Kochlöffel in Bad Segeberg

What was going on today lukewarm Fries.🫣Pepsi non-carbonated and lukewarm. I gave it five stars a long time ago, but unfortunately I had to delete it today.

Today I ordered two menus there. I have no idea what the positive reviewers there ordered, I'll describe my frightening impression. I ordered crispy chicken + fries and spring rolls + fries. While I was waiting I went to the toilet and you don't want to experience that. The smell of urine can be smelled far from the door. The doors are greasy and dirty on the contact surfaces of the hands. The toilet stinks and a blue garbage bag was taped over a urinal. There is no liquid soap in the soap dispenser. Then the food: The fries were wobbly and cold. A greasy coating formed on the palate and the mayonnaise was lumpy. My wife's ketchup tasted like freshly squeezed lemon juice. The paper cups for the drinks deform so much when you grab them that you reflexively hold your other hand under them so that the cup doesn't slip out of your hand. I'll never do that to myself again.

Everything ok, except for one saleswoman who was very unfriendly

Citizens were like there was nothing fresh, crunchy in there. Salad was already on there and kept warm..Chicken nuggets were delicious..but unfortunately not again..it's a shame..

Man, just look at the toilets and the tables, that speaks volumes! I've seen a lot, but this was the front runner so far.

We were there after the Karl May games to avoid the rush in the parking lot. You can do that every now and then 😀

Food was so-so, tasted a bit like Norma. I didn't like the atmosphere. The interior design spoils the atmosphere because everything there looks so old. I would recommend making the interior more modern and not like a basement

Fries were well seasoned. The rest actually deserves 0 stars. Staff so unfriendly, they shouted at us that we should stay inside even though we said beforehand that we would like to eat outside. We were also annoyed and asked if we wanted Crossies like the customers in front of us. Unhygienic work, deep fryers look disgusting & the atmosphere is completely dirty and uninviting. Staff is in a really bad mood and takes it out on employees.

The taste is great, but I have ordered bacon several times now and then when I unpack it at home there is simply none on it. Easily wasted €10 because of the lack of bacon. Otherwise everything is fine

The food was okay. The service from the man with the long beard was great! Very friendly and accommodating.

I ate something there once because I wanted to try it out. The result is simply horrible. Wooden spoon once and never again. The hamburger had a leaded (aftertaste) I don't have to have it again.

I like the friendliness of the staff

Charging €5.70 for this meal is absolutely outrageous. I will definitely not go to Kochlöffel again!

Very disappointing. I wanted to eat a portion of chips and a few croquettes there for lunch as a quick snack. Well... except for one table, everyone was dirty, the order was asked three times because no one seemed to remember it and the food wasn't good. The fries were limp and unseasoned, there were pieces of dried ketchup in the ketchup and the croquettes were the finest frozen goods for €10... Anyone who makes demands on their food is definitely wrong here. It might be enough to fill you up quickly, but in my opinion the price/performance isn't right.

We have been driving along the North and Baltic Sea coasts for over a week and have eaten in several restaurants during this time. Whether it was the galley in Kappeln or the Loofs in Husum. Nowhere have we enjoyed it as much as at Kochlöffel. And the two guys behind the counter are just great. You can't beat the friendliness and are endlessly helpful. I would have given 10 stars too. Thank you!

It's December 29th, 2023 at 3:34 p.m. here the guests come in and they are insulted, they said you have to wait because they can't keep up and then the saleswoman made a statement that I thought I wasn't hearing correctly . "If you don't want to wait now, then I can give you a slap," that's what she said to the innkeeper across the street, so he walked out loudly, saying: "We don't treat you like that as a customer." Wasn't the only customer who was treated like that. The food was a disaster, the fries were hard and the citizen's bread was already hard.

It's a shame, unfortunately the negative 😢 reviews are true. Please dear 🙏 owner, do something different. Gasto isn't really his. How do you know how long the burgers have been left in the warm cupboard? I think that's how some burgers get layered. Everything is just super dirty and the toilet facilities don't work at all, every rest stop is cleaner. I'm not coming back. Unfortunately the price level is far too expensive for the general condition.

Went to the Christmas market and thought we'd save a little money and go to Kochlöffel. First we thought about going to the toilet, we didn't have to ask for directions just based on the smell. The toilet was just dirty and the smell was indescribable. Then currywurst and fries with a drink and a cheeseburger. The sausage was so old that you could count the growth rings on the skin. The fries were ok, the cola was a little too watery. The burger was flat and looked like it had been run over and that's how it tasted. The cow 🐮 probably died of old age or was run over. In this weather it would be advisable to clean more often, the floor was very dirty. For the prices charged for the food, the quality and cleanliness in this store is not appropriate.

