Man, that used to be a really good McDonald’s Probably the best I've tried anywhere in the world. Definitely good enough that I came here regularly Unfortunately, that has diminished significantly. Credit tho: the low point had already been reached and you can see that there have been certain improvements recently. The nuggets and fries were basically just thawed for a while and absolutely inedible And there was almost no sauce Now things are mostly at least edible Service is actually always top if you ignore incorrect orders, which often happens with local fast food.

Very unfriendly employees, dirty toilets, things were forgotten when ordering and the wrong ingredients were added to the ice cream. Instead of apologizing, one employee even decided to ignore us completely, even though our friendly complaints were more than justified! I've been there twice now, both times I was shocked at how bad the service can be. Also, the touch ordering terminals are really, really slow. I don't know of any other McDonald's that operates such slow equipment.

The porting of the McFlurry is a joke. Not even half full but according to the posters it is full to the brim....

They are definitely good at saving resources. My husband and I were there 5 times and 5 times something was missing from the order. Things you paid for are simply left out. Fries, whole burgers, all sauces, wrong ice cream is served or wrong drinks. And not only while the hut was full, but also when we were the only ones there. That really can't be the case anymore! We easily left a total of €30 there, which we were never able to use

Coca-Cola orders no longer include drinking straws, only cocktails. A terrible innovation; it is simply impossible to drink your drink normally without eating 3 pieces of ice at a time. Also, the food ordering machines do not work well and often slow down.

We came back from vacation, we waited more than 45 minutes for our supposedly lost order to finally be prepared and only to have half of it. The waitress with black hair is not friendly at all. If you can not stop at this McDonald's, do so to avoid wasting 1 hour for nothing

Caught a good time and food was prepared in a few minutes. The fries that were initially missing were brought personally with an apology without being asked. Food is just standard but I don't think you go in here with any higher expectations

Staff was nice. Food good as expected. Seats were dirty, as were the touchscreen tables, some of which didn't even respond. The worst thing was the parking situation. It was almost impossible to get out of a parking space if someone was standing in the parking lot on the narrow strip next to the drive-in.

We regularly make our charging stops here, but today's visit really put everything in the shade. First there was the wrong burger in the bag... when it came time to eat, the joy was completely gone! Preferably no star! I've been waiting for my food for over 45 minutes! I ordered a coffee from McCafe and it wasn't made either. Probably the only 24/7 McDonald's in the city of Stuttgart, though dining in closes by 2 AM and you can only do drive through or order to go thereafter. Great for late night after hours folks.

Employees don't speak German and take a long time to deliver the food

We were brought out by a worker because we locked our bikes on a railing. We understood, and we went outside (with the worker) and proceeded as we were told. As we were removing our bikes from the railway, the worker became very disrespectful and inpolite. She refused to let us put our bikes on the bicycle stand, and we politely asked her to move out of the way so we could put our bikes in the bicycle stand. She proceeded to bascially scream, saying that she wouldn't. We just coopertly conplied and just ate our food after that. We litterally moved our bikes 10m away from the railing, and she didn't care. If I could put 0 stars, I would!

The toilet is clean, the temperature inside is comfortable. Were here with children. We ordered Mac Smart menu. The potatoes turned out to be unsalted, but that's good. I don't like the large amount of ice in Cola. We had a good time, rested, ate and drove on. Very friendly staff, as well as the possibility to order yourself using the interactive menu.

They probably don't read their reviews but you just have to get it off your chest. There are always products missing from an order, which can happen. What's worse is that you're not even greeted anymore. The payment is made without a word and the order is handed over to you. No good evening, no please. A good appetite or just a friendly smile. I find it very weak. What happened to normal manners? I manage to talk the kids out of going to you two out of three times because I don't feel welcome.

