Nice branch with the usual offerings. Friendly staff. Centrally located. Very close to the highway.

Carelessly put together burgers, dry, ambience just typical McDonalds. I know better

I got in line because when we ordered they suddenly said we weren't taking any more orders, what's that because they didn't want to make any money and we still had €20 behind us

The customer service is really a disaster! The “manager” seems to be more concerned with excessive make-up than caring for the customers' needs in a friendly and professional manner. I won't be coming back!

WITHOUT ONION fail counter 2024: IIIIII II Even despite mentioning an allergy, the entire staff is unable to implement the simple instruction “WITHOUT ONIONS”! Either the onions are ignored or the onions are simply collected and there are always some left over. The fries are not crispy, not seasoned, not even salty, always soft, sometimes not cooked! You really can't go wrong.

Ordered to take away. Found at home: wrong burgers packed. 6 mc nugget missing.

McDonald's is no longer what it originally was. I used to love eating at McDonald's, but these days it's a complete disaster. Unfortunately, products that I have known since I was little no longer exist. Bags of fries are only half full. 1€ products were removed without any fictitious reason. Just like the donuts with vanilla pudding filling. Really sad. The fries definitely taste better to me, at least at Möbel Kraft at the snack bar. And if I want to eat a really filling hamburger, I just order one from (Amigo) Pizza Service. Instead of eating the cardboard from McDonald's. Never ever now way!!!

When we ordered food via the app, only half of it came to the table, and not all of the drinks either, or even the wrong ones. Food was warm and after complaining, everything came later without being asked.

The employees here love their job, super friendly and nice. Toilets were very clean and food was fresh. We would love to come here again on our next trip.

He couldn't keep up before, not enough staff

Always a disappointment. Every time the order is not complete or napkins are missing, the food ordered is cold. Fish was inedible. I called so many times to complain. Today again the order was not complete and served was not wrapped. The complaint doesn't help. Because it doesn't change.

With the machines and contactless payment it was super quick.

A shortage of skilled workers and new technology can easily be the new version of “Service Desert Germany”. But things were really bad here when we visited. Was it the rush hour after Winnetou rode off into the sunset or the return traffic: covered ground, the terminals for ordering were slow and sometimes no longer able to carry out payment, the staff was hectic and unfortunately often didn't speak German, which was a real obstacle for the older guests ! The toilets hadn't been serviced for hours and everything was missing. The food was: like at McDonalds. We hope that this situation is not permanent and that you might get a better impression next time.

We received a very friendly welcome, the service was great and everyone was attentive. It was my birthday and so I even got a very tasty dessert with a candle on the house.

The entire store was filthy, the men's toilet was completely dirty, the floor was flooded. Smelled very much of urine. Women's toilet almost the same, toilet paper dispenser broken. The store itself is very dirty. Some of the staff couldn't even communicate in German.

Disgusting dirty shop! The food is a 6 in terms of price/performance... given the current prices, something appropriate should be served (burger is in pieces in the package/cheese hasn't melted). That was certainly the last visit and I think so McDonald's won't be around much longer. When the prices were still good you could ignore a lot of things (it was just cheap), but that's no longer the case...really bad.

What went wrong? Big mac bacon instead of double big mac without bacon then sauces were forgotten & once fries. The bad thing is that the Big Mac bacon was delivered incorrectly and you then threw the big Mac away. It's best to look at the note and see what the GUEST ordered and pack it too, then you don't have to throw away any food.

I'm not a regular Mecces goer, but when I drive over to pick up something, something from the order is always missing 🤔... It can happen, they're only human, but control is better 👍. With this in mind, check your bags to make sure they are complete. Merry Christmas and a happy new year 🎄🎉

Always good experiences, the gentleman at the checkout (a little older seemed new) was very friendly. But the lady on our visit today with glasses and a pigtail was very unfriendly!

Unfortunately very bad service. Coupons from the app did not work on the terminal, an error message always appeared. When I asked the staff if I could order at the counter, they said they didn't want to because it was so busy. If you don't want customers, you won't get any.

It's getting more and more expensive, portions are getting smaller. Sitting outside is like lying in an ashtray. Not recommended for non-smokers. Maybe you could change the ashtrays...Staff seem rather stressed even when there are few guests. For what it's carelessly slapped down, I think the branch is worth avoiding. It's also a mystery to me how the clearing carts can be full when there are hardly any guests... but maybe they were just bad days that I had.

The children's play table was dirty with leftover food, the toilets were dirty, some of the food was cold and there were lumps in the cocoa

Just a regular McDonald's. Wipe the tables fairly regularly... What's stupid is that the one table right next to the kids' play area isn't a table where you can eat. This is a display to play something.

I don't think the machines are good for ordering

Worst visit ever. The guy at the drive-thru barely understands what I'm trying to convey and even though the data was finally correctly displayed on the display, a lot of it was forgotten when I placed the expensive order. Fries were cold. Almost €40 for rubbish. Avoid the store.

17 minutes waiting time even though there was only 1 order in front of me. Staff totally unfriendly. Citizens were just thrown together, each level was in different directions, and something was still missing as a reward... Not again…

Unfriendly and cheeky and arrogant...especially the gentlemen with beards....that's not how it works....you don't feel like spending your money....it's a shame.....hopefully it gets better...

Like recently, no salad 🥗. Obviously there is a method to this. Find me an alternative. If you want to eat a balanced diet, McDonald's is often the wrong choice.