Given the prices, I thought to myself “that can’t taste good”. However, the end result really surprised me, it was even worse than expected. I advise everyone not to eat there!!

in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings ist das Personal äußerst freundlich, das dies in den Hintergrund rutscht.

Muss man nicht haben. Personal sehr freundlich.

Kein gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Die Currywurst war sehr schlecht. Das Personal etwas überfordert.

Das was ich mir unter knusprigen Hähchen erhoffe, wird mir im Kochlöffel/Bad Segeberg seit Jahren erfüllt. Dazu auch lobenswert die Vollbärtige 😉 kompetenten Tresenmannschaft-8/2023

Sehr lecker, aber das Restaurant befindet sich in einem Wartungsstau.

Sehr freundliches Personal und das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und hat geschmeckt.

They do vegetarian options and food is cheap. The vegetarian chicken burger i had was meh. However the fries was nice! Sadly it's wasn't English friendly

Vollkommen solider Cheeseburger. Hervorzuheben ist hier ganz klar die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Weiter so 👍

Eure Kroketten sind der Hammer. Und der Cross Chicken ebenso. Sehr lecker. Wir kommen bestimmt die Woche wieder. Weiter so.

Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten in Zeitlupe und schauen einen immer nur gernervt und gelangweilt an.Die Standardburger ,liegen über 30 min in der Warmhaltebox und sind leider nicht Geniessbar. Die anderen Burger schmecken ganz gut.

Es war alles gut und immer wieder lecker 👍

Bei Veranstaltungen auf dem Marktplatz kann es hier etwas dauern mit der Bedienung. Ich bin neulich direkt zum Supermarkt weiter. Wenn weniger los ist, für mich einen Besuch wert, bei gutem Wetter esse ich dann draussen.

Sehr guter Service, bei langer Wartezeit gab es ein Getränk umsonst . Wir wissen , warum wir immer wieder herkommen . Ergänzung 04.2023 - Nach wie vor ein Highlight wenn wir nach SE kommen auch dieses Jahr wieder , sehr freundlich und bemüht dem Kunden alles Recht zu machen.

Preise sind eine Verarschung bei mittleren Menüs wird ein Aufpreis von 1.20 Euro gemacht der nicht ausgeschildert ist Sehr enttäuscht nicht weiter zu empfehlen.....!!!!!!!! Nie wieder

In der Fußgängerzone von Bad Segeberg. Bei schönem Wetter kann man draußen sitzen. Hamburger & Pommes okay. Persönlich liebe ich aber die holländische Kroketten mit Senf.

Tolles Schnellrestaurant, Essen besser als bei anderen bekannten Fastfood Restaurants. Personal auch sehr freundlich.

Nettes Personal. Essen schmeckt jedes Mal, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder.

Die Chickenburger sind um Welten besser als bei mc d. Der Laden ist aber nach wie vor nicht gerade gemütlich

Der Ort mit den besten doppelten Cheeseburgern in Segeberg! Sehr lecker. Innen nicht sehr gemütlich, Holzbänke sollten besser durch weiche Sofas ersetzt werden, aber Hauptsache das Essen ist sehr lecker, Doubleburger und Karrisosiski sind hier die besten.

Ich habe hier heute und auch schon öfter einer sehr nette Bedienung gehabt. Das Essen hat mir sehr geschmeckt, ich komme gerne wieder.

Kurz Mal rein ein paar Burger rausgeholt und die waren nicht schlecht. Regelmäßig muss ich da nicht essen aber für ab und zu kann man Mal hin.

Beim ersten mal den Bacon vergessen beim Burger meines Sohnes. Anstandslos einen neuen bekommen. Beim 2ten mal Bacon vergessen und sie haben mit Handschuhen den Burger durchwühlt ob auch wirklich kein Bacon drin ist... Meine Veggi Burger waren beide male sehr lecker. Das Personal freundlich.

Sehr nettes Personal vorallen die Frau mit dem Kopftuch geht auf alle Wünsche ein, ist immer freundlich und nett da fühlt man sich wohl und kommt gerne wieder. 😇

Schnell und lecker. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind sehr nett. Leider finde ich die Preise, selbst mit Rabatt-Coupons, inzwischen sehr deftig.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, Essen hat geschmeckt, draußen und drinnen Sitzplätze. Die Toiletten lassen zu wünschen übrig.