To get one thing straight: I have been a loyal McDonald's customer for a good 15 years and don't want to engage in blanket bashing. But what I experienced today at around 3:30 p.m. in the McDonald's in Leonberg is absolutely not possible. I just wanted to order a small ice cream, but I had to wait almost 20 minutes. The store wasn't overly full, but the staff was completely overwhelmed. Many customers were very dissatisfied due to the long waiting times. An employee was walking back and forth the whole time in a relaxed manner, which I couldn't understand at all when there is so much to do. After waiting over 20 minutes for my McFlurry, my patience was at an end. I went to the checkout and asked a member of staff to cancel my order as I needed to move on. To my surprise, it was exactly the employee who was walking back and forth relaxed the whole time. He simply told me: “No, it doesn’t work.” When I asked why it was not possible to cancel an order that had not yet been prepared, he reacted very arrogantly and superficially. When I asked for the shift manager, he claimed to be the boss himself and then completely ignored me. What kind of customer service is this and how can someone with such behavior be a shift manager? No wonder nothing goes wrong on his shift.

To reach the restaurant you first have to come to the parking lot. To do this you have to drive over several bombers that are much higher than usual. People really have to say, I don't really like Mc D. that much, I'm just going because the kids want to. But I really have to say I've been to a lot of Mc D's. Because I travel a lot. But I've never been to one this good. The food was warm, the meat was warm in the burger, there was a lot of sauce in it, it wasn't dry. The fries were warm and salted, the nuggets were warm. It was really tasty. Well, I'm self-employed in the catering industry and I never thought I'd be Mc D. Lobbe. Really crude. Respect people, keep it up. A role model Mc. D. Other Mc D. should take a lesson from that.

The two most expensive parts of the order were not in the bag. When I complained over the phone, the lady just said that I would get the missing burgers the next time I was there. However, no personal data was recorded for a possible comparison. Is this supposed to be a joke? There certainly won't be a next time.

Please place an order correctly, fries are always cold, something is always missing, burgers instead of jalapeños had bacon in them and as a Muslim. If you want to drink coffee on site, instead of a cup we always give you cardboard, that can't be right, if you make a complaint you'll be treated stupidly and the statement is just that. I can still list a lot of things that are so annoying that you also pay a lot for them -.-

We were just at Mac Donalds Leonberg Ost... it's been a few years since I've been here, but actually I've always been really satisfied. Not at all tonight though... First of all, going to the toilet was pretty disgusting. Everything is dirty, the floor is completely dirty, and the toilet has a broken toilet seat. A lot of the furniture in the restaurant was greasy and dirty, the tables and seating were completely greasy and the floor was dirty. Only the service was ok, but nothing more. The food was warm and we had a short wait. All in all, unfortunately not a nice experience, a shame 😞 Finally, a note: We had to wait about 10 minutes before we could drive out of the parking lot because there was quite a traffic jam at MC-Drive. The routing is pretty modest in the parking lot.

A typical fast food experience with friendly staff and quick service. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved, and the self-service screens don't always work. Overall, a solid option for a quick bite, but not necessarily the best McDonald's experience I've had.

Nice, clean McDonalds. Everyone was very friendly and in the morning, at half past seven, there was simply nothing going on. Order was complete, freshly prepared and good.

This place is a nightmare. Ordering machines working slow, touchscreen unresponsive, I had to try 3 machines to order a coffee. After finally finished the order waiting time was very long. I ordered a capucino from Mc Caffe decaf with oat milk and they served me a normal coffee from Mc Donalds with regular milk and with cofeine at 22 o clock. Just to make sure I asked the staff and they lied. While I was waiting at least one client requested refund for bad services. In restaurant staff angry yelling, total chaos. Need more attention from management.

