Mama Pizza Germering in Germering

We were in the pizzeria as a larger group because someone wanted to celebrate their birthday. In order to be able to sit together, we pushed the tables together - of course with the intention of putting them back after the meal. When we asked at the checkout about the 3-for-2 pizza promotion, we learned that it was only valid for pickup. We thought no problem, we'll just pick up the pizzas. But before we could decide whether we should eat outside or stay inside, I wanted to discuss this briefly with the others. While we were still deliberating, an employee came up to us in an extremely cheeky tone and asked us to sit back on the tables. At that point we weren't sure whether we wanted to eat outside at all - the promotion took us a little by surprise and we needed a moment to decide. When I wanted to order from them, the employee said in an extremely cheeky tone that we should put the tables back first (even though the others were already pushing the tables back). The way the employee spoke to us was completely wrong and disrespectful. I read through the reviews here and I'm guessing they're not the only ones who had problems with the behavior of the staff. In the replies to other reviews there is an outrageous reaction with bad German: “You are lying, everyone knows us.” Yes, everyone apparently knows you – but probably more for the disrespectful behavior. And if it were a lie, why are there so many other customers who supposedly “lie” too? To clarify: The other two employees were correct and friendly, the bad experience only came from one individual. It's a shame that such a negative impression is created because of one person, especially at a birthday party.

Pizza was good staff friendly. Delivered on time. The only thing was that the bacon pizza could use more sauce.

3.6 stars are still too much. Put up machines outside for children with toys and a ride, our children throw over €10 into them, the big businessman drives the children away because he can't work in his pizza shop because of the noise. I told him he shouldn't set up machines, but he doesn't quite understand the connection between machines for small children and volume. It must have gotten this top rating of 3.6 stars from somewhere. Keep it up, it can't get much worse 👌 Answer: 🤣🤣 yes, everyone knows you, that's why a good 3.6 stars 🤣 Am I lying? Our children played! Money thrown into your ATMs! If you understood service you wouldn't have so many miserable reviews 😉

Only shadows. No more light. Mama Pizza wanted €17 for a salami champions pepperoni pizza to take away today. When I was frightened and pulled the banknotes back to me because I believed I was making a mistake...I received comments that I perceived as irrelevant and left ad hoc. Not with me. I'm talking to my wife so we can switch. And went to a real pizzeria and got the same service on site and not to take away for €11.50, but as a real wood-fired pizza. And four weeks ago I was there with my little boy. Agreement with Mama Pizza at the checkout: “Tell us when it’s ready, we’ll sit right there with you.” I overlooked the price, but... not the fact that they didn't say anything and when we asked they put two cold pizzas down and we were a meter away from Mama Pizza all the time and they didn't say anything despite the agreement. You don't do that with my little boy. If you don't have an eye for small children, you can't be the person I give my money to. I'm conservative.

Never been treated so unkindly. When you buy a pizza you don't get a card where you can prove your purchase. Many others ordered after us and received their food before us. In addition, 2 mini pizzas took almost 30 minutes even though the seller said 10 minutes.

Ordered through lieferando (left feedback there as well). I have never met someone literally demanding a tip from a customer(except hundreds of posts on Instagram) . Dude got passive-aggressive with me because, I think, he thinks a tip is mandatory in Germany. I will not order there again as I do not want to have second thoughts if there are some special ingredients from the delivery guy, as he behaved exactly like someone who would do such thing. Would match his disgusting behavior perfectly. Really sad that such disgusting people are the ones going out there having contact with the customer because the food is quite good. (bad experience at Thursday around 1930)

Not a good store at all Was at the wrong address and then lied about being there even though no one was there. Then I wanted another €10 so that he would deliver again even though I had already paid. In the end, he insulted us because of the delivery

This pizza was delivered to me yesterday at lunchtime. How can someone consciously decide to have something like this delivered to their customers?

I waited 25 minutes for a pizza that was far below the average taste.

Expensive, delicious vegan, no 2 for 1 for vegan pizza and pick-up and telephone ordering (discriminatory?), wrong and missing sauces.

Ordered twice, wrong twice, not recommended

We ordered three pizzas, the taste was mediocre, and one pizza had a hard plastic piece baked on it. I then called and was promised that I wouldn't have to pay for the next pizza. Courteous offer, but I probably don't want to order there anymore.

The pizza tasted very good, but unfortunately the bambini speciale stuck it into the packaging in such a way that the packaging was removed. As a result, I didn't want to eat bambini. It's a shame because the dishes always taste very good.

