The burgers are truly some of the freshest you can get at MCs. Always well-made and neatly folded. The downside to the drive-thru is that sometimes the wait times are really long (not because of the crowd, but because you hear "one moment please" on the loudspeaker). I've waited 5-10 minutes on occasion. It would be nice if things could be changed.

A complete disaster. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 Cokes, waited 25 minutes and the burgers were cold and looked like they had already been eaten. An absolute disgrace. Would prefer 0 stars!

My order was lost, which is why it took so long. It turned out that two identical numbers had been issued. The food was also lukewarm.

Fries were cold, and the wait was incredibly long. It even took over 30 minutes for the ice cream. Never again with this MC. The guy who delivers everything walks so slowly I was afraid he'd fall over. Do yourself a favor and just drive to a good chip shop or cafeteria.

Exceptional service! Especially considering it's a MC restaurant. A host who welcomes and helps. I never go to MC. But they're a role model for many restaurants.

This Mc Donalds is good but if you take food through Mc drive then almost always they can not add something. The food is good about 14-13 € per person if with ice cream.

A permanent fixture on our itinerary to Holland. Breakfast was delicious, service was okay. However, the cleanliness of the restrooms already left (or unfortunately still?) a lot to be desired.

Cleanliness is relative, you're cutting corners. I'd really like to experience a clean McDonald's.

No toilet paper in the ladies' area. The yellow McDonald's sauce was missing, and the mayonnaise packets are small. The trash can system isn't working. One ordering station is broken. Small parking lot. The food was served quickly and hot.

Ordered ketchup and got mayo. OK, that can happen. But with table service, there is no napkin on the tray and when asked, saying you can get it yourself, sorry, doesn't work. Then I don't need table service. There was hardly anything going on and the employees seemed very overwhelmed. Maybe because they didn't understand people. And it's nice that you clean, but 25 minutes in the same place with a sign that you can only see from one side isn't okay. Someone also fell on their face but nothing changed. So we won't be coming back for a while. Things are much better at other McDonald's.

It's simply rage bait. They forget the sauces, and the food doesn't arrive until 50 minutes later, even though we didn't order anything complicated.

Like any McDonald's, it's clean, fast, and there's plenty of parking right outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's just a regular McDonald's. The long opening hours are worth mentioning.

When I arrived with my children, my sister, and her child, we ordered at the terminal, which I think is faster. We took our time, and our food arrived shortly afterward. However, the raspberry pastry I had ordered was no longer hot and had already arrived over an hour after its waiting time. That really shocked me.

The restrooms were dirty, with only a weak air blower and no paper towels. The music was loud, like being in the front row at a rock concert. The tables/seats inside were fine (fairly new and clean), tray racks were emptied and not cluttered. The furnishings were up-to-date and not in need of renovation. There were no TVs. Ordering at the vending machine worked, and table service was pleasantly fast. The restaurant wasn't too busy, though; the line at the drive-in counter was quite long. Staff contact was minimal but friendly. What wasn't okay was that the burger was just hastily pieced together and thrown into the box. The ingredients weren't stacked on top of each other, but rather next to each other. The cheese was almost entirely next to the burger and was raw/cold. That was a bit disappointing. Of course, there's no straw in the cup and no plastic lid... nice for reducing waste, but a shame since I wanted to take the cup with me in the car - but unfortunately, cardboard straws are no good either, and after all, we have to protect the local turtles, which would otherwise choke on the plastic straw. If I'm really hungry, fine, but nothing you have to see.

Our visit was mediocre. The staff wasn't that friendly. The food was surprisingly delicious. Cleanliness is a low priority here, especially because a sweet and sour packet was stuck next to the fence. Naturally, we lost our appetite. There are better McDonald's. So, better to avoid. Extremely poor shop and service. The food took 50 minutes to arrive, and not all of it was there. It wasn't just one person, but 10 other people.

I can't recommend this McDonald's at all. When we were ordering, the second of the four ordering terminals broke. You can't order at the cash register either, and they told us this in an extremely rude manner. We were glad that we had our food within an hour. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food. So, there was no sign of fast food there. While we were waiting, we also noticed that some of the people from the drive-thru had come in to get their food because they had already been waiting at the window for more than 30 minutes. By the time we got our food, the fries were already cold. Well, that was a very unpleasant end to our day trip. The bottom line is, we'll never go back to this McDonald's again.

Very clean and super friendly staff

One hot afternoon, I thought I'd treat myself to a Caramel Frappuccino – but for over €4, I got practically an entire tub of pure, liquid soft-serve mush with crushed ice and WITHOUT A SOME TRACE OF COFFEE/CAPPUCHINO – I only noticed it while driving in the car. I'm lost for ideas...

Typical McDonald's, nicely situated just off the motorway A61. We ordered table service, however food came without cutlery and dressing for salad and the three ordered sauces were also missing. So had to go back to counter 2 times until we had everything. Somehow defeats the purpose of table service. Restaurant was almost empty, so no need to rush things. Food itself was flawless 👍

After waiting 90 minutes for our food, we left, having lost all hope. The staff was extremely overwhelmed. I don't understand why they don't just regulate the drive-thru or ordering kiosks if they can't keep up.

The opening hours on the door say it's open until 1:00 a.m., but the store closes randomly. We were there today at 11:50 p.m., and the door was already closed. Then we walked through the McDrive and were rudely harassed by the manager present. That's how customer loyalty works.

