Can't even get an order with 2 menus in one go. You repeat what you want several times and still get the wrong thing. Worst McDonald's ever and even worse since the renovation than before.

So I don't know what the owner was thinking with the renovation. You think you're sitting in a train station and there are train tickets at the pick-up point. Dark, cold, no more playground for children (absolute fail) and the crowning glory, frozen cake that makes your teeth hurt. I don't know how you can mess up and manage an MC like that.

TLDR: This used to be good place to dine but remodeling have ruined it completely. The remodeling of this restaurant has turned it into an unwelcoming and uncomfortable space. The heating system no longer works effectively, making the place cold, with seats that feel like concrete blocks. The layout changes are poorly thought out—women's toilets now open directly into the seating area, creating awkwardness, while huge garbage bins dominate the view of diners. Standing supports near counters have been removed, forcing customers to stand uncomfortably or sit while waiting for orders. The once-family-friendly atmosphere is gone, with the kids' play zone replaced by a single unusable toy. Overall, the redesign feels like a downgrade, making the restaurant less inviting and likely to hurt its business.

Great service! Instead of the Double Royal with cheese I ordered, I only received a plain one. No discussion, multiple apologies and the correct burger was brought straight away. Totally nice and friendly little man.

I was at Mc Donald Germering with my wife this evening at around 8:45 p.m. There were 2 Albanian employees at the checkout who could hardly speak German. (a blonde woman and a brown-haired man) We had 3 vouchers for free nuggets and burgers. Nevertheless, they tried to rip us off for €16 and didn't redeem the vouchers but took the money from us. We are very dissatisfied. They also laughed at us together because they thought we wouldn't notice. These employees on the late shift really suck compared to back then when everyone was respectful and friendly. Really a shame!

Significant improvement in all areas is urgently needed.

One star for the renovation and what I think is a beautiful, modern new design. However, preparing the burgers and wraps is a shock to me!!! Ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap via Drive in. When I got home, I had to struggle to tear off the wrap, which was completely stuck together with the packaging. The wrap had completely fallen apart and was no longer fresh. A shock.! I've never experienced anything like that, I immediately went back, complained, and got a new wrap. Also sticky alert, falls apart completely, sauce everywhere but not in the wrap, not folded properly. You can't hold the wrap properly in your hands. Wow! They remodeled recently and now it is unclear where to enter the building, they do not let you order from a human (kiosk and app orders only) and it was much less kid friendly than before. I don't know what they were thinking but they really made a mistake with this remodel. The food was acceptable, but also not prepared or packed very well. One cheeseburger was smashed and both filet-o-fish sandwiches were aligned as poorly as possible within their box. The order was prepared with acceptable speed, so that was one good point. The staff seemed to be performing their duties well, and the restaurant was clean. I've been to countless McDonald's around the world (8+countries and dozens of US states) and have to rate this a bottom ten experience. I hope they find a way to improve.

The worst experience ever! we didn’t know the restaurant is renovating and closed until we got there. So we have to pick up our order at drive through window. The sales lady kept us waited there and served other drive through cars which came after us, it like she only serves people sitting in the car. Well we would drive to pick up our order if we knew dinning in is closed! After waited several cars passed by, she finally proceeded our order after I complained her ignorance. I couldn’t check what’s in the bag until we got home, and I found that I ordered a big Mc menü with chicken nuggets but she gave us the chips Instead of nuggets! Never going back to that place!

In general you shouldn't expect too much from McDonald's but this one is an absolute disaster. Some employees lack the motivation to offer at least a little service, so if you like mashed, cold and dried-out burgers, this is the place for you. If you approach an employee to complain about this, you will be sent away with an unfriendly tone. Sorry, but a lot has to change here so that I would give this location another chance...
