McDonald's in Nieder-Olm

I'm not a McDonald's fan since we had a son because of the service, but service and quality really seem to be very important here. Thank you so much that you and your child receive such great service here and the food is always fresh and warm. . And the cleanliness is great! Thanks to the nice Mr. Felix, who felt like he read all of my wishes and was very friendly and helpful (my son had spilled something). This is not a given. A huge thank you to the branch in Nieder Olm and to the entire team, especially Mr. Felix, for the new drink and the loving manner with my son. You can expect service and customer friendliness here in vain. It takes a really long time to complete each order and then the food is at most lukewarm.

We weren't allowed to drive through the mc drive in the Einfaufswagen

We were there about 2 months ago. It was busy at the moment, so we had to wait quite a long time. Can happen. The food was complete, as ordered, and warm. Despite the stress, the employees were surprisingly nice and helpful. We particularly liked the service from an employee who, when asked, calls himself "Mägges-Oli" or something like that, he's really keen on his job. Great team! Unfortunately you have to drive a bit "overland" from the highway, and the ambience was just OK.

Be sure to check your order... Something is always missing...

Waiting times are simply outrageous, 14 minutes for ONE cheeseburger and it's cold, last visit here, at BK it's quicker and it's warm.

Fast food with a difference, always takes a long time here. Waiting 20 minutes at the MC Drive is already standard

Oh well. McDonalds are all impossible in terms of price, but the service here is very bad. You will be treated rudely just because you are a little busier and it is a shame that there is no breakfast in this branch, even though there is advertising for it on their screens. I find that to be a really big minus.

Greetings go out to the best McDonald's employee "Mecces Olli", as always he worked magic behind the deep fryer and also put a smile on our faces

It's quick, the quality is top, everything is fresh. When there's a lot going on, something slips through. A little deduction for that, but deducting one star would be too much. Staff is very friendly, store is well maintained and clean. From singles to families, you can easily go to 'Mäckes' here! In general, I don't like the premise on terminal orders. I am always happy about personal contact. There are several shops and a gas station around, so you can tackle all your errands in a well-fortified manner. --- The service of having the food brought to the table is very pleasant. This eliminates the annoying waiting before the issue! The approach of ordering everything via a monitor is always annoying!

A lot goes wrong there, but the staff is always friendly and always tries to find a compromise! Keep it up!

McDonald’s in/at a shopping location. We always eat okay. It's just that the technology didn't work the way the staff wanted. They still had it under control.

Ordered food 14 minutes ago and still no sign of an employee bringing the food. There feels like nothing is going on in the shop and you still have to wait forever for the food to come to the table. In addition, the food is messily put together. On the one hand, this no longer has anything to do with “fast food” or good service.

It's just Mecces. Food tastes good, but is probably illegal in 10 states and is carcinogenic. Ice machine breaks down every now and then and service varies depending on the employee. You can do it.

Just bought a Big Mac Bacon TS in McDrive, but received one without tomatoes and not even a napkin. Really bad 😔

Mega, the one-armed Björn rocked the drive, the team was super focused and still super friendly. There was also a shark (the one-armed one knows what I mean ;-)) great team, great shop, always happy. Thank you for your service

Finally a phenomenal McDonald's experience again. Had table service at lunchtime. The restaurant was busy, but the food came very quickly (despite special requests). Food top and freshly prepared, including the fries!!! An employee cleaned the tables before new ones were filled, and the floor was also constantly swept. That's how I like McDonald's!

All good, nothing to complain about!

Once again we didn't get what was ordered. Ordered a double packer meal with a double chili burger. Unfortunately, the order was not checked as usual, but left the store. When we got home, 1 burger was missing and the double in the citizen's name probably doesn't refer to the number of patties. In the picture there are 2 meat patties, in real life only one. Extremely disappointing and definitely the very last visit to the branch after goods ordered and paid for were missing for the third time.

Just a McDonald's. Unfortunately, waiting times are often too long.

Burgers were ok, they could have been a little warmer. 2 stars deducted for the fries. Crunchy is something else, greasy and flaky. Otherwise it was ok.

You should only go here if you have enough time... I've avoided this MC for a long time, thought you could take a look again but was immediately cured by this location... 3 people already eating, 4 people waiting with me 25 minutes waiting time for an HRTS small fries - shake, and a double cheese burger small fries - shake Unfortunately I didn't check and the fries were forgotten again (happens to me regularly)... the burgers were cold and the shakes were warm... Again very disappointing and therefore my last visit personally 1 star is definitely one too many!!!

Actually quite OK. Food was prepared quickly and freshly. It was still hot. But if I plan to order a burger and get meat, I get a bad rating. And yes, you can taste and see the difference and it was definitely meat

One of the few McDonalds where the waitress still speaks German and understands service. When there is a lot going on, often chaotic and long waiting times, sometimes something is forgotten. Nevertheless, the best McDonalds in the Mainz area.

