aan...het zou sinds vandaag (17 juli '25) een nieuw product zijn....op onze bon staan duidelijk twee grote Latte Macchiatos. Dat het een nieuw product is bleek een leugen, want het staat niet op de kaart. Bovendien smaakte het absoluut niet naar koffie. We denken dat ze twee Latte Matcha gemaakt hebben ipv Latte Macchiato en hun fout niet recht wilden zetten.

On Monday, July 14, at 4:30 p.m., a female employee with red hair and a black T-shirt was very rude, not only to customers but also to her colleagues. The biggest garbage store. Every order is made wrong, literally every order. If that's the last time, someone who can't even read a display shouldn't be offered it. If it were possible, I would have given it negative points, but it's good to know that you can even hear that something is wrong when you pick it up. Sad.

Who thought we'd hang the toilet paper dispenser on the left so low and too far back, making it almost impossible to pull out the paper? Can't you just sit on the toilet for a moment and see if the dispenser can be installed that way? Trying to fumble so deep into the dispenser with your left hand to somehow reach the paper, almost breaking your hand? This applies to the women's restroom on the right. Please change this. Please hang it on the wall on the right and at a reasonable height. And I find it almost outrageous that they don't deliver everywhere in Papenburg. In this case, I simply don't know why they wouldn't deliver between the Forsthaus and the Surwold city limits? It's within the city limits.

I went there to eat recently and ordered something and the woman with short red hair became very cheeky and disrespectful and that has happened often. If MCS continues to employ and allow such people to work there, no one will come there anymore and they should please treat guests reasonably.

I'm not a rare McDonald's customer, but unfortunately, my experiences have been very mixed. On the positive side, the branches are usually clean and the prices are reasonable. Wait times are often short, which is especially convenient when you want a quick bite to eat. However, I repeatedly notice that many employees seem stressed and are sometimes quite unfriendly. Unfortunately, this often creates an unpleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, parts of my order are regularly forgotten or delivered incorrectly, which is annoying when you're hungry. The food itself isn't always reliable either. Unfortunately, it often happens that burgers or fries are undercooked or served a bit cold. This unfortunately detracts from the taste experience. Overall, McDonald's is a convenient option for me, but I would definitely like to see more friendliness from the staff and better quality of the orders. Therefore, I'm giving it 3 stars.

Ice is like water! When you have to wait for food in the drive-thru! If you complain, they tell you it's hot chocolate! So either drink it or throw it in the trash.

The food is tasty, you'll be hungry again after an hour, but that doesn't matter. The worse thing is your crappy drive-thru. Who the hell thought of this route? What could possibly drive through there? Except maybe a Smart car! The drive-thru is simply too narrow, and then there's that high curb. That would destroy any wheel rim. My tip: tear out that stupid curb or widen the path.

Today I went to McDonald's and got a hot raspberry cone with white chocolate. When I opened it, I was hit by an unpleasant smell of fries. There wasn't even any white chocolate in the cone. The color didn't look very tasty, and the raspberry tasted like vomit. I wouldn't recommend buying it under any circumstances. McDonald's, please take it off the menu. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid place.

It was one of the best McDonald's I've been to. Everything was hot, delicious, and everyone was friendly. If you eat outside, you run the risk of being pooped on by a bird. Otherwise, everything is great, and there's always a free seat. They also offer table service.

We wanted iced caramel coffee and in the end we just got cold coffee with ice cubes and no caramel. Then they didn't even want to give us a straw, then we were pumped and then they didn't even want to take the drink back.

Zum wiederholten Male dauert die Wartezeit am Drive in in 9020 Klagenfurt, in der Völkermarterstraße länger als 15 Minuten. Dann wurde auch noch die falsche Bestellung ausgegeben. Bestellt wurde ein Mac Plant erhalten habe ich einen mit Jalapenos. War wohl ein Mac Plant Chilli. Als Allergikerin konnte ich den Burger nur noch wegwerfen. Ein paar Wochen davor ähnliches: nach einer ebenso langen Wartezeit im Drive in, statt veganen Mac Plant eine Tüte Chicken Nuggets erhalten. Die Reklamation direkt am Tresen hat dann noch mal mehr als 10 Minuten gedauert. Der Manager war zwar freundlich, stand aber nur im Weg herum an statt bei Stress mit anzupacken. Kann diesen Drive in nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nach dem Bezahlen, am Abholschalter dann wurde nach der Nummer gefragt, die wir nicht parat hatten. So wollte die Bedienung uns das Essen nicht rausgeben (war nur am diskutieren ).Obwohl wir die Quittung vorgezeigt haben, wo du Nummer drauf steht. An der Freundlichkeit muss die Bedienung unbedingt arbeiten!!!

Very satisfied.. you saw them everywhere but kept sweeping and cleaning and tidying up, they were very friendly. The food was very tasty, it could have been a little warmer, but it was very neat and very busy. Kids also really enjoyed playing outside. Ice creams were also super tasty. Went there this afternoon, December 8th, 2024, at 11:40 a.m. there was hardly anything going on at McDonald's, tables and counters were clean. We've only just read the reviews and I'm not sure if we would have gone there after that. But for me there were neither fingernails in the food nor were there any fries missing. McDonald's looks clean and the staff was friendly too

The purest catastrophe. Have now ordered several times via Lieferando. Basically, something is missing. Today the crowning glory, we ordered online and we were shown a delivery time of 25-35 minutes. So after an hour I called to ask when our order would arrive. FYI I ordered for our children. When I asked, I was told bluntly that when the driver returned, our order would be processed and then delivered. I asked a second time for an approximate time. There was no hint of a reasonable answer! At this moment the next half hour has passed and I feel like it's bottomless!!!
