Der Besuch von MC D in Salzwedel war nicht geplant, dafür aber eine richtige Entscheidung von mir gewesen. Ich war auf der Durchreise von Magdeburg nach Lüneburg und wollte nur schnell an die Tanke. Die Tankstelle und MC Donald lagen Beide supergünstig an der Bundesstraße. Ich entschied mich für MC. Herzlichen Dank an die Damen und Herren die am 1. Mai 2025 gearbeitet haben. Trotz Feiertag, Trotz FT "Kampf der Werktätigen". Die supernette Bedienung (MC war gut beucht), die 2 Kassensysteme (Bar oder Karte/ elektronische Bestellung oder an der Kasse) haben mich zum BLEIBEN animiert. No. Food cold. Menus incomplete. Long wait even though the store was empty. Never here again......

The cleanliness has improved slightly compared to the last few years. Unfortunately, the tables are still greasy and there is sauce stuck to the ceiling and pillars. The toilets weren't clean. The outside gutter and windows were cleaned while we were there! There is no separate McCafé area. An order terminal was broken. The benches are narrow and uncomfortable. The honey mustard sauce was missing from the honey mustard wrap. If there were complaints, a new wrap was made for us. Although the food was supposed to be standardized and taste the same, wraps in Magdeburg McDonalds were more generously filled, better seasoned and warmer. There is an e-charging station with two charging spaces in the parking lot.

I've never experienced such a poorly organized team... I had to run to the checkout 5 times because something was missing from an MC menu and the glass was taken away from me by an employee who is probably the best customer, judging by her appearance.

Was very happy with the service here. I've never been to a McDonald's where an employee asked the people sitting there if everything was OK. Prices and taste were run of the mill McDonalds.

Terrible!!! I have never been so disappointed with McDonald's. Everything dirty!!! Staff unfriendly!!! Team leader disorganized!!!! We waited for our food for more than 33 minutes, politely pointed it out to the staff twice and was told again and again that the employees were very busy 🫣!!! After 33 minutes our order was still not ready and no one felt responsible for it 🤷🏻‍♀️🫣🥺!!!

The employees were all from Asian and they were total genuine n helpful me n my husband is very great 👍 to visit there one lady she was Manger also from pakistan or indian but the team was very great .

Very dirty seats and tables. Cleaning is written in lowercase letters in SAW at McDonald. The staff even intentionally threw some things off the table rather than putting them in the trash can. So the staff has nothing left for our environment either. Don't want to know what the preparation area looks like. My conclusion: I don't do it anymore, I'd rather go to McDonald's in Wittingen.

Ordered the Minecraft menu especially after the “Minecraft” cinema but didn’t get any toys. Sad! Also add too much salt to the fries

Way too cold here. I then went to the car to eat. It's not an exception because of a technical defect, as I've often sat in the cold and as a man I'm not a chilblain.

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, both the tables and the toilets were in an unhygienic condition. The toilets in particular were extremely dirty and smelled strongly of urine, which was very unpleasant. The food wasn't convincing either, it wasn't appetizing, and we felt really sick afterwards. We urgently need to work on hygiene and quality!

I'm not a fan of MC and BK. Expensive, doesn't fill you up and doesn't taste good. Except the ice cream.

There are few parking spaces and the few that are available are very cramped. Everything else is normal standard.

There's no question of cleanliness, I didn't even take a photo of our table, it was only cleaned after I asked for it, they didn't even look under the table - it looked just as bad as on the table.

Better than in Wittingen, everything is there and even properly packaged, I love driving 5km more, but the hamburger 🍔 is complete, in Wittingen they only have to sleep on rolls and meat, that's all, it's really a joke

Excitement, fun & food. Free indoor ice cream world, build-your-own burgers and nostalgic cola stains on the floor. Seriously: it's damn cold in the premises, burgers are also cold and not even remotely stacked properly. Only recommended with jackets and not very high standards. Given the price/performance ratio, you would be better off eating in a real restaurant.

During my visit to the McDonald's branch in Salzwedel, I found that the food and drinks on offer corresponded to the generally known standard. These were adequate in quality and presentation and met the expectations of a fast food restaurant. However, I was extremely surprised and at the same time disappointed by the hygienic condition of the branch. The floor, tables and seating were visibly dirty and sticky. This circumstance gave an unkempt impression and did not allow the purchased food and drinks to be consumed in a pleasant atmosphere on site. Because of this overall impression, I refrained from visiting the branch's sanitary facilities, as the general condition of the premises significantly affected my confidence in their cleanliness. In summary, I would like to emphasize that although the quality of the food and drinks met expectations, the hygienic condition of the branch had significant deficiencies. I strongly recommend reviewing cleaning standards and taking appropriate measures to provide guests with a welcoming and hygienic environment.

The sauce was forgotten on the ice cream, dirty tables and benches.

