McDonald's in Emmerich am Rhein

I've ordered several times and always forget something. Recently we drove back in the car and always said something was missing and the employees said you had to go somewhere else

If I compare it with Mc Essen .Bottroper str... Wesel is 100 times better

A McDonald as they should be quick service and clean toilet. Eat in take out or delivery all is possible in Emmerich

Far too small Mac on the floor. Lots of rubbish and the toilet is not clean either

Even just one drink takes them forever. The food comes to the table already cold.

No trashcan, 30minute wait for a simple cheeseburger and fries, and no gluten free burgers germany s.c.s

Employees are unable to pack 2 castle properly. It's better to drive 15 km more and go to BurgerKing.

All tables dirty. There's no coffee. Garbage is collected outside at 9 a.m. in the morning. Eating takes over 10 minutes. Nothing going on in the store. Won't stop here again.

I don't eat there, but an ice cream is always possible.

Prima McDonalds vlakbij de Nederlandse grens. Ze hebben lekkere producten die je in Nederland niet kan krijgen. Het klaarmaken van het eten duurt wel langer dan in Nederland. Ze zijn erg traag. Mocht je de Duitse taal niet goed beheersen zijn er gelukkig Easyorders. Er zijn binnen voldoende zitplekken. Buiten zit je aan een weg waar veel auto’s erg hard rijden.

Absolute disaster, ordered online and picked up. Bought 20 nuggets. Of these, more than half were inedible. Totally hard and crumbly. You could have thrown in a window. Probably already heated a few times. That was definitely the last time I got something from this MCD in Emmerich. This wasn't the first time something didn't taste good or was missing.

The food was okay. The only problem, as with many MCDs, was wiping the tables.

Update My illness was getting worse and worse and although the doctor said food poisoning at first a week later I was in so much pain I was taken to the hospital. It was my pancreas and had nothing to do with food poisoning. I would like to apologise to everyone working for this MacDonald and I feel really bad for giving 1 star for no reason. I've changed it to five stars. Hopefully it didn't do to much damage.

Instead of cheeseburgers there were hamburgers. Not really a thing, it was changed quickly. But here they just put the cold cheese on the halfway cold burger. Therefore service 1 point. Eating 3 because everything was fine with friends.

They always forget either the fries, the mayo, or even a burger... 3 out of 4 times it goes to shit... It's crazy how difficult it is to put everything in the bag that was ordered and paid for... cold The food is always , we're already used to it

Rarely have I seen such a dirty and unkempt McDonalds.

There was an EV charger. And it was local and a quiet Mc. And there was plenty of room to sit. But the floors were dirty, and the toilets were very dirty, there was toilet paper all over the floor near the men and it smelled. There were no milkshakes really weird. And the order was not complete, but they solved everything well.👍🏻

I would prefer to give zero stars, I forgot the 5 euro burger (unfortunately I only noticed it at home) and I would have liked to offer them an energy just like the sleeping pills were on the way. Never ever again. McDonald must have a need if they hire people like that.

I've never experienced anything like this here in Emmerich 🥴 Really expensive, disgusting old food and then half of it is missing every time even though it's really expensive anyway. This is an absolute disgrace, this branch is a disgrace and should be closed completely! I haven't eaten at Mc'Donalds for 3 years, although I used to enjoy eating something there every now and then, but I'd rather stay healthy. In addition, you don't understand the staff at all, so the service isn't the best either :/ It didn't help at all to renovate the store, the outside was great and the inside was yucky 🤢🤮

Fast order acceptance, quick completion of the ordered dishes. Indifferent employees. The toilets were an imposition today. I'll spare the public any pictures here. The garbage cans in front of the restaurant should be emptied every now and then; if the things fall out, it doesn't leave a nice picture for the guests.

Unfortunately, we discovered that the ordered goods were not packed. When there's a traffic jam at the MC drive and you're asked to make room, you only realize when you get home that the glasses and side dishes haven't been packed.

Since I'm obviously not the first person with food poisoning, perhaps the health department should be informed about this. I've never felt so bad after visiting a McDonald's, the food was like a stone in my stomach and shortly afterwards I thought about it again. Employees weren't particularly talkative or friendly, definitely not a recommendation.

We then wanted to have the order picked up by taxi and McDonald let us know that they couldn't do it... today's "fast food" is good that you otherwise don't have it! The fish o let burgers were all crooked with the buns and the cheese was hanging out the side... just close the place, no one will miss it when I read the comments here.

That was already successful *irony off* The burgers completely fell apart and looked as if someone had sat on them before. It's good that we were just passing through and don't have to or will stop there again.

This is located in emmerich Germany. Much tastier than in the Netherlands.

Spent more than 50 euros on order. Not only did the 6 of us get food poisoning. The food was the worst quality you can imagine... I mean McDonalds is also fast food I understand... but holy moly I am so happy that McDonalds in the Netherlands, especially in pigeons, is 100x better than here. Achieved once. Money wasted. 2 days of vomiting and diarrhea. Stay away from here. Atmosphere is indeed German. Forgot a few things even though we had to wait half an hour for food that was completely cold and fries soggy. What a bad thing in Emmerich. Get your sh*t together is a tip I can give them..