Without words: the meat from the fish mac was to be thrown away, the fries are soggy. Unfortunately, the last three visits were characterized by many negative experiences, so we will no longer go to McDonalds. Please take the quality of McDonalds in Switzerland as an example. I like to use the drive-thru often. Yesterday around 8:15 p.m. I just felt rushed when placing the order at the counter. Constantly the penetrating: "can it be something else" spoken in 3 seconds and there wasn't a vehicle behind me and the parking lot wasn't packed). I ordered using coupons that I read from the app. I made a mistake in the overview (at first the overview was displayed crosswise, you clicked on "show complete list" and then I made a mistake because I was looking at the price, which was the same as the nuggets and Big Tasty menu. Unfortunately, I ordered the Big Tasty (which no one eats here) instead of the 20 nuggets. Because you provide the code. Not what you ordered, e.g. Nuggets. Speaking quickly, unfriendly and with a tight lip, i.e. talking to me, she made it clear to me that it was my mistake and not hers. Yes, I understand, I also told the man standing next to me that and how the mistake had happened. No returns/exchanges possible. I said no one is eating this burger and I need the nuggets. I was then told that I could order again via the drive-thru. The bag/burgers were in their original packaging and unopened. No mercy - it was not exchanged. Well, that's your right not to exchange, I accepted that. But then next time I won't let myself be rushed at the counter. This is how you make mistakes! I didn't even have enough time to check the order on the board. It felt like I placed the order in 2 minutes. That can not be true! And the other thing, the arrogant, even aggressive demeanor of this woman at the counter. Unemphasized high 10! Not even a "I'm sorry, I can't change it" but all the time "It's her fault, I can't do anything about it" She asked me: normal or plant nuggets" I obviously thought she was talking about that Nuggets menu! No one ever blamed her or dismissed her. Mistakes happen, but how you deal with them is another matter. I have to complain that not one employee wore a name tag! The vanilla milkshake was mixed with chocolate, which I thought was a shame. I'll post a photo of it if it works.

We were there on Saturday, February 10th. here after shopping in Leo. I worked at McD myself 42 years ago. Königstr. STGT. worked. And I go to McD often (2-3 times a month) all over Germany. I have never experienced such a dirty restaurant. Not only the tables, but also the seats were dirty and sticky and the shoes were almost stuck to the floor. And when a lady wiped the tables, then half the restaurant with a rag. So just distribute the dirt evenly. The BigMacs were clapped together carelessly and were more wrong than good. The fries were too salty. Guys, that was underground. ... Get moving and put things in order.

Just something to eat quickly... Double burger was really tasty with a lot of meat, but not quite cooked through... gave a lot of AA quickly.

Meistens holen wir uns beim Drive Inn hauptsächlich wegen der Kinder die Speisen. ABER, und das ist echt kein Witz, hat bei unseren letzten 4 Besuchen, der letzte war gestern 12.01.24, JEDESMAL ETWAS GEFEHLT!!! Wir mussten dann nochmals parken, ins Restaurant gehen und unseren Frust zum Ausdruck bringen! Dann gab es die fehlende Ware, aber OHNE jegliche Entschuldigung! GUTER RAT AN ALLE DRIVE INN BESUCHER: kontrolliert eure Bestellungen!!! Auch sind die Größen der Burger kleiner aber viel teurer geworden! Furchtbar, furchtbar,furchtbar und dann noch zu solch einem hohen Preis!! GANZ SCHLECHTE ERFAHRUNGEN BEI DIESEM MC DONALD'S

Heute habe ich in dieser Filiale tatsächlich 2,30€ !!! für einen Cheeseburger zahlen müssen, das ist eine Frechheit. Wenn die Pattys noch dünner werden kann man s bald lassen zu produzieren, ganz abgesehen von der Qualität.....

Schade zweimal im Jahr geh ich zu McDonald's und zweimal ist ein Fehler in der Tüte!! Naja 100 % ist wohl zu viel verlangt...

Pommes kalt und matschig. 20er Nuggets waren zur Hälfte Shrimps. Schmeckte beides alt. Nicht fähig eine kleine Bestellung richtig zusammenzustellen und dann hat's auch noch furchtbar geschmeckt bzw flog zur Hälfte in die Tonne. Wir sind maßlos enttäuscht.

Wie schwer kann es sein eine Bestellung richtig auszuführen? Nun ist es heute schon das ZWEITE Mal passiert, das wir vegetarische Nuggets bestellt haben und die Variante mit Fleisch bekommen haben. Leider haben wir das erst zu Hause gemerkt. Am besten vorm Personal das bestellte prüfen wenn diese nicht in der Lage sind! Echt eine Frechheit!!!
