This is how a pomme shop has to be, no frills, no fancy, but hearty, good and cheap. Delicious currywurst, like at Nuts, good portions and a cool sock behind the counter.

We tried many German snack bars and this one is an absolute classic! We come by whenever we pass by the area. There is a little place to sit outside and inside. The only small minus would be a lack of actual parking. :)

I ordered a giant hamburger and a quarter of an hour later I got it - cold rolls and cold rubber minced meat in between. Absolutely no appetite

The food there is very tasty. Everything there is very rustic, but I don't expect any frills from a chip shop. The owner is just as rustic but friendly. You're on your first name and that's it. Anyone who expects more is completely wrong here.

Whenever we are in Papenburg for a short vacation of 3 - 7 days, we go there several times by bike or car to eat. The cheapest but best snack bar far and wide. Super friendly and helpful staff once you get used to the North German mentality. When the weather is good you sit in front of the snack bar and when it's too cold you sit in a wooden shed with benches and tables next to the snack cart. But you can survive that too, considering the portions, the good taste of the freshly prepared food and, as already mentioned, the friendly staff. Personally, I'm looking forward to eating there on the next ship transfer.

We found out about it by chance, spent a week in Papenburg and ate there twice, highly recommended. Keep it up ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hello.I don't know how four stars come about. The snack bar is very simple in terms of ambience. We had fries special once with a frikandel special and once with a currywurst. The fries are better. They were drowned in a huge amount of mayo ketchup. The Frikandel too. The only thing that worked was the currywurst.

Der beste Imbiss im weiten Umkreis. Die Burger sind fantastisch und die Pommes spezial liebe ich. Die Preise sind günstig und eine Pommes und ein Burger reichen um satt zu werden.

Wir haben auf unserer Radtour hier Pause gemacht und gegessen. Currywurst mit Pommes und Frikadelle mit Pommes. Sehr lecker und günstig. Der Betreiber war sehr freundlich.

Kleiner aber feiner Imbiss in Herbrum. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Es handelt sich um einen Inbisswagen der aber einen geschlossenen Vorbau hat, sodas man nicht der Witterung ausgesetzt ist. Immer freundliches Personal.