Got cold things ;) We had to drive 10 minutes home because the food was still warm by then. Well, when we got home the food was ice cold.

The toilets were completely dirty and there was a strong smell of urine there, apparently they didn't clean properly. The staff doesn't speak German, they only speak their own language, but I'm not from China. The food being brought to your table cold is more than just embarrassing, right? It's a shame that you can't give "0 stars". Service was non-existent, tables and clearing stations disgusted us. Tables unclean, clearing stations overcrowded.

Just like you're used to at McDonald's. Eating the same as everywhere else. I prefer hamburgers/cheese and chicken burgers, as well as fries, for a “small hunger”. These certainly don't look as advertised live, but they are still edible. Only the prices here are also high. Not long ago the little burgers were available for 99 cents, but today they are really worth the money. A small chip costs significantly more than a 1kg bag in the supermarket, even though we no longer have inflation. That certainly doesn't have to be the case and would then have the advantage that the average person could perhaps order more often?! Downside... My child likes it excellently!

Ice Café without a café, only five nuggets instead of six... Every time I order something there, something is missing. Instead of a Capri Sun I got a fruit mush. It wasn't even mentioned that the product was replaced. Oh and the fries weren't cooked through, not even salted. The employees are friendly, but the service is really poor

If you want to eat there when the temperatures are cooler, you should definitely take your jacket with you. It was almost as cold inside as outside. Tables were dirty (wasn't busy) And the tablet return was full.

The lady at the frying area thinks this is more than making too many fries without salt. A huge monkey business complete with facial gaffes and repeated loud repetitions of how little she feels like making fries without salt. In the future we will simply stop in Magdeburg again. Ambience is so-so. Functional, but not pretty.

The food was OK. Inside, however, it was very dirty, both the tables and the floor (leftover food, liquids), the staff didn't keep an eye on it at all, disgusting.

Saturday October 26th, 2024 8:00 p.m. The store is half full and dirty. Tables dirty, garbage truck full of mountains. Leftover food behind the cash register, bathe wet (danger of slipping). Some of the staff walked around in normal clothes. Tables and benches littered with leftover food and spilled drinks. Employees laughed in the background and didn't care about the issues. Food was normal, as always.

Yes, actually like any other MC. Clean and tidy. Staff there is very nice. Definitely cleaner than the MC in Uelzen.

Once again the order is not complete. That was the third time now. Burgers were cold and soggy and it can't be said that they were fresh.

I highly recommend it. I was with my son and he wanted to test his English and placed an order in English. The staff found someone who spoke English. It was fun. .... I recommend . Great for the staff

Very unfriendly staff, only after asking several times did I finally receive my iced tea which was swapped for a cola. To top it all off, it also tasted furry and sour. Never again McDonald's Salzwedel I recommend eating at the arcade opposite.

The food tastes delicious. Only the cleanliness could be a little better. The young man had cleaned the tables with a rag or paper with spray, which could have been window cleaning products, then swept up the paper and the chips, but not everything. Afterwards there were some fries on the floor. Which of course isn't very inviting. The staff should pay more attention to cleaning everywhere and not just in some places. At the time we were there it could have been completely cleaned. There weren't many guests there.

Normal MC, quality depends very much on the day, last time the waitress almost forgot the nuggets and then didn't pack the sauce despite asking. It has already been forgotten several times. Often extremely crowded and then there are long waiting times.

Ordering via the ordering terminal still hadn't arrived at the table after 30 minutes. We only received our order when we asked. Branch was very dirty. The employees apparently didn't have time to sweep the floor every now and then, let alone clean or disinfect the tables after use.

The disabled parking space is very inconvenient because everyone who wants to go to the restaurant has to walk past the car. This provokes accidents. Basically, the entire park area is very narrow.

Dirty tables. Customers had to get towels from the toilet to clean their tables and seats. Staff searches for seat numbers. Even though they have a terminal. But apparently it doesn't work anymore either. As in all of MC Donald's Salzwedel. Too bad

Auf dem Weg in bzw aus dem Urlaub 2x angehalten. In beiden Fällen Tische unsauber, aber auch der Fußboden und nicht geleerte Wagen der Tablettrückgabe. Da es beim 2. mal genau so war wie beim ersten mal, Note ungenügend.

I wanted to have an espresso at 10:57 on a Sunday. Unfortunately, my espresso was delivered to me in a paper cup. I asked if I could get it in a cup, then the nice lady told me “take a look at the speedometer”. Unfortunately, the tables and benches had not been cleaned for a while, even though there was little activity.

Basically, something is missing or incorrect with orders. Apparently reading is not their forte.

The restaurant has changed a lot, unfortunately to the disadvantage. If you want to sit down at a table you first have to clean it yourself because there are cola, ketchup and grease residues on the table. The waitress would rather step on the fries than wipe them up. The parking trolleys are so full that you want to put the tray on the ground. Unfortunately, napkins for eating are too much to ask for. If you need a number for the terminal, the employees say a curse, that's too much to ask for Toilets now only do the rest. Toilet paper is everywhere, the floor is muddy, it couldn't be worse at the rest area on a motorway. UNFORTUNATELY NO LONGER RECOMMEND THE STORE!!!!