You can eat McDonald’s, but it’s not a treat. I thought you were going there because it was quick... it was probably nothing. Order terminal extremely slow, then doesn't take the cards and cancels everything... so all over again at another one. Plus, I've never had clean fingers after a McRib... there wasn't enough sauce to start with.

I have never felt so comfortable in a McDonald's. I was there for coffee and breakfast. The order went well, the equipment there is very comfortable compared to other branches I know. The coffee came from a very good machine (LaCimbali) and tasted like it. The ladies who served me that day were friendly and kept the place clean and fresh. Even the toilet smelled good and had just been mopped. The deduction of the stars is based on the fact that it wasn't quite the same the second time. It was probably because of the ladies on the first visit.

What a joke! Maintaining opening hours is really an art. It closes at 12:40 a.m. If the opening times are stated until 1 a.m., you should stick to them. This is the second time that it has simply closed 20 to 40 minutes earlier. Great job.

The food is the usual McDonald's which gets the job done, but what makes this one stand out was the play options for the kids. There is a pretty unique mini basket ball setup and a small athletic maze type thing fun for 3-10 year olds. There is also a big table with a screen in the middle with games on it too. All kids were happy

Order cheeseburgers, get chickenburgers, the staff should at least be able to read.

For such portions you can get a good and better priced meal at a Greek restaurant. One star for the food is still too much.

Well located to and from the highway. Drive-in was quick and easy. The food was warm! The service was nice and friendly.

The food was very tasty at the beginning, but over time the fast food stomach aches. The service leaves a lot to be desired, despite ordering from the table, the food remains at the counter for minutes until you get up and pick it up yourself. Unfortunately not anymore, this is now the second time or the third time that the hamburger or the Double Whopper Double Hamburger Big Mac is cold even though I really only had one car at the drive-in field that was cold, which means it was either already there I specifically said please, I didn't get a warm, fresh new one and the last time it was the chicken nuggets that were not only hard, so really hard but fried as if they were thrown together. I don't have any invoices at all for both or two bills had it in the bag now I could imagine it's probably because they sold a chance like that or didn't list it correctly very interesting that was the last time for a while

A stop like that is hardly worth it. For 2x large fries with 2 sauces €8.98. You wait in vain for a goodbye after paying. Since I know that things tend to be forgotten, I check before I leave. Unfortunately, when you get home you realize that now only mini potatoes are being processed, as there were only 3 long, typical MC fries in the 2 portions, so they weren't fresh. For such a price, very questionable. We prefer not to talk about warm or hot! Very unfortunate

Just been there. The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to!!! Toilets 🙈🙈🙈incredibly dirty. I was then allowed to use the disabled toilet. Here you had to be careful not to get stuck to the floor. Hardly a table in the restaurant, let alone a bench, was wiped down and the carts for returning trays were overcrowded at 11:30. We won't be coming back🤷🏻‍♀️!!!!

Food is just McDonald's. Ambience okay. Service was great in this case because my husband forgot his wallet and after a quick call we were able to pick it up. Luckily everything was still there, even the cash. This is a top service!

After a long day at work, I was craving a fortifying meal at this location. After placing my order in a relaxed manner using the screens, I took my seat at the back of the restaurant. My meal was served to me while the people sitting next to me talked to me about prime examples, tiles from Amazon and women's rights. I tasted this meal prepared before me until I found a hair in my chip, after which my appetite for a fortifying meal was gone. Now I'm driving home and I'm still hungry. You had the feeling the staff had only been there a few days. It was a bit chaotic. Advertising for the food does not correspond to what you get to eat. In the advertising the burgers look so delicious but the reality is shocking. The meat inlay in particular is a joke.

We always make our stopover here when we go east. It's always very crowded there and the food isn't packaged very lovingly or it doesn't always taste that good. The ordering terminals are very slow, the toilets are unhygienic or one for the ladies doesn't even work, which leads to long queues. Under no circumstances should you think of ordering at the checkout, there should already be long queues at the terminals, because after waiting 5 minutes you will be greeted by an exasperated employee with the words "Here you should only pay and not order" received something I've never heard anywhere else. Service desert Germany 🙃! However, you can sit outside there and take a little break. The delivery service is fast and dedicated :)

McDonald's, always nice, always friendly, always the same. However, I have something to complain about: The Iced Latte Caramel, somehow it tastes too much like an ice cream sundae and not like a coffee specialty. The competition with the star does this much better. Please rework it again.

Drive in bad communication lots of questions. I wanted a big citizen and chiken without fries. I got tough chiken too long or old chicken parts without citizens! There wasn't a bill in the bag either. Waiting time in the parking lot was 5 minutes! I tried again, that was it again, it's a shame. Photo doesn't work, how should you send photos. I've been to many branches but haven't seen such a great indoor play area for small children in a long time. It's great for taking a break on long car journeys with small children, but it's also worth taking a short detour. It was busy, but you can also order via the app and it went really quickly. If you plan to pick up/take away, you have to wait in line first. The second bench is missing on 2 tables. Toilet was clean, despite heavy visitors. I can't say whether it always happens like this. Bought 20 chicken nails today to take away. Arrived home. 2 look bitten. According to the store it can only come from the spoon they use to get it out/pack it in. In my opinion it looks like a bite. I'm attaching photos so everyone can judge for themselves.
