I haven't sat in such a disgusting McDonald's in a long time. Tables totally dirty and I don't even want to talk about the high chair for children. Nobody puts their child there voluntarily

All tables dirty, thousands of flies....Floor sticky, napkins and scraps everywhere on the floor....Service staff tried hard, food tasted normal

Brought normal coffee, tastes musty. The toilet stinks and looks run down.

Arrived shortly before the end. It felt like we only got leftovers. Fries were in the basket on the table. Order did not match delivery.

Food arrived relatively quickly after ordering. In terms of taste, however, it couldn't be compared to other McDonald's. The staff tried hard. The toilets, however, are a disaster!!! Dirty and disgusting lots of flies. Who knows when the last time this was cleaned. 🤢

The restaurant has changed a lot, unfortunately to the disadvantage. If you want to sit down at a table you first have to clean it yourself because there are cola, ketchup and grease residues on the table. The waitress would rather step on the fries than wipe them up. The parking trolleys are so full that you want to put the tray on the ground. Unfortunately, napkins for eating are too much to ask for. If you need a number for the terminal, the employees say a curse, that's too much to ask for Toilets now only do the rest. Toilet paper is everywhere, the floor is muddy, it couldn't be worse at the rest area on a motorway. UNFORTUNATELY NO LONGER RECOMMEND THE STORE!!!!

From ordering at the terminal to picking it up at the counter, I have to say that it went quite quickly. Unfortunately, what bothers me a bit about preparing food in Wittenberge is the quality. An example, since we've been traveling around a bit lately, we also stopped at two other McDonalds (Erfurt, Bielefeld, Salzwedel). The nuggets, for example, were crunchy there after 30 minutes and here in Wittenberge they are already sticky when you get them. The milkshake here is just sweet as sugar, in the other branches it tastes as it should. The service, i.e. the friendliness of the staff here, is a lot better than the others.

I ordered 8 cheese snackers and paid the price of €3.49, but I got the package with only 5 for €2.49 So in short I got 3.49 for 5 cheese snackers and only noticed it when I got home when I opened the bag. Thank you, I'm hungry now because of you and please fire the new one because she messed it up

A McD like any other. There was nothing to complain about.

Basically a normal McDonald's, the order was complete and the food was lukewarm. What was really disappointing were the happy meals. According to the ordering terminal, the toy was supposed to be from the Smurfs... Unfortunately, the contents were two Batman dogs (the children were correspondingly disappointed)... Therefore, unfortunately I can only give it 2 stars.

The toilets are super dirty from floor to ceiling. As is well known, it looks like where the food comes from - I hope not. It didn't taste good. Don't plan on burgers and chicken really hard.

I ordered breakfast away from home for two people at the terminal (2 wraps, two Morning Farmers and two café au lait). At the time, my order was the only one on the board. Still, I waited about 20 minutes for my food. The coffee and wraps were already cooling when I finally received my order. While I was waiting, I could see two bored young women behind the counter leaning with their backsides on the counters, running their hands through their hair and playing with the already finished wraps. The wraps were then just a sticky mass that could no longer be removed from the paper. Overall, the kitchen seemed dirty. I have never been a fan of McDonald's and this experience will make me avoid this chain again for a long time.

Very noisy from the kitchen, and the air conditioner wasn’t on

We ordered chicken nuggets, 2 flavored cokes, a Mcflurry and an Ice Café. Everything was good, except for the Ice Café where there was no coffee. It was a regular milkshake with cream on top and caramel. I think it's cheeky, I didn't want a coffee, I didn't want a milkshake, that's what I ordered. Even my friend, who can't get up for coffee, said there was nothing in it. So maybe next time, because don't forget the coffee and there will be more stars :)

Unfortunately it no longer tastes the same as it did at MC a few years ago. Too bad.

This is a very small McDonalds. The entrance is hidden. The Goldene Möwe also has better shops. Long waiting time. The slide is rated 2/5. But the meal was perfectly fine!

This is our tenth year of visiting this American deli and we are a little underwhelmed. The golden seagull lured us from a distance, but unfortunately we were a little disappointed. The food was okay, but the cola tasted like popcorn, weird. I didn't have any abrasions after the slide, good. Operation and service do not correspond to the standard of German restaurant culture and were conspicuous by the absence of employees. But what should you do, Salzwedel, why Salzwedel. Today was served for the first time by a deaf and mute employee. I think integration at McDonald's is good.

McDonald's. Doesn't stand out from other stores in the chain, either positively or negatively. The only thing that was nice was the short waiting time.

The employees were generally nice except for one person, no thanks, no please, he was deaf and dumb at the checkout. Otherwise ok. You can do it, but you don't have to.