I've been there 4 times in my life and each time something was forgotten If you order at mc drifte you usually have to drive to the parking lot and wait for your food. Be sure to check your food afterwards, something is always missing

Ich war vorhin am Drive In Schalter. Die Servicekraft Frau J. H., sah auf jedenfall genau so aus wie sie geklungen hat sehr hübsch, sehr freundlich und wirklich sehr sympathisch…ich hoffe ich werde bei meinen nächsten besuchen auch von ihr bedient ☺️ So macht der Besuch bei McDonalds auch wieder Spaß. Danke Frau J. H. Falls sie dies lesen sollten

Wir haben heute am 21.12 um 22.50 Uhr am Drive-In-Schalter den sympathischesten, herzlichsten und arbeitsbegeistersten von allen McDonald's Mitarbeitern kennen lernen dürfen. Daher definitiv 5-Sterne für den Service. Essen ist wie immer. P.S. befördert diesen Mann!

Megges olli einfach Mitarbeiter des Jahres ! Immer Extrems freundlich und gut gelaunt . Da merkt man das jemand Lust und Spaß an seinem Job hat und vor allem am Umgang mit Kunden

Nettes und Kompetentes Personal. Die Deko-Kinder an den Glasscheiben sind sehr creepy.

Heute 2 McMenüs bestellt. Bei beiden war der Burger in den üblichen Verpackungen ohne Gewinncode. Behalten die Mitarbeiter dir roten Verpackungen für sich?

Ständig ist was leer, manchmal fehlt einfach ein Artikel in der Tüte. Gerade eben bei dem Auto vor mir, fehlten die Getränke. Dauert zu lange, egal ob Autoschalter oder innen. Alle sind nur überfordert in dem Laden. Am liebsten fahre ich nach Ingelheim, da läuft alles glatt.

Ich liebe diesen Ort, es gibt eine angenehme Atmosphäre und viel leckeres Essen!!!👌

Kleiner schöner und sauberer MC Donald

Schöner Laden....Essen hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Für unsere Enkelchen war es toll, da noch ein kleiner Spielplatz dabei ist.

Waren heute auf der Durchreise dort. Ich habe lange nicht mehr einen so freundlichen Service aus einem McDonalds erlebt. Der Manager war am Schalter und war unglaublich nett. Nach 2 Minuten wartezeit auf dem Parkplatz war das essen schon da und alles war Heiß und Frisch. Der beste McDonalds bei dem ich je gegessen habe. Gerne wieder :)

Das Essen war nicht großartig, es war gewöhnlich und das Essen war etwas mit Soße durchnässt ... aber der Ort ist ruhig, das Personal ist freundlich und der Speisesaal ist immer sauber. Im Allgemeinen können wir wieder besuchen.

Sehr guter McDonald’s. Weiter zu empfehlen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: bei Anlieferung am Tisch (Tischservice) bitte an die Servietten und beim Mc Rib an die feuchten Tücher denken. Beides hat gefehlt.

Unmögliches Bezahlsystem. Zahlt man mit Karte, steht auf meinem Kontoauszug eine völlig fremde Firma (mit dem richtigen Betrag). So können Zahlungen nicht sein.

Während unseres Besuchs war nicht sonderlich viel los. Trotzdem waren alle Rückgabewagen für die Tabletts voll. Da sollte man schon einen Blick drauf haben. Die Tische und de Boden könnte häufiger gewischt werden. Sonderbestellungen wurden falsch ausgeführt. Das geht besser.

Bekamen unser Essen schnell und waren damit zufrieden. Gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Würde gerne positives Schreiben, aber hier fällt es mir schwer. Selten sind die Bestellungen vollständig oder richtig gepackt, auch der Service lässt oft zu wünschen übrig. (kleines Beispiel: meine Pommes sind kalt / Antwort des Personal: so ist das manchmal ! Danke :-( . Warum müssen die Pommes eigentlich schon in die Tüte, wenn man doch weiß, dass es mindestens noch zehn Minuten dauert, bis die restliche Bestellung fertig ist. Liebes MC Team, auch wenn es Fast Food ist erwarte ich das mein Essen warm ist wie bei jedem anderen Restaurant. ch zahle für eine Leistung und hier ist bei euch noch viel Luft nach oben. Sollte sich hier etwas verbessern, werde ich natürlich auch positive berichten.

Personal kam mit der MC Donalds App nicht klar. War gegen 23 Uhr dort. Keiner außer mir da. Musste aber zum Edeka Parkplatz fahren. Da haben sie mir das Essen gebracht. Was soll das??. MC Drive, oder MC warte bei Edeka ??. Sowas gab es früher nicht. Aber für den Lohn, würde ich auch nicht schneller arbeiten.

Zu wenig und leider auch überfordertes Personal. Essen kommt lauwarm und unvollständig. Wartezeiten von ca 30 Min. Also keine Argumente dort hin zu gehen.

Leider hat es einen Grund warum Menschen bei Mc Donalds arbeiten müssen. Ich würde allen Empfehlen die Bestellungen zu checken. Da wird gerne mal was vergessen. Mit FastFood hat es auch nix zu tun…

Essen ist mittelmäßig. Service ist recht gut. Ambiente ist auch mittelmäßig. Tische könnten ein wenig häufiger geputzt werden…