Employees are disrespectful I said pizza without pineapple 5 times and when I gave the pizza back it got sour and we needed an extra 40 minutes for a new pizza

We ordered 2 party pizzas. At first the lady and the gentleman on the phone were rude because we wanted different toppings with sauce (BBQ, tomato), the pizza was simply delivered to us incorrectly and not as ordered. They then told us where we called that it was our own fault because we had special wishes. The store is not recommended. I'd rather eat a frozen pizza at Aldi

Actually, I used to order in Lieferando but this is the only day I had a terrible experience with a delivery guy. Food delivered at 21:05H. I believe, no matter what race you are, if there is respect for each other, that is a best behavior. but this man showed a lack of respect even though I don't know how to speak German very well, I insisted on pleading with him. I didn't have any money so I only had coins in my pocket which is the sameamount ive ordered and I explained to him that I also just moved into the apartment. but later he didn't even listen to me and instead talked to me „ I was crazy“ and what I ordered he didn't even put it in my hand and just put it on the floor. He keeps talking to me badwords before he left. where is the respect there? I ordered also coke zero not the regular one but for this it doesnt matter, what matters most is the attitude of this guy that I hope in the future to be rectified.

I can only recommend it to everyone.

Delivery was quick, unfortunately the food wasn't good at all (tortellini ham and cream) Smelled weird, tasted weird and there was some kind of plastic piece in it?! No more orders here.

Food is very tasty, not too expensive and you can have it delivered for free on Lieferando, unfortunately it takes a while. 45 mins

Die Pizza ist sehr lecker und scharf, und der Burger ist sehr saftig, ich empfehle auch den Chicken Finger mit Barbecuesauce oder Mangosauce. Für eine Gruppe von Freunden gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl an heißen Snacks, da kommt man bestimmt nicht hungrig nach Hause . Das Personal ist freundlich und kann Ihnen sagen, was Sie für eine Party oder einfach zum Ansehen eines Films bestellen können und für wie viele Personen. Leider hatte ich keine Zeit, ein Foto zu machen, da alles schnell aufgegessen war.

Bestelle schon seit 1 Jahr bei diesem Laden und bin noch immer zufrieden. Habe früher auch am alten Standort regelmäßig Pizzen bestellt und abgeholt. Lieferzeit meist 40-70min (ca. 10km) Entfernung und noch schön warm. Fahrer freundlich trotz Stress und Hektik. Geschmacklich sehr gute Pizzen, Auswahl aus verschiedenen Pizza-Soßen (Tomate, BBQ, Curry, etc.) möglich. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis durch die Mittagsangebote oder das Abholer-Angebot (Bestell 2, Zahle 1) super. Ambiente ist halt für deine große Kette in Ordnung und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Kann leider nicht mehr als 2-3 Sterne geben! Die mozarellasticks waren gut, aber der chickenburger war leider zu trocken und das Brot war auf einer Seite leicht verbrannt. Finde die Qualität war früher deutlich besser!

Plastik Belag und Gummi Rand Hauptsache viel Fett als Geschmacksverstärker

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wichtig zu sagen ist das es eine Kette ist. Daher sollte man kein schönes Ambiente erwarten! Ist jedoch egal durch kaufe 2 zahle 1 Angebot bei der Pizza ist hier Preis Leisungstechnisch gut zu essen. Bestellen ist auch gut.

Half of the listed ingredients are missing on the pizza, not even any sugo! If you don't have the right ingredients in stock, at least offer a free dessert guys.

Guter Pizza Dienst... 2x Pizza Margherita zum Preis von einer für meine Kids nach dem Kino bestellt. Zackig fertig und hag den Kids geschmeckt. Mitarbeiter an der Kasse sehr nett.

Die Lieferung kam bis jetzt immer schnell an. Super lieber Inhaber und auch Personal. Und für mich die besten Pizzen in Germering.

Hab eine Frutti di Mare Pizza bestellt, hab aber eine Thunfisch-Pizza mit ein paar Kalamari-Ringen bekommen… Oh sorry ein Röllchen Surimi war noch dabei. Und bei der Lasagne hab ich mir fast einen Zahn ausgebissen weil da ein Stück Knochen drinne war. Einfach nur Ekelhaft! Den Stern zusätzlich bekommt der Fahrer weil er total nett war.

Ich kann hier nichts Negatives finden, sehr schnelle Lieferung, freundliche Fahrer und das Essen ist noch heiß und schmeckt immer. Wir bestellen gerne hier.

Wir haben schon öfters bei Mama Pizza bestellt und man muss leider sagen, dass die Leistung echt schwächer geworden ist. Lieferungen dauern meist über eine Stunde. Bestellungen waren bzgl der Fingerfood 2x bereits falsch zugestellt worden.. eigentlich schade, habe nicht mehr vor dort zu bestellen.

Heute hier die veganen Pizzen probiert 👍 Durchaus empfehlenswert Sowas findet man in der Region FFB kaum

Die Pizzen sind so gut und die Burger auch! Wir holen uns immer unser Essen ab und für die gute Qualität geht das auch dann immer ganz fix! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