Just eat mäcces. We were given the wrong ice cream twice. Unfortunately, the cashier wasn't good at understanding German.

MacDonalds seemed quiet and clean to me. I would rate it as one of the better branches

Not recommendable. The wrong food is served out and if you ask for a straw you don't get one and are immediately insulted. Staff not at all insightful.

I would prefer to give zero stars. I ordered McPlant nuggets and just real chicken nuggets were delivered to me. They immediately struck me as suspicious because of their shape. Because while the plant nuggets always have the same shape, the real ones vary, some are even round. I then cut up a nugget and lo and behold, super light chicken meat instead of the comparatively darker substitute product. The smell was also proof enough for me. I then looked at comparison pictures on the internet and then immediately threw them away. It wasn't even an accidentally wrong package or anything, the nuggets were even in a McPlant box. I wanted to eat less fast food anyway, so McDonalds is completely dead for me.

It's just a MCDONALD'S, but the burgers were very well put together, not like others where you have to push them back together again when opening the packaging. The garbage carts were also always kept clean.

Ordered very often via Lieferando. Unfortunately, it is becoming more and more common for something to be missing. Unfortunately, drivers don't wait before checking for completeness. We used to always enjoy eating at MCD but as of today we won't be eating there anymore. My husband's BigMac meatball was literally eaten. Of course you can imagine that the food will be gone. Something like that simply shouldn't happen. Unfortunately you can't post a picture here. Too bad! So no more recommendation!!

I was able to enjoy breakfast in peace during my meeting. A power connection and free WiFi for 3 hours are super generous and saved the battery for further mobile use. As always, the coffee was excellent here and the breakfast menu was highly recommended. Thanks.

There is a star because I have to! Whether in Salzwedel or Dannenberg... Every time I order something to take away, at least one item is forgotten... Today there were two: the ice cream and the Capri sun! That's how you can earn money, wasn't McDonald's??? It can't be that I have to unpack my package every time to check whether everything is there. Give yourself a little effort. If it happens once or twice but always with every order???? This is cheating and I don't want to put up with it.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Staff is overwhelmed and totally unfriendly.

A McDonalds, you know what you're getting into. But what stands out here in Salzwedel are two things: the service: as fast and friendly as I haven't experienced at McD in years, and the other thing: the burgers were really warm! So not as warm as usual, here they were really warm, probably fresh. So unusual that it has to be mentioned. I'll remember the McDonalds if I'm in Salzwedel again.

Unfortunately the food was lukewarm and the fries were soft. Very dirty and unhygienic store. You have to wipe the tables yourself and I don't even want to talk about the toilets.

The food tastes delicious. Only the cleanliness could be a little better. The young man had cleaned the tables with a rag or paper with spray, which could have been window cleaning products, then swept up the paper and the chips, but not everything. Afterwards there were some fries on the floor. Which of course isn't very inviting. The staff should pay more attention to cleaning everywhere and not just in some places. At the time we were there it could have been completely cleaned. There weren't many guests there.

Food is like everywhere else at McDonald's. Very friendly staff. The toilets are very clean and tidy.

You often have to expect long waiting times, even if it's not really full. If you don't check your purchase on site, something is missing or wrong in about every third purchase. And once again the sauces are missing!!! What incompetent employees! In the future, I will calmly check the food, no matter how long it takes or how long. There is a queue at the MC-Drive!!!

It's normal for the "food" at McDonald's to be cold, but combined with arrogance and smelly, broken toilets, that's really crazy. This store needs to be scrapped or staffed properly.

You arrive around 12:40 a.m. and are no longer served despite ordering via PayPal. 20 minutes before closing everything was already completed. Big disappointment. Should you also post the opening times in the sense of "Attention, we will close as soon as we don't feel like it anymore".

Nice restaurant, always enjoyed going there. It's been a popular meeting place since I was a teenager. Especially in the evening before and in the morning after the pump 😁

Things are getting worse and worse here. Now LOUD Indian music is playing (or whatever it's supposed to be). Extremely disturbing and it makes you feel even more uncomfortable than before. Because people who can speak German have been innumerable for a long time and you can hear that loudly. It's sickening what's going on here.

It was freezing cold there. We sat with jackets and hats. It's not fun to eat there

The mc drive entrance is a bit spooky. Felt like a 90 degree curve...the service was just absolutely bad, long waiting time in the waiting area....and unfriendly staff..... I can't judge what that was about.

