McDonald's in Papenburg

Went there this afternoon, December 8, 2024, at 11:40 a.m. there was hardly anything going on in the McDonald's. Hardly anything was going on, the tables and counters were clean. Unfortunately, I had to go to the toilet. Guys, that's not possible Cleaned terribly. I took the food with me even though I was hardly hungry after the sight and smell. I'm sorry, that's not possible

We were there spontaneously on a Friday evening and have to say everything was good. Ordering was quick and the store was clean. We've only just read the reviews and I'm not sure if we would have gone there after that. But for me there were neither fingernails in the food nor were there any fries missing. McDonald's looks clean and the staff was friendly too

The shop was pretty dirty. The food, well. The burgers were really just “thrown” into the packaging. You were then allowed to fold things up properly yourself. Books were forgotten again.

1 star is too much. So often fries are cold, no ice with drinks. Apparently this kind of thing is too difficult. They prefer to talk all the time and look at you stupidly when they walk by 🤮

The purest catastrophe. Have now ordered several times via Lieferando. Basically, something is missing. Today the crowning glory, we ordered online and we were shown a delivery time of 25-35 minutes. So after an hour I called to ask when our order would arrive. FYI I ordered for our children. When I asked, I was told bluntly that when the driver returned, our order would be processed and then delivered. I asked a second time for an approximate time. There was no hint of a reasonable answer! At this moment the next half hour has passed and I feel like it's bottomless!!!

They don't have salads on their menu, and they don't have beer either.

I just said that you could apologize, which then had to come. The shift manager told me to calm down, I wasn't being rude at all, my children were there! The employees were unfriendly. The apple turnovers were deliberately forgotten, then the water and as a customer you are treated stupidly. No thanks, I don't need it for the prices.

We ordered for €35 and the fries were completely missing. You go in there to get the fries and you're made to feel stupid, and now you're just sad, the same thing every time. After a while we were asked in English what number we had...when we got home we found that all the sauces were missing. You buy something there for 60 euros and half of it is missing...never again for me...

So it's really sad how bad the taste and preparation of the food in the McDonalds in Papenburg has become. A mistake can happen, but the fries, BicMac and the cheeseburger and even the HappyMeal taste just like paper, the preparation is just slapped in. I don't have enough money for that, it's really sad.

We then stayed outside for a while, and an employee walked past the wooden sticks and chair, but they didn't clear them away while we were still there.

But then we got our donut and the cookie was put back in the counter. (I don't want to get food that has already been given out and a cookie is just in the bag and is not packaged separately) So there is definitely a lack of friendliness and you could have left the cookie as an excuse instead of selling it on again.

I was there with my daughter and had a delicious meal 👍🏼 Tables were clean and the food came very quickly. The staff was friendly and looked after us very well.

Bei einer Reklamation wird man noch beschimpft von den Chinesen. Der Manager gehört entlassen, aber der Inhaber kümmert sich nicht um seinen Laden und sein Personal. Also einfach nicht mehr hingehen, das wird er dann an seinen Umsatzzahlen sehen. Mich sieht dieser S chlampladen niemals wieder!

Unfortunately, none of the employees were interested in this situation. Sorry, but apart from the same taste in the branches, your branch didn't leave any inviting character.

Why the hell are the tea bags made of plastic? My god... You get these crappy cardboard straws with every drink that dissolve into their atomic components after a maximum of 10 seconds in the drink (for the environment and so on...), but the tea bags are made of plastic, the little label on the tea bag also and the whole thing is specially packaged in plastic...