From ordering at the terminal to picking it up at the counter, I have to say that it went quite quickly. Unfortunately, what bothers me a bit about preparing food in Wittenberge is the quality. An example, since we've been traveling around a bit lately, we also stopped at two other McDonalds (Erfurt, Bielefeld, Salzwedel). The nuggets, for example, were crunchy there after 30 minutes and here in Wittenberge they are already sticky when you get them. The milkshake here is just sweet as sugar, in the other branches it tastes as it should. The service, i.e. the friendliness of the staff here, is a lot better than the others.

I ordered 8 cheese snackers and paid the price of €3.49, but I got the package with only 5 for €2.49 So in short I got 3.49 for 5 cheese snackers and only noticed it when I got home when I opened the bag. Thank you, I'm hungry now because of you and please fire the new one because she messed it up

Basically a normal McDonald's, the order was complete and the food was lukewarm. What was really disappointing were the happy meals. According to the ordering terminal, the toy was supposed to be from the Smurfs... Unfortunately, the contents were two Batman dogs (the children were correspondingly disappointed)... Therefore, unfortunately I can only give it 2 stars.

A McD like any other. There was nothing to complain about.

The toilets are super dirty from floor to ceiling. As is well known, it looks like where the food comes from - I hope not. It didn't taste good. Don't plan on burgers and chicken really hard.

I ordered breakfast away from home for two people at the terminal (2 wraps, two Morning Farmers and two café au lait). At the time, my order was the only one on the board. Still, I waited about 20 minutes for my food. The coffee and wraps were already cooling when I finally received my order. While I was waiting, I could see two bored young women behind the counter leaning with their backsides on the counters, running their hands through their hair and playing with the already finished wraps. The wraps were then just a sticky mass that could no longer be removed from the paper. Overall, the kitchen seemed dirty. I have never been a fan of McDonald's and this experience will make me avoid this chain again for a long time.

This is our tenth year of visiting this American deli and we are a little underwhelmed. The golden seagull lured us from a distance, but unfortunately we were a little disappointed. The food was okay, but the cola tasted like popcorn, weird. I didn't have any abrasions after the slide, good. Operation and service do not correspond to the standard of German restaurant culture and were conspicuous by the absence of employees. But what should you do, Salzwedel, why Salzwedel. This is a very small McDonalds. The entrance is hidden. The Goldene Möwe also has better shops. Long waiting time. The slide is rated 2/5. But the meal was perfectly fine!

Today was served for the first time by a deaf and mute employee. I think integration at McDonald's is good.

McDonald's. Doesn't stand out from other stores in the chain, either positively or negatively. The only thing that was nice was the short waiting time.

Not recommendable. The wrong food is served out and if you ask for a straw you don't get one and are immediately insulted. Staff not at all insightful.

I would prefer to give zero stars. I ordered McPlant nuggets and just real chicken nuggets were delivered to me. They immediately struck me as suspicious because of their shape. Because while the plant nuggets always have the same shape, the real ones vary, some are even round. I then cut up a nugget and lo and behold, super light chicken meat instead of the comparatively darker substitute product. The smell was also proof enough for me. I then looked at comparison pictures on the internet and then immediately threw them away. It wasn't even an accidentally wrong package or anything, the nuggets were even in a McPlant box. I wanted to eat less fast food anyway, so McDonalds is completely dead for me.

It's just a MCDONALD'S, but the burgers were very well put together, not like others where you have to push them back together again when opening the packaging. The garbage carts were also always kept clean.

We used to always enjoy eating at MCD but as of today we won't be eating there anymore. My husband's BigMac meatball was literally eaten. Of course you can imagine that the food will be gone. I was able to enjoy breakfast in peace during my meeting. A power connection and free WiFi for 3 hours are super generous and saved the battery for further mobile use. As always, the coffee was excellent here and the breakfast menu was highly recommended. Thanks.

There is a star because I have to! Whether in Salzwedel or Dannenberg... Every time I order something to take away, at least one item is forgotten... Today there were two: the ice cream and the Capri sun! That's how you can earn money, wasn't McDonald's??? It can't be that I have to unpack my package every time to check whether everything is there. Give yourself a little effort. If it happens once or twice but always with every order???? This is cheating and I don't want to put up with it.

A McDonalds, you know what you're getting into. But what stands out here in Salzwedel are two things: the service: as fast and friendly as I haven't experienced at McD in years, and the other thing: the burgers were really warm! So not as warm as usual, here they were really warm, probably fresh. So unusual that it has to be mentioned. I'll remember the McDonalds if I'm in Salzwedel again.