Leider kriegen es die Mitarbeiter vor Ort einfach nicht in den Griff,alle!!!!!Sachen in die Tüte zu packen die man auch bestellt hat.-und das bei fast jeden Besuch dort.Tische müssten regelmäßiger gereinigt werden und die Freundlichgkeit einiger Mitarbeiter lässt auch zu wünschen übrig

Keine Heizung es war eimfach nur kalt

Leider war die Bude ganz schön kalt. Ohne Mütze und Jacke wäre man erfroren 🥶. Des weiteren ist es voll gewesen und somit gab es auch keine freien Parkplätze.

Leckerer Latte Macchiato mit Hafermilch, sehr freundliche Bedienung, hat uns gut gefallen.

Heizung gibt's keine mehr? Alter wenn man sich beim Essen warmzittern muss. Nee danke nich wieder. Und sehr dreckig

Sehr angenehmer ort mit McDonalds ansprechendem Wohlfühlfaktor. Gute Sitzgelegenheiten um mit seinen Freunden zu kurieren und passende Steckdosen gibt es auch. Das Essen ist im guten Durchschnitt und der Service immer freundlich. Nur sollte man kontrollieren ob man alle Glieder der Bestellung beisammen hat, bevor man abreist.

Die Burger waren leider kalt...außerdem war dieser McDonalds der dreckigste in dem ich je gegessen habe. Vielleicht nur eine Momentaufnahme, es machte allerdings nicht unbedingt den Eindruck...gibt es in diesem Laden keine Heizung? Es war wirklich sehr kalt, nächstes Mal (falls es das geben wird) maximal McDrive...

Sehr kalt dort Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und gestresst

Trotz Bestelltresen wurde ich sehr unfreundlich gebeten doch gefälligst am Terminal zu bestellen. Diese 4 wurden von ca 30 Personen gleichzeitig genutzt und da ich nur 2 Cheeseburger wollte dachte ich am Tresen bestellen geht schneller. Das war wohl nix.

Also, heute mit unseren Enkelkinder ein Besuch abgestattet . Unsere Erfahrungen waren nur schlecht bis grauenvoll, das ging bei der Bestellung los und endete beim Essen. Kein Plan bei Bestellung ,nichts hat gestimmt und wenn man das bemängelt wird man auch noch blöd angemacht. Man kann anhand der Rechnung alles genau nachvollziehbar und es wird trotzdem herum diskutiert. Also ich komme sehr viel herum und habe schon einige Filialen besucht, aber das war hier in Salzwedel war der absolute Renner. Das schlimmste an der ganzen Sache ist aber das die Leiterin noch nicht mal Einsicht zeigt und kein Wort der Entschuldigung übrig hat. Also mich wird man hier nicht wiedersehen.

Leider sind die vegetarischen Angebote nicht so gut. Die Gemütlichkeit fehlt, ist wohl aber auch nicht das Ziel. Das Personal ist nett.

Es war sehr voll und ich hatte statt Nuggets, einen Salat bekommen, welches das Ablaufdatum von Heute hatte.

MC drive: eine sichtlich genervt,absolut nicht hilfsbereite Frau. Davon ausgehend wunderte es uns dann auch nicht,dass Saucen zu chicken Nuggets fehlten, die Pommes aufgewärmt waren. Dafür hatten wir Servietten ohne Ende in der Tüte. Nie wieder Salzwedel MC Donalds. Dafür ist es einfach zu schlecht fürs Geld.

Sauberer Laden, Burger waren frisch zubereitet und Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wir haben bei einer längeren Autofahrt bei McDonald's in Salzwedel eine Pause eingelegt. Es sind Parkplätze vorhanden. Leider konnte ich aus technischen Gründen nicht - wie üblich - mit dem Smartphone bestellen. Das Essen war wie immer nach McDonald's Art. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Tische waren sauber. Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden.

Ich war an einem Abend mit einer guten Freunden bei McDonald’s in Salzwedel. Dort gibt es einen Mitarbeiter, der 1. mega unfreundlich ist, 2. einem das Essen hinschmeißt und nicht mal aufruft, sodass es andere Kollegen machen müssen, 3. lästert er über Kunden, es werden Mitarbeiter zusammen gerufen und dann wird gelästert, man merkt es daran, dass einen auf einmal alle anschauen und gelacht wird, 4. der Ton mit den Mitarbeitern geht garnicht, nur dumme Kommandos und selber macht er den Finger nicht krumm. Mir tun die Mitarbeiter und Kunden hier definitiv leid… Ich habe auch von anderen gehört, wie schlimm er sei… Ich hoffe McDonald’s Salzwedel wird sich schnellstmöglich und dringend drum kümmern… denn wenn einer den McDonald’s in Salzwedel zu Boden bringt und schlechte Bewertungen verursacht, dann definitiv er.