Last time it was 1 a.m., yesterday it was 12:50 a.m. Then just adjust the opening hours. In a discussion, when asked when they close, the response was "I don't know, 12:50 a.m. or something." Once again I find it very dirty there. The staff tries hard, but is clearly overwhelmed. The toilets were very, very dirty. And by that I unfortunately mean scattered feces in a cabin. I would prefer other branches. Only the small slide outside is nice to play on.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to, I ordered the takeaway menu because I was in a hurry, I received fries, they were probably 3 days old, the cola was without gas and ice, the cutlet had foreign odors. I recommend checking everything on site

Unfortunately it really wasn't clean at all when I visited yesterday. The toilets were catastrophically dirty, the disposal trucks were full and the garbage cans in the parking lot were bursting at the seams. In fact, it wasn't really full when we were there 🤷🏽‍♀️ luckily it's been the exception so far

Quite a mess, the order was mixed up, it was impossible to check whether what was paid for was actually delivered because the invoice was quickly thrown away when the tray was delivered and then could no longer be found. That's not okay.

Unfortunately, McCafe seems to be slowly being phased out. The Italian coffee machine was nicely cleaned but switched off. The quality from the machine is usable but far from the previous, excellent one. Apparently not economical enough. I have the impression that the portions have also become smaller. A visit to buy a good coffee is no longer worth it, as it doesn't seem to exist anymore. Unfortunately, this impression has been reinforced during numerous visits to various McCafes.

The food is good and the service is good too. The restaurant is well-designed and even has a small playground and a table where you can play. But 3 stars because of the McDrive...There's usually something missing from the order. I give it 5 stars if you get everything you need at the McDrive.

I ordered 2 Chicken Cesar Wraps it costs more than 5 euro Each and they apparently can't read because I got 2 disgusting sweet chilli wraps that I cant eat. Thanks for over 10 euros thrown into the trash! Maybe they did it on purpose since the Ceasar wrap is more expensive, to scam customers out of money! Maybe next time Ill start unwrspping everything to make sure its correct. But there will not be a next time. Lessen learned: Don't get mcdonalds, its a scam

Mac Donald's in the Autohof exit Weilerswist A61, very good location! Gastronomy as you would expect from Mac Donald's. It tasted good and was freshly prepared.

Located not far from the A61 Koblenz/Weilerswist motorway entrance. It's set up like any McDonald's. Is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

During the long journey to the Netherlands, we had to take a short break to fortify ourselves and of course to go to the toilet. So we decided without further ado to go to this McDonald’s. Really an exceptional restaurant, very nice and spacious and very, very clean. We can highly recommend this McDonald’s. Many thanks to the team.

Receive cold prepared burgers and fries. Unfriendly employee at order acceptance/dispensing. Eternal waiting times, even though there were no cars at the drive-in. I just continued to the window. Food was exchanged. Honestly...that's the last time I'll hit that MC. Take Cologne as an example 👌

We ordered from MacDrive. The first time everything was ice cold, Then we tried again a few days later and everything was lukewarm again and there were even some burgers missing. We specifically asked whether the order was complete and relied on the employee's statement. We complained and were harshly rejected. We won't get anything more there.

A really clean McDonald's for a long time, thank you very much. The service was very friendly and despite being a fast food restaurant, she prepared the coffee and cookies really nicely and made an effort. “Orders ready for collection” are called verbally after about 10 minutes so that the times are correct. Things are always missing from the order. Sometimes it's burgers, sometimes drinks. This time it was the sauces. This is less a rarity and more the rule. The Plantbase nuggets are also sometimes the chicken version... super cool. There is no need to speak to the staff about the strange behavior of the “orders ready for collection”. Sometimes it is said that you made a mistake, sometimes that there is an “individual procedure here” in the branch. But people are often simply ignored or fobbed off with stupid answers. The staff at the front are generally extremely disrespectful and unfriendly. Despite the significant detour, we now prefer to drive to Brühl in the Mcs. Not everything is great there either, but at least the staff at the counter are friendlier. You have to know.

If you have time: after 20 minutes of waiting, I kindly reminded you that you had forgotten me. ... and that's how it was. After 25 minutes the food was put on the table without comment. Great performance. The two stars are because the order was complete, unlike the last times in the drive.

I always just get my cappuccino there in the morning. I go into McDonald's and don't go through McDrive. Until a few weeks ago, coffee products were always prepared using the large McCafe portafilter. The fully automatic machine at the McDrive counter has recently been used for this purpose. The cappuccino tastes the same. The portafilter machine appears to be permanently switched off. If you have such a device, you should use it.

Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our food, the McDonalds was dirty, the tables weren't wiped down, the trash was piling up, the floor was full of packaging and we had been forgotten, there was nothing to make up for it. That was the last time anyone saw me there.

Were there again on January 22nd, 2025, again extremely quick service at the drive in, everything complete and hot, always happy!! Euskirchen can get one or more slices from this McDonald's. Burgers should be like this, tasty, hot, and neatly put together. And the order was also complete. They haven't been able to do that in Euskirchen since the renovation. Euskirchen McDonald's stand for lukewarm, carelessly slapped together burgers at best and at least one of every 4 orders is incomplete. We now always visit McDonald's Weilerswist when we feel like having a burger, keep it up!!!

Very unfriendly staff. In the drive-thru they don't really let you finish, so some items in your order aren't complete. If the lovely employees don't enjoy their work, then they should please look for a job that has nothing to do with people.