Rarely have I experienced such a lousy McDonald's. The employees look grumpy from the laundry. Stand at the machines and wait until they are finished. In the meantime, they ogle at the waiting customers. Staring would do it better. There was an employee behind the counter who was constantly taking napkins to wipe the sweat running down from his face. Disgusting. It took a really long time to get the food. It tasted old. The fries tasted like they were fried again. In general you felt unwelcome and uncomfortable there. Ten horses won't get me in there anymore.

Everything was very tasty, staff very friendly. Everything was clean and not too crowded.

Food itself is quite good. But expensive. Drive-in can sometimes be forgotten. If you don't check the bag, you'll have received a completely different order from someone else. I first noticed it when I got home. I called - no one answered, so I went back. My order was then remade and as an apology I was allowed to keep the other food, which was already cold at the time and McDonald's would otherwise have thrown it away either way... Maybe McDonalds Emmerich should consider giving some kind of voucher. Otherwise, you'll end up alienating your customers over time if you read the other reviews here with the wrong food.

I just bought cheeseburgers there in the mcdrive and I have to say the worst cheeseburgers I've ever had, they're so far dry, there's hardly any ketchup on them and sometimes there are small onions on them and with some of them it doesn't get any worse.

Repeatedly there was something missing on the drive, you had to drive out because there was a queue behind you. So you have to queue again until the food is cold. I'm slowly getting really pissed

The food is typical McDonald's. The burger size and quality has decreased in all branches, but it's okay. The service in the branch is much worse. Very unfriendly conditions. I've never experienced anything like that; a normal conversation with the service staff was not possible. As a customer, I was immediately attacked and insulted. That doesn't work at all. I would have liked to report this, everyone can have bad days, but taking your displeasure out on customers is really not professional.

Unfortunately, the branch is completely failing, cleanliness is only given very little attention, you now have to wait over 20 minutes for your food, which no longer has anything to do with “quick” food and people regularly forget to bring food with them.

Leider lässt die Filiale hier deutlich nach , die Burger sind nicht mehr so ansehlich und meistens kalt . Die Bestellungen brauchen sehr lang , Bestellungen werden falsch verstanden, vieles vergessen. Selbst die Spielzeug Auswahl lässt oft zu wünschen übrig in den Happy Meals , meistens nur noch ein Spielzeug von einer ganzen Serie zu haben .. Die Mitarbeiter versuchen freundlich zu sein , bei einigen wünsche ich mir mehr Motivation hinter ihrer Stimme .. Ambiente ist schön, wenn es sauber gehalten wird . Ich weiß wie stressig der Beruf ist , dennoch einmal die Bestellungen nochmal überprüfen und eins nach dem anderen .. dann gibt es auch wieder 5 Sterne .

Ich gehe nicht oft zu Mc Donald, aber in Emmerich auf jeden Fall das letzte Mal. Essen bestellt im drive, den Mitarbeiter konnte ich kaum verstehen so hat er genuschelt. Essen war alles kalt. Bin dann rein und hab ein neues Menü bekommen, was letztendlich auch nicht besser war. Nie wieder dorthin.

Man möchte schnell was bestellen im DriveIn für 2 Personen und man wird 15 min im DriveIn stehen gelassen ohne eine info zu bekommen. Mussten 30-40 min warten auf unser Essen im DriveIn und das Restaurant ist fast leer gewesen. Es ist leider nicht mehr das was es einmal gewesen ist schade. Man bezahlt soviel und bekommt kaltes Essen klar wenn man 30-40min warten muss auf das Essen natürlich ist es dann kalt am Gast. Einfach nur noch schlecht Sehr unzufrieden

Was soll man zu Mekkes schon schreiben ... gut war, dass ich trotz des recht späten Zeitpunkts in nullkommanix durch den Drive war und meine Bestellung im Auto hatte. Qualität ist halt eigentlich immer gleich (McDonalds-Satandards) ...

Habe heute mal die Bestellautomaten weg gelassen und "old school" bestellt. Wurde alles aufgenommen und an den Tisch gebracht. Die Burger waren frisch gemacht, die Pommes OK.... Erneuter Besuch, wo ich alles, was ich vorher beschrieben habe, erneut eingetreten ist. Sehr gut, vorbildlich war die Sauberkeit der Sanitären Einrichtungen.

Wie sich hier die betriebsleiterin benommen hat, ist das allerletzte. Ich wollte einen strohalm für meinen sohn, der motorisch seine probleme hat, damit er auch im auto trinken kann. Allerdings fing die frau dann an, uns anzuschreien. Mein geld bekommt auf jeden fall keiner der standorte dieses franchisenehmers mehr. Zum femdschämen sowas...

Fand diesen McDonalds sehr eintönig, in den Grautönen, nichtssagend.... Gibt schönere Ausführungen von McDonalds 😏🤷‍♀️beispielsweise in Doetinchem, NL, viel heller und farbenfroher

It is also surprising that I always have problems with my orders in the Netherlands (Then it is wrong, or does that thing seem to have been hit by an average professional driver), but in Germany this was just perfect, nothing to complain about. This is how they should work in the Netherlands. 5 stars worth.
